First time going to Frankie and benny’s in ashford eureka park was lovely food great atmosphere and the waitress sally was lovely very accommodating and helpful very happy and friendly!

What we ordered food wise was an absolute waste of money do not go to frankie&Benny's,the food had no taste or flavourings to it very bland,think they need a new chef

The food was good, the menu on the platter seems to be different but still good. Sally was wondering and she was really nice and gave us welcoming vibes.

Me and my husband visited F&B Ashford with our children yesterday after a cinema trip to see Kung-fu panda 4. Reece was our waiter, very friendly and great customer service. Food was quick service and delicious! We dont eat out often with the cost of living, so its great we got discount with our cinema ticket. My daughter heard the Happy Birthday song and now insists we have her Birthday meal there in September! 🥰

Freya was an amazing server, service was great food was amazing, lovely and friendly service, was all in all amazing

The food and service are excellent and the price is really good especially with 30% off cinema voucher, I find the f&b restaurants to be a little loud

Avoid!!!!! Advertised that children eat free however restricted adult menu choice to qualify. Waitress tried her best but should have advised us of what was not available or off the menu before we ordered rather than declining our choices due to no kitchen stock. Poor. If you order children's side salad, it comes covered with a garlic dressing. We were not asked whether this was suitable. Wrap was oily and missing most of the ingredients. I paid £9.90 for an onion and pepper wrap soaked in oil. I had to ask for the cheese and they'd run out of avocado which should have been in the wrap. They said they'd put extra tomatoes in but this did not happen. I don't think there were any tomatoes in it. Very disappointing. Toilets to top it off were grim. Sorry! I will definitely not be recommending this place. No wonder it was empty!!

Food took an hour to arrive and it was not what I ordered. The portion is also much smaller than other F&B.

Such small portions for a lot of money complained but server was a bit overwhelmed and just went. food was nice forgot about the parmesan until reminded Been there many times but really think they are taking the Mickey

Only thing I personally didn't like was the herby butter on my cob but other than that food was great, service great, tried a new cocktail on my visit the raspberry bramble which I have now decided is my new go too (sorry Cuba libre) Thank you for being great once again Sally, always got a great vibe when we visit, see you soon

What a horrible dining experience!!! Me and my wife went to dine in yesterday and the staff didn't set any expectations on the waiting time at all. Not that we were expecting a really quick service, but we ordered and waited for our food for at least 45 mins before asking the server about our order, and all we got was it'll be there soon. Needless to say, 15 more mins went by and simply nothing. The staff wasn't even courteous at all, after making us wait for more than 1 hour they were not even sorry, neither they made any efforts to show us that they'll prioritize or the food will be with us in the next whatever minutes. It was quite visible that there were just 3 chefs working tirelessly for a busy restaurant, so this was entirely a fault on the service part where they just kept accepting more people to just get them a seat and a drink quickly so that they can't leave and then just make them wait ages for the food to arrive! Just like us, two more groups simply walked out after waiting for more than 40 mins. But I can't stop myself sharing a review for their horrible service and what can I say about the food that never reached us. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Food is horrible , it’s never hot , it’s bland and tasteless or so overcooked it’s inedible. It needs to be cleaner too . Every time we have gone food is like warm or cold and absolutely disgusting

Nice to eat in but would never recommend delivery. The last 3 times have been cold. And when you ring them up the manager couldn't give a dam.

Arrived lunch time, was empty but began filling while we were there. Lovely waitress called Julie served our table. We love the American ambience and the timeless classic music in there. Food was great drinks were lovely. Tried the Purple Rain 🌂 cocktail! Lush 😍 Hadn't been in so long but it did not dissapoint! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Sadly one of the blandest meals I've had in a long time. Presentation of the mozzarella sticks were unappetizing, just stuffed into a very small pot. The burger was really underwhelming, the patty was dry and rubbery, the cheese barely melted on top. The service was polite but once the food came out I didn't see them again until it was time to pay the bill. They didn't even come back to check if the food was okay or to check if I wanted a drink top-up. I really don't recommend coming to this place especially for prices they charge for extremely average food.

I always used to love going to Frankie and bennys when I was younger. The food was reasonably priced and the music was nostalgic. Today however, a different story! When I looked at the menu I was very surprised to see how much everything had gone up. For the portions on the small plates it seemed absolutely absurd. My daughter and her friend had the carbonara, which was nearly an extra £10 just to add a TINY bit of bacon and chicken. So nearly £20 each for something that had near to no flavour at all whatsoever. Everything was pretty cold as we could see the waitress serving another 2 tables before bringing our food over that we saw waiting on the kitchen counter for 10 minutes. Wish we had gone somewhere else as it came to £130 odd and was 100% not worth that amount at all! Wish I’d said something now as I feel like I’ve wasted my money completely. Same yourself some time and go somewhere actually decent where the food doesn’t cost the earth and it’s cooked better!

Valentines is one of those days where servers and kitchen staff freak out because you never know what you’re going to be getting xx Sally has been wonderful as always, efficient and smiley and just a pleasure to be served by. 5/5 for Sally!! Food was delightful, New Yorker calzone has been calling to me ever since my last visit and did not disappoint It’s a shame the company upped the prices of beer without telling the consumer outright and it’s sad to see that a restaurant chain that is so supportive of students and emergency staff take away their support when the same people want to celebrate a holiday with their families. In regards to the restaurant itself though, no complaints!! The staff is lovely, the restaurant is clean and we will always be excited to make our visit!!

Food was ok, had a good lunchtime offer and was value for money. Staff were friendly also. Unfortunately, I have a real issue with resturants and bars not putting their heating on. It was absolutely freezing, I understand energy bills are high but as a company they should also think about the well-being of their team. To allow their teams to work in such cold conditions is unfair and it can have an impact on their physical and mental well-being. Please put the heating on.. make the customers comfortable but more importantly create a decent working conditions for your team (a team that delivers a good experience)

The food is very distasteful. My wife was disgusted in her mail. The chicken was cold no flavour the pasta was very distasteful

Feel disappointed and let down tonight by our local F&B’s Previously booked a table for 7pm for two. (Noted in the extra instructions sections that I can’t fit in the little booths as I’m 6’3” tall and built like the side of a house!! ex Rugby Player!! 🏉) Worth noting that I’ve eaten at this F&B’s 15 plus times in the last year. On arrival I was told there were NO tables available (Even though 5 were empty) so would have to sit in the booth. I tried but couldn’t get my legs in the table and told them I was really uncomfortable. I was told ALL the other tables were for people who weren’t there!!!! I said that I didn’t feel able to sit there. Let alone try to enjoy a meal. My wife and I decided to leave. We told someone who then told the waitress that seated us we were leaving. She was then behind the bar area. Her response was “For F@#ks Sake!” Charming. Won’t be returning that’s for sure.

We had the most amazing waitress Julie. She on every occasion always greets me with a smile and makes the visit just that bit more special, the food was fantastic and atmosphere was super laid back. :)

With friends or family Frankie and Benny's always delivers in quality of food and service. But bring back learning Italian in the toilets...

Smiley and personal service by all members of staff, especially Sally who has served us on multiple occasions, and always delighted to see her when we see her as we walk in the door. We eat here a few times a year when travelling to/from France - been average in the past but tonight it was superb. Had Chicken Strips with a hot sauce, 1/2 Rack Ribs (meat fell off the bone) and a Pepperoni Pizza - nothing went...

Reece was a legend that commanded the respect of our whole family with his magnificent antics. The way he patrolled this establishment was mesmerising, I’m afraid I will never meet another character as mythic as Reece. (I hope there’s only 1 Reece here)

Nice food. Great service from Reece, very cheery, kind voice. Amazing chicken burger very succulent and moist absolute perfection. Gluten free menu was great, good range of choices hard to choose. Chicken New Yorker with added ribs was well cooked and delicious.
