Fouzi's Cafe Bar Pizzeria in Denbighshire

I had an absolutely lovely meal here. The atmosphere was nice, the staff were friendly and the food was delicious :) I had the Prawn Linguine (minus the chorizo) and the Tiramasu. Would highly recommend!

My friend and I went for Thursday lunch without a booking. It was very busy and the very kind and polite owner took us to a quieter room to wait for a table in the more busy, and preffered rooms. Ten minutes later we were accomodated. We had a fabulous main meal, me a beautiful lasagne made of excellant beef and my friend the seafood tortillini. The service was amazing and so friendly and polite. We then had a tirimisu which was beautiful and smooth but with crunchy biscuits at the side. I was so delighted I have chosen to pay for my son and his wife to go and enjoy the same experience!! Well done everyone.

Went here on a date and it was amazing, brilliant food, lovely Staff, it happened to be quite quiet which was great for both of us having sensory issues. Would definitely go back next time I visit Wales ^^

The food was very nice, staff were very welcoming and the interior is just perfect. Overall a great experience. I Highly recommend trying the “Salmone Al Pesto”.

Really good pizza. One person entre size though. Got takeaway twice and didn't have to wait long either time.

Had the grilled chicken pizza with onions and it was delicious. The bread for the pizza was perfect and the chicken was tender. Unfortunately I couldn’t finish the whole thing. The restaurant has a really nice, chill vibe to it. Very clean and stylish. There’s a good seating area outside for when the weather allows it. Overall a great experience!!

My favourite Italian restaurant in Llangollen, always busy with great service. I love the Americano pizza but there are lots of other delights to be found on the extensive menu. Highly recommended 👍

What a lovely evening we had! Me, my wife our 2 year old son and my wife’s parents went for dinner. The food was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was lovely and relaxed, the restaurant was warm and welcoming. The staff went out of their way to look after us and were brilliant with our son! Making him laugh, keeping him entertained as did the other customers. An all round lovely place to eat! Thank you!

As expected, it was amazing, went with my family and all the food we ordered was absolutely delicious, definitely would recommend the seafood platter! The staff and service were lovely as well despite the busyness.

Whilst other reviews seem happy I thought the food here was awful. Ordered seafood platter which includes calamari, scampi and fishcake and each appeared to be cooked from frozen. Took two bites and sent it back. Staff were pleasant. Interior could do with a fresh lick of paint.

Really enjoyed our meals, the portions are absolutely huge! Food was really tasty and you can tell it had been freshly cooked. I had a calzone and they don’t scrimp on the fillings and my husband had a pizza which was much better than anything from Pizza Hut or Papa Johns. Very good value for money. The staff are pleasant and polite. A nice ambience in the restaurant.

Such a lovely place. Made to feel welcome services face food came fast hot and delicious even though they were super busy. Will definitely come again and recommend.

Honestly the most amazing meal I have ever had !! The calamari was cooked to perfection and the calzone you just couldn't get enough of !! Massive compliment to the chefs and the staff !!

After a rocky start trying to get a table the foods was fantastic and red hot on hot plates which is rare. I would visit again but would book next time

Expensive but the food is amazing

Staff really friendly, food plentiful, hot and tasty. We opted for starters of baked camembert and chicken wings, followed by seafood platter ( basic but tasty) and steak (cooked as requested). No room for dessert! Good value for money.

Such a great place to eat, especially for breakfast! And they even have glutenfree bread for breakfast which is wonderful. I also saw that they have glutenfree pizzas but unfortunately I didn't get to taste them. Will definitely come again!

Walked past three times and reckoned it was just another coffee bar. Went with family for dinner and found it is much more. Good service and excellent food in a cheerful, lively location. Good value. We'll be back.

We have never visited Llangollen before but decided to stop by for lunch on Saturday. We were so glad we did as we came across Fouzi’s. At first there were no tables free but a couple left a table outside so the waiter found two extra chairs for us so that the four of us could eat at Fouzi’s. The waiter was really friendly and the food was excellent. I had the salmon and avocado wrap. Highly recommended. We will definitely choose Fouzi’s next time we are in Llangollen.

Have eaten here every time we visit Llangollen,the food never disappoints, we have even occasionally sat outside with a pizza and a glass of wine, also the odd breakfast or two , such a treat and with the staff so friendly too.

I’ve got to say, we were so disappointed by this place. We opted for pizza as there wasn’t much choice for vegetarians. How difficult can it be to knock out decent pizza dough? Honestly, when they served it I couldn’t believe it. Firstly, it was small and secondly, the dough didn’t taste fresh and was thick - like it had been frozen. The staff were really nice and the service was great but just don’t go for pizza.

An enjoyable dinning experience. The servings were very generous indeed. All the dishes we had were well prepared and very pleasant. We would definitely recommend the mixed grill, if you are hungry. The carbonara was also very enjoyable. The other dishes inclusive of the pizza...

By far the best place in Llan! Love it here! Staff are friendly, food is beautiful! I advise that you book as it does get busy. The full menu is brilliant, but try the specials too.

I have visited Fouzi's many times and on this occasion was delighted to find an outside table to enjoy the cool of the evening with my dog after an exceptionally hot day after a week of increasingly high temperatures. The Fouzi's special Calzone folder pizza was brought quickly and looked extremely appetising and was exceptionally tasty as was the beautifully dressed salad which was served alongside the juicy piping hot dish.The draught Peroni lager was brought promptly and refreshingly cold and there was a water bowl outside for my dog. I will be back once more very soon.

Had amazing food here. My son had a Burger and it was lovely and moist with the bun toasted. I had Calamari and a small chicken Caesar salad both probably classed as a large portion. Really good value for money and the staff are lovely helpful.

1 star Visited restaurant tonight only to be told that they don't do gluten free diets. Very poor service. Wouldn't patronise them again.

Came for a meal whilst staying in langollen I had a very tasty lasagne served with garlic bread and salad my partner had a nice burger with chips and salad which he enjoyed for dessert I just had lemon sorbet which was nice all at...

MAY 2023 Another visit to Llangollen another visit to Fouzi’s during Half Term week. Squeezed in at 5:30pm. Good tasty food, very pleasant staff. Strong recommend. 👍😎✔️ FEBRUARY 2023 :- Llangollen visit. Ate twice at FOUZI’s. Always welcoming ‘squeezed us in’ on both occasions, it was a Half Term week. On second visit had Welsh Lamb chops (new photo) which were excellent. Again STRONG recommendation. Paint a picture… drove up to my homeland from Southampton ‘booked in’ local Air BnB needed proper food on a Sunday evening. Rang Fouzi’s in through the door ten minutes later. Very helpful and friendly staff, good quality pasta and pizza… excellent bruschetta… job Done. Diolch yn fawr iawn 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

The worse food I’ve ever had, me and my friends had the most tasteless food,the pasta was sticky and dry, lasagna tasted like nothing and was a hard layer of cheese on top burnt

I was underwhelmed by this restaurant, unfortunately. The food was oily and lacked flavour. The service was not special either. It was all OK, but nothing I would dash back for.

The flavours were great. Unfortunately the starter we had bruschetta and the garlic sautéed mushrooms, the tomatoes were mushy (more than a day old) and the bread wasn't toasted enough so it was soggy. The pizza was good and the pasta was great.

The food was really good, we visited as a family, grandparent down to grandchildren. Lots variety on the menu so everyone easily found something to eat and it was all good. Staff were really friendly. Would go back if we were in Llangollen again.

After reading the reviews I was looking forward to eating here. Sadly I was disappointed. Had the salmon fish cake starter which was a mass produced deep fried disc, the only discernible fish was in the name. This was followed by the lasagne which comprised of some pasta, very little meat and lots of bland béchamel sauce. The one redeeming feature was the bottle of house Pinot Grigio
