Can’t fault it. Food was lovely, fresh and vibrant. Staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Be straight back as soon as we are back up north.

Once again a fabulous meal at Flavour, great menu, so much choice, lots on the specials menu as well, the restaurant was busy, but the food came really quick and the girls waiting on were pleasant and helpful as usual, the halloumi and mango curry was amazing and the salt and pepper steak with crispy potatoes was beautiful, looking forward to going back.

Well, all I can say is some of the best food I've eaten in a while, absolutely fantastic. Working away from home can be a chore at times, but finding a place that serves food this good is a god send.

First time visiting this restaurant as was recommended by a friend - and what a superb experience! We were late getting there due to a traffic accident. We rang and explained this to the restaurant, they were so accommodating and understanding about this, so needless to say the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. There was a good choice of food, and everything we ate was so delicious. If you’ve not been. You must!

Another beautiful meal thanks to girls working tonight. See you in 4 weeks. Can't wait!!

Great tapas style restaurant in Workington with a varied menu. Really friendly and helpful staff managed to fit us in as we just turned up on a Wednesday night. Quirky decor adds to the atmosphere and character of the place. Food was delicious and really well prepared.

I can't believe how long it's taken us to get round to going to Flavour. Been twice now, the food is lovely and the staff are amazingly thoughtful and attentive. I can't recommend enough.

I hadn't been to Workington before and boke this blind for myself and 24 colleges based on the reviews. The food and hospitality was excellent and could find no fault what so ever. There was not a single negative from my group, which given the size of our booking is almost unheard of. I would not hesitate to book this aging for either a large party or a more intimate couples night. We were there for a few day's and can honestly say this is by the far the best place by far to eat at in Workington !

I have always liked flavour, the ambience is nice and the staff are wonderful. I have to write a review however, as I feel like constructive criticism is important. On the menu is state's that their portion sizes are larger than the average tapas, so when I ordered a chicken skewer for £9 I assumed it would be a large one that could be shared (the whole idea of tapas is to socially share your various plates of food). When it arrived I was shocked. It was no bigger than a skewer you would get on a Chinese buffet. Although tasty, I couldn't help feel like the cost was excessive and made me feel a bit ripped off! The other dish I ordered was the prawns, steak and chorizo. Again, I didn't question the price as the ingredients to that dish are probably expensive. However, the 3 steak bites on the dish were inedible, they were well over cooked and tough. I do not begrudge paying high prices for a meal that is worth it but what I had was simply not worth the price that was charged. All in all I was very dissapointed and will have to think twice to whether I visit again in the future. It seems to be always busy and very popular but now I can't help feel this it is probably a lot to do with the lack of restraunts in Workington Town centre.

We have driven past this restaurant for years, it looks like the type of place you see abroad, what have we been missing all these years!!!! We booked a table for early Friday , had the Tapas style meal ( it wasn’t Purely Spainish food but a variation). The waitresses were excellent, very friendly and served some great cocktails! Food was excellent!!!! We will be back!

We visited Flavour after booking a last minute room in the area, having never been to Workington before, and I can honestly say we were absolutely blown away by the food and service. What a great find! Genuinely the best tapas I have ever had - and I’ve had a lot of tapas!! A great menu with fantastic variety that’s just a bit different to anywhere else I’ve been.

I can see why this is the top rated place to eat in Workington. I was looked after from the moment I stepped in, and the food was really good too. A virgin blueberry mojito, salt and pepper tempura chicken, and dirty boy crispy potatoes...

Fantastic food, staff and over all atmosphere. Our first visit, won’t be our last. The food was absolute perfection, good choice of cocktails too!

Flavour - because thats exactly what you get in abundance in this place! Unreal dishes, phenomenal chef, drinks are lush but the food - you have to try it to believe it. You cannot possibly be disappointed! Very very well done Flavour. You've done it again!!!

We had an outstanding meal at Flavour when visiting Workington for the weekend to go to Lakes Escapes escape room. Everything was outstanding including the food, the cocktails and the service. We were made very welcome and we had a great evening. If I was...

4 of us went, 9 different dishes, 4 different sides and each as spectacular as the each other. If you have food allergies, they will go out of their way to accommodate whatever they can for you. Absolutely fantastic service, well priced, very good sized portions for tapas and now a place I will be going very regularly. Couldn't have asked for more. Oh and they've some great drinks as well

When Flavour reopened in 2021 we have been a few times. The food we have ordered has been consistently lovely, chorizo and black pudding, crispy beef etc. Service is great and it’s a lovely atmosphere as well. Please try the cocktails.

Visited Flavour this past Saturday. Excellent meal/wine and the staff were very on the ball. Helpful without being intrusive. Had 5 tapas size dishes between 2 of us and then shared a dessert. Will definitely go back when in the area again.

Fabulous food in a ‘Covid’ safe environment. The staff are so friendly & helpful. On this visit we really felt that things were getting back to as near normal as it could be. Some good tapas choices on the menu, just difficult to pick which!

Expensive but nice food. Bottled beer too warm too small and expensive, we were told no beer on draft since covid which was disappointing. Staff lovely, the place is nicely decorated. Got 8 different things and 4 beers £80, 2 of us ate and came out comfortably full without being stuffed.

Really friendly service whilst on the phone and collecting takeaway. Amazing food - every dish was so tasty and the takeaway menu is really varied with lots of different dishes to choose from with great choices for veggies or pescatarians. It’s also really great to see that each dish was packaged in eco friendly boxes - not multiple plastic tubs like many many takeaways. Will definitely be ordering again soon!

Wow, where do I start, excellent covid secure procedures, we felt really safe...... The Menu offered a good choice including veggie and vegan,. The service was warm and friendly. Food arrived quickly, was very well presented and tasted absolutely fantastic, the service backed it up and the Irish coffees were the best we'd had in a long time.Keep doing what you are doing as you do it so well, thank you for a great last night in the area.........., our only complaint is......... We wish we had found you earlier in our visit so we could of visited you more.Many thanks Paul and Lisa

We were excited to visit Flavour after reading positive reviews. We had 2 vegans with us. There were good Covid measures in place and the staff were friendly and efficient. I’m sorry to say, in our view, the food was overpriced and underwhelming. The best dish we had was King Prawn and halloumi mango curry. I know the portion sizes were bigger than standard tapas, but I’m afraid charging £7.95 for hummus and pitta chips is excessive. Probably the worst dish was the vegan blackberry crumble; £7.20 for a dish of crumble mix (not all of it even baked) with a tiny amount of what looked like blackberry jam swirled through it. There wasn’t a single piece of fruit resembling a real blackberry. It was the worst crumble I’ve ever had and was so overpriced. The Lake District has a reputation for being expensive (captive audience, maybe?), but this was the most disappointing meal I’ve had in a long time.

The atmosphere and vibe of this restaurant stands out from others nearby! When you're inside it feels like you're in a city restaurant. The menu was nice and varied. Great addition of a vegan menu which has meatless chicken and pulled pork tapas. Such a great niche to cater towards and a pleasant surprise when scouring the menu. Staff are lovely and super friendly!

You can tell the quality of the ingredients and it is all so flavoursome.The steak bites are a must!!!This really is a fantastic restaurant with funky decor, friendly, helpful staff and incredibly delicious food.We will definitely be going back.Wish I'd taken better pics as you can't appreciate how nice it was from my photos!!

Came here just before Christmas for a girls night. Pre ordered the mains which they seems to have forgotten about when we arrived. However drinks orders were taken and food arrived swiftly after. The food here was amazing I have never been before but will definitely return again.
