An excellent little cafe opposite Canal Head in Driffield , East Yorkshire. Great service , good food at affordable prices. Tables inside and outside in a covered area. Limited parking outside but plenty around. I would certainly visit again 😊

We called on a Sunday before we played golf . Absolutely massive breakfast and really nice the staff were really helpful and the service was great would definitely call again if I was in the area

Popped in for breakfast on Sunday morning, what a hidden Jem. First class breakfast, unbelievably quick service, lovely lasses that work there and clean as a pin. My son and I would recommend Frankie's to anyone.👍🏼👍🏼

Really tasty and exceptional value. We popped down to walk our dogs at the canal and decided to stop for breakfast beforehand. My Aunty and Uncle had discovered this cafe last weekend and had highly recommended it. Me and my partner both ordered the small breakfast each and it was the perfect amount. The girls were all lovely and friendly too. We will definitely return! Highly recommended 😃

Lovely breakfast. A small was enough to last me all day. Very accommodating staff and prompt service. Was made to feel very welcome. You know it’s a good place when workmen are in and out all morning. Easy parking too

Popped in by chance on a cycle ride, arrived at 20 past 1,the sign said they closed at 1.3o . thought I'd make do with a coffee , asked the young lady if I was to late for hot food she said no problem,a bacon cob n cheese toasty on the way. All the staff were lovely and took the time to inquire how the food was,the cheese and onion toasty was brilliant...much better than the ones on Gordon Ramsays new show the previous evening. Will definitely call again

Great breakfast, you will need a good appetite to eat the large one, not for the faint hearted.

Loverly little gem close to the station and walking distance to the centre.. This little cafe has a great selection of food on offer We had the Sunday lunch for two didn't wait long and what a perfect dish it had every thing a Sunday dinner should be if your in driffield this cafe is a must but be early as it's quite popular.. Then you can walk it off with a canal walk as it's right opposite the cafe what more would you want. Ohh we forgot the wonderful staff who are always happy to go that extra mile to make sure you enjoy this visit

Fantastic place to eat. Staff very friendly and even had time to sing happy birthday to me and presented me with a tasty cup cake. Great value for money. X

Called in here before beginning a walk. I had the large breakfast, I didn't need anything else to eat for the rest of the day. Good to find somewhere that can do fried eggs properly. It may seem a bit rough and ready, but what you get is well worth the visit

A very filling, quality breakfast at a good price. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Located opposite the river head, a lovely location well worth a visit. Compact but with outdoor seating we enjoyed the experience very much, thank you.

Called here on a Saturday morning a couple of weeks ago for the large cooked breakfast, phew I wasn't hungry again after that until early evening. Fast friendly efficient service and good food.

If like me you get very hungry then this is the place to go! We stopped off for our Friday fry up treat, a large full English breakfast, and it really hit the spot. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, there is an excellent choice of home cooked food on the menu at very reasonable prices. Well worth a visit, there was a lot of happy customers there, us included. Well done.

For good value food and a chance to look over Driffield's River Head canal basin it is great. Frankie's is mainly a take away venue but does have some outdoor seating and there are grasses areas by the River head to sit and relax.

I phoned a breakfast order to pick up. It was ready in 5 minutes. Everything was cooked perfectly, it was delicious! Service with a smile and excellent value for money.

Busy little cafe with nice very friendly staff very popular with locals and tradesmen. Nice range of traditional breakfast fare and comfort food based lunch which is tasty and wholesome. I'm a great fan of the egg and sausage roll. The large breakfast unlike a lot of eaterys is what it says it is Large! As it's quite small in the winter the cooking smell can stay on clothes for a short while but I don't think that worrys most if not all of the customers. There is a small external seating area with views of Riverhead which comes into it's own when warmer. Blue light and defence discount cards are accepted.

As soon as you enter the cafe you are met with an unpleasant dirty smell. The cafe was generally dirty and the food was nothing special. Rude staff, the owner was not welcoming. We will not be back.

Keep seeing this café on Facebook and the food looks good (and good portions), however, the place is TINY, and if it's wet, you can't even sit outside. I am yet to try the food, as it's always full

Tryed a breakfast when it first opened and was very disappointed with what came next, we got a coffee each and as we waited for the breakfast we realised the milk was curdled on top, surly not? Few minutes later our swimminly greasy raw breakfast arrived closely after the toast. Started trying to eat what was edible only to hear "the milks gone off" then after another few minutes, "the breads mouldy". Couldnt believe what we was hearing luckily neither of us had any coffee or toast! Needless to say we got up and left for a wetherspoons. Completely shocking service was very disappointing! Wouldn't eat there if I got paid, genuinely concerning how this place is still going!

First time in this little cafe. Was clean and staff ok. Good breakfast but was a bit like a truck stop everything on top of everything else. Won’t be back in for food again. Maybe a cupper but nothing else.

Went today with my husband for the first time. The large breakfast was gargantuan! Both the tea and coffee are lovely and the whole place was spotless. Will definitely visit again.
