Gemini Fast Food in Liverpool

Owner is horrific and abusive, stole food from the customers and shouted swear words and my friends and I. Disgusting place, so dirty I’m not even sure what you get is real meat. If you’re after scran on a night out, go anywhere but here.

The worst fast food restaurant I have even been to. The chef is definitely on something and we actually saw him take a plastic fork out of his mouth and put it back in the bowl for customers to collect. Avoid at all costs. He also doubled the price in compassion to the menu when you order just because. It should have been £10.50 but he ended up charging us £22.50. Absolute rip off artist.

Chips and cheese missing cheese

NEVER order from this place they gave my food to the wrong person to which my order was stolen a and i did not receive any apology or any notice at all from the restaurant until almost an hour after ordering. Truly embarrassing that this could happen i wouldn’t recommend this place to a single person i know

Clearly trying to intimidate a young woman on her own and defensive because he didn't want to remake it. Wasn't ready to pay that much for a £7.50 margarita and was given a partial refund (not the correct difference). Pizza was mediocre at best save your money

asked for a kebab w bbq sauce and salad, they took my money, and i ended up with chicken in a wrap with mayo and ketchup and they had ‘run out’ of salad HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF SALAD 🥴🥴🥴 dreadful food

AWFUL SERVICE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - We waited 20 mins for 1 kebab and 1 portion of chips, we asked how long it would be as our taxi was here and they then just started making it!! We said we were going to have to leave it and get our money back and the owner shouted abuse at us!! We walked out and left after having paid and them not refunding. Shocking service and awful person the way he spoke to a young woman.

the owner is a scruff and eaten my friends food and didnt have sanitary gloves. threatening to cut our heads off jumped over the counter to " stab us kidnapp us chop our heads off and eat us like a donnor kabab." if u are under the age of 30 stay away. stay with a group of people. I RECOMMEND DO NOT GO THERE.

Only complaint is that they forgot 1 item off my order other then that, their food is delicious.

Kabab was cold, they forgot my frys and the chicken piece I ordered was a breaded drum stick! Just ordered a refund. Shouldn't be allowed to sell food!, cost me 20 quid and it's in the bin. They also do not answer the phone.

The vibes? Immaculate. Everything about this place is a heaven. Myself and Issie have had many stunning nights in this wonderful, professional establishment. The green colour truly adds to the bright side of life. The food? UNBEATABLE. If you love yourself, come to Gemini. It is heaven ❤️

if i could rate minus stars i would. this place is awful, the men are inappropriate to girls after a night out and got every single order wrong that i heard during the awful 10 minutes i was in the building. staff are incompetent, swore at customers and charged higher prices than were on the menu - steer clear

Chicken kebab was tasteless and the bread was hard/tough the chips were cold and hard (overcooked food then left to go cold which made it worse, if that was possible) the chicken burger was dry and tough, cold too. Worst takeaway I've ever had. Pizza was literally burnt black. Paid £10 for a mixed large kebab got a small donner with about 2 cubes of chicken also burnt. Burger was chewy and had a funny taste. At least the onion rings were edible.

Underwhelming. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and a chicken burger. The pizza tasted nice, but they really do give the bare minimum when it comes to the toppings. When I think of a pizza I think of strings of cheese as I pull a slice off.... That was not what this pizza was like at all. It was kind of like a cheesey garlic bread where they sprinkle a small amount of cheese on and it bakes onto the top. I haven't ordered a pizza from a takeaway for many years so maybe this is the standard of them now. It was disappointing. The chicken burger was tasty, but it was just a generic kabab shop burger, nothing special. I ordered some sweet chilli sauce in tubs, but it just tasted like a slightly spicy tomato sauce, very cheap. The food arrived on time and the delivery guy was friendly, but I wouldn't order again.

Terrible asked for just a kebab.got half kebab and chips.it was horrible got kids pizza it was horrible the worst ever.

Chips were like cardboard, popcorn chicken were stale and the cheese burgers were tough.

I only live up the road from this place, and the food is always here in under 15mins from Order.

Received two kebabs instead of two chicken meat and chips. Called to explain I wasn't happy with what I had received and the guy said that they don't even do chicken meat and chips. I had searched specifically for that term before ordering from Gemini. I would like a full refund and a complaint being registered more about the description of the dish on just eat.

Absolutely terrible got a notification over 30 minutes ago to say it had arrived no nock on the door or phone call I’ve tried calling the restaurant over 5 times to no answer, open the door and there is my food cold in the street

Good could have been warmer and earlier but the restaurant provided an extra 12’ pizza and an extra portion of chips free of charge. Much appreciated fellas !

Food arrived after 2 hours with cold pizza that we had to reheat at 4 in the morning. Very late and bad service, had to call the restaurant to make sure the order was still coming.

doner meat was crusty ,chips weren’t cooked and my daughter is lactose intolerant so we ordered plain chips and they gave us cheesy chips !!!!

Shocking, not what we ordered at all and when we called to tell them, they just said to speak to just eat and put the phone down. Awful customer service and the food was burnt as well. I wouldn’t of complained or spoke to just eat regarding order if they had rectified it, but they weren’t even bothered in the slightest! Never again!

Order was immediately confirmed by restaurant but went over the estimated delivery time with no update. Requested a text update but this was unanswered. I have an anxiety disorder so am not comfortable calling so all I could do was wait. Food arrived 30 minutes later without telling me it was on its way. Ordered two doner kebabs that even ask what sauce you want on put mint sauce for both, when they came they were both smothered in just garlic Mayo, I couldn’t even eat it as I absolutely hate garlic. We phoned the shop an they said first they don’t have mint sauce when we said there was an option it was just eats fault, then said there was nothing he could do an to get in touch with just eat. He had our number to call he could have just asked what sauce instead but to assume an then the customers can’t even eat it is ridiculous what use is contacting just eat when we were hungry there an then. Disgraceful customer service

We ever received our food last night we waited up till about 4am even stood by the door and nothing came major shame if either like to put it as a delivery tonight or get a refund!

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers with chips and a pizza but when it arrived I was given a chicken burger, beef curry and cheesy chips with gravy and the pizza wasn't even given to me until I had to go onto the street and tell the driver. To which he got the receipt and said the pizza wasn't on it until I pointed it on in plain view and he grabbed it out of the back of the car! Waited over an hour for delivery to have a completely wrong order and basically nearly had a pizza taken. Phoned to get the items I ordered to be redelivered and that took another 45 minutes. Never going here again

Ordered food after a night out in Liverpool. Was slightly late and some things were missing from order but was immediately resolved by staff in a timely manner. Food was to a good quality and reasonable in price. Would visit again if in the area!

Was so bad I threw up and still have an awful stomach the day after. Absolutely burnt and the chips were soggy and flavourless. Literally 1/10 Not happy at all 🤢

Popcorn chicken was absolutely delicious but the chips were cold and the calzone was a bit burnt and cold - I did like the calzone though, it wasn’t too packed full of filling it was good just wish it had been warmer! Would order again

What a place for food. Its tasty well cooked and piping hot. Pizza's very nice. Popcorn chicken really tasty along with their burgers. No complaints everything we've tried has been excellent.

First time trying this place and I do agree it was a bit of a mental time to order food but still, I placed the order around 3:30am and it came at 4:50. The chicken kebab was rather dry but had a nice flavour to it. There was very little chicken just slapped on a wrap. Definitely not worth the price of £6. And the delivery time was awful, but hey, it was a Friday night so perhaps they were busy at 4am in the morning, I can’t totally judge and I’m trying to be reasonable. Overall experience wasn’t great and probably wouldn’t order again.

If you want your teeth fetching out order from here, grains of sand / gravel on 2 chicken fillet burgers. Rang up to change orders and got a load of lip saying it had already set off 2 mins after the order was placed. Chips were oven made stone cold in the middle, food took 2-3 working days to arrive and was told food was here when it wasn’t. Even if it’s the only one open get your head down instead.

I ordered two student meals and only got one full one. The other only had the pizza no drink or chips ???

reported to the local health authorities due to an abhorrent and flagrant disregard to allergies. absolutely shocking treatment when a request was totally ignored and advised that "Just eat will fix it" and that's not even touching on the "large" kebab that for £11 was tiny please avoid at all costs
