Best burgers in the area hands down, I travel from Sittingbourne to Maidstone for the burgers and fries from Five Guys as there isn't Five Guys in Sittingbourne. Juicy burgers and fresh ingredients used, fries taste superb and a good drinks selection is offered too. The atmosphere feels more special than other burger restaurants. Service is good, I don't mind waiting longer in comparison to other restaurants cooking similar food as I know I am getting quality with Five Guys and it will be worth the wait. The only downside in the cost of the items. Me and my partner had two burgers, shared a regular fries and had two drinks and it came to £32 which is usually double what we'd pay for similar food such as burgers etc then we have to use our own fuel to get to Five Guys and also have money spare for parking whilst we eat there as their is no free parking near the Maidstone Five Guys location. So it's nearly £40 to have our Five Guys 'fix' but great food at that. Just can't have it often due to not many locations and the expenses involved. Disgraceful Delivery Ordered from Five Guys this evening, I ordered fries and a burger and they forgot my burger. All I got was my fries! How do you put the fries in the bag, without the burger and tell the delivery guy the order is ready to be delivered? After calling them, Five Guys do not take responsibility, because it's Deliveroo's fault!

I am really sorry to say this but so overpriced and the food was not great. Fries were way too salty - to the point they were almost inedible. But burger was not seasoned enough. Hotdog was good though, and the shakes were nice, yet small. It was over £30 for a burger, a hotdog, 1 fries and 2 shakes.

Just had my food delivered.... I was nearly speechless when I saw what I've got! Burned, dry food, fries nothing what I was expecting and what they usually serve at the restaurant, some cheap soggy French fries, looks seasoned in a pic but it doesn't taste much or anything close to that spicy seasoning that you get at the counter. Dog and burger is a JOKE, I feel like they been taking a Micky out of me tonight. Food looks like a slop that someone sat on, burned, looks incomplete (burger is missing jalapeños) and just purely DISGUSTING. I'm not eating this S***t sorry and you should be ASHAMED of yourselves because DOGS get served better food than THIS! Disgrace to FIVE GUYS chain

Went in today and waited 15 minutes for a very basic order when it wasnt busy! The store was NOT clean at all, 15 minute wait and the order was wrong, staff looked like they didnt have a clue what they were doing and only one member of staff (the guy working the fry station) stepped up, apologised and sorted my order promptly. Am definitely going to stop visiting this store as this sort of thing has happened on more than one occasion

The food is great, the price - a bit high. For a burger, regular chips and a standard soda you're looking at £15. For one person. The service was good and the food arrived hot and fresh. The burgers tastes great and was actually slightly too hot to eat the moment I got it, which isn't a bad thing. The quantity and quality of chips you get is actually quite good for the price and taste fantastic. They are home made chips not the Mccain standard sold in most fast food locations. These are chips with the skin on, they also do a cajun variety, which I expect taste great too. Overall good experience but quite expensive.

Went here for lunch yesterday and it was a great experience. I’ve had bad experiences before in other branches where customer service was non-existent, but the manager here really went above and beyond to make us feel safe and welcome. The food was amazing, as five guys burgers usually are. Yes it’s expensive, but it’s very tasty, filling and they give you loads of food. Definitely coming here again next time I’m in town!

Firstly Great friendly service that is followed with Great burgers served with a generous portion of fries and a delicious shake or soda. Although the menu is simple, don’t let that put you down because there are lots of variations on that menu that is done well! The restaurant is wheelchair accessible however there is very limited disabled parking unless you park at Fremlin Walk. Covid-19 precautions taken by the restaurant certainly check all the boxes to ensure that you have a safe visit.
