Giraffe - Heathrow in Hillingdon

A very popular spot. We enjoyed our breakfast but found it very expensive. Service was friendly & fast.

What a shame! Food was cold and extremely poor quality. Not worth it don’t waste your money. Advocado brunch - awful Hollandaise poached eggs Big breakfast What a shame - completely awful - returned food and gone to Pret for a croissant.

Appalling staff, rude and slow. Didn’t acknowledge I was there, despite attracting their attention. I walked out

We got to the restaurant before the opening time and the staff were extremely rude to us saying "the lights aren't on so we aren't open yet" in a very sarcastic voice and other rude comments.

Terrible service, was advised by one server not to order too much food and overheard another telling customers how terrible the food is. Didn’t receive a burger after waiting 10 minutes and letting them know I still didn’t receive by burger yet it was still on my bill at the end. Will not be going again don’t recommend.

There’s always an element of trepidation when you want to eat in an airport and you need gluten free food. The menu here says gf and we thought we’d give it a go. Quickly seated at a round table with tall stools and ordered gf classic and non gf bondi burgers. A couple of cheeky glasses of wine ( we are on holiday after all ) also needed. Service by Tina was quick and friendly and she took the time to pass pleasantries. Chips weren’t gf so I had a salad with my burger and this was a good size. Liked how the tables had wireless charging circles so we both could have our phones charging whilst we ate. Those in the booths had switches on the table lights for plug in charging. Whilst it wasn’t a cheap snack at £50 for burgers and wine, it was certainly not a disappointment.

This restaurant has a high turnover and breakfast was served quickly. You could tell that it was pre prepared and chilled rather than freshly made. Ok experience but their non airport restaurants are better

No smoothies available chicken wings covered in a vile sauce not even close toba traditional BBQ sauce, asked for sauce to be washed off I got back a fresh portion of wings that were dried out to the point of the meat being crunchy, partners burger and chips not to bad, ultimately its pretentious fast food not terribly well cooked

Was pleased to find Giraffe open when we emerged from security into T5 at about 7.30pm (it has been closing early for several years), as we had always enjoyed going there in the past. But the meal itself was a real disappointment. A fast-food burger at gastropub prices; 'healthy veggies' turned out to be a bowl of steamed broccoli etc with absolutely no olive oil, dressing, lemon or anything else on it; and the halloumi fries (covered in mayonnaise??) were faintly terrifying. Light meal for two children and an adult came to almost £50. Quality was far, far south of what I would expect at that price. Won't be going again.

If I could give minus stars I would. Appalling service - sat waiting for 20 mins before finally managing to order. Food is very very expensive - Almost £70 for 3 soft drinks, 2 mains and a side order !! Service slow and when the food arrived it was cold. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere because this place is awful - the manager needs a talking to as the service is disgraceful and his manner rude and lacking in any customer service skills
