Food is good but it is expensive for a burger. The hollering of order numbers for milkshakes was ineffective at best and shambolic at worst.

Thank the assistant manager nico for the review poor customer service very rude and very patronising how this guy is a assistant/manager is beyond me complaint with head office has been raised I will post the full review shortly.

The best hamburgers in the world!

Exceptionally busy at 8pm on a Friday night (really to be expected), quick to get order in, then a long wait for the food to come out. The burger was good. Was it worth the extra cost compared to a micky d's or Burger King? I'm going to say no. Nobody cleaning the tables but the customers did seem a lot more on top about doing this themselves. Maybe that's what you are paying for?

Five guys is five guys wherever you go atmosphere and aesthetic wise but I was really let down by the food. I'm normally ok to have the chips as someone with a gluten intolerance but on this occasion I had a really bad reaction and am still not sure why so I don't think I'll be heading back to five guys for a while.

Great food and good portion sizes. Reasonably priced for the amount you get. Could do to have a microphone so you can here your number bein called.

Good food and they gave us loads of fries. Always a tad on the pricey side but it's a nice treat now and then.

Uber eats delivery, the collection was made and delivered within 10 minutes. The fries were cold and I mean room temp cold. If you're having it delivered, I can't reccomend skipping this particular five guys enough.

Love the hot dogs, usually very quick service and generous portions too. Bit pricey though, which is usual for any Five Guys

Food is good but all staff besides front counter staff are rude and unfriendly, pick up counter also ignores customers when called for. EDIT: Since restaffing I’ve had nothing but consistent top quality service. Changing from 3 to 5 stars EDIT: They were stingy on the fries multiple times, 4 stars. And why is there a straw for milkshakes with pieces if its just going to get clogged up the first sip you take.

My order delivery time has been changed 3 times I rang twice to be told driver pick up at 19:30 still no sign of tbe delivery so that was a waste of money. Informed to ask for a refund from ' Just Eat' Hopeless arrangement can't track drivers then fobbing me off with a lame excuse they have no control after pickup. Arrived at 20:39 soggy cold chips and a cold hot dog that bounced off the plate disgusting food I don't recommend . The driver must have had my order sitting in his vehicle for it to be soggy and cold. If I could give zero stars I gladly would. Disgusting 🤮

Un seul et unique burger de commandé ce samedi 31, résulat ? Une intoxication alimentaire avec nausée, maux de ventre et diarhée. Pire nuit de ces dernières années, j'ai failli louper mon vol le lendemain matin. 4 jours aprés je suis toujours épuisé et j'ai des maux de tête de plus en plus persistant. Je vais devoir retourner voir mon médecin. Merci Five Guys

I don't have an option for 0 rating otherwise I could have given that. One of the worst shop ever visited. The staffs were so rude and the duty manger was also. They don't know to talk with customers. Such staffs only make the management feel guilt.

Ordered a collection during lockdown - cold chips and soggy burgers. Won't bother.

Would recommend if you're looking for a delicious burger or shake! Large open space with a sensible layout for the current covid situation. Staff all wear facemasks and gloves. However at the counter, the shield poses a bit of a problem when it comes to placing an order due to the noise of the kitchen and muffling of the masks. From this, expect your order to be wrong and read it before confirming. Good waiting times. Usually less than five minutes for your food and even less for a milkshake. Great location with the expected five guys quality food.

I Cycled here on 11/12/2020 at about 15:00. There is lots of bike parking very near to Five Guys. There was only 1 table occupied with 2 people sitting at it when I went in and in front of me in the cue was 2 people presumably from the same household. The food was made fresh for you and it didn't take all that long to cook. The staff were very nice and friendly. All the staff were wearing masks properly. This place also accepts cash which is great! Some hand sanitiser by the ordering area for customers to use would be nice. I only ordered a regular fries but the portion size was brilliant and the fries tasted absolutely delicious! It took me 20 minutes to cycle from Five Guys back to my house and when I got home the chips were nice and warm. I recommend people visit this place. All the staff are properly masked up, the service is good, and the food tastes outstanding!

We were in a Five Guys for the first time. The employees were super friendly and had a smile on, the food was delicious, i love the fries!! because we were on our honeymoon, we were given a milkshake. we recommend the vanilla oreo chocolate shake, very delicious!! Thank you :)

Junto con mi familia fuimos a comer para llevar el sábado 17 y tuvimos que lidiar con el gerente más rudo que jamás encontré. La comida tomó una eternidad y cuando pedimos las papas fritas que faltaban en nuestro pedido, se frustró como si fuera culpa nuestra, además la actitud de este gerente es increíble, ¡tal vez no debería estar trabajando en hotelería!

After a busy day touristing and feeling hungry after a big lunch 7 hours earlier we decided a something before turning in for the night was required and with a Five Guys just a 10 minute walk from our hotel it was a no brainer.We ordered on the app when 20 minutes away (around 8.30pm) and the food was ready a couple of minutes after we arrived, a burger, a dog and small fries, all up to the usual Five Guys standard, not cheap but still worth it.You've had a Five Guys before you know what to expect.

Disappointed the guy who took the order seemed as if he could not be bothered dont order the hotdog nearly £5 pound for something you would give a yound child to eat ! Burger and chips were lovely tho ! Ps I'm not a karen !

Ordered two mini-Cheeseburgers from Deliveroo. They're absolutely not worth it. They're smaller than Burger King's Double Cheeseburgers for 5-times the money and 2 times fewer ingredients. All in all the food I ordered should have costed £5, not £30. While the burgers themselves were tasty, they're extremely overpriced. You're better off just going to Burger King, honestly.

The food was amazing!!! But I wished I'd known how many chips are in a medium portion I would only have bought one to share.... Not advisable to visit if your on a budget.

Food is always great, service is super and free parking up to 4 hours but you have to validate your ticket from the restaurant first

Waited for 2 hrs and got the stone cold, soft and sticky food, and I had to reheat the food. The milkshake was spilled too.

Lo primero que tengo que decir es que he sido fanático de Five Guys en mis frecuentes viajes a Londres y he sido un patrón habitual de sus establecimientos. No tengo idea de cuánto he gastado a lo largo de los años, pero es razonable.Esta experiencia en Edimburgo (Fountain Park) fue terrible. Gastamos bastante (30) en tres hamburguesas terribles y patatas fritas regulares. En primer lugar, las patatas fritas eran pequeñas y no regulares. Soy consciente del tamaño ya que he comido con ellos antes. Me quejé de esto y me dijeron que tomara una foto de la caja. Bueno, ya había tirado la caja a la basura. Esta bien. Si no me creen, no hay problema. Ese fue un problema menor para ser honesto.El problema principal para mí fue que las hamburguesas eran pésimas. La hamburguesa de mi hija estaba seca. Tan seco que se estaba rompiendo. Como trozos secos de carne seca. Los otros dos eran aceptables como hamburguesas. Los bollos de hamburguesa, supongo, se aplastan deliberadamente en una pulgada de sus vidas. De todos modos, no estoy aquí para juzgar la forma en que Five Guys desea presentar sus hamburguesas. Clean and tidy restaurant, good enough burgers, large portions of chips (snap portion is enough for 3). Noisy and echoey space and over priced for drinks and burgers.

Quality grub! Though it remains the more expensive option when it comes to fast food, free peanuts are a nice touch, though I couldn't eat enough to recoup the cost of my meal. Do not go if you have a nut allergy.

They don't serve T, eh!! What's that about, they did suggest I go next door and bring 1 through, to much bother, the tables where filthy I had to wipe away the food and sauses from previous customers, I never saw anyone clean or sweep whilst I was in there, the hot dog sausage was tough to bite into, overall it wasn't the best, a bit pricy to.

Can be a bit on the expensive side but still my favourite fast food with delicious meaty and juicy food all all coated and made in peanut oil.

Too expensive, mediocre food (at best), bad peanuts, the list goes on. This is by far not the worst fast food place I've ever been to but it is down there. The meals are heavily over priced and barely worth the money. The reason it even got one star was because the staff were very friendly and because they give you loads of chips.

One of the best burger joints, not only in Edinburgh but the world

My partner and I visited after shopping yesterday evening and sure the food was tasty, but we’re now both off work sick with diarrhoea and vomiting as a result of what can only be appalling food safety and hygiene standards. The fact that we had two different meals (a hot dog and a cheeseburger respectively) and still got food poisoning clearly demonstrates the lack of care over cross contamination and food hygiene and as such we will never be returning.

For a fast food place I was impressed, the burgers were excellent. The fries were too salty and there was no mayonnaise left, and the only option for drinks was expensive unlimited refills. But the burger was so good.

Five Guys does not need my review on the food. However, it need to the atmosphere and employees there. They are very happy and warm welcoming, but some of them is a bit not friendly, I have experiment it not just once, multiple of times, from one person works there.

Hot dogs and burger, shakes and sodas. They have them all and with toppings galore. Choose a burger and load it on with any toppings you want. And then just dig in. The taste is brilliant, the concept fun and filling but then everything comes at a price and this one is a little on the higher side. If you live in the UK we you know you get amazing burgers for the same price or less. But yes for a fast food joint it's good and tasty. Worth a visit of you want a change

El servicio rápido y eficiente (de autoservicio) produjo hamburguesas de buena calidad y personalizadas a la medida de nuestros gustos individuales. Una pequeña objeción es que hubiera preferido beber agua con gas en lugar de la amplia selección de marcas de refrescos. También dudé un poco cuando descubrí el costo: ¡no es barato! !Menú limitado, por supuesto, pero FG ofrece calidad

Nice food, quick however very expensive. Nearly £5 for a milkshake...unless you or your kids live milkshakes I wouldn't waste my money. Foid quite tasty however, if you get fries they always give you loads so a medium size would do 3 people. Staff very good and definitely worth a mention for their service and attentiveness. 4 stars due to the overall cost.

Ofreció un vaso de plástico de un solo uso para el agua. Cuando les pregunté si podía usar una de sus tazas de tarjetas para la máquina de refrescos (incluso una de las más pequeñas que usan para papas fritas), dijeron "lo siento, no se nos permite", no tengo idea de por qué, pero me quedé sin agua, ya que no quiero usar plástico.Tampoco proporcionan cartones de papel para la salsa, solo más plástico para las salsas. Realmente no es aceptable en este día y edad.Esperaría que una cadena grande como esta esté encima de cosas ecológicas como esta.Además, un contenedor para todo me sugiere que tampoco están reciclando desechos. ¿Como podemos estar seguros? No he visto nada que sugiera que se reciclen.
