There very friendly and tolerant of everyone's personality and have amazing coffee and tea. Really a relaxing atmosphere and comfortable restrooms and amenities and kindness rules here relax and enjoy your time.

Very tasty coffee, cozy atmosphere. I would like a better selection of desserts for coffee. It is also a pity that the coffee shop is not open in the evening.

Nice atmosphere, good music and the coffee is reasonably priced. Not made from a Folger's filter like most coffee shops in the downtown area.

Checked the website to make sure nothing was happening, arrived to find the place totally full because of a ‘whist drive’. Shame it wasn’t advertised!

Great find for the forge coffee on the green in evenley, amazingly tasty coffee and believe me I have tried lots of coffee and cafe, cakes are great too, we cycled over on a Saturday and we liked to so. Much we drove 20 miles over on Sunday just for coffee, very friendly staff and a great location.

Lovely cafe overlooking the village green. Sometimes there are gorgeous cakes but other times it is sparse. Unfortunately there are few or no options for medical allergy sufferers apart from a few pre-packaged gluten free bars.

Good coffee and food In first thing (just opened), three staff on, ordered, sit down, they make coffee then shout to tell you ready… literally three of them stood there doing nothing and couldn’t bring it over?! Lad too busy going out side for his roll up every 10 mins

Such wonderful cakes and coffees. Also bring your wallet because they have a great selection of art, plants and Nick Naks.

Excellent coffee stop while out on a group ride, great selection of cakes and savoury snacks. The coffee was very good and the barista takes great pride in making your drink, including some great coffee art with the milk. Bike friendly which is fab and space in the rear garden to leave your bikes so not out the front. There is also a small home store attached and some lovely handmade silver jewellery, will definitely be returning.

My husband went to The Forge last year whilst out cycling and loved the cinnamon bun so much that we cycled back there this year which was well worth it. Lovely friendly staff, coffee amazing and so was the bun. Next time will try something else. It’s such a nice place to visit. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks for a great experience

Fun coffee shop in downtown with a great local flavor!

Absolutely wonderful coffee shop. Great place to enjoy and relax. Sweet shop directly across the street if you want to enjoy the sweets with your coffee. Very very helpful nice baristas.

We stopped by Ember + Forge for a quick cup of coffee on way out of town after a weekend visit. It was clean and bright and artful, and bustling with happy customers. The latte I had was great, and their care for the craft was clear, but it was all almost (is this weird to say?) overshadowed by the staff's obvious love for their regular patrons and community pride. It was a great last stop to make, and left a positive enduring impression of Erie that I will carry with me until my next visit.

Good coffee, good atmosphere, great location. Overall I would’ve given this coffee place 4 or 5 stars (especially for Erie!) but I stopped going here after they started flying a political flag in their window. It is unsavory how political agendas (LGBTQ) are thrown in our faces everywhere we go, including a little coffee shop!

Absolutely love this place! Atmosphere amazing and plenty of seats. Every barista I encounter here they're just so wonderful, great personalities, I don't even have to tell them my order they remember it. So glad I decided to stop in this is my go-to coffee shop did I mention coffee is amazing. Thanks Ember+Forge employees for being so amazing.

Visited this excellent coffee shop for lunch whilst doing the Millennium Way circular walk from Chipping Walden (walk 44, 2/3rds of the way round). Tea (leaves in the centre of the pot), good and hot coffee, two slabs of whole meal toast with butter and jam, a tasty cheese and onion pasty, a delicious cookie and brownie (cut in half on request), all for £14. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities clean and the atmosphere charming. A delightful break on a very nice walk.

Absolutely the best coffee for miles! I should know, I cycled 20 miles to get there. Lovely to sit out back when it’s sunny. Plus interesting art and shop.

We regularly walk over to the coffee shop from Brackley with the dog. We think it’s one of the best coffee’s in the area. Really friendly staff and your always made feel welcome. Good selection of cakes and savouries and other goods. You can use the post office well you are there too. Can’t recommend it enough.

The coffee was - eh, ok. Nothing to write home about. There was plenty of seating. I appreciated the atmosphere in general, but there was something lacking - just can't quite put my finger on it. The baristas were friendly. Would appreciate an offering for whipped cream or cold foam. Not sure that my small cup was worth $5.

First time here. Small quaint place with calming music playing. Friendly greeting on arrival. Coffee was just great and artisan bread good too. Will definitely b visiting again. Nice range of gifts available too. Wonderful find!

Found this place through my better half who had seen a review on our local village website ... it's not that big but the staff are friendly the coffee, cakes and other food is excellent and they also sell arts and crafts ... and have comedy nights and pizza evenings and as an Italian I can say the pizzas are authentic and delicious. Well worth a visit if you ever in the area

Great ambience and decor, cool vintage signs and hand made vintage style pennants for sale, I had a dirty chai and it was delicious. Very friendly staff who put up with my humor attempts, dog friendly. Go!

The location is perfect, in the middle of downtown. I highly recommend it. It is decorated well, too.

The coffee is okay. They have changed their business to take out only. They don’t want people to sit down so they don’t deal with cleaning and disinfecting, they just want your money without work. They have even tied down the table and chair outside so you can’t sit outside either.

We originally found completely by chance, so revisited when nearby, as definitely worth it. Polite, friendly, relaxed, with indoor, and outdoor seating. Range of coffee’s, tea’s. light food, cakes, snacks etc. Even has a small gallery, and outside antique type room. Would definitely recommend, although not suitable if anyone wants a large meal. It could do with providing sandwiches/rolls. Plus the back door needs re-labelling, so it is clear it is also the garden, and not just the toilet. Overall, would definitely recommend, and will always re-visit when nearby.

When out for a jolly to Banbury (to visit Second Time Around) we decided to stop off at Forge Coffee for a latte and some cake. Out in the middle of rural Britain in the pretty little village of Culworth you will find the hidden gem that is Forge Coffee. The coffee was great and the delicious cakes and tray bakes were all very tempting. We had a Peanut Butter Crumble and a Black current Shortbread slice and both were amazing. Moist, delicious and very moreish. The Forge is very arty and crafty with a display of works. There is inside and outside (garden) seating and on the summers day we went sitting out back was great. Highly recommend The Forge Coffee Shop and hope to visit again one day for more delicious sweet treats. Soup and savoury treats / snacks are also available.

It’s one of my favorite afternoon work walk locations! The staff is always super friendly, helpful and wonderful! They even converted my tea drinking husband to a coffee lover!

My absolute favorite coffee shop! We get all of our grounds from here too (which must be in stock at all times at our house)! I am excited for them to reopen as it’s a great meeting spot downtown.

Best coffee in the city. It’s been wonderful to see them survive through the pandemic. So excited they are able to start returning to their normal hours. I spent many hours in this coffee shop pre-Covid working on my computer. Atmosphere is lovely, the staff is great, and they always try to accommodate customer feedback/needs to the best of their ability.

Its practically a storage room ... there's nothing to see . They don't have most of the menu items in stock .

We love their coffee but can’t really go to that area all the time so today we were craving their coffee and drove there. We got there at 3:40pm today Saturday. My husband rang the bell twice and waited but nobody came to the window. What a disappointment! Things like this make you not trust small businesses. If you dont live close I guess call first before you go. It’s annoying but is not worth driving to a close business. Note: these pregnant mom and dad had to go get a Starbucks afterwards.

Very good coffee. Not many places make good cortados but when it's done right like they made mine at Ember + Forge it's outstanding. They have an order window on the side of the building so they're COVID safe and they make ordering super easy.

Good cup of coffee and friendly staff. The atmosphere was comfortable as well. *Edit: I've upgraded to five stars due to another recent stop. The coffee is fantastic, and the staff remain remarkably fast and friendly. The extra star also comes from the managements clear commitment to delivering a quality product and experience. I appreciate them reaching out for feedback on how to improve overall rating. In general this is just a quality establishment that should be given a look if you are in the area!

Best London fog I’ve ever had. Need to figure out what tea they use! They measure and time everything perfectly.

This place is amazing whether your a coffee nerd or just looking for a low key caffeine boost. Tyler the barista was most helpful with recommendations and when we spilled a drink on accident was quick to brew us another.

Looking for breakfast or lunch? Look no more...this little business is always full of customers and once you dine here you will know why. My egg with melted cheese on a croissant was delicious and the cup of fruit was so fresh. My friend had the Belgian waffle. We ate here EVERY morning!!!

On my last trip to Savannah, I had breakfast at Goose Feathers and was happy to return this trip. The coffee is excellent and service southern friendly. My croissant egg sandwich was warm and fresh. The panini my friend had was delicious. The place has a good vibe with families, singles, couples and a wide range of ages.

Goose Feathers is a popular destination for very inexpensive but delicious fare. Quiche is an especially good value. I had the Reuben, which I love. The location is perfect, in the middle of downtown. I highly recommend it. It is decorated well, too.

Found purely by chance. able to wheel your bikes through the cafe to the back garden. Great coffee and cake enjoyed in the garden. Downside of our visit a group of eight not observing the social distancing rules :(

I had to try this place when I finally made it to Erie. Mainly because it's my family that owns the business. After having tried their coffee though, that is what will be bringing me back every time I visit. It was exceptional. Very proud of my cousin, Hannah, who started this business. She's a great woman and obviously knows how to make a mean cup of coffee.

Cyclists Mecca in Culworth. Rapidly becoming the place to stop when out in this area. Used to stop at Cannons Ashby but after their letter to our club not to come we’ve found a lovely alternative. Lovely coffee, good prices and safe secure area for bikes. Home made cakes and other fayre, the sausage rolls looked to die for. Quickly took groups details and service was done with a smile. Could do with a few more tables out the back in the garden but we managed.

Great ambience at this little village cafe. Excellent coffee and a lovely variety of tasty bites on offer with a warming open fire to take away the winter chill.

Truthfully I'm not a coffee drinker. But I LOVE LOVE LOVE the smoothies and hot chocolate that you can get. Decent prices. The space is so cozy with big windows to people watch. Comfy couches to chat with a friend. And larger tables for group gatherings for coworkers or students. It's a local spot you are bound to love. In the bustling city it is a cup of peace and a snip of enjoyment you'll want to come back to again and again.

I love stopping into Ember and Forge on the way to work. The coffee is the best in Erie, and the staff are all lovely. There is one staff member, I really need to get her name, she has short hair and glasses, she is always so sweet!

Such a lovely spot! In a converted historical building, woman and locally owned, which is just fabulous. Near the art museum, and there are periodic art displays! The smoothies are absolutely stunning.

My Wife grew up in Erie, so we were back to visit for the Holidays. I have to say, I wish this place were out by us in the Chicago Suburbs. Great coffee(by great I mean amazing), super friendly and competent staff. And an adorable atmosphere. We were in town for a week and the only day we didn't stop by was Christmas(because they were Closed). Erie needs more businesses like this, it's helping breathe life back into that city and I hope that they continue to be successful. Also, for the quality of product you get from there, they could be charging much more and I would gladly pay it. If you visit Erie, PA or even happen to live there, do yourself a favor and make sure you visit them sometime. You will thank me. I promise you!

Stopped by while out on my motorbike. An old converted forge, now an independent coffee shop in this small village. High quality coffee prepared with care, along with tasty home made cakes and snacks. It was a cold day so the raging wood burning stove was very welcome to thaw out my hands ! A warm welcome and I got the feeling it is a nice central meeting place for the village.

Really friendly small independent coffee shop. The cakes looked amazing and it was a very warm and cosy place to stop for a while and enjoy a cup of coffee. Highly recommended.

I attended on a breezy fall afternoon, and there were about 6 people in line. The woman at the counter was nice and made each person feel important. I did not feel bad about waiting in line. I ordered an apple chai, and was not disappointed. The way I see it, if you are looking for that 5 minute coffee, this is not where you want to go. If you are willing to take your time and enjoy life at its fullest, than I would highly recommend.

Honestly I've never had a better, more balanced cup of coffee or tea. It's all so smooth and just... Just done right! It's a little surprising. Cute minimalistic decor and very low key. Lots of students doing homework but I mean, it's right by a university. A wonderful place to sit and chat

Good vibes inside, great coffee, and the most reasonable prices I've seen for coffee. One of the things I appreciate is that they have different options in how you want your coffee brewed. They have drip, French Press, Chemex, and pour over options. They get coffee from Phoenix in Cleveland which are really good beans and I'm a big fan. Would recommend this place.
