Four Star Pizza West Belfast in Belfast

My husband and I get pizza from here occasionally, but tonight it was really outstanding! We've honestly never had such a quick delivery with hot food. Therefore, our food tasted amazing and was cooked perfectly. Also many thanks to the delivery driver Steven who was very friendly and delivered our food quicker than expected.

Came back in a tour bus from a long weekend , told delivery wouldn’t be available so I was dropped off on Kennedy way , (7 mile away from my original drop of) Walked in, doors open, open light still on display, hence the reason I got dropped off, only to be told that they are closed… they close at 12…. This was at 11.48… Absolutely disgusting, smelly nose ring rat employee, with no hair net on told me to close the door on my way out!! My 4 businesses have active accounts used daily for our clients… well , had!! Ps, that was the west Belfast branch… the rest have been grand for that last 15 years!!

Served by a great staff member, even though they were busy and dealing with equipment issues, he went out of his way to make sure I got my cheese less pizza. Delivering it to my door after an error.

Usually just order online but this time collected. Stephen in store was brilliant and very friendly, lovely pizza and cookies.

The team were lovely and guided me to the best value family deal of 2 medium pizzas (very tasty even if just your standard pepperoni and ham and pineapple- kids preference!), 2 sides (loved the falafels and the pepperoni swirls!) and the extra cookies that were delicious after the pizza and still warm! All for just £24 for a family of 5. Everything was really tasty with no hassle. And it just hit the spot for all of us. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much! 👍

Pizzas are hit and miss. Not very generous with cheese even if you order says there will be extra. Also notice when you order online and order chocolate chip cookies they'll often give you rainbow ones which have a completely different taste and texture instead without any communication. When they cost £5 for 6 of them and you don't get what you ordered, frustrating as its happened a couple of times now.

Ham on the pizza was past the date clearly and I ordered pepperoni and was given ham ? Chicken dippers were cold also..not be back !

Curly fries tasted and looked like they had been cooked multiple times. The wings were over cooked and completely inedible. Sub was incredibly crispy and burnt

So disappointed…25 minutes delivery which was great! but absolutely burnt. Couldn’t even make out my toppings they were that burnt. Normally order from Lisburn branch always beautiful. Will most definitely order from that branch again.

The delivery driver is actually the best, didn’t catch his name but I ordered the food to the wrong address and he drove all the way from dunmurry to botanic to deliver our food and it arrived still warm! ABSOLUTELY amazing service tried to give him a tip but he refused to take the money, deserves something for his service

Got here a few times now and the pizza has been consistently good. Pizza has been packed with toppings, barely any grease an very tasty. Also very quick delivery. Quicly became our favourite place to get pizza

Remember using 4 star when it first opened. It was a massive treat for west Belfast. Unfortunately if you like pizza you better avoid 4 star. Zero cheese on my pizza. Tomato base was over the top and having only ordered chicken topping I struggled to find this topping. If you want a large toasted pizza dough with tomato sauce four star is for you. For pizza try ANYWHERE else.

Delivery took over 1 hour 40 mins. Would never use this store again. Not acceptable.

I ordered the thick base but pizza was very thin and dough not cooked through, soggy twister fries, no salami on pizza, cheesy garlic bread was dry and barely any sriracha sauce on the wings.

Delivered on time & delivered nice and hot. Friendly Delivery Driver too 🙂

They haven’t have toppings and didn’t offer a discount as a long time buyer, got a half margerita.

Ordered potato wedges as a side and got Cajun wedges, waste of a side order as my nephew couldn’t eat them and had to bin them. I seem to always have an issue with my order when I order from four star Kennedy way.

Food was great, tasted fresh and was piping hot, the delivery was the fastest I’ve had in a long time. Got a notification from just-eat saying it was out for delivery and within 3/4 minutes the food was at my door, driver was as dead on as you could want and even closed the gates behind him on the way out (instead of just slamming them and leaving it open like most other drivers from other places) 12/10 would recommend …

Wasn't nice chicken tasted off and both bases were far to much tomato 😕 unfortunately won't order again.

Hello, I ordered a pizza with cajun chicken, fijita chicken, jalapeños and bbq bass, the pizza arrive with no bbq bass no jalapeños and no Cajun chicken, I’m very disappointed as I’ve spent good money on this to not get the order I ask for!

Usually 5 out of 5 but food was tasteless, stale and not what I came to expect after ordering many times.

Food was freezing when it arrived, garlic bread was burnt. Will never order food again

Pizza was amazing and cookies were amazing!! Although the wedges and curly fries were a bit hard and could have been cooked a bit longer :)

From completing the order to delivery was 1hour 15 mins and pizzas where stone cold only we had waited so long I would have returned them ! I don’t expect to order a delivery then have to heat it myself 😞

Delivery took an hour which is expected on a Friday night. Pizza was reasonably warm, curly fries were uncooked, physically could not eat as they were hard. Will not be ordering again. Very disappointed.

Disgraceful food produced and actually sent. Note attached to order not read resulting in wrong pizza. No contact stated due to isolation not even read. They then want the food returned from a covid household. Makes no sense! Will not use them again.

Food never showed. Got a text a good bit after delivery time saying it was on it's way but nothing anywhere near me

I don't usually do reviews but this time I had to. Cold food, delivery 10 mins late. But the main issue was, I never ordered pineapple. Reason I don't order pineapple is because my son is allergic. Pizza came with pineapple on it. It all got thrown in the bin and I ordered elsewhere. Service is usually great as I've eaten from four star for years but this can't happen.

Pizza was very bland, garlic bread was very dry and curly fries were under cooked. Cookies were nice though

There was a mistake with a pizza, and it needed remade. But they wouldn't redo any sides, so half of a £21 order is freezing.

Normally very happy with this company. Today was around 10 minutes late, took well over an hour from ordering to delivery. The ice cream I ordered was not available, not keen on the substitute provided. Not sure I will order from here again, no apology given for lateness, really disappointed ☹️

This is only place I get pizza from placed order waiting on coming out after 25 mins pasted the delivery time I called to me told there was a hiccup and they would resend my order and make pizzas bigger which would mean the so called hiccup was the order did not get made as I have kids and wait and making pizzas bigger with no help so disappointed in the way this was handled as I find it hard to understand missing an order and sum how saying it's out to order so wat did the put the stickers of empty box's and to top it all off they did not make them bigger will never use here again

Ordered a pizza came to 12 pound and got about a 2 inch pizza joke lol

We usually love Four Star, however, tonight each item we ordered had a problem. Our medium pizza had tomato sauce and not the the BBQ sauce we ordered, our large pizza had regular base and not a thin base as ordered and the cheesy garlic bread was burnt and pretty much edible. We are so disappointed!

Asked for a bit of hot chilli sauce on top of a personal pizza, not for the pizza to be swimming backwards down the Lagan in said chilli! Curly fries where cold & undercooked. Not amused.

Great food and portion sizes, just arrived a little later than expected
