I've been a regular in four star since I moved to Belfast and their pizzas are as tasty then as they are now.

Bully boy manager with small man syndrome has a seriously bad attitude and zero customer service skills. Likes to overcharge over the menu price when he feels like it and then accuse you of getting lippy when he's called out on it. I wonder if head office knows his wee scheme, ripping off customers (don't worry they soon will). Worked in customer service for 20 years and never experienced rudeness or arrogance like it. Would probably be better if he wasn't in a customer facing environment. No surprise this place is struggling. Pizza is below average

I really wanted a pizza, checked opening hours on a Saturday night, thought greaT, open till 3, go to the store at 1:40 and it’s closed, shutters down etc. I know staff need home etc I really do, but please update opening hours when necessary :(

Ordered an hour ago plus more was stuck at prepping on the app for a 67 quid order phoned 15 times left ringing terrible

Service was excellent, manager Corey was very polite as were the other workers. Great service.

I never leave reviews but I must say my experience was just out of this world! I was welcomed in and treated to the nicest pizza I’ve had in years. If I was to recommend anything I would recommend the peppers and bacon on a barbecue base as I haven’t stopped ordering them since my first one, great experience couldn’t recommend more.

We ordered pizza for delivery while staying nearby on a trip, and we were pretty impressed! A broad enough menu to give plenty of choice, and great deals. Delivery was fast, food was piping hot! Highlights: Pepperoni pizza Curly fries

Great service from ordering to collection. Visiting my dad in hospital & he loves a pizza so was able to order on way to BCH, collect at Lisburn road shop & Stephen was so cheerful. He Had the pizza ready waiting as promised & dad was delighted with his Father’s Day present ❤️. Thank you Stephen.

Order arrived late and was freezing when it arrived. It was just left at the door and only that I was looking out that i realised it was there. They sent out another one and replaced the food after which was decent but the whole ordeal took over 2 hours.

The food was tepid when it arrived which impaired my enjoyment somewhat. The food arrived within the expected delivery time, however the expected delivery time was quite long and there was no notification to say the order had been dispatched.

The food quality has been good but the shop is lately missing to send the sauces I've been ordering. I've only received 2 tomato ketchups from my last 2 orders.

Ordered a large manhattan pizza but when the pizza came it had no pepperoni and no ham on it is was like a veggie pizza. Four star is usually my go to for pizza

Usually never an issue with four star, only place I’d order from but tried just eat for a rare occasion rather than collecting, boxes were warm on arrival, opened it to stone cold pizza, same with the garlic bread. Atleast the wedges were warm.

We waited 1.5 hours but we didn't our pizza as the driver delivered it in the wrong hotel. Staff super unhelpful when it comes to processing the refund and it took calling headquarters to get this resolved.

Shocking delivery service. Lazy driver didn't bother coming to the door so brought order back to restaurant. Then had to re-order and was charged a higher price then originally. Will not be ordering again.

I ordered pizza for my daughter. I wrote down on the notes to ring when the drivers outside but instead they left the food on the floor outside the door and now the pizza is freezing and wet as its raining. Can you people or drivers not read notes on the order?! That is ridiculous.

ordered via just eat and paid with card in advance, driver comes to the door and tells me i need to pay in cash despite the fact that i had money taken out of my bank account, shrugged his shoulders and walked off.

Delivery driver left pizza ON THE GROUND OUTSIDE MY APARTMENT.. pizza was v cold and not nice my dip that I ordered did not come .. v disappointing 2/10 would not recommend.

I ordered pizza but I feel the chicken fajitas was dull and used spices to overwhelm the chicken flavour. Not enough pineapple pieces. Garlic pizza is good and only one missing item sweet and sour dip, most times I get wrong dips or no dips. I would focus a bit more on dips

Time to find a new pizza place this restaurant used to be lovely & always piping hot I just can’t justify paying almost £23 for stone cold pizza with very little toppings I don’t know if they are trying to save money but for the prices it’s just uncalled for very disappointed

Food delivered very quickly. Was lovely! Restaurant forgot to put part of my order with the delivery driver. He offered to go get it and return. Really nice gesture on his part. My ankle is busted! So… another trip down the stairs wasn’t a good option. Told him no thank you! He apologised. A simple mistake that wasn’t anyones fault. Food was lovely, lotta food for price. Great quality all round.

Haven’t had a four star in so many years. Like seriously about a decade. Pizza was beautiful! Sides were almost as fine as the delivery driver. (I know that’s really inappropriate! But it’s been really lonely during lockdowns over the past two years) lol! Seriously though! Food was lovely. Thumbs up all round! Thank you!

Delivery fantastic. Food, horrible maybe my fault, asked for 2x pepperoni got way too much. Pizza was a salty nightmare. It made an argument with Tyler durden a joyous occasion.

Received a phone call to say that the driver left the food at the wrong door which when checked wasn’t there, then when told about about receiving no food I was told that the food would be replaced. 40 minutes later when rang the same staff member acted stupid and had told me the food had been delivered and that a replacement was not bein prepared and that he didn’t realise even tho it was the same staff member had said it was being replaced. Very unprofessional driver and staff.

Sitting here with my 3 year old son excited to eat pizza. I recieved a notification that it was delivered when it hadnt. I called up the store and they said there was an "issue with the driver" and that "we arent sure where he is it what he has done with your food. Appalling service
