Five Zeros Supercars in Wiltshire

Lovely morning spent viewing the stunning supercars, my son was made up to see his dream car the Koenigsegg. Had a wonderful guide by the very knowledgeable & lovely Sarah Williams, thank you so much. Enjoyed a yummy breakfast & pancakes in the Dinner 🤗 Definitely worth a visit.

Went here with my family to see the cars and fancied some food & a milkshake. Milkshake was out of proportion vs other guests yet I paid the same price. The server got our order totally wrong and the quality of the food was poor. Bacon & sausage sandwich (minus the sausages!) was as if someone scraped up all the burnt bacon scraps and put them in a sandwich. The burger was of ‘fun fair’ quality and raw in the middle. It was simply not good enough for the £70 I spent.

This cars are superb but the cafe is very poor. Under staffed , bad quality food. The kids burger was disgusting. We waited 25 mins for drinks and 50 mins for food. When the order did arrive it was wrong, parts missing . Just really bad. We will not be back for the cafe !! f you have young children do not bother eating here.

First time at this venue for a Birthday breakfast. Stunning collection of cars but totally under whelming breakfast. Selections arrived over an hour after order and in a random order so that several had eaten before others arrived. Everyone had issues with their selection and I just had a sausage and egg bun. The sausage well overdone as was the rubber egg and the bun dried out. The sauces (brown and ketchup) basic low value catering crap. You’d think that considering the atmosphere of high end mega high value cars would afford branded stuff and top notch food. It seems our experiences are typical sadly. Nice cars but rubbish food and service.

I would advice people to not go here for good service or quality of food! We were told there was a wait so we were prepared , hour for table. Then 45 minutes In to be told my choice was unavailable so I picked something else. Drinks came 20 mims after ordering, one sip and milkshake was gone. Smallest drink ever! The table that ordered after us received there food before us. We only ordered pancakes. It was chaotic! The waiters half asleep, I asked two different ones for water but neither got it! Cutlery was short when asked for more we received eye rolls! Finally got food hour and 20 after ordering, to be honest my 6 year old could have made them so why such a long wait! Absolute shambles. Hats off to one waitress that kept it going, poor girl! Avoid!

Oh dear - sadly the diner cannot cope with the volume of walk in’s at all nor was it in any way shape or form prepared. We decided to wait for an hour for a table (our choice); what we had anticipated on was being seated and having to sit a further 1 hour 20minutes before being told they had run out of hash browns. We finally got our food 1 hour and 30 minutes in. The pancakes were fine but not worth the long wait and the milkshake was terrible. The staff do their best BUT the system does not work I feel like they should take bookings and then they would be better prepared and wait times kept to a minimum. Such a shame as the overall concept is a great idea!

Visited with a family of 4 and a dog. Had looked at the reviews and was somewhat concerned we would be disappointed but the total opposite. The parking is big and room for everyone. The large barn displaying all the cars is vast and my family enjoyed looking at the cars on display. The diner was clean and well positioned to see the cars. What really makes it though are the staff. They were friendly and kind going above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. If you want a cosy pub lunch with all the trimmings then this is not the place but if you want an enjoyable few hours with food and be able to look at cars that you rarely see then please go along. Thank you to the staff for making this an enjoyable afternoon.

The idea of this place is great, super cars and food..however the food is some what lacking have eaten breakfast here on a few occasions as we meet friends here and always had 40+ minute waits even when quiet. I feel maybe the kitchen is too small/not enough kitchen staff and can not manage the demand that the cars bring into the place. Sadly, also the food is not the best quality the toast is very over done and is only very cheap like thin bread. Due to our most recent visit I will not be eating here again - which I find a shame!!

The breakfast was excellent. The coffee could have been a little better but overall very pleasant. Access to the cars was excellent. Our visit was not planned and was a surprise arranged for me so no preconceptions. Staff could have been a little more enthusiastic but overall a great experience. I will return again and would consider watching a Grand Prix here or another of the ‘special events’.

Went on a Thursday for lunch and loved everything about 5ZS. Great to walk around the cars and dream, before being shown our seats straight away by a senior member of staff. The waiter, was politeness personified and couldn't have been more attentive. A tasty BLT sandwich with fresh salad and super hot fries went down a treat. Coffee well made and good value. All in all a good effort and worth 5 stars. So why so good and yet people have experienced so bad? Well possibly because our visit was mid-week and possibly because they have new staff. Either way credit, where credit is due I was impressed and would go again if given a McLaren P1 GTR as part of my order.

6 of us met for breakfast at the venue. We arrived before 9 am so we’re one of the first tables to be admitted. The manageress approach our table to take orders at about 9:10. Her first words were , “Sorry , but there will be a bit of a wait for breakfast, as we have not even started cooking the sausages yet “ !! We ordered drinks and the wait began ……. The drinks arrived shortly after. Those of us who had coffee were very unimpressed. The coffee was weak and bland , very disappointing. The wait for the food continued….. After 40 minutes of waiting, our friend asked a young man who had come to see if we wanted more drinks, where our food was ….. He was pretty much ignored by the waiter , who asked again if we wanted more drinks, and then just wandered off ! After 50 minutes our food finally arrived. The presentation was extremely poor. The food was basically piled on top of each other, with a sea of runny beans flooding the plate. We even had to dig out the toast, which was actually barely toasted, more like warm bread, from underneath it all. The sausage tasted and smelled really sour, and 2 of us decided not to eat them. I tried to raise the issue with the same waiter , who just looked bewildered, and again just wandered off ! So I got up and approached the manageress who seemed to think it just smelt like a sausage. She offered extra bacon, but I frankly didn’t want to wait. She returned with apologies to say she had removed the drinks from the bill. We were all totally disappointed by our experience. I had read previous poor reviews, but wanted to give the venue a chance. £9.99 for a small breakfast and £12.45 for a slightly larger one, with such poor quality, service and presentation is frankly not acceptable, almost pretentious ! You will see from my previous reviews I try to be objective, not biased or unfair. The venue is pleasantly presented, clean, modern and the cars can be a good attraction. Hence 2 stars. The manageress was very polite and apologetic, but other staff seemed lost and poorly trained. We will not be returning.

Excellent food my husband had the large all day breakfast which he said was very tasty and plenty of it, my granddaughter and myself had chicken strips salad and chips which was delicious. After our food we had a long look at the super cars which were amazing. Well worth going and we shall definitely return.

We had brunch with friends. The service was excellent- in particular Henry. The food was good, and well coordinated - there were eight of us. We will certainly return.

From communicating with Helen via email throughout the week to the absolutely fabulous Henry who made our visit perfect. He couldn't have been any more attentive. The brunch was scrumptious and all 10 of us in the party were served at the same time, the milkshakes were super yummy too. Nothing was too much trouble, we ordered then had a look around the mega expensive cars, took lots of photos then our food arrived and then after we looked again at the cars. It was perfect!

Such a shame as I like the concept, however the service was appalling. No staff present so we took a table( only 4 were occupied) received a menu by a waiter who didn’t really acknowledge us waited 30 mins for food to see a table that arrived 15 mins after us receiving their food , on querying where our order was I was astonished to hear it had got lost in a kitchen with 2 orders to prepare?? It duely arrived 10 mins later with half of it cold. It’s just basically poor and not cheap better of elsewhere. Shame

Great concept but change the waiter / front of restaurant. Arrived with a very excited 8yr old, decided to get food first as restaurant was quiet, about 15 people sat. Waited for more than 5 minutes by the “wait to be seated” sign. The man kept walking past, no acknowledgment, or “give me 2 mins”. Finally came to the kiosk, I asked for a table for myself and son. Was showed to a table but he said nothing. Put the menus on the table and walked off. Nothing said at all. 20 minutes later still waited for him to ask what we would like. Nothing. Table next to us got up and went to order at the kitchen but was told to wait. Saw the lady in the kitchen tell the waiter but he ignored her. 15 minutes later we couldn’t wait any longer. As per the review on trust pilot a great idea ruined. The guy in the reception serving takeaway drinks was very welcoming. Put him in the restaurant where this company will be make or break!

I can't fault the experience of seeing supercars up close, but the diner was one of the worst experiences I've had. I reserved a table after reading online this was the preferred option, when I arrived I said to the waiter I've got a table booked and it was as if I was speaking a foreign language. He looks across the room and says, "I've just cleaned that one, you can have that". He then fails to take us to the table, we were given no menus so I had to go and hunt one down myself. At no point did the waiter proactively come over to ensure we had everything we needed, nor did he have any intention to come and take our order. After walking back over to him in the hope to place my order, he says he'll be over to take it!! When he finally comes over, we're told it's breakfast sandwiches only. Had we have known this prior to leaving, we wouldn't have bothered coming. There was no communication when booking my table to say it would be a reduced menu. Nevertheless, since we were there I ordered 3x sausage sandwiches. When they came out I was shocked to find it was literally two sausages, in two bits of bread. No butter, no offers of any sauce, and no cutlery (the sandwich hadn't even been cut into two). Sadly, your waiter and the whole dining experience ruined what I hoped was going to be a nice lunch out with the family.

Bad experience. Long wait for cold food. Took my partner here for his birthday treat. He liked the cars but not as many as we hoped there would be. Better food in McDonald's but £75!

Food very bad for the money and waited 45 minutes for a hot drink in the cold for hot drink come cold and sent them back service wasn’t the best . Quick Look at some nice cars that’s all it’s good for

The promise of a lovely breakfast whilst visiting family and probably the most disappointing experience. We were pointed to a table and given menus with an annoyed expression. We waited for an hour with not even an acknowledgment we were there, at times being actively ignored, whilst other tables were served. After the second time we approached the waiter, there was no apology or explanation just a gruff “I’ll take your order in a minute “ . Finally he came over and we started to order breakfast, only then to be told that they were only doing sandwiches. If we had just been told this at the start, we would have gone elsewhere or at least been able to make a choice. The staff need to be trained in communication.

We were looking forward to visiting Five Zeroes, however we will not be returning. First of all, we waited over an hour for 3 breakfasts. When they eventuly arrived, the sausages were completely raw in the middle. To top it off we could hear staff swearing and arguing in the kitchen. The poor servers were doing their best to deal with a difficult situation and ours offered to refund part of the cost of our breakfast. Although the experience was awful, we wanted to tip our server because they was were very apologetic and the situation was completely beyond their control. Having worked in hospitality in America, I made a point of asking if they receive their tips, only to be informed that they had not received any of their tips since working there for several months! Is this even legal? Won't be back.

Heard about this one, from a friend. Took a chance and popped in. We had a Full English breakfast, which comes in varying sizes. The food was good. Not sure what brand the coffee was, but I had an Americano and considered not finishing it....

Puts Bradford on Avon firmly on the map for style, elegance and luxury. If you've wondered what lies behind closed coors and dreamt that it might be something unfogetable then this is the place to visit and not to be missed.
