Twice out of four times tried overcharging me when I have gone to pay

Delicious pizza, fair price for what you get. We made a mistake while ordering (pick up instead of delivery) ,called them to change it. Wasn't a problem, very nice and friendly people. Delivery was super fast. 5 stars. Will order again.

I keep ordering from here as the pizza is nice however the staff are rude, huff on the phone like you are an inconvenience, can't seem to be able to take a card payment so you are forced to go get cash out defeating the point of a delivery. When my order was wrong after waiting over an hour for it they basically told me for f off and that I should bring it back myself if that they were not going to send a driver. The guy on the phone obviously hates his life as everything seems to be too be an issue and his attitude is appalling!!!

Ordered via JustEat and delivered quickly. Not bad and at it's properly cooked and not greasy. Will use again.

Awful company pizza never turn up

Everything is very slow. Slow to take orders and take a long time to make the pizza. Unfriendly and sullen staff. I don't recommend this pizzeria

Ordered an 18 inch pepperoni with extra mushrooms. Took 50 minutes to deliver and when it arrived it was cold and could have counted the mushrooms and pepperoni on two hands. Won’t be ordering again.

I ordered 2 small pizzas and I was a few pounds short and the owner didn’t mind and still made us them. The pizzas were really good and we got them quite quick. Overall the service and the food was very good.

AWFUL had to wait over an hour, then when my partner rung up the guy that spoke to him shouted at on the phone was so rude then when it finally arrived no apologies and the food was disgusting and cold! Never again!!!!

Inexpensive even for solo buyers and good portion sizes. Its always my go to take away order, I recommend the mozzarella fingers!! Plus good veggie options for me.

Back to its best. Great pizza, well cooked and on time I will definitely use them again.

Pizza not always on time but I know these guys are always busy see lots of reviews for 1 star due to time taken a lot of the time it's due to delivery area / drivers only ever had a dodgy coleslaw in all the deliveries I've had. My first stop for pizza unlike dominoes and your mainstream pizza nowhere near as greasy 👍

A staff member hung up on me when I called to question whether they were in difficulties finding my address. What then turned up was disappointing. Maybe because it had the thinnest layer of mozzarella I had seen on a pizza. Perhaps also due to the fact we had to re-heat it as it was barely warm. It was the driest flavourless therefore worst pizza we have ever had. I am not prepared to give them another chance to avoid disappointment.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Spent nearly 30 pounds and its not even cooked! Can literally reshape the pizza like its been made and put in the box without even seeing a cooker! Stay away unless you want to pretty much give your money away. Called them and their response was 'so what do you want me to do about it?' Are they for real?!

Place must have changed hands. Used to be great and we have ordered from here for the last 6 years or so. Will not be ordering again. Was told 35-45 mins for our delivery. 2 hours later no sign of our food and no answer on the phone after calling for the last half an hour. AVOID

Incredibly rude - absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I would avoid with so many other better options in the area.

I’m a regular customer from here. However, I am absolutely devastated by the behaviour of the staff who work here. I order the same meal every time and when I requested to change items (like I always do) I was told I couldn’t and had to pay £10 extra for a portion chips. A complete rip off! The guy started getting very rude and raised his voice after refusing to swap items even though I happily said I would pay the difference in price (£4). He then ended the call after screaming at me, so I called back and said that I wasn’t finished completing my order. He then started swearing and continuously shouting at me. No professionalism whatsoever and this isn’t the way you talk to customers at all. Will not be ordering from here again, horrendous service.

Shocking customer service. Over 1.30hr for delivery, phoned up asking what's happened advised it was on its way. Said it's too late and want a refund. Told they don't do refunds have to go via the app. Absolutely shocking service. How they are still open is beyond me. Trading standards will be contacted ! This place should be shut down for various reasons !!!!

Placed an order online. The restaurant called and said the driver was unable to deliver so the order was cancelled. Money has been taken. I have called the restaurant twice and the man is very rude and unhelpful. Says he can't refund me. I have tried to contact the website 4 times. There is no number only and option to leave your name, email and a brief description of your problem. No one has got back to me. So no food was delivered but the money was taken. Terrible customer service.

Over two hours for a pizza, couldn’t get through on the phone to chase. Phone was busy for over an hour.food still isn’t here. Service is awful. Pizza is always decent but just not worth the wait. This happens every time. Even checked before I ordered and the lady told me 45 mins.

The pizza is good however the delivery takes too long (almost 2h to deliver a small pizza) and the customer service is very poor. After waiting for 1h30 for a pizza that should have been delivered 45min earlier, I rang the restaurant and the man who answered the phone left me hanging after saying he would try and find out about my order and never returned to the phone. I then hang up the phone and called again a few minutes later complaining about the service and the same man was rude and said it would take an extra 5-10min for the delivery and in the end it took about 20-25min.

I am absolutely disgusted with this place. We placed an order on UberEats at 7:15pm estimated delivery for 7:45-8:05pm. Got to 10 past 8 and giving them the benefit of the doubt as it’s a Friday night and waited a further ten minutes. Then 20 minutes - at this point I’m hungry and getting annoyed, so logic dictates to give them a call and to just find out how much longer it will take. So I ring, no answer, ok, give them five, ring again, no answer…I rang 92 times over the course of an hour at which point my partner went and got another delivery from another place. Not only did he go and get something else someone picked up the phone and just out the receiver down on the side, I could hear them talking about orders and to a delivery driver but no one answered me. I was on the phone for 4-5 minutes yelling down the phone at them but no one could hear me clearly! I’m on the verge of tears because all I bloody wanted was a sodding pizza! We’re now 9:18pm and I’ve given up so we’re 2hours after ordering and just sitting down to eat our other takeout when what happens but a knock at the damn door…the pizza finally arrives…I feel very bad for the delivery driving who got an absolute tongue lashing from myself and I apologised profusely to him and him to me and my partner for the delay. Don’t bother with this pizza and place, no communication whatsoever and over 2hrs for two pizzas which were basic at that. Absolutely furious! Photo attached of the calls to the pizza place I made…

Always driven passed & turned my nose up - snob that I am. Ordered from Uber (not realising which restaurant) the pizzas were lovely, nice fresh dough, cheese crust was fresh. Marked down as mine was a little greasy but it was what I ordered. Jalapeño bites were delicious. Really impressed. Delivery was in time frame. Note to self, don’t judge a book!

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered a vegetarian pizza and it arrived with pieces of kebab meat on. Rang up and was told that a new one would be delivered in 5 or 10 minutes. Still waiting nearly an hour later. When I rang again I was told it was my fault for ordering the wrong pizza!!!!!

I've used a couple of times this year, out on the edge of their delivery area, not had a problem with ordering over the phone, good deals and better than Domino's in my opinion.

Prices that are advertised on web site. Are not the price charged. They show their menu with prices. When you order, they change the prices. Basically that is against the law. Charging a different price to the one advertised

Ordered through Uber Eats, certainly you get what you pay for. Pizza was burnt on top and dough was not cooked. Contacted Uber Eats and after sending them pictures they are issuing me a refund. Can't say I was impressed. Wish I would of seen the Google reviews before ordering.

Chicken tikka on pizza was not really chicken tikka but little cubes of bland chicken pieces with a whiff of curry powder. Wings were extremely greasy and stuck to the greaseproof paper. Didn't really enjoy the meal, gave half of it away to the seagulls on my balcony. Won't be ordering from here again.

Pizza was very nice. Spicy chicken ‘wings’ were not wings but battered chicken pieces. Arrived very late - ordered through Uber eats and requested update several times, eventually called through and was told they ‘can’t update’ on Uber eats. Suggest they don’t offer delivery through this service if they can’t use it.

I have ordered from here for over a year now and always had decent experiences. The food is good for the price and the deals are great value, therefore it pains me to write this review but I’m so irritated I have no choice. We ordered our food at 5:29pm through uber eats and was informed it would arrive between 5:55-6:15. Even for a Saturday night where I would always allow more time for how busy places are especially during COVID once it had got to 7:05pm we had had enough and rung for an update. Upon ringing we were told that there had been some sort of problem and our order hadn’t even been started yet. Normally I would be patient with this as a genuine mistake, however we had been told this on a previous occasion by the same woman when the order was also delivered over 2 1/2 hours late. We were not offered any compensation for our wait and barely an apology. The food eventually arrived at 8:15pm, 2 hours 45mins after ordering. The delivery driver offered no apology for the wait and was not wearing a mask or any form of ppe which given the current COVID situation in the south east of England isn’t acceptable. The food was barely lukewarm when we got it and the chicken was soggy on the outside and dry on the inside, didn’t even know that was possible! Simple answer if you’re looking, don’t order! I’ve personally had this happen multiple times for lacklustre food and rude staff that blatantly lie to you and looking at other reviews this doesn’t seem to be a one off either. Will not be coming back!!

Never using agin they are so rude and the driver doesn't no where he is and he uses a sat nav Nd the lady that works there doesn't no how to be polite to customers she is very rude waited for an hour for food then anther hour for the driver to ring us 3 times saying he is lost and doesn't no where he is then the food was cold

I asked about ordering something other than pizza that was ON there menu and I could here someone swearing asking who the f*ck orders that and continues to slag my order off and tells me its a pizza shop not an ice cream shop. honestly get some manners! I was ordering food for my gf who is ill in isolation and cannot go to the shops for herself. don't put the item on the menu if you cannot deliver it or make it clear how to order!

Pizza was cold, we ordered a half an half but both sides tasted like curry (even though one side was meant to be Chinese chicken and the other cheese so the order was wrong anyway). We ordered some curly fries that were also cold and tasted like they were microwaved, the sauce that came with them was also squashed and leaked everywhere. The two desserts we got were wrong too, we ordered a cheesecake and a fudge cake but got 2 fudge cakes that both had loads of air bubbles in and were freezing cold and solid as heck. After microwaving the cakes they were okay but it was a shame that we had to take this extra step just to be able to eat them. And after all of this, it took an hour and 20 minutes to arrive after they said it would only take 40, when calling to ask (after an hour) they were blunt and said it would only take 5 more mins, we ended up waiting 20. Not ordering from here again

Just had an 18 inch monster pizza delivered, half n half meat n veggie, stuffed mushrooms and mozzarella sticks, offer meant it was £13 Bloody amazing value and probably the best pizza I've ever had ( sides were good too)

Absolutely appalling service, ordered at 19:50, was told it'd arrive around 20:30 had to call at 20:45 to ask where my food was and the phone was left ringing. The food didn't show up until 21:30 an hour after it was suppose to arrive and almost two hours after I ordered it. No apology from the delivery driver or the restaurant, and I can't even get a refund. I am disgusted by the way this was handled and can gaurantee that I will never be oeding from here again.

We ordered this, I ask what delivery time was she told me 40-45mins. One hour and 30 minutes later still no pizza!! Called shop number of times to be told it's just left the shop......1hour 45min later it arrives cold and incorrect. Had already paid via phone otherwise I would have refused it! Would not recommend, this has happened a few times but thought we would give it another go and same thing happened again so I will be avoiding!

I called for a delivery at 7.15pm on the 31st Dec 2018 and my delivery came but cold I called back to say my food was cold to be told another order would be sent out at 9.30 I was still waiting not good enough fumming.........

Food is always lovely but I didn't realise they charge £12.99 for a large pizza to be delivered or £7.99 If you collect. We ended paying £20 for delivery of 4 pizzas without realising....a complete rip off especially as we only live 5mins away. The free delivery on their leaflet is very misleading

We always use farmhouse as they are alwsys helpful and the food is always good, so i was suprised to see negative comments,but im wondering if all these people have ordered through a service,hungry house just eat etc.?

We ordered from here a couple of weeks ago we had to wait 2 hours for the food to come and when it eventually did come pizza was cold and falling apart we phoned them up and complained they promised us discount! We was put off by ordering here again but thought we would give it another go, they didn't even offer the discount we got promised and ordered some garlic and herb dips which we never got! its a shame used to love this place but it has really gone down hill wont be ordering from here again!!

Ordered and waited for pizza. Told it would be 15 minutes. 30 minutes later was given pizza. Got home found it dry and wrong toppings. Think it had been sent out on delivery and returned!! Won't go back again!!!

Don't use them Unreliable is an understatement. They are rude, late and the order is wrong and lukewarm at best. Appalling in every way.

Not deserving of any stars. Food ordered was 1 hour late - I called 3 times and was told it would be any minute each time. When it arrived the driver refused to discount the order, I spoke to the manager on the phone and he was incredibly rude and hung up on me. We were told we had to pay or give the food back. The driver even said how rude the manager was and agreed he needed to find a new job - this was the second complaint of the day. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

WORSE THAN AWFUL service. Placed an order which arrived without the can of Diet Coke. No biggie, everyone makes mistakes. Phoned to let them know (nicely) and was told IF they get a delivery to my area, they will bring it to me. Phoned again 15 minutes later to enquirer where said can of drink was. Was told I had changed my story and I didn't want it anymore. Repeat request for the drink that I had already paid for and 15 minutes later I was delivered the wrong can, I suspect deliberately. I will never order from them again. Food was average but the delivery driver was very apologetic. Not his fault he works for a knob.
