Food was great. Please was spotless. It was on the pricey side but we expected that

Stuff is polite and good willing. Food is ok. But no WiFi? in a place where there is no cell signal as well? no. I would have given 4 stars but the WiFi thing made my experience difficult.

Food really good as usual. Quick and friendly service. It's not cheap but the portion sizes are good. Loads of fries given when with the small size

Phenomenal service, food and drink! First time going for me, the gentleman behind the counter did such a great job at explaining everything and the burgers and chips were to die for. The drink machine is a whole other story with probably over 50 different drinks - all fully refillable. Would definitely go again and recommend to anyone thinking of going.

The burgers are good but the price seems to be creeping upwards from expensive to very expensive (for what it is).

Expensive . Chips full of salt or Cajun. Over rated. Stick to McDonald's

I have never had bad food from here, it is always amazing. The portion sizes are very good too. The store is also always clean and staff are polite and friendly. A very quiet store so never a problem to find seats and food is ready quickly.

First ever visit to five guys, wish we'd gone elsewhere. Burgers were no better than Burger King's, and way over priced. Fries weren't up to much. £2.50 for a bottle of water is rediculous. Lots of tables were not cleaned either. Shame, had expected better.

Always a good burger and the fries are very good. It's a bit pricey than the normal but as a treat it's worth it.

I took my son here after a visit to Parc Tawe as it had been highly recommended. Tbh I didn't like anything about the experience. It was a Saturday evening, so I can maybe understand why the atmosphere was not the best, and the 10 minute + wait for food may not be typical. However, when it finally arrived the food was pretty disappointing. At £10.35 for a cheeseburger and £5.45 for fries, I expected something better that I got. The only thing with any flavour was the ketchup. My local pub does better than this and costs less. A lot of people seem to love the milkshakes, and my son certainly enjoyed his. He also didn't mind the food, although he commented on the high prices even though he was not paying. Definitely would not come back, but I don't imagine I'm the kind of demographic this place is aimed at.

Not a bad experience burgers were hot. Chips were hot, sounds strange, but it when you go to the other big M they usually lukewarm. Fairly expensive for what it was, but it was okay. Disappointingly comma and a significant disappointment was that there were no peanuts which we had in the other establishment we went to. Not today I was told. Well, I am here today, not tomorrow. Also tried to use a voucher code. But that did not seem to be I had shown them over the counter. Not here! A little dissappointing on two counts. Fries were quite expensive but fairly plentiful. Staff very friendly and helpful though.

Very nice burger and chips, expensive tho

Had my first Five Guys experience at the start of October. I've seen many recommendations from people, however I was left massively disappointed. Not down the the Swansea branch in particular, however the price is extortionate, you can get a better burger which will be prepared faster for much cheaper in McDonald's. The guy serving was slow and didn't seem to want to be there. The tables were dirty and I could be wrong, but from glancing around I couldn't see a toilet? Unfortunately it was my first and last time at Five Guys.

Great place went there tonight with my daughter and we had everything in our burger and everything in our shake, the guy behind the counter gave us a good laugh while we was ordering, a silly memory that will last 😁

Had a meal with my daughter and we were not impressed, very over rated. My daughter's large burger with everything on was just a big soggy mess with water dripping out of it, don't know if it was because the salad wasn't drained. She ate it as she is in training, but definitely wasn't worth £10. There is no vegetarian burger so I had a veg sandwich which was nothing special, and also a bit soggy. Looked forward to the lovely taste of jalapeños from a jar, but they were just fresh sliced. The skin on fries were OK, but totally drenched in salt, so not healthy, especially for kids and not to my taste. The service was good and the time it took for the meal to be ready was also good. Not the place to go if you have a nut allergy as fries cooked in peanut oil, which meant we couldn't take my grandson with us. All in all very disappointed, there are much better places to go in Swansea for a decent burger! So will not be returning.

There are far better burger places in Swansea.

Great burgers, quite quiet as tucked around a corner near the castle. You get exactly what u expect from five guys and a very friendly welcome from the team!

Friendly staff, clean premises and variety of hot, tasty foods. Toilets were also clean and even though it was quite busy, nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff. Would eat here again.

Floppy rustic chips , squashed unappetising hotdog and who the heck had the idea of serving monkey nuts as a side ? The music also way too loud, more like a nightclub than a restaurant.

Bad service and couldn’t remember what we ordered and after ordering a meal and after they say they don’t do meals anymore. Don’t come here it will ruin your dinner.

Cold food. I ordered a veg sandwich with cheese. Firstly the cheese isn't like normal hard cheese it's like that rubber cheese simular too Jack cheese, disgusting slop, had to remove it. Then took my first bite and everything was cold yuck. Also sandwich isn't a sandwich it's in a bin like a burgwr but no burger. Never again

This place is grossly overpriced and the food can only be described as dreadful. Vegetarian sandwich consisted of sloppy grilled vegetables mushed in a bun. No patty no burger. This and tiny fries £12! Robbery!

Fantastic service from Corey, lovely guy made everything easy and relaxed as it was our first time and wasn’t sure how it worked, food was fresh tasty and hotttt. Thanks Corey 😊

Lovely food but very expensive.

Good quality food. A simple formula, burgers, fries, milkshakes. But all 3 are exceptionally good, if a little overpriced. Plenty of seating, decent toilets. Very good.

My autistic son visited this establishment today and he was charged over £10 for a cheeseburger I had to question his carer as I thought he had pocketed his savings. Truly disgusted with the staff also as he likes to vlog his life and they tried to take his selfie stick off him in the disabled toilets... Scott will never come here ever again !!!

Personally the best of the fast food chains. Consistently good, and doesn't miss the mark. However, you do have to pay alittle extra for that consistency, but portions normally make up for that.

Really delicious burger and liked that you could choose your specific toppings. Fries are huge went for regular but a small would have been more than enough. Really fresh and tasty. Its pricey though a bill for 3 burgers with fries and drinks over £50. Would visit again.

At the time of writing this I saw that this branch had 999 ratings and reviews so I hope this will be the 1000th. With five guys is a place that is near and dear to me and has always been consistently good trying it in multiple countries and multiple cities across the UK. There is so much to appreciate, the foil wrapped burgers which give the burger some moisture and melt the cheese. Their delicious salted and spicy fries not to mention the generous amount they add in the bag. The soda machine which has a variety of beverages to chose from and free refills. Hot dogs and milkshakes are great as well but more importantly the quality of the food and the wide variety of combos they have available is very much appreciated. Five guys is my go to burger place and will likely remain as such. Deserves no less than a perfect score in my opinion amazing stuff.

Ordered for friends night in, night ruined 🤬. Ordered 3 burgers, 3 fries and 3 milkshakes .. over £60 for burgers that were so crushed the bap became embedded into the burgers, cheese was only stuck on the wrapper not the bap/burger, fries stone cold maybe because the driver was at an address 2 streets away and saying he was outside.. shambles..

Dirty greasy salty mushy mess, I don’t get why people rave about this place it’s so meh, even McDonald’s burgers are better, a fast food burger shouldn’t cost £10

The best fast food which I ate in my life. You can make your own burgers or hot-dogs with ingredients which you like. Food is always fresh and preparing with passion and professionalism. Really recommend

Wasn't so sure when i saw the prices especially as no fries came with the burger, however, was a fabulous meal. "Small chips", easily feed 2, and the burger, could also have easily fed 2!!! Loved it so much will definitely go back

Took my son here for a well done treat after climbing Pen y Fan. He certainly had a big appetite for it after his long walk and didn't disappoint. Lovely and friendly lady taking the order and big portions

Clean place, like the tables were cleaned as soon as customers leave so others can use the table straightaway, also the staff were friendly.

Visited with family midweek. Central location near castle and main shops. We had the cheeseburger, fries and milk shake. The food quality was very good but for me there was far too much salt added. At a cost of around £17 per head prices are beyond high for what is basically a take away with a table and self-clearing. Service was quick and efficient and the food was hot. I'd give this place 4 stars if prices were 33% lower. So a qualified recommendation for those diners with very deep pockets

Love this place. Best burger and milkshake in town, no contest. Chips are fantastic too! Always make the effort to grab something from here when we can.

Very friendly staff, was my first experience of five guys and I must say the staff alone would have been enough for me to return very welcoming and helpful, oh, and the burgers are awesome.

Way over priced for what this is every part of it and nothing stood out. You can get better hot dogs from a tin and the burgers are small. For what was nearly £16 for a meal was a rip off. Not a fan sorry. A place that is beautiful and cheaper with much more is Smokingriddle in uplands! They are not the best at hospitality but neither is 5 guys as its a bag on a table and they should at you for your order. Smokin still bring it over and want to help but you order online when your inside. Sorry 5 guys... thumbs down for a very over priced McDonald's not even better than McDonald's in many ways.

Really tasty burgers! All salad & sauce toppings are free to add. But burger prices are very pricey. Fries were nice too. They double up on the amount of fries you purchase. So if there’s several of you dining. I would suggest order half the amount of heads dining. It’s too much otherwise. Milkshake is just over £5, which again is pricey. But they do taste nice

Clean and hygienic place. The foood was great but I think the prices are too expensive for what was being offered. We ordered 2 burgers, 2 medium fries and 2 drinks and the cost was over £32. Great place but just on the pricey side.

There's no denying that the quality of food here is a step above a certain golden arch or king and the staff when we went, particularly the guy who served us, were pleasant. It was very quiet when we visited but I expect that the high standards of cleanliness and upkeep are maintained at all times. The menu is very simple, but at least you know what you're getting. Only thing that stops me from going here more is the prices. It's sit down restaurant level which is somewhat reflected in the quality of the food, but they're hardly using saffron and gold leaf

Good burgers, I liked the Cajun fries. I can't however get over the cost!! £50 for burger, fries and drink for 3 people. Maybe I'm just a tight git, but it does seem rather pricy.
