Twice now I've paid over the odds for this to be delivered and twice theyve missed food off. Cold food cold chips. I mean freezing cold food. So so annoyed. Called them and they said oh I not too sure where it is the order is. It's actually not our fault it's deliveroos?? So the made you forget the order

Delicious falafel salad and tasty smoothie. I enjoyed every bit of my food and drink. I felt comfortable to sit alone and eat. I really enjoyed seeing them busy and thriving at lunch time. I recommend for quick lunch dinner or even takeaway.

I recently visited Falafel Xpress and had the classic falafel wrap. It was delicious! The falafel was perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the wrap was filled with fresh vegetables and a tasty pickles. I highly recommend trying the tahini sauce, as it is great with everything, especially chips. The shop itself was very clean and had a nice Arabian decor and music. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a great experience at Falafel Xpress and would definitely recommend it to others.

Service was a little slow, however we visited on Pride Saturday so maybe this was to be expected. The food and friendliness of the staff were excellent.

I've ordered from Falafel Xpress quite a few times and the food is excellent every time! I haven't been into the restaurant, I've only had delivery, but it is always quick, hot, and great quality. The portion sizes are generous too!

I visited for a takeaway as I was staying in the nearby Roomzz and it was only a short walk. Really friendly staff who helped explain everything. I had the falafel and hummus wrap with chips and a Diet Coke for £9.50 which I think was a good price - the only thing I would say is portion sizes are big and I didn’t even touch the chips! The wrap was really tasty and fresh and great quality - I’d definitely come back when I’m in the area!

We visit Falafel Xpress regularly (far too often in fact) as the food is delicious and absolutely packed full of flavour. As a vegan this is by far my favourite place to eat in the local area and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend giving the food here a try; the vegan hummus and falafel wrap with plenty of green chilli sauce is my personal favourite choice on the menu and I absolutely love their vegan tahini sauce … I’ve tried very hard to replicate it at home, mine doesn’t even come close !!

These are not falfels there just greasy fried bland chickpeas that left my mouth feeling greasy and horrid and only had half a "falafel" . No parsley, garlic flavour or to be honest any flavour coming through apart from oil. If you want good falafel... Avoid at all cost. As this is not a good representation of what falfels really are. I will say one thing the tahini was good that is all. Good falafel go Liverpool and your mind will be blown . Falafel Xpress , no Xpress or falafel so don't understand the name.

Sometimes you see review scores that look too good to be true, as if they have been made up (previously working in hospitality - I have seen underhand businesses do this first hand). However, my dealings with these guys show that these 294 Google reviews are legit and the real deal - these guys are the best. Ordering on Deliveroo they're the best place to order food from in Chester. Food and ingredients are high quality and they deliver within the City Centre within 15 minutes without fail. 10/10

I went twice today, falafel wrap and chips was delicious and I came back in the evening for another wrap. Stood for five minutes at the counter, no hello, no smile or 'will be with you in a moment'. Staff obviously don't want to be there. Finally got served, didn't have to wait long, portion was a good size. Just disappointed with the rudeness, are the staff overworked, underappreciated? Hopefully this will change.

Absolutely fantastic find in Chester! just like eating food when you visit the middle east! falafel is cooked fantastic. The hummus and salad along with the flat bread is beautiful! Excellent price it costs the same as a mcdonalds however this is such good value for money. If you haven't visited Falafel Xpress you are missing out! Well done guys 5 stars from me.

Came here with my wife yesterday. Amazing service and delicious falafels and other dishes, salads and mezze. Found this place after struggling to find somewhere to sit down and eat in Chester. What we ate really hit the spot. Very fresh and a large selection of all the great Mediterranean and Middle Eastern ingredients. The staff are terrific, so refreshing to come across warm, friendly welcoming service after some of the other nearby restaurants were a rather snobby and aloof. Definitely check out this place. They deserve the business.
