Favorite Chicken & Ribs in Stevenage

Absolute rip off!! Chips cold and disgusting. Menu states 2.99 for 1 piece chicken and chips charged extra 60p because they had ran out of chicken legs and only had breast meat. Surely it should be the same price (am i wrong) ? Staff are rude!!

Gone down hill since last visit 2 months ago,Ribs tiny with next to no meat on them,Fries cold,chicken small and dry . Considering cost won't use again.Shame used to be really good.

I ordered food at 1:00 pm and delivered at 1:58. They accepted my order around 30 mins after i ordered

All I can say is that I guarantee your wrap or burger will be made by their hands, even when tongs are provided. I have to point out ever time NOT to use their hands when putting lettuce and cheese on my burger .

I go here as I love the spare ribs ! Tangy and flavoursome 👍 the chicken was also good and fresh. I use Favourite Chicken & Ribs not only for their tasty food , but great service and the quality is always the same unlike some places, not mentioning names 🤪 . Keep it guys 👍

Ordered food today at 6.10pm and was advised (through Uber) it would arrive no later than 50mins after order. After 1 hour of waiting I rang favourite to be told they are busy and will be another 10 mins. My food arrived at 7.50pm, so took 1 hour 40mins to get to me! And with no surprise it was stone cold and the whole order was thrown in the bin as was inedible! Another family member had ordered the day before and said it had taken nearly and hour and half for delivery through their website but thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt! How wrong I was! I think they have been taken over as I have never had this issue before and noticed that you can obtain a food hygiene rating which explains that it’s under new management. I can’t rate the food as it was stone cold and didn’t taste it. Would have given 0 rating but had to fill in

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff are so rude.

I am not happy, the delivery driver messaged me and called me but couldn’t speak English it was very hard to communicate with him!

The food arrived cold because it was late, I phoned the restaurant and they were really rude and unhelpful. The food was so cold we ended up throwing it away. Will not use again.

Polite driver, food hot ( which makes a change as a lot of food deliveries not so hot). And delivered early.

Chicken wings were very tasty Potato wedges were warm. But basically it hit the spot

I ordered a six piece bucket but had to be 3 legs for the wife Turned up with 1 leg Phoned outlet got the other 2 legs but delivery man asked for the 2 bits of chicken back obviously for someone else been a customer for over 20 yrs but never again

My Ribs were so cold its like they had come straight from a fridge. They wasn't even luke warm. The chicken was so over cooked it was really dry.

For some reason this is the second time I have ordered from you through just eat and I haven't recieved any of my sides.... What's the point in putting them on the list of you don't send them anyway.

First it showed me 18:30 but the time increased by it self in the app to 19:00 and lost the driver connection and I got food at 19:02

Ordered x2 3 fillet meals and received the smallest of fillet, if you can call them that. No where on the menu did it say mini fillets and for £8.69 you’d expect decent size pieces. Not happy in the slightest

Food arrived and housemate said it wasn't theres in a shared house but driver did not call and no knocking was heard as they were by the door and answered it immediately and turned the order away because they had ordered kfc themselves. Clearly the favourite chicken is for someone else at the address and also a man hence the name and number but noone called and driver marked it as delivered so can only wait 7 days for a refund and not able to call the driver or restaurant to chase the driver as it got marked as delivered. What a waste of money and sitting around waiting for the food to arrive. Please give refund.

Often go here. Fast service and helpful staff. I like it here as the food is freshly cooked and tasty. Never had bad food from here why I keep going back. I even like the taste over other chicken shops. Give them a go. If you love chicken I think you will love this place too.

Good ribs from here,it's pot luck if you get fresh ribs and chicken here as they won't be tough and hard to eat but that's the same pretty much anywhere so it's still good munch from here

Burgers were upside down in their boxes, beans tub was upside down and open so beans all over the boxes in the bag, no BBQ sauce which was requested.

gave me the wrong milkshake and not was it the wrong one it was a medium instead off a large and I got the wrong burger. kmt talk about messing up my order . delivery was good for once but now I know you missed up my order.

The veggie burger didn’t say anything about having mayonnaise and didn’t look like it had mayonnaise, but it had mayonnaise. The fact that it has mayonnaise should be made clear on the website so we can avoid ordering it if we don’t like mayonnaise.

This is defo better than kentucky. But only gave 3 stars as the staff seem to concentrate more on delivery orders than the customers standing in a queue, then when served you feel like your putting them out. Hopefully have some customer care training before my next visit as the chicken and ribs are really good.

left clear instructions where to deliver my order too, delivery drive rang to say cant find my house , been having deliveries here 7 years......gave him further instructions and still he didnt turn up.

Better then KFC in my opinion, may be isolated to this branch but we haven't had a KFC in years always go here for our chicken.

Chicken wings were stale had a funny taste Fries were great along side the burger

Missing gravy Corn on the cob wasn't fresh, tasted very weird

Absolutely shocking! Food arrived 30 minutes late and was only for for the bin! Order was wrong I specifically wrote in the notes 2 large gravy’s and got 2 large freezing cold beans.

very disappointed with the delivery because he left the food on the floor next to the bins, the delivery driver was also rude to me when i let him know that he wasnt supposed to leave the food on the floor next to the bins and i will not order from here again.

Wrong order was delivered. We stopped using you in December as the serice we got was absolutely rubbish. We thought we would Try again tonight but wrong meal was delivered. We wont be using yiu again and nor will my friends or family

I collected. The server messed up the order of the person in front of me which caused delays. They don’t seem to want to be there or say thank you for your custom. I honestly felt like I was an inconvenience trying to collect my order and had to show my order number more than once. The food on this occasion was not good. The ribs where like dried sticky charcoal and tough to chew. The chicken & chips where ok but not great.

Exellent service. Polite, friendly delivery person.

Quite nice and would say it's improved. Ribs nice as always, the chicken selection box was nice. The wings were much better than the big chain competitor. However 2 bits of chicken had most of the coating come off.

Ok meal - overpriced. Nice that you can easily swap out a drink for a side. Food hot.
