Ordered food through JustEat and the chicken cheese rolls were still cold in the centre. I called Fusion who asked “how would you like your compensation?”. I asked for a refund and they assured me that they could do it even though I had ordered through JE. A few days later I called because I hadn’t received the refund and they told me that I had to go through JE. Of course by now if was too late to go through JE and part of me knows that they knew they wouldn’t refund and they JE wouldn’t refund. I only had one bite of the roll and I had sever food poisoning afterwards. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve been a customer of Fusion for 4 years now, and I will not go anywhere else! The food is amazing! The price is outstanding especially for the amount of food you get!! It gives a hour estimate to deliver but usually take 15 minutes!!! Couldn’t recommend the place more!

Salt and pepper Munchie box was great...chicken wings chicken balls ribs chicken strips and chips was well cooked and was exactly what you want in a box..chicken curry was perfectly spiced with plenty chunks of chicken and onions and carrots and peas ...all in it was very good with plenty for tomorrow's supper..

Chicken cheese rolls were still cold in the centre. They have said they would refund but want this here just in case there’s a problem.

Contacted just eat with pictures of both chicken dishes. They are refusing to deal with it because they can not open the pictures. The chicken dishes were inedible and not cooked properly, still pink.

Meal was fantastic will definitely order again 👍

Main dishes were good but the side dishes of noodles were dry and tasteless and no beansprouts found. The egg fried rice looked same colour as the noodles and didn’t fine any egg. Both needed seasoning as had very little taste.

I will never order from here again, the chicken was just batter and whatever was inside it was supposed to be chicken definitely wasn’t it was very stringy and the spring rolls were just better with nothing inside. In my opinion it was waste of money I wish I never ordered from here. Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had

Put an order in at 18:35 kept on getting different delivery times. Anyway got to 20:00 and decided to call the takeaway. And wouldn't you know they didn't even have the gaul to answer the phone. Crap service. Used the txt service on just eat and got a message back saying it would be delivered at 20:15. Still waiting. Wouldn't be so bad if they at least answered the phone to give me info on my order but no. Safe to say I won't be using them again and if any of my friends ask for a recommendation FUSION will not be one of them...... now 20:30 and they finally answer the phone. Only to be told your order is on its way. I wasn't even finished speaking and they hung up the phone. Finally recieved it at 21:05.

Excellent service and food every time .

Chicken was really chewy and stringy. Only had 2 mouthfuls and put in bin.

Ordered food, was delayed once then overall it was 2 hours from ordering it to it being delivered

Absolutely horrific. don't order from this "Chinese" food took an age to be delivered. Had to reheat food in the microwave. All the meat was questionable, cheap, chewy and tasteless. And the most pathetic little bag of chips you've ever saw in your life. won't go near this joint again. zero stars.

The omelettes and chips were delicious especially the mushroom one which had lots and lots of mushrooms. I will definitely order again.

Delivery was super quick but food was cold on arrival. Chilli beef and honey chilli chicken were both soft and soggy, not crispy at all and completely cold.

I used to order from fusion a few years ago.... when it was good. I ordered shredded chilli crispy beef, satay skewers ,chips and a coke. Beef was still raw it wasnt crispy no flavour. The satay skewers had a rubbery feel and the sauce was watery. The chips were also half cooked on a plus side the coke tasted like coke. Thankfully, will never order again a shame it was an amazing takeaway sadly not now.

Ordered salt and pepper chicken, salt and pepper spring rolls and shredded chiili beef. Salt and pepper chicken was nice but really small portion, salt and pepper rolls were a bit soggy not enjoyable. Chilli beef was nice sauce but beef was more chewy than Chrispy 😪

Food ordered at 8pm, delivered at 8.51pm - longer than originally stated. Chilli shredded beef was soggy, spring roll was soggy, bbq spare ribs were rubbery - couldn’t eat any of it - overall probably one of the worst chinese meals I’ve ever ordered…not for me…sorry.

Surprised at the low ratings from others, ive had food from here many times and its always been exceptional. The munchie boxes are a mountain of food for a great price and you can pick from a larger selection! Nom nom!

Delivered piping hot, really tasty 😋

I ordered salt and pepper chicken, fried rice and red Thai chicken curry. The food was really flavourful and hot, the chicken was crispy and the delivery arrived earlier than expected, which was great! Will definitely order again.

Best Chinese I have tasted in a while, excellent fast and friendly service with food always hot upon receipt of same. Actual delivery time was way ahead of proposed delivery time.

Great food, delivered earlier than predicted.

Food arrived really quickly and hot however the food was extremely bland, the chilli beef and chicken’s sauce was practically clear and had no taste. The honey sesame chicken was just a few plain chicken strips with some sesame seeds sprinkled on top. The spring rolls were nice but can’t go wrong with them! Impressed by the speed of delivery however probably won’t order again

Forgot half the meal had to call the restaurant to get the other half. Undercooked hard chips. An extremely bland, half portion of honey chilli chicken. Just an all round poor meal. Will not be back. The worst Chinese I've had in a long time

Food delicious as always. Could be done with bigger portions of rice and noodles but curries were big portions. Always good standard.

Tried to phone in a £70 order Sun 14th May 23, not able to pay with card over the phone, cash only on delivery. Obviously DODGING THE TAXMAN!!!

All 6 people including 3 fussy teenagers enjoyed their meals. Noodles were perfect. Not too greasy. We will definitely use these guys again.

Food arrived and it wasn’t my order managed to catch the delivery driver he said it would get sorted 15mins later arrived with our order, stone cold, mixed platter sauces all over the food, no mini spring rolls, had to heat up food. Prawn crackers in small little bits unable to eat very poor not impressed. £38 not well spent I really think a refund is valid

Second time ordering. Nice food but a bit too salty. I would say reduce the salt by half and you have a winner! Or perhaps I can request this at time of order?

The chicken dishes we ordered were awful, it was like it they had been sitting for hours, pale, gloopy and just not cooked properly. The order came within 10 mins which makes me think it was sitting for however long. We called and they resent the dishes again arrived within 10 minutes. We called them back but they would not give us a refund. I will never order from here again!!

Although food arrived in delivery time it was the later time given. Food arrived stone cold and was soggy. Very much doubt I will order again very disappointed in it.

I ordered Lemon Chicken today for my Christmas dinner and it was shockingly BAD !!! The portion size was so small it barely filled half the container and the Lemon sauce was like wallpaper paste. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I’ll be calling them tomorrow to complain 😡😡😡

Food was delayed but was expected as it is Christmas. When the food got here, it was luke warm at best and portion size looked disappointing. Food tasted okay once reheated to an enjoyable temperature but that sadly dried out the meats more. The chips were 80% undercooked and 20% squishy and soggy which made them uneatable. Think this was the first and last time I will use this takeaway as it just wasn’t worth the money for the quantity or quality.

We ordered from Fusion via Just Eat. Did we have a nice evening, yes? Was it even vaguely special, no? Nothing to write home about, but not the worst place either.

I know it’s cold outside but not sure if the delivery driver had the food hangin out his window. Food was freezing when it arrived. Quality was not good and that’s the worst food we’ve ever had from Fusion…..won’t be back

What can I say…. Worst Chinese takeaway ever!!! Spring rolls….disgusting not freshly made! Chicken undercooked in the honey chilli chicken….& the taste was awful chicken goujons overcooked ( & reheated) chips reheated….supposed to come with salad??? (No salad included) King prawn sweet & sour Cantonese was edible!! Even the free prawn crackers were awful tasted like they had been made days ago🤮 I would of been happy to wait longer & my food to of been cooked fresh & properly So to sum it up…. Won’t be back

The food wasn’t great quality, containers was half empty, banana fritters was disgusting hard flavourless yet black inside all over. No sauce or meat ontop of special fried rice! Won’t be back.

The food was excellent!… Your delivery guy arrived at the door with a large bag of piping hot food and bang on time. We will definitely be ordering from Fusion again very soon and will be making it our regular favourite Chinese takeaway now that our local one was great, but has since ceased trading. 10/10!!!
