Some of the best ice cream that we have ever had made on site, only a small selection of flavours but when its good you don't need many, the people that run are very knowledgeable and are happy to explain the various flavours, plus they sell a good range of gins, beer & cider

Authentic, organic gelato, made on site by informative and friendly owner. We highly recommend the 3 we tried: stem ginger, raspberry ripple, rhubarb. Tastes much better and considerably healthier, than ice-cream. Top marks!

Stumbled Across this Fantastic Independent whilst holidaying in the Area.. Ice Cream so Good we Returned 3 times in a week to try more of the Delicious Flavours!! Must Also Recommend the Awsome Gethins Cider, served in 2Pint Containers at a Great Price, it was so Refreshing whist sat out on the Decking😋🥃

A little gem a of a shop in Narberth Pembrokeshire. Homemade Gellato, probably the best I've ever had, and I've had a lot, especially in Italy. And also a great selection of quality booze for sale. The people of Narberth are very lucky to have this gem in their town👌

The gelato they serve is pure perfection, and the banoffee flavour is by far the best I've tried. The service was unmatched, they were so lovely and sweet and even gave us a little extra of a flavour that was about to run out. They were clearly passionate about ice cream, which they said was all made by them. I would love to go again 10 out of 10 recommend!

Best Ice Cream/Gelato we've ever had with incredible customer service . There were 7 of us, each with different flavours...all beautifully unique and delicious! The only place we've ever seen Liquorice gelato and if you like Liquorice, you will LOOOOVE this!! The vast array of unique and local spirits was great too, but we were there for ice cream! Don't go to Narberth and miss this little shop of deliciousness!!

This place is a real find. The ice cream is awesome. My wife had the licorice flavour and was not disappointed. The owner has a real passion for quality and it shows in the product. Will definitely be returning.

The ice cream looked absolutely delicious but we went in to buy some cans of excellent beer which included lots from Polly’s brewery. The owners were such nice people and really helpful.

Fabulous tasty icecream. I particularly loved the yogurt and raspberry ice cream. The only down side is charging am extra 50p for thr same number of scoops, but 2 different flavours. 2 scoops of vanilla is £3. 2 scoops of 2 flavours is £3.50. However. I will definitely visit when I'm back in the area

What a lovely shop with lovely owners. I’d googled Narberth before we went to stay in Pembrokeshire and this place was recommended and didn’t disappoint. The gin and tonic gelato was delish. While waiting for it I was distracted by the ‘Fire’ part of the shop and returned a couple of days later to buy a bottle of Brecon gin that is one of the nicest gins I’ve had. I chatted to the owners who were so welcoming I wish I lived near by. I really do need to book a return holiday soon.

Have been coming here for a few years now and I’m always impressed by the variety and flavours of not just the ice cream and sorbets, but the gin, chocolates and everything else they offer. They are so knowledgable and passionate about the products they sell, and the pricing is really fair. They always remember you and make your experience really personal. I love the limoncello, rhubarb and strawberry and lime sorbets. My partner says it’s the best vanilla ice cream he’s ever tried.

Highly recommend the Mango, Lime and Chilli sorbet. The lime cuts through the swwtness of the mango and the chilli delivers a bit of a kick. Addictive!

Wow! This was the best ice cream and sorbet shop we have found in this country. The flavours of everything we tasted were amazing and absolutely delicious and everything is home made, which makes it even more special. We would really highly recommend the ice cream and sorbets - do find it if you are anywhere in the neighbourhood - it's definitely well worth a visit. My husband tasted and bought some of the artisanal gins and said there was an outstanding selection and the ones he tasted were an absolute joy to discover.

Quite honestly one of the best I’ve creams I’ve had to date, high up there with the gelato in Florence, Italy. I am a rum and raisin guy, and this one was off the charts good. The ice cream maker was also very passionate about his craft, and it showed in what he produces here at fire and ice. This place is a must do on your stay in Narbeth.

Just the most delicious ice cream I have ever had!! Made the journey from Tenby just for this ice cream. My daughter has never felt so passionate about any food like this before - her words 💕! She had the coffee and caramel. Definitely recommend this glory food!

Been visiting over the years and the gelato and sorbets are amazing. An innovative range of flavours, constantly evolving plus some old favourites mean they have something for everyone! Add to this the really great couple that run it, who are friendly and knowledgeable. A real winner!

Excellent ice cream and sorbet. Really like that the choice changes daily, had the absolutely spectacular blackcurrant sorbet one day and the delicious clementine a couple of days later. Also great is the mix it up option, so you can team flavours, really tasty, would highly recommend.

Unfortunately as we were going out for lunch we never had the chance to try any of their Amazing looking ice creams. Although whilst in there one of the locals popped in and said it was the best she has ever had so we will most definitely be popping in for a sample soon. Cant wait to visit again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Amazing Ice cream. My son had Welsh Whisky flavour, and his partner had White CHocand Vanila cheesecake. How amazing were hey? Just incredible and such pleasant service. A must for any ice cream aficionado

Visited this lovely shop yesterday. Large selection of spirits and craft beers as well as other local products like honey. The store owner was lovely and very passionate and knowledgable about the different products offered. Lots of locally made craft beers in the store. Lovely experience and I’d recommend the shop to anyone

On recommendation from a friend and looking for ‘rare’ rums, I visited the shop yesterday. the lady was helpful and knowledgeable and took time showing and explaining the different rums and gins. They had quite a large variety.

This place is a must visit! The best ice cream and gelato I've ever had and we even pack extra cold bags to take some back home! Delicious options for vegans or those with lactose intolerance too. Lovely owners are helpful and sweet. Very nice range of spirits, local ales and ciders.

The chocolate gelato was the most amazing I have ever tasted!

We stopped by here this afternoon on the off chance. We tried a few different flavour ice creams here and they were all amazing, notably the dark chocolate and the rhubarb flavour and caramel and honeycomb. Artisan ice creams at its very best and an owner that is passionate about what he does. Reasonably priced and fantastic tasting you must try if you are in Narbeth, you won’t be disappointed.

Honestly the best raspberry sorbet I've ever tasted and I stole some of my daughters mango and passionfruit too and it was mindblowingly good! We'll be back when we're next in town. Really reasonable price too! Never write reviews but this place is seriously special 🙂

A lovely shop with a large selection of small batch and other gins. The highlight is the homemade ice creams and sorbets which you can buy by the cone/pot or a take-home carton. Lovely staff too!

Yummy sorbet and great customer service!

This tiny shop has an impressive selection of ciders, ales and spirits on sale, as well as a delicious offering of ‘homemade’ ice cream and sorbet. The owners helped us choose some Pembrokeshire gin to take home as a souvenir, and are clearly knowledgeable about the products they sell. We loved both the toffee and passion fruit/mango ice creams we tried! Well worth stopping in and treating yourself

A wonderful little shop that stocks a brilliant range of alcohol. We bought mostly beer and gin, but it had a great range of other things like rum and whisky. Had lots of local Welsh products. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable and...

We weren't really looking to buy but came out spending £60! And what a good spend that was. The recommended Aber Falls Whiskey is superb and one I'll definitely buy again.

The BEST ice-cream and sorbet ever! My husband had the apple strudel gelato and I had the vegan dark chocolate gelato and raspberry sorbet! Absolutely delicious! Plus the most lovely and engaging husband and wife duo who obviously take great pride and care in the making of their products! I believe their produce is organic, locally sourced and made on sight. I would highly recommend a visit!

Best gelatos icecreams and sorbets EVER ...period

Amazing shop, smaller than expected but very wide selection of all types of beer, gin, cider etc. The gelato was fantastic - there was none in the counter when we visited but when we asked the owner was more than happy to get some for us, so glad we did.

Called to the shop yesterday as passing Narbeth and from the window display I saw they stocked a particular craft cider my family love. The lady who served me was so charming and attentive and immediately called a gentleman to assist me to pack and carry my purchases to my car. He was extremely knowledgeable about his products and interested in what i wanted and more than willing to engage in conversation. What a gem of a shop, will be paying a visit again next time I pass but if you can't get there in person (a shame to miss out on their customer service) then there's always mail order (which I will try if my stocks get low before I'm passing again). Cannot praise highly enough

We stopped in here on the hunt for some craft beers but discovered a treasure trove of unusual spirits and phenomenal gelato too! Service was beyond friendly and accommodating, with the owner even coming out to help me to carry our purchases to the car....

We looked every were for a bottle of Welsh brandy, called Black Mountain as a gift for a friend and the only place in Pembrokeshire which stocked this type of brandy was Fire & Ice, it was slightly more expensive, but worth just going into...

This is a gem of a place! Amazing gelato/sorbet with the most unique, wonderful and organic flavours. We visited on the final day of our holiday and the sun was beaming. They had sold out of gelato but the very kind lady gave vanilla gelato...

Excellent shop specialising in ice cream, beer and spirits. When we visited they had an excellent range of Welsh craft beers from many breweries, including Polly, Tenby Brewing, Cwrw Llyn and more. This is a truly excellent place to visit if you want to get Welsh craft beer. Their ice cream is delicious. Interesting flavours: I had rhubarb which was creamy and subtle. They also do ice cream cocktails; we had a gin and tonic one which was great. The ice cream itself is dense and creamy, which to me suggests high quality and high cream content. They clearly also cater to folks looking for spirits - though it's not what we were looking for. They have a wide range of interesting spirits beyond the standard stuff you'd get at supermarkets.

Nice little shop with fantastic owners. They gave us great advice on what alcohol would suit our tastes and the rum sorbet was amazing! Had a short wait due to number restrictions due to Covid, but worth it.

A beautiful shop with chovolate, drinks, gelato and sorbet. The gentleman serving us was incredibly helpful and friends and he had a Vegan friendly gelato something we hadn't found in Wales. Will definitely return in the future.

We were struggling to find somewhere to get ice cream for our girls and were searching on google on our way into Narberth. Fire & Ice came up but their time of closure was showing at 16:30 and we arrived probably just after. The gentleman inside was serving a family and was happy to not only to stay open later for us but the subsequent queue that was forming outside. Wonderful customer service and was incredibly patient. The ice cream/sorbets were absolutely fantastic, wonderfully rich and flavoursome flavours, while the best surprise (for me anyway) was the array and variety of alcohol on offer; from bottled ales from local breweries to local distilleries and everything in-between.

Wonderful sorbet and ice cream and such friendly service, couldn’t have been more helpful. It was like sorbet we’d never tasted before, smooth, creamy and so fresh and fruity.

Ice cream and gin in one place. What is not to love? Delicious ice cream. Tried a tub of salted caramel and it was enjoyed by whole family. A little pricey, but so worth it. Wide selection of gins with knowledgeable and very friendly staff....

A must visit if you're in Narberth!

This place is an absolute must visit if you ever go to Narberth. The couple that own it are absolutely lovely, very friendly and welcoming and follow covid guidelines. My Husband and I both agreed that the ice cream they make is the best that we have ever tasted! You will not be disappointed. They also have a good selection of different alcohol. We got a bottle of Rhubarb mead and were straight back a couple of days later to buy more, because it is so delicious. Do yourself a favour and visit!!
