I've eaten here 3 times. It has the most amazing food I have ever eaten. The pig out fries are wonderful. They are the only thing I've ordered, I just can't get enough of them! The servers are also lovely and friendly. 100% recommend.❤️

Went for lunch as a group of 6. Good Asian-inflected food, with a bunch of vegetarian options. They also have a kids menu. We especially liked the Bao, tamarind chicken wings and corns ribs.

Really nice boutiquey cafe, surrounded by independent shops, worth the detour to visit

Visited on Saturday night with my partner. We shared various small plates and every one was excellent! The Pig Cheeks and Monkfish plates were stand outs for me. Highly recommend! 👌🏻

came in today looking for a place open on a bank holiday! very friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and good food. we ordered the beef burger, chicken burger, togarashi fries, and a latte. the chicken burger was hot and very good, the beef burger was quite intense, and the togarashi fries were very spicy. there are a variety of options including breakfasty foods, burgers, bao, fries, and veggie options. would come again (:

I just wanted to share how good this restaurant is. It’s now my go to in B of A. The food is fabulous, the staff are so helpful and always smiling. I’ve been several times and it always delights. You must go.

We got a table for 6, all the food was superb, I never took a photo of the steak burger but it was the best I'd ever have , highly recommended....BRAVO👏

Food was great and a really great choice of different and unique options. The only problem I had was that the service was just a little slow and made 1 little mistake with our drink order. Will still be back as absolutely loved the food and there were other items I can’t wait to try.

My 4th visit, Great Service as usual from lovely bunch of people, very welcoming snd good recommendations on the favourites, especially for my vegan wife. Special shout out to Eleanor who performed a miracle and made our daughter smile when she had missed her nap.

The place was empty, service was incredibly slow. Have been sitting with dirty dishes for 20 minutes waiting for our dessert. The dessert wasn’t nice at all, it was a waffle with a very strong oily taste. We told a waitress about it. She said that will pass it to the kitchen and that’s it.

So delicious!!! One of the best meals I've had in ages, can't recommend it enough. We are a vegan and a gluten intolerant and there was plenty for us both to eat. We ate every morsel and I want to go back to try everything I didn't get to try. Service was excellent too 👌

Ordered a selection of small plates, some bao buns and loaded fries. All very tasty and spicy.

Wish I could give more stars! Stopped for a lunch here and honestly one of the nicest meals I’ve had. So many gluten free and veggie options!! I loved the monkfish especially and the celeriac steak -would really recommend. Lovely staff and atmosphere as well :)

Very enjoyable experience. We went for brunch, lots of exciting things to choose from. Food was amazing, drinks were good. Note: If you just want normal food I would not recommend coming here.

The service was excellent and the food matched it. It isn't cheap, but really good food, served as it was never is. Ok, it wasn't 'fine dining' but the quality and flavour combinations were sublime. We would definitely go again and recommend them to others.

Lovely food but we were told we couldn't order deserts as our table which we had pre booked was needed in 20 minutes for another reservation. Wont go back.

You must absolutely go to this restaurant! The food was incredible and it’s so refreshing to find somewhere where the vegetarian/vegan options aren’t just an after thought! I had the tofu bao buns and I have never tasted tofu like it! So juicy and full of flavour! I also had the cauliflower wings and again, the flavour was insane! Easily the best Vegetarian meal I have ever eaten. We are visiting for a holiday and I would 100% come back just to go to this restaurant! AMAZING!

Today I finally decided to test out this gem in Bridge of Allan, and I was not disappointed. Friend Of Mine is a wee restaurant in the town centre. It was very bussy when we came there 4 pm on a monday. They had a large drink menu with both smoothies and shakes. I went for a salted caramel milkshake and it was really good. For food I got recommended pork belly in baos. I am not a big fan of baos, but this food was and experience made for Gods. The pork belly was so juicy and infused with bbq flavours. There was also a hint of sriracha which made the flavours even better. I also had fries with korean bbq pork, pickled carrot and spring onion. This side order went so well with the rest of the food. And the meat was just as juicy. Drinks a wee bit expensive and food portions could be bigger. Service can be better and more personal.

Stopped for lunch whilst driving south on A9/M9. Not far from motorway, welcoming atmosphere, excellent service, great food and dog friendly. 100% better than stopping at a motorway services.

The food is still the same menu mostly, it is still nice and a dog friendly place to visit.

Food was good, but pretty pricey for what we got. That being said, it is my go to restaurant in bofa for the atmosphere.

Food was tasty, if a little pricey. Not much bang for your buck. It got super busy and we were left in the corner and noone asked if we'd like another drink. Shame, as that sort of service always leaves a bitter taste.

Great menu with lots of tasty options available. Would recommend the prawn bao, the short rib tacos and the waffles with Nutella-but everything looked good in fairness! Already been here twice in the last fortnight and will absolutely return!

Beautiful place with a really interesting menu - it was quite tricky to choose. Food was fantastic, as was the service and atmosphere. Look forward to returning frequently to try everything else on the menu! Highly recommend.

Terrible service, went for a drink in outside area, 3 staff who did their best to ignore us, I think we would still be waiting to be served had we not left after 20 minutes, and no the place was not that busy

Amazing bao, great place to go and share plates with mates. Nice atmosphere and some great outdoor seating when the weather is nice. Ate mostly vegan options and were spoiled for choice.

Great food and great service! I had the vegan BBQ jackfruit tacos, they were so delicious and you could tell it was really good quality and fresh. Marita was our waitress and she provided an excellent service as well as being very friendly and kind! Highly recommend.

This is a trendy new café that has opened in Bridge of Allan. Cool decor and a good modern menu with tasty food. However, the service today was the worst I have ever had in a restaurant. I arrived, nobody to greet me and plenty of seats so I sat down outside. I then got moved. Then accused, in a very unpleasant manner, of jumping the queue. The manager is not upto the job and they need to look at their system . Be warned.

Modern, bright café serving excellent quality food, including many vegan dishes. Lovely selection of non-alcoholic cocktails. Gets very busy, understandably, at times meaning that food may take a little while to arrive but it is well worth the wait. Friendly waiting team.

Excellent food! My partner had the taco ribs and I had the coconut prawn bao buns. They were happy enough to change the avocado 🥑 for mango 🥭 as I don't like avocado 🤮. I wish I knew the prawns would be breaded as it felt carb heavy.

We arrived at a bustling Friend Of Mine restaurant on a busy Saturday evening. The outdoor seating was well offset from the road and nicely enclosed which was fantastic on a warm summer evening. The food was fresh and delicious and the front of house were very friendly and efficient. At one point a wasp arrived indoors at our table and the waitress expertly captured the wasp and set it free outside. The rosemary fries were outstanding and particularly when washed down with a birra Moretti. Highly recommended!

Great food and fantastic selection for veggies/ vegans

Was tempted by the bao bun photos online and wasn't disappointed. Miso pork belly was juicy and great tasting, short rib tacos interesting and excellent and coconut prawn bao was perfect - could eat that everyday. We couldn't get a booking but got lucky as a walk-in.

Visited on Sunday, we sat outside with our puppy, we had shakes, coffee, an almond croissant, banana bread & a brownie. Lovely, friendly staff & they were so lovely to our pup! The best banana loaf & brownie I've had in a long time! Will definitely be back! 🐶🥐🍌🥛🍧☕🍫
