Disgusting with hair in my food,useless!!

Absolute joke of a place ordered 2 burgers an hour and a half ago got told orders will take an hour phoned to see where it is got told not even started making it WOULD STAY CLEAR OF THE PLACE

Waited 2.5 hours for food delivery. Tried phoning for updates but no one will answer

Waited two hours for delivery and when it arrived was just about cold and don’t even think about getting a korma absolutely disgusting. The dog wouldn’t even eat it.

We have ordered take out from this take away many times and not had cause for complaint. However, the last three times it has been terrible and after giving the benefit of the doubt we will now never order from here again. Third time unlucky for us. The order took over an hour for delivery when it arrived it was look warm at best. The meat was dry hard and inedible DO NOT USE THIS TAKEAWAY.

Can't complain with service, quick and efficient and with a smile. Food wasn't so good, for me. Had a Pepperoni Pizza and wasn't sure if it was the sauce or the cheese but something didn't taste good. Cheesey Garlic bread was OK, would have been better had I specified mozzarella cheese - my fault, not the takeaway. Wedges were good, would have been better had I been offered some sauce to go with them.

Ive come here a lot of the time for a bit of scran and I'm not disappointed they make great food and the staff are nice and polite

Shocking customer service. Accepted an order and pushed delivery time back. Accepted and charged, called to ask where it was when it was meant to of arrived to be told. I declined it we don’t deliver to you(news to me as they have in the past). Nobody bothered to let me know even though they had my contact details and gave a poor excuse for an apology. Disgusting and staff couldn’t care less.

Ordered a cheese pizza when we got home it turned out to be ham and pineapple . Absolutely rotten.

Sad day for customers service Open till 12. Arrive at 11.30 to a locked door and staff shouting "shut" at me Won't be back, would advise others to seek alternative as well.

Shocking customer service. Close at 12pm, online ordering system accepted an order at 11.20pm and we turn up to collect at 11.40pm to be ignored by the staff that can clearly see us standing at the door, eventually they shout " we are closed, we refunded the money " is someone not capable of coming to the door to explain they have decided to close early. No need to ignore customers!

Great food at reasonable prices

Staff are rubbish they keep answering the phones instead of actually serving the walk in customers.

Went to Rumford 4 in1 last night Only one girl behind the counter had a mask on Delivery drivers wandering in and out no Masks People working behind the counter NO MASKS WHY? When this is a government rule Will Not Be Back .

Chinese was closed so went to four in one. Provided a mixed order in a very short time which was very pleasant.

Absolutley shocking food from here (collection) and both times food cold & reheated kebab meat

Ordered takeaway tonight 16 inch pizza and spicy chicken calzone told would be ready in 20 mins went to collect 5 mins early colzone full of raw peppers bit of chicken no doner meat as per discription on menu no much bigger than a large bridie and to top it all off full meal was cold phoned to complain but couldn't get a word in for girl on phone loving the sound of her own voice rude and definitely no customer service provided by her another takeaway I won't be using

Had family round for a bite to eat in the heat, we ordered the 27” create your own pizza from here it was amazing!! Fresh, hot pizza split into 3 sections to please everyone!🍕 it really was a treat to eat. We also ordered the 12” selection box, great variety of things to share, all hot & tasty too. Chips were delish, normally I find take-away chips soggy, not from here! I’d defo recommend here for food, and we will defo be back...... soon!😁😁

Cheap , generic , tasteless rubbish.

The idea is sound enough - four different cuisines in a single takeaway. But the result is they do none of them well. The pizzas are very average, priced similar to Dominos but less choice and lower quality. The burgers are inedible. The kebabs are pricey for the amount you get. Only in the Indian do they vaguely compete - some of the curries are reasonable, though stingy with the meat. The mixed grill is the worst I've ever had - basically a chunk of tikka'd chicken breast and about half a skewer of shish kebab, plus for some reason an entire bag full of raw onion. Hardly a "mixed grill". I complained to the head office about that one, but they didn't even respond. The chicken pakora is pretty good, and the naans are okay, though seem smaller every time I get one. Overall, take the extra time to order from sanaam instead...

Food is nothing special but there is a good choice

since this changed hands I have stopped using them.The food now is delivered cold and very greasy. I think old food is reheated and sold as fresh. Lots of good take away restaurants in the area unfortunately this isn't one of them any more.

Feshly prepared at 1am, fast friendly and food was brilliant.... im delighted!!!!

You say your open till 1.30am and when you get told at 12.26 when you call for a delivery sorry no more delivery’s! Kind of a joke and misleading tbh!! If you close at these early times at least change it online!!!

Food is ok. its the customer service on the phone that can be frustrating. The lady is speaking to me on the phone answers another phone halfway threw my order and serves a customer during my call talk about under staffed!

Ordered a calzone it arrived an hour and 30 minutes later, cold and disgusting. It also did not have any donner meat inside, i thought that was standard for a calzone? Could be wrong. Anyway wouldn’t even give one star but had to so I could leave this review.

My partner and i have used the 4 in one in Rumford regularly for years and years. The last two or three orders we have had have been of a poor standard. The doner kebab meat a week ago that i received was dripping in grease so much so the bottom fell out the cardboard box it was in. Last night after placing our latest order we were told after payment had been taken (clever) that it would take approximately an hour and a half to deliver (90 minutes) and they were true to their word .When it arrived the food was cold.The doner meat was hard and it was acompanied by a pool of grease in the bottom of the tin tray. We stay 2 minutes by car from the shop but were enjoying a drink in the house so we couldnt pick up the meal ourselves. Another dissapointing aspect is the customer service.My partner and i have been on the points scheme for years but recently this has stopped for some reason.When we enquired about it a very abrupt female taking our order simply said we need to contact head office.Heres a wee tip you contact head office and get us both back on the points scheme ..that would be in the best interest of good customer relationship surely? I cant totally slate this shop as the majority of meals we have ordered over the years have been decent. However following the quality of last night meal we are seriously considering not going back. Finally, would like to commend the four in one highly for employing the total gentleman who delivers to our home (smallish guy with glasses normally wears a skip hat) He is an absolute credit to your company and his manners and customer service are impecable. Ps please dont say your going through a transitional period.As a regular and loyal customer the least i expect is decent take away food,value for money and a delivery time i would associate with a fast food outlet. Bought a Calzone lucky if there was 5 bits of kebab meat inside, not worth the money and happens 2 often with no offer of a replacement when you complain.

We bought the double cheese burger meal deal yesterday ( 22/06/2018) . The chips were soggy. The cheese topping for both patties was almost invisible. The patties themselves were tasteless. And more than half went in the bin. Sadly the bun was the only part of this meal deal I finished . Will not use 4 in 1 again for their American menu.
