Went for a pre flight drink. Ordinary service, very average quality and eye watering prices. Definitely wont be a return customer.

Thought we would have a couple of pre flight drinks!!!!!!! Didn't have a SECOND? The place is a complete and utter rip off 2 pints of Cider and a Very small bottle of Pepsi. £18.50!!!!!! Total Daylight Robbery ! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CUSTOM

Served by Sereima in Fed & Watered at Aldergrove Airport..... she has great customer service skills ...... so friendly and professional. The other girl (sorry dont know her name) who was prepping tea and coffee very nice as well. Coffee was really good too😃.

Really words fail me I asked for 2 glasses of dry white wine and the barman asked me what’s that? I said excuse me and he told me pick your own there’s a menu! The rudeness of the staff and the extortionate prices means I will never be back I’m for the lounge in future where at least people have manners.

Disgusted with price of a sausage sandwich, £22+ for 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees, the sandwich bread wasn’t even very substantial, I’m used to London prices but you seriously need competition for people who are travelling and don’t want to be ripped off, don’t bother replying

Decided to treat myself to a glass of Prosecco. Great was my shock when I went to pay…£11.50! The bottle was already open in the cooler so what a profit that 1 bottle yielded. I sarcastically enquired if they had mistakenly poured me a champagne. The staff agreed that prices were extortionate. I emailed the parent company; almost a week later and no response. Disgrace.

Visited here whilst waiting for a flight and have to say was in the main disappointed. The service etc was good but the prices were insane myself and my dad had two breakfast baps, a bottle of water and a bottle of coke and it came to 30 quid. Nothing fancy in bap one egg, sausage and piece of bacon all in a brioche roll with a spoon of relish on side that on its own came to 23.50 for the two with the water and cake costing 3 quid each I understand when in departures like a stadium or concert venue as a customer you are a captive audience you can't exactly go elsewhere so you expect a bit of price inflation compared to a normal cafe outside but this was insane. Compounded by the fact the meal deal in WH Smith for a fraction of the price ended up been tastier and better value.

Paid £7 for a bacon sand which. Didn’t even bother to butter it and it had about 1 and a half bits of bacon in it . Awful

Drinks are extortionate, our bottle of red wine was £29. You can get a cheaper wine in The Merchant or Grand Central, both good 5star hotels in Belfast. We ordered "deep fried cod, with fries and mushy peas. It was overpriced and, more important, the fish was inedible- totally over cooked, disgusting and resembled rubber! I got a refund on the meal and lowered my expectation to a sandwich. Never again.

My Partner and I always use the causeway lounge but on the Sunday 26th we thought we would try fed & watered .We were extremely annoyed by the attitude of two of the staff the girl serving the coffees and the girl who didn't have an apron on shoved the food across the counter with an attitude we will never be back

Was travelling on an early flight to faro on the 26/09/22 we usually book the causeway lounge but we decided to try fed and watered never again we preceded at around 5:40 am to the counter to order some breakfast and a very rude staff member shouted at us were not open yet till the lights go on so we sat back down.Then the lights went on and we went back up and ordered a full fry and breakfast baps and drinks we were given a buzzer and when I went up towards the till to collect food where another staff member who was making the coffees was when I asked where do you collect the food and she in a very rude tone said up there where you ordered and the queue was busy so I had to push into people who were ordering and I saw the girl who wasn’t wearing the apron lifting food off a shelf from behind she basically shoved it across the counter with an attitude I think looking at her pass she was called Shona No Customer care and just an attitude of someone who couldn’t care less

Friendly staff but £6.80 for a beer and £9 for a coffee and a focaccia is just a total rip off . Not good that there are no controls over their pricing

Great Panini & good coffee. Prices as expected are extortionate & the place was pretty cold, definitely requires you to keep your coat on. Tables need better cleaned as well .

The menus is completely carbohydrate laden. There is nothing to eat for someone who has to eat a low carbohydrate diet for medical reasons. Bring back the yogurt, fruit , oats bowl please.

Had the Irish beef cheeks, have to say this was extremely good even the vegetables and carrots, a very healthy meal which can be hard to find when on the move. Relaxing location with a good bar on site.

Ordered the chicken burger which comes with skinny fries. But it doesn’t. They didn’t have skinny fries so I ordered with chunky chips and no cheese. The server distinctly said to the chef ni cheese but surely it was on the note from the till!?...

I was travelling on a Tuesday evening around 6pm. I bought 2 meals for myself & my daughter off the disinterested girl behind the counter who couldn't be bothered to make eye contact. Mushroom pasta dish & chicken burger.... Total: £25! My daughter exclaimed 'this better be good'. It wasn't.

I’d been in NI for 12 days and now going back to Spain. No fish and Chips while visiting so thought I’d have them at the airport. Well I won’t do that again. The service was awful and seemed to be run by very young people who needed some training in hospitality. When asked where I could get things like cutlery and condiments, the girl just abstractly, over there!

Got two small breakfast items and two teas at a cost of £25 handed me the tea in cardboard cups and plastic cutlery, staff have a very ignorant attitude towards customers you’d swear they weren’t getting paid to do there jobs

Overpriced, dirty bar and seating area and the staff need to attend a customer service course . If it were possible to rate a 0 star I would. This place survives on a captured audience . Will never use this place again.

I bought a prawn salad here to eat while waiting for a flight. Over-priced, which you expect at an airport, but the quality was fine and no issues with the service.

Just had to eat in Fed & Watered. Sont be fooled by the nice bright menu screens showing well prepared, well presented meals.

The airport has made changes, and what was fed and watered, could still be that, as it's not so clear now. However the standard has dropped and the staff need to be more welcoming, and adapt to the needs of their customers. The food wasn't too bad, but we will find another place to eat next time.

Food is awful and so overpriced. Go anywhere else but here, you will get better value buying food on the plane (that has never been said before)

I've just had a breakfast at fed and watered at Belfast International airport. I paid 9.85 for a quarter of soda bread, scrambled eggs, small sausage and dried up bacon. I'll just say it filled a gap because this was totally inadequate. I wasn't surprised at the price because I know airports are expensive but I couldn't wait to get on the airplane to get something more filling ,which I did. Still I'm not gonna let it ruin my holiday in benidorm.

I mentioned before that the last time we used Fed & Watered it broke a fairly long run of being quite disappointing. It had always been the go to place, mainly through lack of competition in the airport, it also monopolised the all-important views of the runway. We stopped for food a short distance down the road from the airport this time and I was only in the mood for coffee once there, and since you know where to stand with Starbucks and they now have to most commanding view of the apron….. I went there.

I’m a very regular traveller through Belfast International Airport and I regularly eat at Fed & Watered in the Northern Quarter. The food is great here - I’ve never had any reason for complaint but the main thing I notice is how hard working and committed the staff are. They work extremely well together and are always happy to help. A great team who seem to enjoy their work - even when I go there at 5am. They and their manager deserve great credit.

I am about to contact Stephen Nolan regarding the relaunch of Crazy Prices into Northern Ireland. Or should I say out of Northern Ireland.

Me and my friend came to chopped it was 1 person in a queue and manager was serving him while 3 staff stood aside. Finally one of them came to us. We asked for a salad bowls. She said she has no salad bowls but send somebody downstairs to check for it. After 10mins we got same answer no salad bowls. chopped and no salad bowls serious? When ok, I ordered wrap and a soup. Everything looked ok, till one spoon reached my mouth, oh dear lord how spicy it was. Like all my soup was fine till nearly last bite. What a hell? Seriously sort it out guys! I think u can do much more better. Cesar salad wrap was very average as well. More than £10 for that. Thank you, for taking your time to serve me but I don't think I am coming back.

This is where we'd usually start a days travelling with a little bit of breakfast. Its ok, but its quite expensive for a drink and a slice of toast. They were very slow in clearing the tables, but it was quite busy, so can't really fault them for that.

Staff have no idea what they are doing food cold and not what i asked for over priced and discussting

It is well worth the small extra trek to Fed & Watered, the coffee is a full flavoured roast and always hits the spot, more relaxing than the other place and not as long a queue

Ordered 2 lunch which arrived soggy and cold, not good for a panini,,, Coffee is rocket fuel, had to ask for our table to be cleaned as it was filthy Don’t do it,,,

This place wanted £6.05 for a pint of larger (Heverlee) Absolute disgrace! There are two other bars in this airport .....I strongly recommend you go to them .

One complaint I noticed was about the staff however I for one found the staff to be the best part of this visit. The food is overpriced for what it is and isnt anything special either. Im sure there are better places for food in the airport hopefully however I did not visit the others.

I visited fed and watered on Friday 18th January 2019 around 6.30/7pm. Within 2 minutes of leaving I realised I had left a Mac bag with my purchases behind. I sent my son straight back to pick it up to be told by 2 staff members they hadn’t seen it, i came in behind him and asked did they have cameras I could view. The manager arrived and the staff member said we were looking for a Mac bag he looked at us stupefied until I requested viewing the cameras he then said yes I know where that is. I proceeded to follow him to the cash desk where 2 female members of staff were standing he asked for the bag and the girl lifted down my purchases minus the bag. I asked for the bag to be told sorry it’s in the bin and I said in the bin how strange. Keep in mind they had the purchases removed from the bag the bag binned all within 2 minutes. What is really angering me is the receipt of my purchases was in the bag I paid by card so my personal information was available. I wonder had I forgot about my purchases until I got to my destination would I have been able to retrieve them. I think this is totally unacceptable and I for one will never be in the establishment again.

Stopped off at Fed & Watered as we waited for our flight out of Aldergrove. We were due to depart @ 07:30a.m., therefore were amongst the first people to fly out.

Do management here ever taste the products they sell? My wife & I called here for a cup of tea and a cup of coffee. Both tasted poorly.

Tables were dirty. I had to ask a staff member twice to clean the table which I sat at! Also, poor choice of food! After ordering two toasties for my wife and myself and paying £15.60 for them with two diet cokes, one came out within 10 minutes. The other took at least twenty minutes as they forgot about it and it came to the table it was burnt. Staff weren’t very helpful - management would need to have a look at this establishment to ensure that it runs more smoothly and provides for its customers in a busy airport environment! Unfortunately, I could not give this eating facility a good rating. I hope that others who eat here have a much better experience than I did!

Top class service provided by two young gentlemen think there name was andrew and glenn :) will defo be popping in again when i fly to liverpool again.

In Belfast airport there is slim pickings when it comes to bars. As a last resort we came to this bar, however, on arrival greeted by a rude, forgetful and disinterested barman. That would have been bearable if the prices justified it. It was over £14 for two G&Ts;, safe to say I won’t be visiting this bar again. The reason it got two stars was that it had decent music on the radio..!

Disappointing quality and overly priced . Yes pricing is normally higher in airports but unfortunately after my experience I won’t be a returning customer.

Visited fed and watered in august for breakfast before flight, the place was well air conditioned , clean seating areas, food was excellent and served within a reasonable time considering it was busy. Has also good power outlets for laptops or phones.

Surprisingly good (for an airport). We had Scrambled Eggs on Toast with coffee. Service was efficient food was hot and it was proper brown bread- wholesome. Coffee was to our liking although it got lukewarm (we forgot to ask/check if they heated the cups first!) before we’d finished.

We visited your restaurant on 24th November and due to an early flight had breakfast. Firstly I would like to point out that any of your staff dealing with me were more than helpful but what I could not understand was how the first two orders came out last after having to go chase them up only to be told they'd be about another 5 minutes which was actually over 10 more minutes. It was only scrmbled eggs on toast while the others had sausage baps and one a cooked breakfast (fry). By the time we eventually got ours the others had finished. We had to have our tea replaced as it was so cold by this stage. Now here is what I found disappointing, I don't understand why you provide proper knives yet provide sub standard wooden forks. I love that you are doing your bit for the environment but these forks are a health and safety issue. After waiting for what seemed like forever on our breakfast we now had difficulty eating it. The forks broke so easily and my friend managed to get a piece of wood in her mouth. That could have been so dangerous especially If it was a child it happened to. There was not even enough strength to hold the toast while we tried to cut through without the fork snapping and in the end we gave up without being able to even finish our breakfast. I heard a lot of people complaining to each other about this issue. We all found them totally inadequate. I could have complained at the time but felt your staff appeared under enough pressure without me adding to it and nothing would be done at this level. I have attached photos of the fork after trying to use it and eat with it. Please reconsider using proper cutlery. Im sure at the prices you charge you could afford it.

This facility offers a very poor choice of food and at the usual exorbitant airport prices. At 8.30 in the morning I was unable to get an appetising snack with my coffee. My husband took a toastie which took 15 minutes to heat , by which time the coffee was cold. The only scones or Danish pastries looked hard or dried up. The “ barista “was surly when I said I was still waiting for my second coffee and told me it was my fault that I hadn’t told him I was waiting! Both service and choice needs to improve if this cafe is to be deemed fit for purpose.

We called into Fed and Watered at the airport.The service was slow the coffee was very poor and the tables chairs and floors were dirty and covered in food.Customers were doing their best to clear tables.

The service was terrible and the Cod and Chips was disgusting took half an hour to get and was not pipping hot. I would advise people to give this a miss and def not worth the money.

Recently travelled from Belfast to Liverpool, stopped for a quick bite to eat, 2 cups of tea and pancakes - £19. Which was fine, but the customer service was so horrificly bad. All the staff were so unfriendly it was so offputting. It is so run down and filthy and I’m genuinely not one to complain about anything. All our cups etc were dirty I ended up taking a take away cup. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Clean rotten, napkins all over the floor under all the tables.

Terrible service, staff could not be any less interested in being there. Food was just ok. Overall not a great experience and will avoid on my next visit to the airport, I just hope Starbucks is back up and running by then.

Visited here for breakfast before our flight. I ordered a toastie and when i was called to collect it was cold and in no way toasted. I asked could it be done again and they did... sort of as the pictures show. My friends breakfast was also cold but by that point we’d lost the will to complain!

Just been to your belfast international airport branch. Purchased boiled eggs - after eating them, realised they were two days out of date (and all other packs in the fridge were similarly expired). Your staff gave me the manager’s number and told me to give him a call if I got sick - totally unacceptable.

My sister and I had a breakfast at Fed and Watered on the 22nd September as we were flying out early to Spain. We both ordered the fry at around £10.25 with tea. Firstly we were told there was no soda bread so they would give us toast however when we got it there was a piece of old soda bread on the fry which we were told they found!!! The sausages were far too big and there was two, the bread was greasy, egg cold and bacon far too fatty. We left most of it. Not good value for money and unfortunately I will not be back. I was also given a butter knife to eat it with as they had run out of proper dinner knives :-(

Airport food is never going to be cheap but you get something for your money here. Food is fresh, tasty and well presented.

The food at this outlet at is surprisingly good, it majors on 'whole food' and so the options are healthy! I always make for this venue because I have always been satisfied by the variety of 'Irish' specialities available.

Went to have breakfast while waiting for our flight. We had 35 minutes until our gate was shown. We ordered a vegetarian dish that took 30 minutes to prepare. While waiting we saw one of the staff members sneeze in her hands and then blow her nose behind the counter. She then handled cups and cutlery without washing her hands. She then proceeded to put her hands through her hair and place it in a ponytail while working. Unsatisfactory service and unsanitary conditions. They should have more pep considering it is an airport cafe.

Disgusting service. Huge queue, one person serving despite four people being behind the bar. Waited almost 20 minutes to get a drink. The music in the bar was too loud as well. It's a bar in an airport, not a nightclub.

Myself and another customer were speechless at the poor service we received last night. I waited ages despite several staff looking directly at me. Finally I requested my cup of tea. As the girl turned she started up a conversation with some of the other staff and just left me standing there. Some staff had their phones out and what was probably next week's rota was being discussed. Eventually she shoved a teapot and mug in my direction and offered me the 4pint milk container. The milk jugs were by her hand. She hardly even bothered to make eye contact.

We just have been given the worst panini ever cubes of frozen processed chicken and not cheap !!! Avoid at all costs buy a sandwich in the shop which we usually do but all sold out!!

If you want good quality food at the airport, I would definitely recommend here. Both adult and children menus was pretty extensive. Food for the whole family.

We ordered our food and drinks for breakfast with - we thought - plenty of time to spare before our flight. The drinks were served immediately at the end after paying BUT the food had to be collected using a buzzer when ready system. Well all our drinks were either finished or cold by the time the food was ready and the wait was so long we had to gulp it down and run for the plane. Not well enough organised for an airport environment.

The food is good, but it is typical airport prices. The tables were quite dirty, with not enough seating, however to be fair there were a lot of delays on the board.

Flight was delayed, so i decided to go for a pint - typical airport extortion: £5.60 for a pint of Magners.

Stopped here for a wine and beer before our flight and almost got into a shouting match with an older barman who was downright rude. Loads of staff literally throwing wooden chairs back to position but not cleaning dirty tables. Very poor

We came on Friday at 8pm and it was very busy. The staff weren't friendly and the prices were too dear. E.G. the price for 1 tayto crisp packet was £1.30! I had the grapes which weren't nice. Also, the tables were dirty and wobbly. Overall, I definitely do not recommend this place.

Got through security and decided to have a pint waiting for the flight. The older gentleman behind the bar was more interested in what the other staff were doing instead of actually pouring a proper pint. Twice I went up and had the misfortune of being served by him and both times he was rude and I could have asked for a flake with the pints. I never went up to complain as he was extremely intimidating. Have a wee look at the staff Belfast!

In the airport, this is not the most expensive place to eat. That’s the positive! The food is mediocre, the filter coffee is quite foul. My daughter tells me the cappuccino was poor. The service consists of staff members barking brief phrases at the customers.

We arrived in the airport and sought out somewhere to eat. From looking at the reviews this seemed the best of a bad bunch so we gave it a try. Don’t bother!

My Wife and i with our Grandson stopped of here for lunch before our flight. I ordered fish and chips and i have to say it was the worst fish and chips i have ever been served in my life.One word to describe this was disgusting.The fish had been reheated and was dried up inside a batter that was very dark in colour and the chips were cold. I would never use this place again.

Went to order food at 20.00 to be informed they were not serving food as closed. Ridiculous when my flight delayed to 22.40. Well had a nice meal at their competitors loss my business and i am frequent flyer. Unfriendly staff at till.

I always visit this eatery in Belfast international airport as it is a NI company. But today the service from 2 members of staff was so bad I think i will give Starbucks a go in future!!! Not only was the girl on the till sullen and unhelpful, but thete we're no please or Thank yous! However the girl serving the tea, was rude an abusive to customers under her breath.

I'm not someone who expects high standards however this placed needed to be mentioned.

Unfortunately they have a captive market due to the third world airport facilities at Belfast International Airport but is there no quality assurance carried out by the airport operators ?

Shocking counter service on 23 May 2019 at 0655. Woman and man on till and coffee totally disinterested in doing a good job to the point of being rude. Will go to Starbucks next time.

The usual stop off point before holidays. Standard food at inflated prices however that's what you have to face in airports. Never had a problem with the service and admittedly would go here before the other options.
