Falafel Corner in Coventry

It's a pretty good little corner shop. I enjoyed eating their chicken and falafel wrap. Tea flavour was so well balanced.

Got a falafel and chicken wrap, really hit the spot and wasn't too expensive. Took credit card and didn't wait long at all. Would come again.

This was The Best falafel place we’ve been to. Unfortunately we went yesterday and I think the ownership changed and so did the wraps. Huge amount of lettuce, that’s all I could taste. Falafels are tasteless. No seasoning or spice to it whatsoever. Couldn’t taste anything else but the lettuce, which is tasteless anyway. And they increased the price too! Won’t be visiting again.

Best food in Coventry, best Falafel wraps I've ever had. Great price as well, wraps are very large and have lots of different ingredients so you really get your moneys worth. Staff are really nice and friendly, always act happy and pleased to serve you. You guys rock I hope you stay in business forever x

Delicious and authentic food at very reasonable prices. Had the Falafel and hummus wrap, which was perfect, and then went back for more falafel as it was so delicious.

The wraps are made when ordered. You have to wait while the falafel is freshly cooked, dosnt take long but the difference is real. The flatbread is soft and full of flavour, not chewy like shop bought. Got to go back and try the morocan breakfast.

Yummy reasonably priced vegan falafel hummus wrap. I don’t like spice but owner recommended to have with a little and he was right. It was deliciously tasty and not spicy

I remember coming to Falafel corner years ago - the service was amazing and the food matched too. More recently, I have visited 3-4 times and every time I have had a bad experience e.g. The guy behind the counter has been outright disrespectful for customers, I have waited over 30 mins for just one falafel wrap. Most recently, I paid with a £20 note and they shortchanged me £10. I will never ever ever return to this place. They are rude money grabbers that would not know what good service is if it hit them in the face.

Its an outlet with falafel wraps and some drinks on the menu, the staff is humble and the vibe is good too. They have cute tables and sitting area. Good place to visit.

Glad I did a bit of research for lunch in Coventry, as I may not thought to stop here as I walked past.. but I’m sure glad I did! Service was 10/10, makes all the difference. The falafel itself was fresh, great quality, care taken putting these together and outcome - delicious non-dry falafel wrap. Only £3.50 for medium and £4 for large. Can’t go wrong, all I can say is wish I’d went large. There’s indoor and outdoor seating available.

As we were back in Coventry we came back to Falafel corner. We're glad we did. The balance of flavours in the falafel hummus wrap is perfect. When in Coventry, seek this place out.

Used to be 1 of my favourite places to eat in cov untill i recently visited and found they now make meat too 😫

It was my first time coming here and the prices are good but my falafels were raw in the middle (not just one). The taste was okay.

They don’t use gloves. Touch everything with their hands, their hair, head, sweat, clothes, mobile, then go and make your sandwich for you!

I absolutely used to love this place. Top to bottom. It was not perfect, but it was amazing every time I went here. Now... their falafel recipe has changed gradually. Now it got to the point where I just can not even enjoy it anymore. I feel like it lacks the fluffiness, flavour and texture that it used to have. And the most horrible part, they cook their meat extremly close to the pickles, hommous and vegetables. I have seen on multiple occasions how the meat juice and foam spills and drips onto all the veg part...which, if you have an extremly sensitive stomach like me, it can give you really bad indigestion and make you sick. Plus if you have are vegan and you do not fancy your falafel wrap/salad to have a hint of chicken flavour...you should be careful and ask for fresh veg. Their service is still welcoming and nice, but thei practices and quality are close to hitting rock bottom.

Great little venue for a light lunch on the go. Both of us had the chicken wraps with all the trimmings its got a nice warm zingy edge to it. £4,50 for the large and £3.50 for the medium . The Arabic coffee is great which makes a nice change from the usual fizzy drinks people request. I would definitely pop in again if in Coventry City centre.

The guys running the shop add to the experience too! So friendly and welcoming. I always have a falafel wrap and recently took my mum in to try falafel for the first time! Shes a falafel convert! Added little touches like a bit of falafel to snack on whilst you wait and sometimes a delicious fresh mint tea, make you remember Falafel corner!

Cost £4 for meat wrap and £3.5 for falafal wrap. I tried and once and liked it...food was fresh and filling at the same time. Good halal and cheap option in middle of city center.

Best falafel you can possibly have. I eat there regularly since opening and this place is still unbeatable despite trying falafel in plenty of other places, also outside the UK.

I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this restaurant. everytime I feel like having a decent meal, this is the place that comes immediately to my head. outstanding and many types of food and a large menu.generous staff, and good mood. Although the ambience and location of this place isn't amazing, the friendly customer service and the amazing falafel more than make up for it! They fry their falafel fresh so they're always crispy and perfect, the salads, pickles, chillies and hummus really work well together in the wrap. A great place for a quick lunch, keep up the good work!

Yesterday was the first time we came to that restaurant. But It is definitely not the last. We had great time with the efficient service, with the great meal and booze and with the modest charge. We will surely go back there in a short time.

I visit this great restaurant often! This is the best place to to have a good dinner. I go there routinely. The cooking is excellent, the staff is welcoming and the cost is decent. I enjoy eating in this restaurant for a tasty supper.

This place is proper brill, the falafel is freshly made in front of you and reasonably priced, they have the delicious...purple pickle thing (dunno what it's called) and their fresh squeezed orange juice is lovely to top it off

Good place. Falafel is very tasty. Arabic coffee and other tea varieties are also good.

So it’s not an eye catching venue but I don’t care. I’d sit on the pavement to eat their food. I’d make a specific trip to Cov to get it, and have done. Hands down best falafel I’ve had in the UK. Juices are great too.

Decided to try it on a whim. Nice variety of items to choose from. Tasty & interesting flavours, but not to my liking I’m afraid.still, I did give it a try. Also, staff friendly & helpful, menu interesting, very clean & pleasant decor.

Went today with the mrs and grab a large falafel wrap. Got it fully loaded with veg and chilli sauce. Couldn’t stop tucking into it!

Honestly amazing Falafel wraps - for virtually the same price as a wrap meal deal at the supermarket, you can get one twice as nice and twice as big here... Lovely people and great food!

They close very early.. plan to buy something there but when i reached there it was already closed at 18hr45

Haven't been in a while but when I have its very friendly, not too expensive and food is amazing, highly recommended if you want a change from the usual burger and chips joints and the food made my insides feel good as well as tasting amazing, thumbs definitely Up!!

It is really unfortunate that I have to write this review since this used to be my favourite vegetarian place in Coventry.I went here with my classmates (they were both Asian) to grab lunch. One of the members of staff tried to greet one of my friends by saying "Ni hao" and after telling him that she was, in fact, Japanese he said "chong chong". I like to assume that it wasn't said with any malicious intent, but it left the three of us in a very awkward and uncomfortable situation.

There's a range of food options (try the Lebanese wrap!) and the helpful, cheerful staff ARE friendly and will remind you that this order doesn't come with those things, or whatever.And the prices ARE reasonable - nay, good. If this review doesn't persuade you that Falafel Corner is worth a visit (hint: it is!), just check the length of the queue...better get there early.

Good quality food, but service was very slow

I've visited falafel corner a number of times and rhe service and food has always been good. The individus take care to ensure everyones meals are prepared nicy and everyones receives a nice warm wrap. Falafels are very nicely made and cooked to perfection

This is an odd title for a falafel place, I mean it is only falafel, simply. The difference is the passion and generosity of the person behind the counter. The way he treats people stepping into his door is amazing. Not to mention the yummy fresh hot falafel raps that he prepares. I have been there twice within 3 days. I will go back again for sure. On top of everything I have mentioned the restaurant is clean.
