ordered 2 pizzas. one was incorrect and the other was way too greasy that the box started to fall apart

Disgusting pizza is like a soggy sock and rang them they said not there problem wants shut down

The delivery rang the doorbell even though I highlighted not to ring but still managed to bring the order on time

The food was disgusting tasted like a salt pizza vile and was over an hour late tried to blame the tyne bridge renovation, hast even started yet plus there's 2 other bridges to cross don't eat there people's

Thought this place was spot on at first untill the driver drove away with my ten pound change I phoned the shop up and got told they where going to bring my change back. It never happened then I got told they where going to transfer it to my account but that still never happens. It’s been 5 days or something now and I still have not had my change. It’s disgusting as I used this place quite often

I HATE leaving reviews but I was beyond disappointed when my pizza arrived and it had the weirdest smell. The meat tasted funny and was definitely undercooked.

They try to charge you extra otherwise driver won’t hand over food ! Ordered food on deliveroo that was meant to come at 12:15 - we only received it at 12:53 after calling the place asking where our order was. The delivery driver made us walk out to the main road (about a 2min walk from our house) to collect our food and tried to charge us £2 because apparently he’d “been here before but the app wasn’t working” - despite the fact he had our phone number on the app and hadn’t tried calling us before we called them and chased up our food. I’m usually really understanding but the service was so bad and to try to charge us after making us walk to the main road to the driver and to have to chase up our food 40 mins late? Really poor service. Wont be getting delivery from here again.

Kebab was awful, and gave me horrible food poisoning which I’m still dealing with a week on. Horrible diarrhoea to the point where I haven’t been able to leave my house. I could tell when I walked in hygiene standards were low but not this low. Atmosphere was dead and dated, staff were dull and emotionless. Horrid place, horrid experience

Kebab meat was greasy. Chips were the previous days and had just been reheated.

It could have been hotter for how fast it can any later it would have been cold

Normally order and have great & always hot food but today food came on time which was great but all 4 wraps needed heated up as were tad cold which spoilt them a little. Hopefully next time is better as normally everything is alright.

I was flush from a few lovely IPAs with a good pal and I really wanted a donner with fries to go. I popped in. Place looked pretty clean. Chap behind the counter welcoming. I must say, I was impressed. I’ve had a few really dud kebab in the Toon recently. Careless vendors are sourcing the cheapest donner and nastiest fries. But the meat wasn’t too bad (it was not the finest but by golly it wasn’t the shanest either) and the fries were decent too. Garlic sauce was just how I like it. Not too garlicky or sickly rich. Nicely balanced. And everything was hot. I’m really, really tired of tepid donner. Swines! All in all, I was chuffed. And at £6 was an absolute steal. No pics as I was walking and munching at the same time. I’ll go back.

Boyfriend was ill of the kebab wrap and pizza will never order from here again

Been here few months ago food was ok but try again last night to have some takeaway Its been super quality food perfect taste and delivery was on time I woild definetly recommend to everyone

food genuinely feels like it's just come out of the fridge, chicken wasn't cooked, told them to come and collect the food and give money back, absolute disgrace

Order was an hour late? Delivery driver was rude, knocked at the door and when my friend answered he was being cheeky and argued that he wanted to come into the house, and was angry that we didn’t door super quickly. All of the food was stone cold, delivered over an hour after the takeaway restaurant closed and he acted angry that it was a late placed order and wanted to finish his job and go home. This is the worst service I’ve ever received and although I expect later delivery from this takeaway, this was well beyond the joke. I would like full refund or, partial refund and discounted future purchases for the waste of time and money as I now need to purchase from another vendor tonight for my friends.

Ordered 17 pounds worth of food pizza was missing only things that came were the sauces and a portion of chips this is absolutely a joke and the delivery driver was being very aggressive and now I am scared to order from this restaurant again

I ordered a 10” margarita pizza + cheesy chips +2 cans of pop and 2 garlic sauce I only got my pop and chips witch then when I said there was stuff missing the delivery driver told me there wasn’t and got really aggressive even though I showed him my receipt then he told me to beep off and spat at me witch then hit my door then he got in his car and give me the middle finger and drove off I would never ever recommend this takeaway in my life really bad manners

Food was vile, even the dog turned her nose up at it. Arrived cold and after multiple phone calls because the driver wanted us to go down three blocks to collect from them. I recommend you order from literally ANYWHERE else.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We ordered our food and waited well over an hour for delivery. After ringing the shop 3 times and being told “food is on its way” we were then told they had the wrong address and were refused a refund after being told it wasn’t their problem and then hung up the phone. Absolutely disgusting service.

arrived late eventually got pizza after 8 calls to takeaway and had to walk up past the next block of flats to find the driver and ultimately pizza was cold. was told it would be delivered within 45 mins it took a total of 2 hours from ordering to delivery which is unacceptable as takeaway is only 2.5 miles from my home

I honestly have never had such awful experience from a takeaway shop ever! I rang up and asked for extra toppings as I couldn’t do this on the app then to them being very rude on the phone. No customer service at all. Very rude. The driver also knocked at my door demanding £2 extra as he was instructed to apparently by staff. Driver rang staff and staff told him to take FOOD OUT OF THE BAG!!! How disgusting considering that the food isn’t anywhere close to good and is a total rip off anyways. I

Quality is not correct as cannot comment, delivery was within specified time. Driver waved at me no way of knowing order was for me as staying in hotel. I collected order from driver as it was for due to high winds Pizza box was blown out of my hand, if driver had of come to hotel door with pizza in the bag this would not of happened. Spoke to the pizza shop about the issue who were not helpful placed the same order again with same shop hoping for better result!!

When my order arrived I orderd a mixed kebab what came is what I can only describe as small portion of Donner meat with 2 bits of bland chicken , kebab wrap was the skinniest I've seen , half a portion of chips what wer stale as if they've been left out for ages , garlic tasted like supermarket bought stuff and to top it off I paid 3 pound for a bottle of iron BREW what was from lidl for 60p absolutely forming . Paying 30 pound for a wrap mixed kebab and bottle of pop for it to be honking!! KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

when my order came I orderd my mixed kebab witch was the at best a portion of meat donner with 2 bits of chicken init what was bland half a portion of chips what was squash and stale , sauce tasted like it came out the squirty bottles from supermarket then a paid 3 pound for a bottle of iron bru what is 60p in aldi exact same one . for the price of 30 pound this is bang out of order and wont be ordering from here again absolute honking !

Worst food delivery in Newcastle. We ordered many times, never delivered on time. The phone number is wrong, you can never contact them. I ordered online, they just press “delivered”and said nothing ! I cannot get connected with anybody! I don’t know where my food is, so don’t order this restaurant!

3 hours it took not too mention the absolute disgusting phone manner we got when called to requested a refund as it didn’t arrive till 3/4 in morning then woke me up absolutely shocking and I have it on cctv and door bell recording
