Ordered coffee with hot milk , came with cold. Eggs Benedict were served cold , sent it back ,when it arrived back at my table I must have set the cook as it was burnt ,seemed like it was thrown in the deep fat fryer. Really disappointed as I was looking forward to them ,

Between trains, this was a great option for me when travelling alone. Quick service, tasty food, great deal - "Frankie's fiver"! Lovely server called Abbey 😊

Ordered the purple rain.... Beautifully made!!! While waited for my taxi . As that was missed as I enjoyed this cocktail so much I ordered the strawberry daiquiri.... Lush... Went in for breakfast. Pretty disappointing to be honest. It filled a hole and the hollandaise sauce on the eggs Benedict was nice, but the muffin was cold and not toasted through, we had bacon that was flat out cold and the toast appeared to only have been toasted on one side?? Struggled to get somewhere for breakfast in Union Square, but won’t be using this again.

Had a wonderful experince here tonight for a family meal. I was a bit sceptical as my last visit was years ago and I didn't rate it, but was pleasently surprised. All the staff were lovely and engaged with our baby which kept him entertained! Food was good and plentiful, but the biggest stregnth was the hostess with the mostest Will! Friendly, funny and attentive , couldn't have asked for more. Will definately be back!

Was looking forward to a breakfast. Waited for a bit to be seated, a man eventually came and told us they are not taking any tables for another 15 minutes?! His manner irritated me, as if he needed to get rid of us as soon as possible as we were a nuisance, no apology. We were going to go back in 15 minutes but then thought why should we when we felt so unwelcome. So we went to brewdog and so glad we did as the food and service were great and so friendly.

Popped in here for dessert and wine. Lovely desserts and friendly, welcoming service. Very good value compared to other restaurants in the mall.

New York BBQ Chicken. This plate of food arrived at our table in just over 5mins from ordering. Obviously their food is pre-cooked and kept warm under a bain marie or microwaved. The chicken was tasteless and dry, literally looked like it had travelled by boat straight from New York. The baked potato was equally dry, arrived spread wide open and actually had a brown tinge from being under heat. Bit into the sweetcorn which was just like mush, completely overcooked. I returned the whole plate and heard the chef say "what do they expect from chicken?" and laughed. I've seen better culinary skills in McDonalds. Food was unfit for human consumption, I wouldn't have given it to my dog. Abysmal food, service and attitude!!! All this for £16.70???? Outrageous!!!

Went for my birthday meal and it was the worst ever experience I have ever gotten first they charge extra on drinks that never came to the table and even worse still one of the staff kept staring at us kept watching every move we made I will not be coming back if that is the experience I get definitely not

Very disappointed with the breakfast.Firstly it came without the eggs.Told the waitress and she took the plate away then a waiter came back with the plate but still no eggs.I asked where they were to be told that I could eat what was there and he would bring the eggs later.Eh no they were supposed to be on the plate to start with.Again the plate was taken away and back it came with eggs this time but with all the back and forward the rest of the meal wasn't very hot.No apology or offer of a fresh meal.Will definitely not be returning.

Everything bland and no flavour. When it came to the getting the bill it was overcharged. That got sorted then we got out of the place we were charged 6.10 for one lager shandy. That is a ridiculous price. Won't be going back

Arrive here at ~ 4pm on a cold Saturday afternoon. We asked for a table for 6 and were promptly seated. The food was average and the menu lacked inspiration. Most of us had burgers which were ok at beast.

Went for pre-cinema breakfast with the kids. Coffee was luke warm, poached eggs were over cooked and luke warm (guessing they were pre batch cooked and sitting for a while), muffins were cold. F&Bs use to be so good & consistent, what's happened? 👎👎👎

This is an Italian Restaurant situated in the Union Square Shopping Centre in the city centre of Aberdeen.There is plenty of pizza and pasta dishes to choose from.The prices are what you would expect in the city centre.This is a busy restaurant and is very hard to get staff to see you waiting to be Seated.Then more waiting to take your order.The food was good and hot.The staff were fairly friendly but felt rushed to pay.Overall hit and miss.

Mi novio y yo vinimos aquí el último día de nuestras vacaciones, la comida y el servicio que recibimos fue rápido y atento. Nos atendió Tomás, que parecía estar en la mitad del restaurante, aunque en el otro lado había 3/4 miembros del personal, luego de preguntar quiénes eran los otros miembros del personal, 2 de los otros eran supervisores. Me alegro de que nos sentáramos en la sección de Tomas. Creo que estarás buscando dar crédito a los miembros del personal como él, que probablemente pasaron toda la mañana corriendo y haciendo todo lo posible para seguir siendo eficientes y amigables, y mantener un buen ambiente. We visited yet again as a treat for our little boy, he loves F & B'S macaroni cheese. We arrived and as we were ordering they told us they were out of macaroni cheese -we nearly had full blown tears at this. Well Veronica was an absolute star and got a portion of macaroni cheese for him. Absolutely made his day. A massive thank you from us.

Fui aquí para una comida de cumpleaños y desearía que no lo hubiéramos Tomó años para servir ys aunque estaba tranquilo. Luego vino la comida y una comida fue tibia y la masa de mi pescado no se cocinó en el medio. Las comidas de los niños estaban bien, pero no volver a esta franquicia. Más lado de las fichas para 3. 49 es una completa estafa. No vengas aquí durante la semana por la noche.

Nos metimos en un tratamiento de desayuno, pero decepcionado. Desayunos clásicos para 3, pero el huevo no estaba demasiado caliente y el té estaba frío. Llegó el momento en que llegó el desayuno y no hubo recargas. Decepcionado. El personal era amable y los baños limpios. No vale la pena el precio y extraño como el almuerzo y la cena comen normalmente excelente. Los niños tienen sus squishies sin embargo.
