Really good quality food made with fresh ingredients for a really great price!

Great place to grab a falafel wrap. Lots of options with a range of fillings and sauces. But other really nice things on the menu. Mostly people get takeaway but there's some seating if you want stick around for a little while. Speedy service. Range of drinks and coffee, of course! It's one of my regular lunch breaks. Highly recommend!!

Very good food, especially for vegetarians. Had trouble deciding what sauce to get my first time there and was told 'you want tahini' by the guy who makes everything. He was right. I have had tahini ever since. This place is great.

They have good quality foods at such affordable prices and also is very fresh! The people here makes sure the food is prepared in a timely manner and make sure the place is clean to the highest standard! I will definitely come again!

Great little food spot tucked away in Cardiff! I've been many times over the years, super clean!...always spotless, the seating, the prep area...everything. The food is always fresh, fresh salad, fresh falafel (crispy outer, fluffy inner) fresh fries, he does everything to order. Good selection of drinks and sauces, staff are friendly, great cosy seating areas, a little gem in the SU and handy if you're by Sherman Theatre!

The food is good, and there is plenty of variety, with vegetarian and vegan choices. On the other hand, the service provided and attitude of the owner is is improbable. I asked a simple but silly question, and I understand that this kind of question are not very appreciated while working; however, I was met with reproach, condescendence and an attitude implying that I was stupid.

One of my favourite places to eat in Cardiff! Everything is very reasonably priced and the quality of the food is fantastic. Falafels are always hot and well spiced with a really good flavour. Definitely the best falafels I have had in Cardiff. There is a good variety of fillings, the fries are reasonably good - they are cooked fresh but could occasionally do with a bit longer in the fryer. Service is great, and the atmosphere is wonderful. As soon as you are within 10 minutes of the place you are met with the most amazing smell. Will always keep recommending this place for their brilliant food!!

Came here for lunch had a wrap and honestly wasn't the best. It was dry and the falafel really wasn't that great. Seating is also a little bit of a joke as the seating against the wall can barely seat anyone. Not terrible but not the best

Definitely my favourite place for falafel wraps in Cardiff! The ingredients are always really fresh, with the falafel being super crispy on the outside while still retaining its interior fluffiness. The owner is also very nice, and the service is always great. Overall, this place is a real hidden gem! Would recommend - 5 stars from me!

Went to grab a quick sandwich from Co-op, when myself and my friend were hit with a beautiful smell, we followed this to the Falafal House. I ordered a chicken wrap, but wanted to try the falafal also so the owner kindly let myself and my friend try his home made falafal, it was amazing!!! The best I've ever tasted the chicken wrap was also mouth watering. Can't wait to return and have a falafal wrap!! Customer service was excellent. Honestly if you have not tried the food from here you don't know what you are missing.

Have been going there for 4 years now. Lovely owner. Falafel made fresh with a unique recipe that stands out from anything I’ve tasted before. Will never eat it anywhere else as nothing else compares. If you think you know falafel, get ready to have your mind BLOWN.

Great food but never open when I go there, despite advertised as open.

Very very rude owner. I asked if I can change pick up time and he said that its not his problem and hang up. Food not tasty.

Really nice food, but the prices are a bit on the high side for what you get. Also, the service is slow and chaotic - the young guy with the beard and glasses who was manning the till last week didn't really seem to know what he was doing.

Me and my girlfriend went this morning for a bite to eat and a drink. We ended up getting the vegetarian breakfast wrap and the bluebananna smoothie, both were absolutely delicious and would recommend this adorable little cafe to anyone and everyone! Will definitely be back when I’m next in Cardiff!

Super tasty falafel burgers with really flavoursome garnish, sauces and chip. Our food was perfect. Couldn’t recommend these guys more!! Fantastic food and super service.

This the local business you should support during these times. The falafel is delicious, everything is vegetarian and you can tell how much effort the owner puts in the dishes. He's always open and the smell from the delicious falafel will hit you from the street.

Absolutely amazing fresh and tasty food! Everything is cooked to order so it's the freshest it can be, and at a bargain price for the quality! The guy who owns the shop is so friendly too, and has made sure me and my NHS colleagues are well fed during our long shifts!

This place is amazing! The menu variety is awesome, and the food is worth the price. Was my first time trying falafel other than a buffet half a decade ago and it's quickly became the one place I go to to get lunch in the university.

💛 my first time eating falafel in Cardiff and straight away become my number 1 place whenever I craved falafel ~ the foods here is just so authentic and amazing ;) I always order loaded skinny fries and falafel salad box whenever I came here❣️ it’s a good place to chill and the interior designs are very creative and lovely 💓 the crepes here are also very delicious/ the texture and the dessert toppings 🤤 the prices are reasonable and it’s worth it every bite 🥰the staffs are so kind and very passionate of what they do and that’s what makes this place feel so special :) this is a place where i will never get tired of going to ~ much love

By far the most delicious and freshest wraps iv tried. Tastes so so good with the sauces and the added authentic flavour of those falafels is amazing. A winner all round!

I'm not sure how popular this place is outside of Cardiff's student population, but it deserves more recognition for its fantastic food and service. I had an absolutely amazing falafel wrap with chilli and garlic mayo and it was among the best meals that I've had in Cardiff. £3.95 is great value. On top of that the service was fantastic. Furthermore, even if you're not a huge falafel fan there are other options available such as crepes. If you find yourself nearby, this is a must for lunch.

I've been here many times now and the falafel tastes incredible either in a wrap or a pitta with some feta or guacamole. The menu also boasts an impressive falafel burger which is an absolute delight and well worth the additional wait! Very well priced and would recommend to anyone.

We were looking for somewhere ‘different’ for a lunch and fell on this place. Brilliant food with a delicious Lebanese wrap - spicy hummus too! Well worth trying out.

Amazing little gem situated in the student union in Cardiff city centre. The prices are reasonable and food is phenomenal, packed full of flavour. Great lunchtime treat where you can have a choice of falafel balls  with salad box, pitta or wraps or even choose a falafel burger! All the food is freshly prepared, your choice of salad, humous and sauces and are vegetarian and vegan friendly. It is run by a local Cardiff family and are truly independent. I had the falafel wrap which was freshly cooked to order with the raita yoghurt dressing, salad and chilli sauce. The wrap was then grilled which gave a lovely crispness to the wrap which complemented the falafel's soft middle. I also had the latte which was lovely and was treated to their lentil soup. Only available in the colder months but warms you up from the inside; it is a must try!

If you are looking for an unparalleled experience, for pure unadulterated falafel bliss, this is the place to go! I mean, the tables are a bit sticky, literally stuck the lint off my coat, but damn the falafels are good. best 4.50 i ever spent on falafels.
