Friendly Italian cafe excellent food! We came for breakfast and food was so good we came back at lunch. Best ice-cream ever. Proper gelato. Staff are so friendly, kind, helpful. We will definitely come back.

This restaurant is a hidden gem, nothing to look at but amazing fresh food and fabulous service. We had fresh pizza & chicken in Stilton sauce, I cannot fault it!

I took my grandaughter 29 August 2021. We sat inside the restaurant and wanted to order a full meal. It was not busy and many of the staff passed our table and looked at us but did not come to take our order.After sitting there for 15 minutes with no staff coming to us to take our order, we got up and walked out. There was no notice to say that it wasn't table service and if that is the case, surely someone from the staff could have come to the table and pointed us in the right direction!We were looking forward to this meal as we had been recommended to visit. Customer Care is paramount in the hospitality business getting back on their feet, all it needed was someone to ask if we were okay.

The food was amazing, real quality Italian cooking, also the coffee was great, really quality coffee perfectly made, I am I admit a bit of a foodie, so if things aren’t right I generally have something to say about it, but at Garardo’s the food and drink were spot on I have been going there for years with my family on days out and it is by far the best food in Mablethorpe, that’s if you are after quality. I think the only thing that needs updating is the decor, bit dated, although the toilets are spot on, very clean and modern.

We were on the lookout for a light bite during a brief stop on Mablethorpe and Gerardo's looked interesting - an 'all things to all punters' corner spot that is a shop, an ice cream parlour, a takeaway spot and a cafe/restaurant.I decided to take a chance on what was billed as a special salad and turned out to be a giant platter of all sorts of goodies - it could have fed two.Service seemed a little stretched but the food went down well.

I’ve previously left a good review after we’ve visited on numerous occasions which were of a high standard. Not sure if there has been a change of ownership. I bought coffees, 3 breakfast buns and 2 full English this morning. The full English came out with no sausages and I had to ask where they were. I also asked for baps and got baguettes. Anyway, the beans, mushroom, toast and the bacon were stone cold. I tried the sausage which was boiling and my son said the hash brown was hot. I informed them some parts were cold and The dark hair lady said she’d go and sort it but the blond lady came back out saying I was wrong because they’ve temperature checked them. Hmm… think you need the thermometer testing. I said I wasn’t interested in another breakfast due to their attitude but my son was hungry. My parents couldn’t eat the bacon in theirs as it was stone cold and the quality of the sausages was extremely poor. We asked for the bacon to be taken back. I received a 20p refund for that but full price for the English breakfasts. We waited 20 mins for the breakfast snd asked where it was but Couldn’t wait another 20 mins for the sons breakfast as everyone had finished. We went elsewhere for him. We’re been coming here for years and the worst I’ve ever had. Even when I spoke to the manager he was unapologetic and said I was wrong too because he had cooked it!! The only person who apologised was a dark hair girl. The blond hair girl with false lashes just laughed at everything!!!This has put my whole family off going here again. Other people had issues with their lattes and food too so maybe they need to look within rather than blame all their customers!!

Called in on the off chance of a table Friday teatime ,we were given choice of 3 tables. Service good despite them being very busy.Food was really nice we both had a pizza shared some chips and had 1 drink each.Hubby asked for bill but waited ages so he went up to pay. When we were outside I asked him how much the meal was ...£42.20!!!I went back and stated it sounded a lot. As the waitress was checking the bill the girl at the side of her said oh yeah I've just done that bill ,I did it on my phone so it's probably wrong!!! Yes it was wrong £14.20 overcharged ! No apology from the girl but quick sorry about that from waitress sorting it out.Check your bills throughly! Such a shame really as won't be returning .

1st time visitor on back of Trip Advisor recommendations. Have been staying at Haven, just up the road. Food and service was top quality. Super cold Draught Peroni was icing on the cake

Was on the hunt for a late breakfast when we arrived in Mablethorpe, and happened upon the lovely Gerardo’s!The staff were pleasant and helpful, taking our order and showing us to a table just inside the window. We didn’t have to wait too long before our tasty breakfast wraps were served, filled with a generous portion of perfectly cooked bacon, savoury Lincolnshire sausages and a lovely fried egg. The similarly perfect hash brown was left separate on the plate, which was a good choice as there’d have been no room in the wrap itself!Breakfast was enjoyed with a delicious bottle of fresh orange juice, served with a chilled glass which was greatly appreciated on this roasting hot day! Overall a delightful meal and we look forward to visiting again in future.

We've been going to Gerardo's for years for our ice cream and milkshakes but this year we had a couple of meals there and they were were delicious. Pasta dishes full of flavour and the pizza is excellent

We have eaten here several times and have never been dissapointed. We called in for lunch yesterday hubby went for the Gerados special salad it did not dissapont!I had the Chicken Pollo Valdostana with chips delicious.The place is lovely and clean and the statff are lovely, great service too.We can definatly reccomend it. Great value.

We visited here on Wednesday with friends, and we all have been before. The quality of service was exceptional, the food was as delicious as ever and the price was competitive for such outstanding quality. Every time in Mablethorpe eating at this restaurant is one of our "must do's" and we have never been disappointed. The staff could not do enough for us and the professionalism shines through If every restaurant adopted the level of friendly service that Gerardos provide they would be on a winner. Thanks to everyone at Gerardos for making our visit such a pleasure and here's hoping you have a busy and successful summer.Ciao!

Don’t waste your time or money, worst experience we’ve ever had. Waitress put menus down on a table outside, didn’t communicate until I asked if that was our table.Didn’t know what a Birra moretti was (even though it was on draught) so ordered a peroni for ease.Bland food, informed waitress - from that moment our food was no longer placed down with care, it was almost slammed in front of us.Not attentive, didn’t check our meals were okay, especially after they knew we weren’t having a nice time.Slop, watery foodFlat strong bow, informed waitress, no apology, no “I’ll get you another one” or take it off our bill.Head of house apologised that food was bland but didn’t offer any alternativeMenu doesn’t state shell on prawnsMy main was the exact same as my started mixed with some spaghetti. When I mentioned this to the waitress she said “no it’s not, it has more prawns”. I obviously wouldn’t have ordered this dish if I had known it was going to be the same with “more prawns” and pasta added.Rude manager, confrontational, wasn’t wearing a mask/visor & entered our personal space, when I asked her to keep her distance she stated she didn’t need to wear a mask because we were outside despite me explaining social distancing.Told my partner he was being aggressive when he asked for the bill minus the two dishes containing slop.Manager stated we were just trying to get a free meal, we said this wasn’t true as we had both had one mouthful of our meal so therefore weren’t benefiting from this outing.The manager stormed off & said she would have to ask the chefs to see if we didn’t have to pay for the meal - she was the manager so I don’t really understand. She never came back & sent a waitress out with a revised bill. No apology, no update, just a bill with our two mains scribbled off. Such a bad experience.See photos attached..

Everytime we come to mablethorpe this place is our go to. The full English breakfast, the breakfast wraps and the breakfast muffins are all lovely. The coffee is a good blend and I love it. I drink lots of coffee too so I know my coffee lol! I highly recommend this place.

This place doesn't look particularly attractive externally but they cook some wonderful home cooked dishes. The lasagne was beautiful. The steak great quality and cooked to perfection with a Stilton sauce. The take away paninis which we got at a subsequent visit were also too quality and deep filled. Efficient and friendly service. Much better than expectations that we made a return visit for take away paninis.

Myself and hubby visited this place last week while we were staying close by. This has to be the best place to eat in Mablethorpe. While it was outside only seating due to Covid restrictions, the seating area was pleasant, service was good and the food and coffee even better. I felt like I was in a street cafe in Naples, although I suppose the sunshine helped. Really couldn't fault it. Food fresh and plentiful and staff were efficient and friendly. I would return in a heartbeat.

Visited here in April 2021 during a little holiday the week the restaurants were allowed to open with outdoor seating. We sat outside and ordered inside. I ordered the cheeseburger and chips special for my son. It came on a chopping board the portion was so big, all for only £3.90!! My partner ordered the chicken legenda also a big portion, chips had to come seperately as couldn’t fit on the plate all for £4.90 and I ordered a very stuffed panini which came with a lovely salad at £4.50. Absolutely beautiful food! Quality and quantity here, what more could you ask for.

Oh wow! We stopped by here in Oct half term for a late lunch. All covid procedures followed well and the young lad who greeted us was so welcoming, upbeat and friendly. He seemed rushed off his feet but met every single customer with a smile and friendly conversation. He's a real asset to the restaurant and I wish we had taken his name, well done! We weren't sure what to opt for and were recommended the special managers burger, we were not disappointed. It is huge and not at all greasy as you can get in some restaurants. We would travel here for the burger again and highly recommend trying it. Well done team Gerardos

Called in for afternoon coffee and cake. Very nicely presented and staff were very friendly. Evening menu looks great, look forward to returning for a meal next time we’re in the area

Really enjoyed our lunch at Gerardo's. We chose salmon fillets and pizza. Fillets very well cooked. Pizza flavoursome with a nice base. Also had really nice iced cappuccinos. Excellent friendly service. Well recommended.

Living near the Town for the last 18 months I have often walked past this restaurant and said I must give it a try.We visited at lunch time and we were not disappointed. Absolutely friendly and competent staff, prompt efficient service, and exceptional food and wine at reasonable prices. Starters of mushrooms and bruschetta the tastiest we have had and mains of chicken and pizza gorgeous. Even though the restaurant was very busy the service was swift and efficient with a friendly atmosphere and a smile all ways on the staff faces.Will definitely be returning, just wish we had not been sooner.Definitely 10 out 10!

6 family members had a fab meal for my granddaughter Daisy's 7th Birthday, freindly staff excellent service, every meal was delicious desserts were excellent too. Staff made a special ice cream for Daisy and they sang Happy birthday to her which was so lovely.Covid regulations were explained on arrival. Would definitely recommend Gerados x

We went to the Eat Coast for a day on Weds 2/9/20 just to stop going stir crazy. We first of all went to Skegness for a good walk on a nice day which gave us both a good appetite. Looking around Skegness we decided that we wanted something more than seaside fish and chips which were not that cheap. So we drove up to Mablethorpe and went to this restaurant that we had been to a long time ago. It was so well worth the drive.We both had only a very large starter each ansd shared a 12 inch garlic pizza bread. The two dishes were superb and so was the garlic bread along with some exremely nice Pinot Grigio. Incredible value for money, superbly cooked food, attentive and friendly staff and management and full Covid guidelines. A pleasure to have visited!

Mixed review with this one folks! We normally eat breakfast at the Cauldronn just next door but was closed and with 2 hungry young children thought we would try here,staff very obliging and showed us to a table by the window and back door (sealed off for covid) ordered 5 breakfasts which came out in good time,portions spot on couldnt fault it especially as it was wednesday and there was 50 % percent off for the government eat in scheme,...HOWEVER the next morning was completely different,after getting our usual back door table for 5 seats,the staff seem to take ages to take our order,it wasnt as busy as the day before,we noticed that the male chef stood about talking to staff rather than cooked anything,when an order was ready its placed on the top for the waitress to take to your table...well sometimes hot food would be stood for a short while before collecting it,same happened to my little girls Bolognais we adults had got our meals and my youngest waited almost an hour for hers so when it eventually was put up ontop for service it just sat there,the staff was aware of our frustrations and said nothing,eventually my husband offered to take it from the top and bring to the table but the waitress spied him and said she would do it,sorry guys not a great review from us,we go to mablethorpe every year and will never return here,sad really as the day before couldnt fault you!

I have reviewed the excellent food and service at Gerardos in the past and always like to see if things have changed when we visit again each year.This year I am pleased to say that everything is GREAT and as expected.Great staff and food are on the menu here permanently at Gerardos.I was particularly impressed with one of the severs I had a nice chat with whilst she cleared our table. She is one of the chefs partners and also owns a local hairdressers. She was hard working helping out and clearly excellent with customers. Her reccomendation to visit the local Russels Circus was spot on.Try the Gerardos Special for a hearty lunch. Have a Meat Feast pizza for your dinner and wash it all down with a refreshing Peroni on draft.I love eating at gerardos and was pleased to see they have extended the restaurant where part of the gift shop was.One observation and suggestion would be during the covid restriction I would only serve ice creams from the counter on the main road as this would leave the restaurant customers the only ones lining up outside trying to get orders and seats. Thanks again Gerardos we look forward to visiting again soon.

We come here every time we visit our caravan. This place never disappoints whether it’s breakfast lunch or dinner or a quick coffee and cake. The food and staff are lovely. Make sure you visit on a Friday or Saturday evening when the restaurant is open late. Their pasta dishes are the best I’ve tasted outside Italy. Would definitely recommend

Found this on Trip Advisor as we were looking for a nice sit down restaurant during our weekend away. The experience did not disappoint! We booked in advance, thankfully, as it was very busy by about 7pm. Felt comfortable with their COVID-19 procedures and the distancing was good. We had bruschetta and caprese for starters and two pizza rusticas for our mains. No room for pudding, I’m afraid! All freshly prepared and delicious. We will be dining here again on future visits to the area!!

Visited today 14/08/20 for lunch with the kids. Staff were very friendly and the food was fab, 3 different pizzas, 2 sides of chips and 5 drinks came to about £35 and fed all 5 of us. 5/5 for us we will definitely visit again next time we are here.

Only called in for a snack and a coffee before starting our trip home. Coffee was great (as expected, Italian) , so was the cake. Only wish we had spotted the place earlier during our stay.

Was pouring with rain and we took refuge in the first place we could for some lunch and coffee. So glad we stumbled upon it as the food was delicious! Fresh pizza, hot chips and yummy ice-cream and coffee. Shame there isn't a sea view but the food and service made up for it. Would return.

5 of us dined here. The garlic bread starter was great to share and the calamari was fresh and a good size portion. the meat feast pizza was delicious, very flavoursome. the chicken salad was large, the chicken breast on top was a good sized portion not like in other restaurants whereby you only get a sliver. the kids had spaghetti bolognese and pepperoni pizza. the pepperoni was too spicy for them but luckily the spaghetti bolognese was a large portion so the kids could share. there is no kids menu but all dishes can be made smaller. theres no baby change and the toilets are too small to change babies in. there was a small discrepancy with our bill but it was quickly resolved. hubby didn't like his pasta, thought it was too plain. the restaurant is fairly priced and the portions are good. we would visit again if in the area

We went to Gerardos for our Valentine treat. Wow! The food was superb, Lemon gin and Limoncello to die for! The staff and hosts were fabulous, attentive, cheerful and happy, and very efficient. The atmosphere was great and the decorations of hearts and roses and fresh tulips on every table made it even more special. This is our first “special” meal here having only visited for lunch previously, which is always fabulous too! We will definitely come again and will recommend to everyone! Perfect, welcoming. Pancake with strawberries ice cream and chocolate sauce was wow. So was the lemon Drizzle muffin.

We have visited this restaurant twice recently and on both occasions we were really impressed. The decor is simple, the food is superb and the staff are brilliant. We were very impressed with the level of service and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We visited for a bite to eat, very warm welcome and friendly service, all the food was cooked fresh, we had pizza and pasta dishes. Very tasty fresh food. The baked mushrooms starter was delicious, Pizza dough was made fresh, could not fault the meal. Absolutely 5 stars, highly recommend

I will say that they really need make the place a bit warmer, despite being sat near the radiator I had to put my coat on!The portions are massive, I would prefer it if they cut the size down a bit but they are very reasonable. There isn't a massive choice on the menu compared to other Italian restaurants, especially if you dont want pizza or pasta.I had a special of chicken and broadbeans but the ice cream is the best part. Service is excellent.

The food is always gorgeous and their coffee is known as being the best in Mablethorpe. Today though they went above and beyond to rescue two damsels in distress (details not disclosed to save our blushes) and then gave us the most attentive service and a bespoke pudding to make us smile.

This place is amazing, the food is to die for. We had chilli garlic bread to start, then seafood pasta. I had the gerardo's special pasta which was full of meat. The staff are lovely and it's really reasonable.

We had a wonderful family meal here. The burgers and pizzas were amazing and staff are lovely. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a lovely homemade meal.

We live this restaurant you can get fantastic coffee and pastries, brunch, wonderful lunches authentic Italian gelato and wonderful meals. It is open in the evenings Friday and Saturday with longer opening times in summer. The quality of ingredients is fresh and great and the prices are so reasonable. It has a lovely outdoor area to sit in the sun and there is water for your dog too! We always visit every time we come from Lincoln

This was my 1st time going here for something to eat with my husband and son, we wasn't disappointed. We go to Mablethorpe every year and like to try different restaurants. Shall be returning for sure when we are next there on holiday, food was lovely and worth the extra wait as they were busy but all cooked fresh.

Popped in when passing, great friendly service, food was out pretty quickly and tasted great. The ice creams to follow were amazing, highly recommend the rum and raisin! Will be back again next time we are in town.

Just returned from a few days away in Mablethorpe. We had walked past this restaurant many times and always thought it looked nice. On the last day we thought we would treat ourselves to a slap up meal there. After spending a very relaxing day at the beach we walked around to the restaurant only to find it was closed despite it saying that they were open until 7pm and the time was then only 5.10. We were very disappointment as we had been looking forward to it all week and had packed up early to get there before the rush.

We had a very tasty lunch here, ordered 3 pizzas and 1 spaghetti bolognese, all very good. Ice cream for dessert which was delicious. The only negative was we occupied a table just inside the door but a couple of tables outside were smoking and so it was blowing straight into our faces. However, would definitely return if back in the area.

Decided to have lunch here with the in-laws. The food and drinks were all lovely. One thing I was a bit miffed about though was that my order was taken to the next table and the lady sat there with it in front of her for a good few minutes, then a waitress came out and took it away from her saying that she had been given her the wrong order. I saw it, thinking that looks like what I’ve ordered and our order was placed before theirs. A couple of minutes later out it came and was given to me. The lady said she hadn’t touched it. Had I not seen it happening in front of me, I wouldn’t be any the wiser but to see it happen was quite annoying.

Lazy summer day, and neede a watering hole and a light bite. Dog friendly added to the positives this place had to offer. Had a great value salad, almost a house special, which was great value for money, with a good variety of different cheeses and hams, we also had a cheeky 10” garlic bread. All in all delicious.

Having eaten here last year and throughly enjoyed it, we decided to make it a regular and weren't disappointed when we visited again this year. The menu is brilliant, we had pizzas and they were beautifully fresh with plenty of toppings. Had the fantastic milkshakes again and they were enjoyed thoroughly. Absolutely brilliant place to eat, makes me hungry just remembering it!

We went out with work to celebrate a colleagues birthday. It was the first time for a number of the group, all of which will be returning, the food and service was first class. I had the Stilton chicken which was superb followed by ice cream, home made the Italian way and to die for. Thank you for a superb evening

We have been coming to mablethorpe for years & always have our coffee stop here, its excellent coffee, food & service. We usually have a pasta meal in the evening too which is one of the highlights of our holiday. Definitely recommend

Been here 3 days on the trott now as staff are friendly & food is good. V nice panini, garlic mushrooms & king prawn provenciale. Would highly recommend, especially on a sunny day, sitting outside.

Went for a breakfast on a Sunday morning, the service was quite slow. A couple on another table was given our order incorrectly but it was quickly rectified. The food was quite bland and not very hot, the tomatoes didn't taste right to me. Wasn't a good full English if I'm honest. The place itself is good, I've had many a latte here and ice cream but I wouldn't eat here again.

Walk in after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor and expected a nice meal but disappointed. Looks like full table service, but not shown to table and had to order at the till and asked if I wanted to pay before receiving food. Meal seemed to be freshly prepared and was served at the table. I had Lasagna and my wife had Pasta Marinara, Although well presented the Lasagna was tasteless and bland, tomato sauce was runny and the dish required lots of pepper and salt to bring out any flavour. I asked for bread to dip in sauce but the waitress seemed rather confused as to why I should ask, but did offer to ask the chef for some sliced Ciabatta (no thanks). In my experience bread is served at Italian Restaurants on the table and shouldn't have come as such as surprise. The Pasta Marinara was equally bland and watery, the squid was rubbery, prawns were not good quality although the King Prawns in shells were good. All in all a disappointing experience and we will not return.

Only called in for coffee and cake, but it was lovely. Nice clean well decorated place. Cake was awesome and beautifully presented, coffee was also very nice. Had a look at the menu, which was very good, certainly if we had been in Mablethorpe longer, we wouldve returned for a meal.

We dropped in after an afternoon around the town. It was busy but we were made to feel welcome. The coffee and service was great and we were in no rush to leave. They were able to further accommodate us for dinner so we stopped in for a two course meal and we were both incredibly chuffed with the food on offer. It was a lovely meal.

We visited again for my mums birthday. Lunch and dinner because it is so good. Food is amazing, bolognese pizza and house red wine was fabulous. We also booked for the evening (booking is essential) and had a fabulous ‘pollo stilton’ with chips and salad.....fantastic. Just not enough time in one weekend to go enough times.....

Visited mablethorpe out of season and it was very quiet, not a great deal of choice of places to eat, but I believe we made a good choice, all food was well presented and very tasty, both main course steaks were cooked perfectly and tastes great, staff were very attentive without being over the top. Very reasonable prices and I'd recommend that you also book as I think you'd be lucky to get a table in the evenings

Good atmosphere very clean nice food. Great stop for bikers it was full of them! Even on a wet Sunday .

Had morning coffee and then lunch in Gerardo’s with daughter’s family. Staff willing to give children just what they wanted even when not exactly what was on menu. Very friendly and brilliant freshly cooked food of good quality. My Stilton chicken was delicious. Hour wine very good. Go here whenever we visit Mablethorpe.

We needed a quick light lunch en route to the Seal Sanctuary and based on reviews this was our chosen spot. Good decision - as each of the Prawn Baguette, Bologna Paninini, Firenza Panini and Ham & Cheese Toastie were very good - as was the Apple Juice I enjoyed.

I was dining alone whilst most of the other diners were couples celebrating Valentine's, however the friendly and efficient staff put me completely at ease. I had penne gamberino with enormous succulent king prawns in a delicious tomato and garlic sauce, followed by Affogato which was beautifully served. Amazing value for money and I highly recommend this restaurant.

My favourite place to go for a real Italian coffee. Love there hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows and do a great pannini

Great evening meal,food of superb quality and very reasonable. Menu has lots of choices to suit all tastes,my friend chose the prawns,he said never had such amazing prawns before.Staff made us most welcome and very attentive. Good selection of wine and plenty of ice creams and desserts, All delicious, can't wait to go again.

We decided to go here as looked quite nice - we both had a pizza. I have to say they were absolutely delicious! I’d even say the best pizza I’ve ever had and I love my pizza!! Lovely staff and great value. Would highly recommend.

Called for late lunch steak with Diane sauce with chips and salad. Excellent cooked exactly as ordered and plenty of fries. Staff helpful and friendly will definitely be going again

Well I’ve been here twice now the first time for a coffee and tea cake and then again today for lunch. Both visits excellent.

Went in for a snack, food was so good we will be going back to try the main menu. Very pleasant surroundings and a nice relaxed atmosphere.

Went with our Son for mid afternoon meal, ordered from daytime menu but were disappointed that breakfast meal was not available (in other places it is usually stated if not available after 11.30am). Reordered from the evening menu which we thought would not be available, however the Chef said ok. The meals were very good.

Called in without booking on Saturday evening, they staff managed to find us a table and we ordered steaks, the wife ordered hers well done and stated that there was to be no blood and not even pink, when it arrived the 1st cut and it was at best only medium, it was returned and the message again was no pink or blood, on its return it was still very pink so again it was returned, this time it came back cooked as requested (by this time I had almost finished my meal as it would have been cold if I had waited any longer. On a positive note mine was cooked as requested and very nice indeed. Price was average for the food and the place was very busy.

Visited this restaurant for a coffee and a bite to eat. Staff very friendly and was able to take our order and deliver to the table with no problems. Only thing I could improve was I would like a little more butter on the toasted tea cake.

Visited Gerardo’s with girlfriend on are recent short break in mablethorpe for a Saturday night meal and really enjoyed it. Great Italian evening menu that’s also open daytime as a nice coffee house.

As usual, it was a lovely meal at Gerados. The service was superb. Attentive and friendly girls. Very nice atmosphere. I would recommend it to everyone. We’re going there again on Saturday night with friends, and I know we won’t be disappointed!

Friendly attentive service, starters were SO good! mains were absolutely the best! garlic bread side was to die for. Been to many Italian restaurants in our time, this one stands way above out top three. Well done Gerados keep up the great work, we love you!!

great staff and very friendly food good and always served hot coffee first class always piping hot not forgetting the wow factor ice creams my favourite coffee and banana lovely guy who earns the nickname smilie he brightens up the grayest day

My favourite Italian. There seafood marinara is to die for. Big portions and excellent food. Very reasonably priced.

Fantastic meal, and great friendly staff, enough said x recommended xxxxx. Seriously we have had a great experience at this restaurant, good to see all tables full, you need to book because we turned up on a Thursday and all tables full, but Helen did fit us in for just an hour later and the food was excellent, thanks Helen x

Worth a visit the food isn't cheap but good quality and there ice creams are gorgeous it's the Italy by the sea

My first visit yet lived here quite a few years lol. Very clean and tidy excellent menu Coffee is lovely and I dont drink it that often.. Service is very good and its very clean and tidy.

Why do the Italians serve the best ice cream,coffee and pasta ?.Gerardo is a true Italian maestro serving excellent food at affordable prices.The staff do Gerardo proud and nothing is to much trouble for them.

We visited Gerardo’s restaurant on a busy Saturday night, the waiting staff seemed to be rushing and took our plates away whilst I was still eating. However, the quality of the food makes up for the inexperience of the waiting staff. The bruschetta to start was brilliant. The spaghetti carbonara was too rich and creamy and needed more pancetta. The seafood spaghetti was amazing, very generous portions. Would return to this restaurant again, hopefully in the future they can extend the restaurant and get rid of the gift shop next door so there is more space for better seating.

just had to say had a wonderful meal at Gerardos on Saturday night. The food was cooked to perfection and the service was excellent The ambience gets better every time we go to Gerardos. we will be booking our next celebration here
