Never again, ordered a family box of chicken an chips,only on opening the box and seeing a 7cm peice of metal in the chip bag they must have metal missing from the chip basket, we can only complain if we have reciept as proof!!! Well they seem to know us when we go into the shop!!!!!!!

I have been your customer for the last 7 years and my whole family loves your food. We eat atleast once a week from here. However recently your staff member whose probably the manager (a srilankan big guy) has been extremely rude with me. When i asked him to make my order, he refuses to fry it saying its either finished or come back after an hour, even when other staff member are willing to make the order he tells them off. I have never had this kind of customer service from your shop before. Previously a lot of people have worked here and all were very professional and nice. But fortunately this particular person has been rude multiple times. I don’t understand if you guys are not willing to make the order for me then why do you have a menu on to choose from. My kids love your food but unfortunately because of the herrendous customer service I am never going to visir here again, and you guys have lost a very loyal customer.

Avoid this chicken shop, their service is extremely poor they have zero customer service skills. Ordered two chicken fillet burger meals, the chicken is raw and pink as soon as you bite into it. The chips were horrendous it seems they don’t know how to cook and serve food. Their chips were extremely oily like they were left overs and had been fried previously then fried again. When called and spoke to the worker he was unprofessional and very childish using slang. Will not be coming back here again which is a shame considering we used to be regulars.

Gave them £2.60 for 3 wings and fries. Waited whilst everyone else was served before me. Then when I asked where my food was they looked me dead in the face and said that I hadn't ordered anything. After trying to dispute this fact I was told that I had to pay another £2.60 if I wanted food. Disappointing because the store is right next to my college so it was convenient but don't think I'll go back there again

This place is my preferable restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. everytime I feel like having a special supper, this restaurant comes right away to my mind. very good and varied food and a large list of dishes.courteous crew, and good mood. Also, the price is affordable. I praise this restaurant with great pleasure.

This is no doubt one of the tastiest restaurants in the neighborhood. Whenever I come to this place I am extremely satisfied. They manage their very high standard service and the topmost level of cooking they provide. You surely will enjoy this this place. Very recommended.

Medium Peng chicken I go there regularly cos I live near there. The chicken is good and reliable. However, the chicken doesn't have the juiciness and the chips are bland. 5wings and chips is the OG meal for £2.50. --edit 1/3/2020 the 5 wings and chips are now £2.80. Now I will never go there ever again.

They don't do ribs and wings like Favorites anywhere else. There's a few "fake" Favorites around so beware. But this one is legit. Tends to be pricier than your usual chicken and PFC's but you won't complain. Unlike the guy below. Have no idea what happened to him.

Definitely on par with kfc if not better especially around this area. Wings are spot on and the double ringer burger is a beast. Been to other chicken shops around and this is the best one. And staff are friendly too.

Most of us have been to one or something similar, all the prices are roughly the same where ever you go, my local on The Dagenham Road, near rush green, is nt much difference nt, but their RIBS, are about the best I ve come across in a long while, most of the time gr8 portion sizes, but the sticky wings an Ribs go very quickly, (really popular), Parking out side on the main road, or a car park a bit further down, and a couple of cash points quite near. 😁
