Five Guys in Haringey

Both times I’ve ordered a delivery, they always forget an item. Milkshakes. Don’t even bother trying you will never receive it

One of the better five guys in London! Spacious and fast service.

I’ve been coming to this five guys for years and I must say it’s always up to standard! The food and service are 10/10. Cleanliness isn’t a problem at all and the restaurant is very spacious, lots of seating area. Staff are very friendly and attentive, every single one of them! I want to dedicate this review to Bianca as she always goes an extra mile with customer service, always smiling and charismatic when I have encountered her! If you have children, there are crayons and paper for you to keep them company whilst you eat your meal.

The food is great and consistent. It is just extremely frustrating for a loyal paying customer to see so many people stealing cups and then having free drinks. This happens every single time I have been in the wood green store. Simply keep the cups behind the counter. This is insulting to those of us that pay £4+ for a soft drink. Additionally, the place has become the picnic location for delivery drivers, and people that wish to bring their own food from outside. 5 guys really need to supervise the premises more professionally.

Had the new pistachio favoured milkshake from here today was amazing 10/10

Great food good service, there was only one issue they are the five guys that served less chips, but very little comparing to at least 5 other five guys restaurants.

Exceptional service from all the staff. They make you feel welcome and food came quickly. I highly recommend them.

For the second time in a month I received 3 bottles of water instead of the 3 Budweisers I ordered, how does that even happen!? I don’t care if I like the burgers, I’m not ordering from here again.

Kids loved the burgers as did my wife. Not best ever but I liked mine. Dining in is a bright affair with harsh lighting but the staff were friendly.

so i ordered a meal, multiple meals, and they forgot the meat…? how do u forget that? i ordered a CHEESE burger and they gave me everything but the cheese and meat, last time i checked i didn’t order a veggie burger.

It has always been my favorite fast food burger. Somehow, the portion of the large fries looks smaller than the other brands. Also £4.25 for a refill drink is too much in terms of the other shops. And people had them for free. Was a bit annoying. Only for the drinks I left 4stars, otherwise its my favorite fast food.

Really bad customer service I bought burger to day and it old them well done but they gave me rubbish and even the fries 🍟 is not cooked they are really bad experience

Here is a photograph of my chips. They are the ugliest chips I've ever seen, but worse still, they tasted bad. Cold, greasy and under seasoned. If I am ever caught for my crimes, I'll be ordering this as my final supper - that way, I'll be glad to go.

I have not been here since 14 to 15 years overage.

Being the first customer of the day, i was greeted with great joy and smiles which made the burger and fries taste even better.

Not a fan of their hot dogs! I Haven't tried the burgers. The hot dog wasn't beef as I know it, it was fried, rubbery and overcooked highly disappointed for the price I paid.

There was more than five guys in the restaurant, appalling.

This morning I came there and I asked for a little bacon cheese burger, the guys on till (with black T-shirt) charged me the little cheese burger. After I payed and my friend payed more them me but she thought my same food. I have asked him why she payed more then me we saw that he understood bad my order. He told me to not be worried Because he would have put the bacon in my burger and couldn’t have to pay more. I had been waiting my order when the guys behind the counter called before the number of my friend when she went to collet her food she asked for my order, my order was behind the counter to stop there(we don’t why) and when she come to me and explain that They put the bacon on the side, I went to speak to someone of the team , and he said to me that I have to put myself a the bacon inside. So I left him in the counter and I came back at my table but after I saw and listened that they are talking about that way I complained and they were laughing. It is not the first time that I have a bad experience in this shop. I don’t think that I will come anymore

Nothing like the burger in a foil wrap!

I was in this area unexpectedly, and found this venue by chance; I had never seen it before, nor realised that it was part of a large chain. Staff who I encountered were friendly, and I ordered a burger, chips and a milk shake. All were tasty and well-prepared, but I thought the final cost f £15.15 was rather expensive.

it's very spacious so that i can stay in a covid-safe distance. kind staffs/workers. i gave 4 stars because i thought they were supposed to serve free peanuts but they didn't.

My experience started off very badly, by ordering via Deliveroo who delivered the wrong order. I then rang the place and the first manager I spoke was not helpful at all. That said, the second manager I spoke to, Rooferson (apologies if I spelled the name wrong), offered to ring Deliveroo and request a driver on my behalf and send me my (freshly made) order. This was done in less than 20 minutes, so give the manager his due. He rectified the situation as any good manager would do. The food tasted great by the way. I would have given 1 star for service but it's 5 thanks to the way the manager (Rooferson) dealt with it.

The worst experience of my life when it comes to food. Yesterday, Sunday, November 28, 2021 I ordered a BURGER with french fries and a 0 coke. They sent me a BURGER WITHOUT BREAD !!!! When I opened the bags of the burger which cost me £ 18 I saw that there were in a foil container 2 pieces of meat on chopped lettuce and 2 tomato slices !!! NEVER BUY FROM THIS CHAIN ​​OF BURGERS YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE A BURGER ... AND ABOVE SO EXPENSIVE!

Absolutely one of the most amazing chips you can get in any fast food restaurant, Huge amount and lovely flavour that's always cooked for you, Burgers are freshly made for your order and Absolutely amazing, You can make your own burger and add an many topping as you want, Milkshake also amazing with many different options

Very poor experience! I had heard of the double fried in peanut oil fries that are rated so highly and cooked separately. Meant to be a very generous portion at £5.25 for a large. I ordered the cajun, and after a 20 minute wait for one fries (with many order numbers after mine ready before me) I received a normal cup sized portion with a few extras in the bottom of the bag of average tasting over spiced fries. Did not live up to the hype at all. Disappointing.

My first time eating 5 guys. Burger was brilliant and the fries. I could have had small burger n chips.. Very filling. Could easily pay £15 for burger, fries and a drink. Not the price of Mac Ds at all. Otherwise sheer quality Lovely staff too.

Best burgers and milkshakes, the price it is on the higher side but for good reason, because is balanced by quality. Thick pure beef patty, maybe a bit over 1 inch thick, juicy and tasty with toppings of your choice like sauces, lettuce, tomato... etc. The milkshake is literally best ever tried and also they have some toppings options. We had the chocolate milkshake with whipped cream topping. Totally worth it. Service was fast also, maximum 5 minutes. Keep up the good work.

1st time to order from this company. Unimpressed by the cheese hot dog and not much to rave about with the burger in bun. The bun didn't do the burger justice, neither the additional add ons of mushroom and relish. I gave it a only because of the fries portion and the burger meat tasted fairly ok. I can definitely say I won't be eating from Five Guys

What you would expect. American Style diner. Burgers, fried and sodas, no surprises really. The burgers are nice and well cooked.

Every time I come here I only get the lettuce wrap instead of buns. Best switch ever.. I wish their burgers were all grass-fed.

Don’t you just hate cold burgers

My partner and I visited five guys today around 5pm. We are regular customers. We love their food, the products are super good and good quality. But what surprised us the most was the service from Jon, a guy we had never seen before . Jon was really nice and friendly to us. Thanks for your service. We will definitely be back. ☺️

I eat five guys quite often, never in this particular one.... And i am so surprised of the poor quality of this place. Order a large size and they give me a small one, and on top of that they where burn.... Fries are one of the most popular thing from FG and they where disgusting - no eatable, i am so disappointed. Burger was okay, but cold. Definitely some standards are missing in this place!!

During lock down, lots of employees are not wearing the mask properly

So friends have raved about this place and I decided to give it a go. Typical COVID protection in place and staff looked to be conscious of cleanliness. Food was good - portions were good sized - tip get a little burger as the regular sized ones are massive!! Only complaint was that chips were greasy and tasted of old oil.
