Pina was excellent! I have been to this Franco manca over 20 times and to other branches across the country and today was by far the best service, thanks to Pina.

Very warm welcoming in the restaurant, the pizza was delicious, served very quick, and the service form Matteo was outstanding, very profesional. Looking forward to come back again as now I can exchange points for a free pizza!

Not only the prices doubled, the quality had decreased sufficiently. We ordered two number 7 and they dough was underbaked, barely any toppings on pizza. Unfortunately we had it as a takeaway so couldn’t send it back.

Came for the food once, came back for the service for years since. Matteo always makes us feel so welcome and looked after.

We visited on Sunday as a group of families including young children. The food was delicious. The staff were so welcoming and dealt with all our orders at different times as it some couldn't decide. All the staff were fantastic with the children. They made some mistakes as children do but they didn't grumble, complain or make us feel bad so we got to actually enjoy our meal and company.

Found the wheelchair entrance and got in ok. Then to my horror the door was locked behind me and a party with 2 pushchairs say by the door instructed by staff to put puchairs blocking the disabled exit! The rest of the place was empty but they had to block the door. The manager looked me straight in the face and smirked when he went to lock the door. Didn't feel safe or welcome

Ordered on just eat came in 85mn and pizzas cold with bare minimal toppings doesn't look anything like the pizzas that sell in the restaurant,won't be ordering again and such a shame cos I used to enjoy every time I go there....

This is one of the best Franco Mancas I’ve been too (and I’ve been to a lot). Really great atmosphere and friendly waiter. The veg special with truffle and smoked buratta was delicious. We don’t normally have a dessert but chose one this time and weren’t disappointed. Open kitchen and good spacing between tables.

Ordered on Uber Eats and the best part about the food was the dip. Pizzas arrived cold with minimal toppings as well as no tomato sauce base (when you were given the choice of BBQ or tomato base??) and the dough itself was tasteless. Spent £26 to find out that we’ll never eat here again.

Had a good time here recently and everything was on point. Quick service despite being busy, drinks arrived fast and food all in good order and time. Thanks FM Bromley

The pizzas were delicious and much better value than other high street chains. I would have given the food 5 stars however the meal was let down by the minuscule scoop of ice cream my son and husband received. Had it not been a birthday celebration I would have complained but I didn't want to make a fuss and it wasn't the fault of the waiting staff. I would definitely return for pizza but would buy my gelato from Unico down the high street in future!

I have been going to this place since it’s open my whole family love pizzas from fanco Manca.i love this place. After my today’s visit I won’t be going in there. I was going through my bill today which I never check I found they charge me for two item which I don’t order and they say it’s optional service charge but when they put money in card machine they won’t give you option to say no to service charge. Please check you receipt all the time.

I am literally astonished guys!! This place is the best I’ve ever been to for a pizza!! The staff is very nice, especially Matteo!! He is very pleasant and competent!! He took care of my table accommodating all my requests giving me nice suggestions as well!! I ordered some delicious olives with a spritz - very well made - and then a special pizza with buffalo mozzarella and parmacotto, which was really delicious!! After my pizza, Matteo suggested me a digestif made with hazelnut, which I loved. I really enjoyed everything: the relaxed atmosphere, the quality food and the excellent, fast, caring customer service. The prices are also very fair. Well done guys, I’ll definitely come back 👏🏻👏🏻

Went for early dinner with our two young daughters, really amazing food as always and very good value kids meals, our server Wioletta was really lovely and kind to our girls, ice cream there is seriously good!! can’t wait to come back again 😊

I was with a group I think everyone was happy with food just not a lot of options for someone who doesn't eat pizza but the people I was with made it worthwhile

I visited Franco Manca Bromley few days ago together with my 7 years old son. We loved the pizza and very friendly stuff. The manager Pina made my son feel very comfortable and special ! We will definitely go there again very soon.

Visited today for lunch, as well as the best company , the service from Magda was fantastic, a friendly , kind lady where nothing was too much trouble! The food was also delicious... A very enjoyable lunch! Thank you to you all at Franco Manca and Merry Christmas x

Ate with my partner and her daughter last Monday, service very friendly, good lunchtime deal, £10 for pizza and soft drink. Their pizza was great mine just a little soggy in middle hence the 4stars!

Food great. Service by wioletta was first class, she had a really fun sense of humour.

Sat down for 20 minutes and had to ask the waitress to take our drinks orders. Waited a further 20 for pizzas. Pizzas were undercooked.

Went to Franco Manca recently for lunch. The ambience is good and the wood fired pizzas look very delicious. The menu and lunch deals are good. A peaceful place and good for a pleasant hangout with friends/family or with colleagues. Good options for vegetarian as well.

Good pizzas and they can adapt to allergies. eg use a vegan cheese on a pizza with meat for someone with a milk allergy, but likes meat. Returned and the dough was even better ( I suppose it will depend and some times it will be better than others). There is a 10% service charge on top of your final bill (and that is well advertised on the menu)

Terrible. One pizza missing. All stone cold. And Chorizo pizza had 6 pieces of chorizo in the middle

Went there with a friend recently. The food arrived quick and was very good. I think the prices were also reasonable, and the quality of the pizza was more than expected. The interior feels cozy and the staff are friendly.

Don’t expect your online order to be ready on time. They don’t check them until you get there. Waste of time..

Male manager always greets and seats quickly and asks how the meal was and if anything else is needed or ok and has nice banter and excellent customer service. Chefs are nice too.

Worst ever pizzeria experience. Super rude and unprofessional manager (male, dark/gray hair middle height) zero greeting and smiling. Arrived with a child, the kids menu was offered only when I had to ask, order was taken late, one of the pizzas came extremely burnt, same male manager brought it without checking. They offered replacement which came in a wrong size, left for them to have it! Annoyingly the manager even got the the bill wrong (overcharge item) and then blamed poor waitress for an error! Another manager apologised only when I said it was a disappointing experience. In a nutshell, horrible management. Won’t visit this branch ever!

Absolutely wonderful! Simple ingredients turned into something amazing. It's difficult to find good vegan pizza, this one passed the test with a high score 💖 And the staff is amazing, super nice people that makes you feel as comfortable as possible!

Always quiet with plenty of seating. Franco Manca's pizzas are always fresh and tasty and I've had all of their pizzas 🍕 Nothing comes close to the quality and cleanliness of this company.

I have been to many Franco Mancas in London but I particularly liked the Bromley pizza. The welcome was also excellent with Matteo so kind and nice. I will definitely be back.

My son stopped for lunch there, and were pleasantly surprised at how customisable their food is - we have allergies and can find it hard to find a place to eat. In addition, our waiter Hatteo Grazie went out of his way to provide a great service. The prices are very reasonable and I highly recommend it.

We went for lunch as family and pizza was lovely. My son's pizza was unfortunately slightly burnt underneath therefore he didn't eat much as he found the taste bitter. Matteo was so kind to replace him a new one after noticing. Matteo made the experience pleasant and we will definitely come back. Thanks!

I recently had lunch at Franco Manca in Bromley with my mother-in-law, and it was a delightful experience. The pizza was fantastic, and Verdiana provided excellent service. Highly recommended!

Best coffee in Bromley. Best focaccia with rosemary. Whenever I feel like a quick filling meal I just go there. Matteo and Verdiana are great they now know my tastes. Prices are very affordable. The customer service is excellent. You know it's authentic when your waitress is Italian, the Coffee is Italian.

Not sure if this applies to all of Franco Manca chain now but the toppings on the pizzas we ordered were definitely cut with a fine mandolin they were slivers of food-it was all base. You could not taste anything but dough.

We’ve been here before and liked it but last night was very poor. The veggie pizza we had was tasteless. Just all crust! And one of the waiting staff was very aggressive and rude when we asked for a another plate, as we were sharing the pizza and he brought us very small side plates. Our waitress was pleasant. We also had garlic bread and salad and that was much the same as the pizza. We won’t be going back! Sad because we used to like the place.

We like Franco Manca, but it depends on which one you go to. We came here a few times during the pandemic and occasionally the pizza was cooked well. Most of the time it arrived quite charred in places and with few toppings. When it was cooked well, it was very nice. But they are not consistent enough. The service is pretty standard and average. Sometimes there is a bit more life and effort made, and other times it is difficult to get the attention of the waiters. Another thing which I do not understand is why they like to huddle everyone together in the front room of the restaurant (even immediately after lockdown). It seemed they had closed off the background to serve Deliveroo drivers but I don't know. In any case it is not a big ask to want some quieter place and with a bit more space.

We had called several days before to make a booking for my birthday to be told we couldn’t book and there would be no problem getting a table for six people on a Wednesday night. When we arrived at 7:30 we were told there would be a 45 minute wait. There were plenty of tables at the rear of the restaurant but were told these couldn’t be used due to staff shortage. I said it was my birthday and explained we’d been told a table wouldn’t be a problem on a Wednesday night but they wouldn’t accommodate us. As I left a member of staff shouted sarcastically “happy birthday”! So poor and completely ruined my birthday.

I was disappointed that my salad was boring: a bag of mixed leaves emptied onto my plate with very little dressing or topping. Pizza was OK. Aubergine parmigiano was delicious. I wouldn't rush back.

Just had to walk out of Franco Manca Bromley due to the awful experience. They do not even deserve the 1 star! My partner and I ordered our food (2 drinks, salad, burrata & 2 pizzas) at 5:57pm. By 6:27pm our starter had not yet arrived. 10 mins later a waiter brought our starter over saying the chefs has misplaced our ticket. We noticed several tables that had been seated after us had already eaten & we’re actually leaving! One table in particular, who again, was seated well after us, was given the same excuse about the chefs misplacing their ticket, was served their mains before us. Once we saw this we decided to get up & leave. One waitress who noticed we were leaving (there were only 3 waiters/waitresses btw for the whole restaurant!) looked at us & could just about mutter “sorry”. No explanation was given, nothing. I will certainly never return to Franco Manca Bromley & advise others not to go either. You will only be left disappointed.

We ordered takeaway. It was stone cold and inedible. Restaurant refused to help. Would highly recommend not ordering from here!

Absolutely terrible! Worst customer service. Can’t even review the food as we waited an hour with a hungry toddler and still didn’t receive any starters! Other customers had also complained. A table that had just come in was served food before us. When I complained one of the chefs did actually bring out the food but saw we was complaining and took it back into the kitchen!!

Our family decided on Franco Manca for a late lunch. We waited at least 5 minutes before anyone greeted us. Eventually we were shown to a table but it was dirty. The staff did clean it. Took a while for our order to be taken....

I was at this restaurant yesterday and was shouted at and threatened by a member of staff in a totally unprovoked verbal assault. This member of staff had to be physically taken away and was told to leave the premises. My wife was in tears and other diners were upset. I had posted this review yesterday and it had been taken down for some reason. I think people need to know about this as it is not acceptable under any circumstances. The manager waived the bill and tried to make us feel better but it should never have happened in the first place.

Almost assaulted by staff! Wife left very distressed and in tears. A potentially very violent member of staff here. My wife and myself had sat down to what we thought would be a nice peaceful Saturday celebratory afternoon meal. We had some friendly banter between ourselves and the staff and awaited our meal. We enjoyed the meal and drinks.Towards the end of the meal one of the staff launched a tirade of unprovoked abuse at us. This resulted in various people at the restaurant becoming alarmed and my wife reduced to tears. The member of staff was pulled away in a neck stronghold and I was left astonished, alarmed, and having to console my very distressed wife. The manager to his credit tried his best and did reimburse us for the entire bill. The problem is that you just don't expect to be threatened by staff when you enter a restaurant. Unfortunately I doubt I will ever return to this restaurant and I would advise anyone else to urge caution here. There is a member of staff that is out of control here and prone to very violent outbursts.
