German doner kebab in Lancaster

Great service, Great food & kind people. Farsim and sadia especially.

Been twice for a kebab and expected so much better. Definitely better options in lancaster for a kebab. I'd have to be desperate to go back.

i ordered a takeaway a while back and it was pretty decent! i got a waffle bread and a chicken kebab i had lettuce cucumber n garlic mayo.... TOP DON MUNCHER.

We paid to have extra meat in all three of our meals - 1x donner box, 1x donner wrap and 1x OG kebab. WE DID NOT GET THIS! We were charged £2.49 extra for each and we paid for it. WE DID NOT GET THIS! This is not the first time this has happened to me and my family. The whole meal cost me £32 and we didn’t get what we ordered and the food was stone cold. We have used this place several times before and have NEVER got what we ordered. This is not good enough.

Food is great. The downside is even when it’s not busy it’s really slow.

If you are looking for HALAL food option, near Royal Lancaster Infirmary, that's the best place to dine in or take away. They also give 15% NHS discount.

Very disappointing kebabs. Nothing like the quality of a German doner. Bread was dry instead of fluffy inside, salad was limp and watery, meat was poor and hardly any on the kebab, maybe two mouthfuls! My second time as thought I'd give it a chance, I won't be back. Kebabs can be done so much better than this.

I had a box meal from this place and it was really really tasty and delicious especially the cook who made it Vishu he made with love and care and I can taste that in the dish

Asked for kebab, got bland sauerkraut with bit of meat. No garlic sauce as ordered. No salad as I understand "salad". Forget it !

This food is not good value for money and for what you pay the quantity and quality is ridiculous and neither does it taste good. Worse food I have had as a takeout. Will not be eating here at all in future. Really disappointing.

Ordered twice from GDK via the Uber eats app. Twice the food has come absolutely stone cold. First time I thought it was a one off second time it’s unacceptable. Food came looked inside a paper bag a saw the cold can of coke next to the cold food, why put the can in with the supposedly hot food? Why isn’t the bag sealed with tape to keep the food warm. Really basic obvious things that you should be doing. And I’m sure you will read this and say it’s Uber eats fault blah blah blah! But I paid £2.49 for priority delivery and I’m also a UberOne subscriber so how does the food get cold from your shop to my house 2.5 miles away. Maybe Uber does bear some responsibility for you providing me with freezing cold food, but surely it’s in your interest to keep your customers happy.

Excellent food, The quesadilla was standout. We were catered by Divyanshu, excellent customer service. Others such as Divya & Farsim were also very helpful.

I visited German Doner Kebab yesterdaywith some of my mates and had an amazing experience there. The food was delicious, their staffs were well-behaving and the environment seemed to be pretty chill. Would definitely recommend food enthusiasts and passer-bys to give German Doner Kebab a try. You guys won’t regret it!

Delicious food. Never had a kebab till I tried this. I absolutely love the quesadillas so flavourful and cheesy! The spicy and curry fries are also truly yummy!

Drinks is expensive compared with food

We had a pleasant experience. It was quiet so we were able to sit, relax and not rush our food. We both had OG meals which were both hot and tasty. The girl on the till was very polite and lovely to deal with, checking if we were enjoying our food as we were eating it. It was my very first visit to any German Donner Kebab outlet and I would return.

I recently enjoyed a delightful experience at German Doner Kebab. The chicken quesadilla, my personal favorite, was delicious and perfectly prepared. We both ordered a boss box and as per usual the food was excellent! We had multiple changes to our order such as having specific sauces and altering one kebab which they happily obliged with. And perfect service all around!

The food tasted nice but not what we ordered, we ordered off the app and went to pick it up, I arrived and the girl on the counter was to busy sorting the delivery drivers out, my fries had been put out at least 8mins before the other food, when I asked about it they made more quesadillas but not fresh fries so they were stone cold. We paid for spicy chips and found only the top of the fries had spice on, the quesadillas had no filling in half of them and the fillings were wrong. It’s a shame because if the the service was better it would have received a 5 star rating as the food could be amazing if served warm and the right ingredients inside, the fries were nice but only the top of them!!! I think it would be better if they served the customers who went out of their way to collect the food as good as the delivery drivers it would improve the rating.

I always go to the lakeside branch for GDK because it's the only branch who has got the best service and the staff is brilliant with their customers making sure everyone leaves happy and contented with theor food snd service. MILON is my all time fav person in the branch, who gives you personalised service all the time and makes sure he greets you and welcome you. Food is always great and never a thing goes wrong in our order and I can see this extends to not only us but to every perosn he comes to serve. He puts his heart to what he does and is a credit to the branch for sure.

Miserable food, about as far away from from a proper kebab as is possible. Profit driven pathetic portions of almost non existent meat. What a complete waste of money. Appalling.
