Frankie & Benny's in Falkirk

Celebrated my granddaughter’s 12 birthday meal at this top class restaurant. Warm welcome on arrival and the gentleman who served us went way and above to ensure it was a meal to remember. This gentleman couldn’t do enough to ensure all our food was cooked to our satisfaction. An employee that the owners should be proud off. All the food was cooked to perfection and the bill was reasonable. I certainly would endorse this restaurant with 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend a visit

Took our 6 and 2 year old for a birthday dinner. JP was a brilliant host, he made it really special for our little boys birthday. Lovely guy, great service!

Dinner for eldest son’s birthday, he was mortified at the idea the whole restaurant would sing happy birthday as we saw happening when we came in. JP spotted this and made sure we had a lovely quiet meal. Brilliant service from JP and the food seems to have gone up a considerable notch since our last visit over a year ago. Definitely will be back.

Food was so good, especially the calamari! Fast service, never had to ask for anything. The service from JP was especially exceptional, he had us howling with laughter and made the night so special. Also found out that they have a promotion on that if you are booked to go to the cinema, there is a discount applied to your meal, if you show you booked tickets at Cineworld - which was a lovely little surprise.

Another superb family experience at F&B Falkirk today. Jenny from the F&B team was so welcoming, as has been the case on each and every one of our previous visits. On each visit, Jenny has taken the time to chat, and also to speak with our 2 year old daughter - making sure she equally feels just as welcome. Jenny let us know in advance of going on a planned break, and Amy took over - who also was very welcoming and made us all feel very relaxed. Just love this restaurant, and the professionalism of this team.

Wanted to give some well-deserved credit: whenever we come to F&B's we are always given a warm and friendly welcome by John Paul. He goes out his way to ensure we have a fantastic experience. We appreciate his hospitality and look forward to coming back :)

Frankie & Bennies Falkirk has a truly remarkable culture for families!! We’ve become semi-regulars and can’t now think of any restaurant which can match their unbelievable service and welcome. Really, all staff are very strong indeed. Having now been to the restaurant five or six times, at different points in the day, it’s clear to us how a restaurant becomes so special like this… There’s a waiter at the restaurant, John Paul, who is an unbelievable leader in every sense of the word. He: - Respects colleagues, clearly working together with everyone. I’ve been in on several occasions when it’s not busy and he’s been skilfully and respectfully coaching members of the team and helping out in any tricky situations which arise. - Models unbelievable customer service, and communicates elegantly in every situation. Each and every time I’m in the restaurant I’m blown away by his application, and communication skills. - Is beyond diligent in ensuring that our daughter’s dietary requirements were adhered to - and communicated with us at every step around these. - Made sure nothing interrupted an amazing family experience. I could literally provide a list of everything he done. It looks effortless but every part of you knows it really isn’t! Go to Frankie & Bennies Falkirk if you want an amazing family experience… or if you just want to watch a master of craft at work. What a class-act, and a wonderful experience :-)

Big shout out to JP for his great customer service. Super friendly, welcoming, and very attentive to our group. We were there for a family birthday including 2 young children one of which is in a wheelchair and has additional needs. JP was very accommodating, moving furniture and even considering music volume incase of sensory issues. Good food, American style menu with variety and reasonable prices.

This is the second time we have been to Frankie & Benny's in Falkirk and both have been very enjoyable. There is a varied menu to choose from and the food is very good but the best feature of this particular restaurant is the people who work there - friendly, welcoming, happy to run through the menu with ideas plus clear information about offers and discounts. The lady who served us last night, Vicky, was an absolute credit to the restaurant. She helped to make our experience a really happy one and we will most definitely return again. I must say that the choice of music was excellent too!

Lovely young server but when she asked if we enjoyed our meal I had to be honest. NO, I didn't. This is an overpriced Wetherspoons that thinks its better than it is. Not a working kitchen so it's obviously shipped in and heated up. Food was bland and didn't even make an attempt to look appetising . Won't be back EVER !

Absolute garbage!! Trying to be as articulate as possible and finding it difficult to find a more appropriate word than 'garbage'. The prices are ridiculously high, the food tastes cheap. You're getting it so very very wrong now and customers won't put up with spending their hard earned money to be served high school canteen (at best!) 'micro measured' food ( I was informed by staff) when charging premium prices. How come Toni Macaroni can do it 100 times better for so much less £ ?? So disappointed and understand why we were the only family inside at tea time on a Thursday evening when the retail park was busy. Best avoided!!!

Went here for a kids birthday with friends and family, food was great, but our waiter John Paul was the best thing about our evening. He was absolutely amazing with the kids and was going out his way to help us. He definitely made our night, never met such a nice person who was more than happy to help, will definitely be back.

Unbelievable service from JohnPaul today. Genuinely hate eating out due to a gluten intolerance and the menu catered perfectly without singling me out like other restaurants. JP was so friendly, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. F&B is someone I've never particularly frequented but due to the exceptional service and great menu choices I will definitely be back.

We had a lovely dinner here and have kept coming back because the food is wonderful and our server has made our experience incredibly welcoming, JP has always been fantastic with us and we cannot thank him enough for how he is with our son, who has special needs. My mum & I dropped in for lunch last minute with the kids. We’d had a stressful morning & John Paul our waiter assured us he would make lunch stress free which he certainly did. He has to be the most attentive waiter I’ve ever met, nothing was a problem for him, he thought of absolutely everything especially for the kids, I didn’t have to ask or even think of asking for anything, such a friendly and happy person, he’s a credit to the restaurant. Our meals came out quickly and we all enjoyed them, seemed good value for money as well. We will return again soon & hope to be served by John Paul again.

What fabulous service from Jon Paul just now. So attentive from beginning to end. Great customer service with a smile all the time. Even better to be told 2 for 1 on mains just now, so steak it was. Absolute ridiculous service, went there for my daughters birthday dinner as this is her favourite place to dine out, well not anymore it isnt. The place was filled with screaming kids, waited near hour for starters then after 25 mins asked where main was to be told it had not even been started, and dont know how long it would take they were then told cancel all the order wont be staying on any longer, he then apologised and says we have the cake in the back birthday girl didnt even know about the cake so yet another surprise ruined. All in all terrible experience wont be back. Great start to a birthday weekend for my daughter the look on her face was pute an utter disapointment, never ever will i step foot back in this place and after 8.30pm and now been put off food we ended up going home and making toast so thank you to all who work here for the most unpleasant night of my life. Nobody batted an eyelid to all the screaming kids not even the parents who just carried on eating... why on earth would you let your child scream through a meal knowing you were in a public place where people come for a quiet bite to eat and just so happens we were out for a birthday treat what was well and truly ruined from the minute we walked in. Waited firstly 20 minutes for our drink order to start with ... note to self avoid this place it was horrendous ..
