Foam in Pembrokeshire

Unfortunately, we ended up walking out of this place after waiting to be served for over 20 minute (this was after a re under) and waiting a further 40 for food by which time we had had enough. The restaurant was busy but not full. Our drinks could have been brought over much sooner at the very least before making the toast!

Amazing food so much choice. Large portions and reasonably priced. Very friendly cheerful staff. Thank you for a lovely lunch.

Pre holiday lunch so popped into Foam at Milford marina. Soon seated and menus offered. We went for Bruschetta to start and had meatballs and spaghetti for main . Special fixed menu for two courses. Portions were generous so we could have managed with one starter between us Meatballs were lovely and came with garlic bread. Too much for my wife but the friendly waiter soon got us a container and we took some home . Service was good throughout.

I thought i was going to attend a lovely, scenic diner. BUT. . . it was far from it. The room was cold. the roof leaked on us. the portions were not great value for money. they had run out of most things; a limited menu. the atmosphere even put me off my food. not a great experience 👎👎👎

Went for the grazing menu, quality of food was terrible, wasn’t enough for 12 people, what we paid for. They boxed 2 up because the couldn’t attend, and they charged 0ver 40 for enough to feed a pigeon Not impressed at all, we complained and that’s all I had back was unprofessional answers. And a smiley face at the end

The Foam & Sugar Loaf team made my friends Baby Shower the most memorable day!! The food was outstanding, there was so much of it and we were kindly given several boxes to take home what we couldn’t finish. Booking was so simple to do through the Sugar Loaf bakery, all items were homemade fresh and laid out so beautifully. The staff couldnt do enough to help us, they really were so attentive and kind. The glass room has gorgeous views which make the perfect setting for celebrations with friends and family. I have recommended to friends and one of them has already booked their birthday party with the same grazing package. The mum to be even received a free box of 12 cupcakes in her chosen colour, a really thoughtful gift for her to take home to enjoy for herself. The food was so tasty, my favourite was the homemade scones with jam and clotted cream - which were laid out on a cute little picnic bench. We really did have the best afternoon. We were recommended Foam by out taxi driver the previous night, and we certainly weren’t disappointed. The antipasti really was fantastico! That focaccia was to die for, and the meats and accompaniments all fresh and delicious. I had the seafood tagliatelle, and I’ve had this dish in many places but this was something else! The seafood was beautifully cooked (as anyone who is a seafood lover will know, it can often by chewy, but these mussels, calamari and prawns were perfect), and the tomato sauce had real substance. You can tell real care is taken by the chef. My partner had the sirloin which was tender, juicy and cooked exactly right. The portions are extremely generous, and well worth the money. The bar tender was very friendly and professional.

Visited on Monday 30th October for lunch while on holiday in the area. Lovely table looking out to sea with the sea just peeping out behind the clouds. We decided on the set menu and enjoyed starters of vegetable soup which was absolutely delicious , chicken wings followed by mains of Scampi and a Chicken in a mustard sauce along with a side of garlic bread. It was all delicious except maybe mustard sauce a bit too strong for my taste. On saying that we enjoyed the ambience the food and the service was good. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

I have nothing but praise for the staff and the food. We stayed at The Shores above the restaurant and they made us most welcome. Today we had my mum over for Sunday Lunch and they accommodated her unbelievably, it was a day out for Mum from the nursing home and they understood our situation mobility issues and dementia. Thank you for making my Mum's day special.

Returned to Foam after a very bad dining experience and what a difference. The environment was better and notable ambience due to other fellow diners in the restaurant. Staff and service was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble with great communication from our waitress. Food was fantastic, hot and arrived in acceptable time. The Lemon and Oregano chicken special was very tasty !! Highly recommended!! The only negative on our part was they had sold out of the lemon and chocolate profiteroles !!! We all missed out there !! ☹️ Would definitely return again x

We eat here at least once a week, especially when 50% off mains is on, what a great deal!! Always pleased with our food - the burgers are delicious but my favourite is the fish & chips. Puddings all homemade and a lovely selection. Staff super friendly, happy & helpful. Gin was buy one get one free too!!! Have been for breakfast a few times, The Ultimate is such a good deal, comes with a free drink & homemade bread for the toast, really tasty!! Looking forward to trying the Sunday Carvery next

Fantastic views Service was amazing. The staff are super friendly. The food is so good here we just can't fault it breakfast lunch and dinner ..so tasty We come here at least once a month to enjoy the fabulous views and the cocktails are divine ..its a must visit

We really enjoyed our brunch here. We had a table overlooking the water. I had smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel and my friend had eggs Benedict, which were both delicious and well presented. The staff are really nice, attentive but not intrusive. Pots of tea are free with breakfast and brunch which is a nice touch. We'll definitely return.

Called for breakfast today. Ordered eggs benedict. The toast was soggy the eggs were undercooked , the white was runny and it was smothered in tasteless hollandaise sauce . It was inedible. I took it back. The waiter who was lovely did offered for me to have something else, which i declined My husbands cooked breakfast was OK. Please tell my how these places mange if they can't poach an egg. It would have been nice if the person who was cooking come to see what was wrong or apologise. Should have read the other reviews. Yes the tables were sticky. They did not charge me for the food. Left hungry and disappointed. Won't return or recommend. Foam , please read your reviews, employ a good cook.

Disappointing. Visited with friends. Pleasant enough setting and staff, but our breakfast was quite disappointing. The toast was overdone and the eggs hard. The coffee was weak and the tables a little sticky. A great shame.

Booked for friends catchup at 8pm but arrived earlier at 730pm at restaurant’s request following a short notice telephone call of 2 hours which was not a problem. However very disappointed. I have bee here many times but the place looked tired and very unloved. The food was mediocre and then told no desserts on menu as had run out !!! However on requesting coffee was the final straw !! Informed that coffee machine gets turned off at 6pm so no coffee !! Is there no kettle in the kitchen ?? Foam have a great lunch time menu, I often go there if I am in the area for something to eat lunchtime, they also do a lovely Sunday Carvery for everyone but its best to book on a Sunday.

Meg,Lucy, Zara, Millie and Fflur were so welcoming and attentive from the moment we walked through the door; they served with kindness and professionalism some very tasty veggie and chicken burgers which couldn’t be faulted. Definitely be back for the service and food!
