Fornos Cafe in Cardiff

This place has been recommended but I'm scared to even try because there are always two awful men outside cat-calling and harassing me when I walk past. I don't know if they're your staff or maybe it's you or maybe they're just two awful regulars but either way you should be aware that you have something driving away business and harrasing women on the street. You need to address this.

Called in for a falafel wrap with salad. Good value for three pounds fifty pence, seemed fresh and tasty.

Always fab food and excellent value, lamb shish wrap my favourite. Staff are lovely people who care about their customers.

Fornos is a daily lunch place for great value, tasty, fresh food. Recommended to all when in the area for a quick lunch. The naan wraps are the best and offer the best value for money.

I'm a regular customer of here - averaging at least twice a week. Everything is fresh and tasty. The salad box (at £3) is very filling with plenty of chicken and salad. They offer a choice of around 6 different flavor chicken (including Mexican - Peri Peri - plain) and a few vegetarian options too (falaffle etc.) Well worth a visit - I never feel hungry in the afternoon at work after a meal from here. Excellent

Forno's is situated right around the corner from where I work and has become a very popular destination among colleagues for a quick bite to eat. The place is very small and first-time customers might find the system of ordering at the front desk then paying at the side, but it really is a fantastic little cafe. What I really like is the fact that you're asked what you want in your baguettes, paninis etc. - so if like me you don't like salad, you don't have to eat it. They even fill my regular (chicken mayo) even more to compensate! Great service too, lovely little family business.

i visited fornos on the 25th march 2015 for lunch with my daughter who is studying at the college near by. she has raved on about the panini here so we popped in for lunch. first impressions were lovely! well kept cafe with an attractive salad bar to choose from. I ordered a coronation chicken panini which was literally stuffed with chicken and mango and any salad I choose from! the food was heated and we sat down there to eat. wow what a lovely lunch and only 3 pound! meal deal 4 pounds bargain!!! i recommend this shop for delicious food and a warm welcome!
