Had a wonderful birthday at fete lounge. The afternoon was delicious, very good portions and there was lots of choice. The cocktail making class was so much fun and excellent value for money, as were the yummy cocktails we tried.

I came to Fete Lounge for the first time with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday and thought it was a fantastic venue. The staff were so helpful and accommodating, the cocktails and food were excellent quality, a really great bar menu. I was so impressed with everything. I’ll be back and definitely be recommending it.

Had a lovely afternoon on Saturday celebrating our friends 50th Birthday, service was amazing special shout out to Jakob, Charlie, Richard and Talia who were all lovely and couldn’t do enough for us

We hired the Fete lounge for a 50th birthday celebration, nothing was too much trouble for Joshi and his staff. Lots of drink options available, including a good selection of nonalcoholic spirts and beers. We celebrated my daughters baby shower here and had the bottomless cocktails afternoon tea. I have to say, the service was impeccable, staff were quick to make the cocktails, we were not rushed to start and staff were constantly checking if we needed anything. The food was amazing. Would definitely recommend a visit here. Thank you to all the staff for making the day special.

Love this place! The taco's and wings are soo good I could eat it every day, and the cocktails are top notch! Can't recommend it highly enough, I like to drink Negroni's and they taste amazing here because they use the best quality ingredients. They really know there stuff, stop mucking around and go! You won't regret it!

I am a fete fan. I love the fact this place is quite small and intimate. The garage and party music on a Saturday is good fun. Nice comfy sofa's, which you do need to book in advance if you want to be seated. The staff are all incredibly nice and Emad who works on the door is a great asset to this place. Do recommend the cocktails and afternoon tea with a twist. Great place for a girls night out.

Came here for a bottomless cocktail brunch with a group of five girls! We had a great time. Superb cocktails, service and good. Great atmosphere. We will be back for sure!

Love love this place, best cocktail bar in the local areas (Brentwood, Romford etc) fantastic service from all the staff and great drinks, looked after us very well for Hen Do pre drinks!

Did the bottomless brunch and it was fantastic. Polite, friendly, great service, they got my food order wrong and just added the correct order on top of the served one with no fuss at all, the cocktails were fab, with the Chilli Tequila one being absolutely stand out. We will go back as the cocktails are on a quarterly rotaion.

Came here for bottomless cocktail brunch with friends and the food, staff and service were faultless. I had the waffle with chicken, bacon, egg and maple syrup and I highly recommend. It is one of the best things I've eaten. This was followed by the pancakes with fruit compote and blueberries - so delicious! And I had three of the five cocktails on the menu, which was enough to make this girl tipsy! Looking forward to visiting this friendly bar again.

Had Fete Lounge come in to cater for a corporate event with their mobile bar. The cocktails and service was incredible and all the guests praised the standard of cocktail. I would highly recommend their mobile bar service for any party or event. They were able to tailor their service to provide for the number of guests we had and the after care was also great!

Finally ....... we were allowed outside .......... and we drove off to Kent to celebrate my cousin's 60th. We live in Gidea Park, so a quick stop at Feta Lounge, to collect our afternoon teas - perfect. The Feta Lounge is on the corner of the main junction. My husband parked in a layby and I walked back to the front of the shop. But, silly me, thought the shop was shut (well, it was), so I walked around the back and started to get worried. But, how silly of me, all I needed to do was knock on the door, where a gent was waiting. I felt so daft!Anyway, I had ordered 4 afternoon teas (2 vegetarian). I expected them to be two boxes, one with the non-vegetarian and one box with the vegetarian, but to my surprise, they were packed individually, like a little present for each of us! Loved it!The afternoon teas worked out perfectly. The sandwiches and little rolls were wonderful. Us girls tucked into 2 vegetarian - a lovely selection - loved the little buns with cream cheese and sliced cucumber - delicious! And, then the four of us had an individual box of four beautiful, little cakes. They were delicious! Particularly liked the idea of a little bag for our scone, clotted cream and jam - lovely! Really impressed. Thank you so much. Enjoyed every morsel. Saying that, the ladies didn't eat all theirs - lots in that box, for sure ..... but, the men helped us out, as you can imagine!I had friends over on Monday and made my own afternoon tea. All that faffing about! By the time I'd finished and spent hours preparing, I realised that ordering was so much more economical and a real treat! At £55 for four people. Again, it included a selection of sandwiches and rolls, a little box of four scrummy cakes, a tea-bag (we didn't use that - too much champagne!!!), and a bag of scone, jam and clotted cream. No complaints whatsoever - absolutely over the moon.Thank you so so much. My first ever take-away afternoon tea - scrumptious!

I ordered afternoon tea for my partner for Mother’s Day from my kids. I wasn’t to sure what to expect but I hadn’t need to worry as it was fantastic. So impressed with the delicious looking cakes to the lovely finger sandwich’s & the salmon rolls & scones . Come in lovely well presented boxes & delivered by a very polite man. I’ve drive past fete lounge nearly every day but I’ve never been in there,but now I will definitely being going in there for food & drinks when restrictions are lifted. I would highly recommend fete lounge from my experience. Keep up the good work.

We had cocktails delivered from Fete lounge to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday. The customer service was excellent, they replied really quickly to email queries. The cocktails themselves were lovely and I was really impressed with the attention to detail. We will be using them again and fully recommend them.

We ordered the burger platter, cocktails and some sharing bits for delivery. We had an issue as the burgers were cold (it was -5 outside one of the coldest days of the year) I spoke to the manager who was so so helpful. Fantastic customer services and the food was yummy. But omg the cocktails! Cannot wait for the fete lounge to open and have a few more cocktails. My fav so far was the coconut mojito. Thanks fete lounge - we will be back.

Had afternoon tea delivered this afternoon for my husband (and myself) really cheered him up. January is a hard month to get though but was so nice to do something a little different. The sandwiches and cakes were excellent couldn’t eat them all at lunchtime so have just finished them off. Well done fete lounge will be ordering again

My birthday was September due to covid lockdown my afternoon tea with a cocktail ended up being home delivery meze for one and my friend had hers delivered to her house and we FaceTimed. Food arrived promptly very cheery delivery man food packaged excellently from pictures below you can see the very generous portions with a cocktail made up it was a lovely experience well done to all who prepared it was yummy cheese pittas hummus lots of celery salad cue and lovely touch with cocktail would recommend 100%

Best cocktails and most unique as all the liquor is high class. There is nothing standard here they only sell premium brands. Staff very friendly very clean. Great vibe and atmosphere.

Went for a friend's birthday, we had a cocktail masterclass which we thoroughly enjoyed! Then we had the afternoon tea and some more cocktails and shots. Overall it was a great experience, I could not recommend more to go to this place! The guys working(can't remember the names, I blame the alcohol) were funny and very accommodating and attentive. I will definitely be back!

We had a lovely afternoon at Fete Lounge for our daughter’s 1st birthday last Sunday. From the moment of booking, Sara and her team were fantastic. We ordered afternoon tea for the adults and children and we were not disappointed. The children’s high tea was especially lovely and so cute seeing them enjoying their little treats! We were so impressed by the cleanliness too, with a hand sanitizer by the door and all staff respecting the current COVID procedures, wearing masks and gloves. Thank you Fete Lounge, for a wonderful afternoon, we will definitely be back! 🙂

I have previously visited the Fete Lounge for evenings out. The atmosphere is great and the cocktails divine. During lockdown they have begun home deliveries of high tea, a variety of platters, cocktails, etc. We were so impressed with our first order of platters we ordered again and again. I highly recommend the cured meat platter, Mediterranean meze platter, dessert platter and cocktails. The platters are fresh and of high quality, the cocktails are generous, ordering is simple and delivery is prompt. We have another delivery booked for next weekend. Our food highlight of lockdown!

Yesterday Fete Lounge delivered an afternoon tea to our home. They arrived on time and social distanced too. Excellent food, all very fresh and of a very high quality. Would use Fete Lounge again and would recommend.

Fete Lounge is a very versatile venue. A great place for afternoon tea, a few cocktails with friends or an afternoon/evening or a full on night and party venue. Me and my fiancé recently hosted our engagement party here and we had THE best night!! Sara and Joshi are brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us!! They helped to set up, made sure everything went to plan and the food and drink was spot on, with an amazing grazing platter and always serving the best cocktails !!! Couldn’t of been happier with our engagement party and all the little extra touches they done to make it that even more special on the night. Our friend and family couldn’t complement the venue, food and drinks any more highly !! Thanks again :)

I organised afternoon tea for my best friend's baby shower at Fete Lounge in January, and right from the beginning of the process Joshi and the team were amazing! They did everything they could to ensure the day would run smoothly. We spoke through decorations, music, dietary requirements, drinks etc. and after visiting ahead of the day I was confident that they were going to deliver an excellent service. And the day was just that! Everyone commented on how great the food and presentation was. We had room to play games and my best friend was so overwhelmed by it all, she had a really good time! What I loved the most is that the team went out of their way to ensure all our needs and requirements were met, and that guests felt comfortable. They also gave me the assurance that all would be ok when I was a little stressed in the organising process! It was such a lovely afternoon and I wouldn't hesitate to organise another get together here in the future. Such an amazing experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Rachel

We we're bought this afternoon as a Christmas present and there were four of us who went along on Sunday.Was a great afternoon with lots of opportunities to create and taste the cocktails and also generally laugh away the hours with lots of drink! A great afternoon and highly recommend!

The team were so lovely, and the music was brilliant, but still not too loud so was easy to have conversations. Thank you so much for making it the best day!

Honestly absolutely amazing experience. The cocktail masterclass is something I would do again 10/10.Richard and joshi were absolutely amazing teaching us every different type of cocktail going out of there way to make the experience even better than expected.I appreciate the gift of this experience so much, 100% going back! ❤️

Had a brilliant time at Fete Lounge with a top notch afternoon tea, really relaxed atmosphere and staff were really helpful. We were there with a 6 month old baby and felt very welcome. Food was delicious and a great modern twist on a classic afternoon tea, generous amount too. Cosy decor, good location, perfect for an occasion or treat.

Booked a reservation for afternoon tea and was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the food was presented. The food was delicious (took what I couldn't eat home) and the vibe there was great. There was a large amount of people at the venue but didn't feel crowded or too loud. Very happy with the staff and the prices were good. I look forward to my next visit there. Highly recommended

We attended an afternoon tea and cocktail class for my mums birthday. Mr Joshy and Sara were excellent hosts who really went out of their way to make the day special. The cocktail class was very informative and fun and the afternoon tea was delicious and plentiful. Would definitely recommend.

I frequent the Fête lounge both with my family and a few friends. They do the most amazing cocktails, both all the classics as well as well as their own inventive take on new ones! The fete lounge also do some lovely food, my favourites are the cheese board and the mezze platter. I would recommend to anyone. The staff are lovely and friendly and the service is exceptional. I will continue to be a returning customer for many years to come ☺️

We had booked the restaurant for afternoon tea with cocktails for my friend's birthday. On arriving we was advised that the gentleman who took the reservation booked it in for the following day. We was offered a brunch, and would we still want the tea for Saturday. We then had to look elsewhere for lunch. All we got was sorry, could not careless that it was their fault, the booking was taken down wrong.

One of my favorite bars in essex/london! I have been to the fete lounge a few times with my boyfriend, but i recently went with my mum and her friend to the SMS cocktail masterclass as a birthday present. We had the best time! The owner is very knowledgeable and also lots of fun, it was a great experience. They make the best cocktails i've ever tasted! Jaffa cake cocktail has got to be my favorite joint with the lychee martini, but they have also converted me to espresso martinis as well!

Just spent 2 1/2 hours here for my choir New Dimension's Afternoon Tea and wasn't sure how it would go down with everyone as it's a bit different, but I needn't have worried as got a clap for booking it, as all 18 people thoroughly enjoyed it. Lots of choices of teas. Lovely unusual savoury treats and cakes plus scones and mouses. Great selection of freshly made food, and beautifully presented. Very accommodating staff , turning the music down a bit so we could chat. Good selection of drinks to purchase before afternoon tea started. Very relaxed atmosphere and would definitely recommend it.

I’m posting this on behalf of my wife who went to the Fete Lounge cocktail masterclass this afternoon for a friend’s birthday treat. It was great fun learning how cocktails are made, and making their own. They all came out rather tipsy, but having had a great time! She highly recommends this as something different for a special occasion or just something fun to do.

I went to Fete Lounge on September 22nd. The tea was amazing! Fab sandwiches, prawn cocktail mini cones, and delicious cakes. Honestly, more than I could manage - I was absolutely stuffed! Was offered a goodie bagbut couldn't manage any more. The best afternoon tea I have ever had - and I've been to the Savoy and the Ritz. Excellent!

Great place to relax and unwind, very friendly staff and comfortable seating. Great place to meet up with friends. Food is good too.

Visited today with friends who have been recently for an afternoon tea with a cheeky cocktail. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Natasha gave excellent service and catered to my needs. We were made to feel comfortable and regularly checked on to make sure if we needed any top ups.

Review from my wife: Amazing! My mother-in-law and I went there for afternoon tea, initially we were apprehensive about the price and quality but our fears were totally unfounded. We were brought what can only be described as a "sumptious feast" - the variety and quality of food was nothing short of amazing. We were served by the lovely 'Natasha' who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our banquet. Went for afternoon tea today, could not fault a thing, amazing. My taste buds wen into overdrive. Nothing was too spicy, just different.

We recently visited for afternoon tea, and can honestly say that it has been one of the best afternoon teas that I’ve had locally. We were served by a few different people throughout our meal, and all were friendly and polite. The bar man was very knowledgable about the available cocktails on the menu, and the lady that seated us when we arrived was very helpful and friendly.

Booked this place for afternoon tea for my birthday after looking at the website and hearing good things about the food. Sadly I can't comment on that aspect as someone phoned me to say that due to 2 baby shower parties being held on the same day as I booked they now couldn't accommodate me as they had both asked to increase their numbers. So it seems that the 5 of us obviously wouldn't pull in as much money as the baby shower parties. Not very professional at all, suffice to say I won't be re-booking on another date with their offerings of a measly 15% discount.

My friends booked us a table at this hidden gem for my birthday last week, I’m a big cocktail fan and the cocktails here are out of this world... so much care and attention is put into each one, you can tell the staff love what they do. There were some complimentary shots thrown in which was a nice touch. They have happy hour on a Thursday - luckily for me that’s the day we visited! It’s a small venue but there is ample seating indoors and a small seating area outside. We even got to request the music they played! All in all, a great little bar, just a short walk from Upminster station so perfect for after work drinkies! We will definitely be back

We’ve been 3 times for afternoon tea and the first was definitely the best experience - They used to do a delicious coconut and buttercream cupcake with rum which is no longer filled with buttercream and is now just disappointing. Unfortunately our 2nd visit the service was terrible waited an hour for the main food and the whole experience took just over 3 hours !!!!!! The 3rd visit this week is probably the last one we agreed not to go back now, the sandwiches are delicious and creative but the cakes let it down they are plain and bland and basic by comparison to the sandwiches and there was no chocolate fountain this time much to our disappointment !!!

Great cocktails but not so keen on the food. Service was very slow as only two tables occupied.
