food was cold. wrong order. pretty disgusting so disappointed 😞 won't be ordering from there again 😒

ordered to arrive at 7.45 didn't arrive till 8.15, driver couldn't find place even though location is correct on the app. I had to go and stand in the rain and help guide him so not happy about that.

Lots of horrible discoloured chips. Only gave delivery time after paying g which was hour and a half.

Phoned up to find out where the food is as got kids to feed but being on the phone to a rude person. Saying only got 3 delivery drivers but can only expect it like the weather. So I think when my food turns wants to be hot. So rude

Ordered what I thought was a medium cod and chips, I've seen bigger kids sized portions of chips, nothing like a medium chips at every other chip shop. I'm supposed to be dieting so I guess in some way they did me a favour, but still £9.50 for a reasonable sized piece of fish and a few chips seemed somewhat disappointing. Food was nice though.

I waited for 1 hour half. Poor service and never ordered again.

Our usual fish and chip shop was closed today so we chose fletton. The food was very tasty, the portion sizes were all very generous and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner.

Great food as always. We ordered at a very busy time so it took a while but it arrived hot.

Cannot fault the food it was perfect the munch box hit the spot nicely and the staff are always easy going an friendly 👌🏼

Why give a time then arrive 20 mins before. Great food though

Been using Fletton fish and chips for a while so about time I left a review. Absolutely amazing food and very friendly staff. The owner is a great guy and extremely friendly to his customers. For sure the best chippy in town and they do an amazing kebeb too! If ever I was to move out of the area I’d still go to this place, it’s that that good. It’s easy to order online and they even give you a call if there are any issues or queries regarding your order. They have great deals for families which is a bonus for us. Definitely recommended, and trust me, I love my food ;-)

Asked for BBQ sauce but sadly not put on. They however were still lovely but had a chilli taste to them.

First order from was great, second order it got cancelled after delivery time. Today food was very greasy delivery was 30 minutes late and no salad in both donner munch boxes.

Omg amazing chips. Great price . Bloke serving was so friendly. Vegan curry sauce. Amazing range of food . He gave us a sample of the sauce he uses on kebabs . Chilli and mint . Banging !!!!!! Highly recommended 💚.

Ordered food at 7.20pm. Initially said 20-35 minutes. Then the expected delivery time changed drastically to 8.20-8.40pm. Food eventually turned up at 9.10pm after chasing it. 1 x donner wrap was then missing from the order. Neither restaurant or driver said a word about it.

What’s the point of the facility to post a note, when notes are either ignored or missed.

First time using Fletton Fish and Chips last night. Very friendly owner, great customer service and reasonable price too. It's getting harder to find decent fish and chips in Peterborough and after doing a search on the 'best in Peterborough' it brought me here. It was delicious! Fish was cooked perfectly and the chips and curry sauce were equally as good. Think I've found my new local chip shop. Great all round, 10/10

There were no onion rings and I wasn’t advised there wouldn’t be. The food was greasy, the chips were too greasy to eat. We definitely won’t be ordering again.

Healthy portion of fish and chips and not greasy like most other chippys.

Would be better if they put all chips in the polystyrene containers as they would still be hot on arrival. Would prefer to eat earlier than they delivered but did not have a choice.

Happy service ( asks how you are) good portion size and decent price. New range in ( samosa are amazing with hot sauce and a really good deep filled roll to satisfy any lunch hunger) best in town in my humble opinion.

All sausages where missing and items where cold. Not thrilled by this meal.

Lovely food, battered sausage, cod and chips. Chips a bit on the cool side so next time will put in microwave but perfect otherwise.

Had from here a few times now but each time it's gone downhill. This order was not good. Chips were cold, fish was greasy and no flavour. Got sausage and saveloy for kids, both overcooked and dry. Will have to find a different chippy now as this time was the last.

I'm not happy, I ordered savaloys but they were halal savaloys, I should of had a choice to have original or halal but halal wasn't mentioned also battered sausage was again halal, food went in the bin, I definitely won't be ordering from here again

Updating my review 4th time now. Why does quality fluctuate so much here? One week the food is fantastic, another week its cheap and terrible. Like when asked to add salt and vinegar to chips not doing it. then adding a cheap slice of fake cheese to the top of chips and calling that cheesy chips? I know you guys got to make money but if you don't have cheese in stock, Just don't sell cheesy chips. Donner meat was super greasy again too. Come on guys i love your food when its good but when you lot have a bad week the service really shows. I keep ordering because i like the food and the staff are lovely. But Damn do i feel cheated when i get something inedible I've been a regular for 2 years, and a year ago service was always fantastic. I loved the food. But in recent times well it's just not the same.

Don't place order via Uber eats bcoz they'll cancel order after 45mins saying Uber eats cancelled it and encourage you to come directly. Staff not helpful and don't listen to you. Absolutely con... Mess you around

The roll for the burger was stale around the edges. Ordered battered sausage and was given plain. Ordered large chips but portion provided was clearly small. I will say the onion rings were lovely but disappointed with this order.

2 hours to get fish and chips, service was slow, and I had updates change twice on just eat..

The chip were the worst we've ever had from here, they was were soaked in grease stale and cold. Only thing that was nice was the steak pie and cod.

Batter was lovely but the fish was awful skin was so tough i could literally snap it and the fish was tasteless and rubbery, peas were less mush and more water and for a large potion of chips it fed only two! Worst fish and chips ive had in a long long time.

Very disappointed in the fish and chips we ordered. The fish was incredibly greasy, one side of it was stuck to the paper. And the chips were so overdone they were borderline burnt. Will stick with our usual shop in future, but they were closed on a Sunday

Chips was not up to there usual standard… Donna meat was very greasy but nice Kids meal was ok but think it be nice for 4 nuggets instead of 3 as some kids due to needs prefer things like this in an even number compare to odd.

Generous portions and lovely fish and chips.. arrived hot too x
