Food was great and staff was very friendly,I will return soon. Only bad thing is they charge a convince fee, for eating there, why?

When me and my wife was done with breakfast we were still drinking coffee and the waitress would not pick up our plates.

Wonderful! Food was great. Everything was hot and fresh. We got chopped steak, friend chicken, chicken livers, and the Rancher breakfast. I recommend any of them.

There's nothing bad here. It's always busy though so expect to wait, that's part of the experience here. Everything on the menu is made fresh like grandma cooks it. Portions are large aswell.

Fried chicken was hot and fresh. Our sever was kind and fun living. Will keep going back.

2 star's only because the internet listed them when I searched for shrimp and grits, but they don't have it on their menu.

I have been a customer of Gingham’s for about 20 years. Generally, for breakfast I would always get the French toast and loved the apricot syrup when it was offered. Yesterday, I felt a need for a change and ordered a cheesy-bacon omelette. It was served with a raw undercooked piece of bacon laid across the top. I informed the waitress I did not like bacon so uncooked. She informed me that the bacon inside the omelette would likely be similar. She offered to get me a new omelette prepared which was done fairly quickly. However, I feel the cook one-upped me and filled my new omelette with lots of over cooked bacon. The new omelette was so hard with bacon it would not even cut. I struggled through half of the omelette. After this, it will be a while before I return.

We ordered fried chicken and were informed the cooking time would be about 25 mins. That's normal. Meanwhile we got our beverages and were checked on by our VERY busy server. He was great. The food was delicious, fresh, our drinks refilled, our server was wonderful. Why we go there often!

Food is always good and they have some awesome staff. They do get busy so there are some mistakes, they are always happy to fix.

One of mama's favorite spots. She always has the Eggs Benedict. That is the reason for the 4 stars. The dish was unfortunately not up to her standards this time. Lack of lemon juice in the hollandaise sauce and Canadian bacon was over done. (I tasted it and she is correct), the three other meals at the table were good. We also had appetizers and deserts. All were good. It's a great place for good comfort food. We will be back. Service from Whitney was fantastic! Thank you.

We go once a week & always ask for Dan who is one of the best servers there. He makes our visit enjoyable.

Stopped in Sunday afternoon. No wait. Table clean. Service great. Food was not. Hubby ordered Pork chops. It was raw in the middle. Changed out for meatloaf. Big mistake. It taste like cat food. No flavor lacked seasoning. I had chicken and waffles. Wings had no seasoning but fried perfectly.

Our server, Micah, was fabulous. Sparkly, happy demeanor. Attentive without pestering. Prompt. Conveyed a request to the cook that turned out excellent.

2023-09-01: The Club sandwich was small for the price and looked like it was thrown together in under a minute. But it tasted fine. 2024-03-24: Ordered the Breakfast Wrap, American Fries, and extra bacon. Wrap is supposed to have 3 eggs. Not a chance, unless they were quail eggs. American Fries were burned. Bacon was raw in places. Not impressed. Lowering rating to 2...

All the times I been here, I haven't had to wait long for my food. But until today, and without even informing the manager, The Owner automatically discounted the whole bill ( party of 3). All the waiters and waitresses are ALWAYS NICE at all times of the night. Late night and even during the day Jerry always remembers good people

I craved corned beef hash and it was good, and... PLENTYYYYY ! 👍🏻

I didn't know the restaurant had moved at first, but I was very happy with the new location, the atmosphere and the wait staff are phenomenal!!! The food was fantastic and it's better than I remember it being. If you get a chance, always go and get breakfast!

This place is not good anymore use to be but they have really gone down hill. I called to make an order and they immediately put me on hold looking for a server for 5 minutes. Then they came back on the phone and said let me grab a server again I told them I had already waited and they took about three minutes for them to find one. I was finally able to order and it look 25+ for an order on a money before 11. When we finally got the order and the packing was terrible couldn’t even shake the salad. The dressing was on the side not as requested. The burger was pretty good and the salad was crisp the house dressing was nice. The fry’s were soggy and tasted very bland. This location has gone down hill quite a bit.

Mom and I have found a new place we can count on. Plenty of H Parking. Easy Access. We love breakfast. The sausage and gravy are superb. Hashed browns are crispy; scrambled eggs are airy. Service is always wonderful. Coffee kept hot. Taking my breakfast loving BFF this Frday.

Our server was Brie and she was fabulous! She checked on us often and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was hot, fast, and filling. Very clean. We came right before shift change so lots of cleaning and stocking going on. Great place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner

The wait was a little long but the good was worth it

I cant say enough. When we walked in with 20 people and no questions asked... they sat us done and serves us. From drinks, orders, food and eating... all done under 1hr and half. MAY, our waitress did a fantastic job.... She did a job and was sweet, kind and got everything we needed quickly. Would definitely came back. Food was traditional American diner.

Hannah B. Served my wife and I Saturday night. I don't normally sway from what I usually get. I am pretty simplistic that way. So I decided to order the porkchops. They were delicious! Hannah did a fabulous job waiting our table. She was very professional. I never had to ask for anything, she kept our glasses topped off Very professional.

Our recent order through doordash was terrible, my husband's old faithful burger was burnt My potroast melt was dry The house dressing tasted like it's been changed Hoping this is not indication of how things will be, My husband doesn't want to order anymore.

Had a guy's-only breakfast at gingham's today. It was a good experience.

Great place. It’s great that it’s 24 hrs, the food is also delicious. Only thing that I don’t love is that when you go to pay, the lowest selectable tip is 20% and they will stare over the tablet at the screen to pressure you against choosing a smaller custom one. I’m all for tipping fairly, but I shouldn’t feel pressured into tipping higher when the server sometimes doesn’t show up at the table more than once.

The food was good and the portions are good size. Our waitress took awhile to address us to even get our drinks. She took our drink order set the drinks on the table and said she would be right back. I wanted to order an appetizer but when she finally came back to our table she asked if we were ready to order. We ordered our food and she would slow down walking past our table and ask if we were doing okay. I know they were very busy but please don't forget to refill drinks or ask if a table would like an appetizer etc.

I’ve passed this place a few times in wonder but I finally tried it out on a late night 1am-ish after finding out it was 24hrs. The food was great! The menu options were aplenty but I settled for the chicken and waffles, wings sauced in the chipotle flavor, and the potato skins which were fully halved potatoes not the small pieces I was used to. My friend had a fully loaded omelette with pancakes that were also delish. I’ll be back soon to try more options!

The booth we sa in was too wide from the table, I had to sit forward with no way to rest my back. If I moved table more towards me, my friend would have had the problem on her side. Otherwise all was great! The food and service was wonderful!

Ginghams is always a go to spot, so I wanted to make sure there wasn’t a wait, so I went on yelp to check and there indeed was. Added my family of 3 to the list which was 30-45mins but by the time we got there we only had about a 15min wait. Got seated and placed our order and although it was super busy, our waitress was prompt, friendly and polite. Our food was delicious and worth the wait. Thank you for a wonderful breakfast and Awesome service!!

Excellent service and the food was some of the best I've ever had. I had the patty melt and onion rings and never have I had one better. My son had traditional Eggs Benedict and had never had them and is now hooked. Food arrived quickly and I wouldn't change anything about our meal.

How have I lived in stl my whole life and not heard of this place. First of all it's huge. Cute modern farmhouse decor. Very clean and comfortable. Don't let the line fool you. Hostess said 20 minutes but we were seated in 10. Service is nice and prompt. Coffee is so good!! Food is what you would expect from a diner and huge portions. Hope to visit back soon.

The food is always good and they have a big menu similar to Cracker Barrel. But skip their pulled pork, get that from the best, Big Woody's.

We had Mariah as our server and she was the best. We will be asking for her when we go back. The food was so good.

This past time I visited, I wasn't too happy with the experience. First there was a hair in my gravy. Then I realized they started charging the customers 2.75% to use a credit card. They do let you know, but you have to read it on the bottom of the last page of their menu.

Should have ordered the fried catfish. Ordered the fried chicken livers and they came out raw. The server and manager were apologetic, which I appreciated, but it doesn't change the fact that the kitchen served raw food. Pretty sure for sanitary purposes new ones should have been cooked instead of recooking the ones I cut up in front of the manager. They came back burnt around the edges which gave them a bad flavor. The last time I was in the restaurant I had attempted to order chicken livers except when I did the manager came out apologizing that the kitchen started cooking beef liver by mistake and it was going to be longer for chicken livers to be cooked. I'm not sure why the kitchen has so many problems cooking chicken livers. The rest of the staff was great. The mushrooms, Mac and cheese, and salad were good.

Unfortunately this time, my chicken was kind of rubbery and one of the dipping sauces was awful (in my opinion and I love honey mustard). Parking was so bad I had to park in front of McAllisters and we were jam packed inside. Service was good though.

Always good homestyle food! Patty melt and fried green beans. Very generous portions that I can never finish. Patty melt again tonight. I LOVE how it's prepared, but the beef just isn't that good. Probably won't get this again. Hubby loved the stuffed pepper soup. It was much better than the last couple times we had it.

Attended here with a small group of people. Dinner was served buffet style. Roast beef was overdone, the chicken was very dry, greenbeans were tasteless, the potatoes were just ok. It's a good thing they had Country Bob's sauce, it saved the meal. The best part of dinner was the Dr. Pepper.

First time there. Food was fantastic. The menu is very versatile. I had open face roast beef and the gray was very good. My date had chopped steak with gravy mushrooms, corn on the cob and slaw and it was extremely good. The waiter we had named Jeff may this a very enjoyable dinner. We will definitely be back. Give it a try I think you will enjoy!!!

I love Gingham's! Their breakfast is the best in the area. I love their pancakes and pretty much everything else I have tried there. I have never had a bad meal and I have tried many of their great menu items. I highly recommend Gingham's if you love breakfast!

What's better than a place being opened 24hrs, huh? I've enjoyed Gingham's several times. Each time, I've had great customer service. They have a large variety of meals to choose from. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner menus. Reminds you of an old-time family restaurant. I've enjoyed the food and service every visit.
