Francino Pizza in Islington

Normally order a delivery but on this occasion decided to collect , never had a bad experience over the years with this local pizza shop , always fast delivery and good fully loaded piping hot pizza , I am glad to have collected as the staff were all happy and smiling , they were not only doing a job , you could see they loved what they do and cared about it too , whether you order in or pass by and see that they have great discounts if you go in you will be happy , just like the happy smiling s

Brilliant taste..soft, very warm, crispy in the right places and every taste, blended together perfectly well. Delivered arrived 20 minutes earlier than the agreed time so.. unbelievable.

Calzone always hits the spot. The garlic bread with cheers was unexpectedly above and beyond as well. Definitely recommend.

Undercooked pizza bace, Meatballs wasn't cooked either was the chicken and there was no bbq sauce on the bace..

My first time ordering from here, pizza was absolutely delicious but the sides weren’t nice at all, the mozzarella sticks and onions rings were very soft and soggy and very greasy, so disappointing

Gave 4 stars because everyone elses food was perfect except that we ordered Calzone which..ended up being a pizza. The excuse was..that the staff were in a rush.

They told me my order arrived when it didn’t till after 30/40 minutes later !!!

I have been using Francino's for a few years now and never have any issues.Also the delivery driver is always friendly.

Very little chicken in Chiken.pizza, edges were hard to eat for children. No sauces, ketchup and tissue given..

Always great pizza and chips, even their desserts and lasania are great. Polite delivery, generosity in food. Always order from them.

Food was delivered way too late, then they delivered the wrong pizza, took over 30 mins to make and deliver the correct pizza. i had to call them about 4 times. and i didn’t even get the dip. either. food was decent quality but the service was terrible.

A bit disappointed. Spicy chicken wings were a bit burned from outside and not fully cooked inside, threw them in the bin. Ordered thin crust pizza but received deep pan. Guess pizza was alright. Not worth the £18 I spent as I didn’t eat the food.

Second time of ordering from Francino Pizza and for a second time it was excellent. Great pizza with plenty of topping and it was still hot. Prawn cocktail excellent, delicious sauce and a good sized portion. This is definitely my favourite go to pizza delivery place and would 100% recommend to friends and family. Excellent all round.

The 2 burgers that I ordered were very burnt and were smelling burnt too tried to get hold of them they don't respond

The pizza was good, only one of my orders was wrong. It was raining. I guess that was why the guy was late with the order. The food was good though

Not used this place before but was a good price. Excellent service as the food arrived well before time. Food was good quality, delicious, exactly what I ordered and arrived hot. The prawn cocktail was really delicious and not just prawns in seafood sauce, it came in proper sauce, plenty of prawns and lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes. I eat everything and will definitely be returning for future orders. Top marks all round, I'm stuffed to the brim. Delicious 😋

Didn’t receive my order, stated in the notes to ring me when driver outside, ignored it and delivered it to someone else

I gave a 1 star but it should be 0 because there was nothing to review. I ordered for delivery but it changed to collection. Which is how it got processed totally outside of my control. Money wasted. thanks. But never again.

Fabourite local takeaway/late night spot for a cheap delicious pizza. The staff are always lovely and efficient. Price is reasonable with lots of choices for toppings/sides/drinks.

This is our go to place for pizza and we use it all the time. Unfortunately it wasn’t great tonight. It was late, the pizza was cold and squished, the garlic bread was burnt and the wedges were one big squashed lump. Very disappointed.

Burger and chips was good but the spicy wings were awful

The pizza was huge & very tasty. I didn’t expect the prawn cocktail salad to be as big as it was. The onion rings & cheesy garlic bread were delicious.

Hello the food arrived and hour late food cold and I’m very disappointed I would like help but the restaurant isn’t answering my phone call just eat help is very confusing I would like someone to contact me so we can get a resolution

Received frozen apple pie ,not cold but frozen with ice on it ,called to ask why, their reply was ,we only sell frozen apple pie, is freaking winter 🤷‍♀️. Needless to say I got a refund through just eat and I'm leaving this review to warn others . Never again!

Arrived quite earlier. Pizza was okay but was too much chees, less base taste but toppings is adequate The wings is humongous but seems its been cooked over. Not sure if they did the coating twice or the wings were already cooked previously. It show signs that it was placed on a fry with no oil. Hence it taste odd. Smells different. Burns on some parts of the wings. Its like putting it on the grill pan no oil and heat it full flame. To get hot but burn alittle. Nuggers is ordinary nothing fancy.

Food wasn’t hot and was a little chewy where it had gone cold. The food was late and I had to call the restaurant to see where the food was. I then had to go down the road to find the driver.

Food came early but pizza has little to no tomato sauce, and it came with less wings than I ordered.

The pizza was soft and fresh. However, it lacked flavour; both ok the tomato base and ok the pizza I was expecting to be ‘hot’.

The pizza tasted disgusting because the cheese tasted off and so did the garlic bread as the butter tasted off, also both were soggy and not crispy. Only thing nice was the wings that were crispy and spicy .

The pizza lacked tomato sauce, so it was very dry although the flavour was there,I ordered a 18inch and got a 15inch and 8 inch which makes me think they were using ready made bases not fresh pizza dough.

I paid for 7 garlic sauces and got sour cream and chive which I HATE.

Absolutely fantastic meal and service. Thank you for a smashing Friday treat.
