I love love this place. Found this because I was waiting in the hospital near there. Love the food, so so so good. So affordable too. Definitely recommend and will come back.

Fantastic little Italian restaurant with a big menu.

Perfect pizza and pasta in fun, traditional, family-feel Italian. This restaurant was our local and we still talk about it even though we left London some years ago! Dario was our fave.

Unpretentious excellent Italian food.

My surgery was cancelled and I stumbled into Fabrizio ,on crutches after not eating all day. The young lady who was my waitress was so nice and accommodating. Food was great. Thanks for making a bad day better.

Best pizza I have had in a long time.

Las Pizzas muy buenas, en su punto de sal, queso muy suave, la masa exquisita y fina. El tomate de la pizza estaba espectacular. La lasaña estaba muy buena también, el tomate y la carne también. La ración de pasta para niños me ha parecido bastante cara para la cantidad y los ingredientes, el resto precio correcto. El local acogedor y la camarera amable y atenta

We live just over the road and get take away pizza quite regularly. It’s always great, the staff are really lovely too. We always get the Verdura and Aleksandra pizzas and often head to Waterlow park to eat them.

Have come a few times, all our experiences were fabulous, waiters were polite, quick and co-ordinated, the food was ridiculously great, I ordered the Arancini and Tagliatelle Porcini, both were a 10/10. The ambience was cozy and warm with a bit of a rustic feeling. Will come again 😁.

Best pizza and pasta ever!! Always delicious

We have visited Fabrizio's many times in the past. The food and service have been good. Unfortunately, disappointed by our experience there this time. The cost of dishes has increased with a reduced selection on the menu. The fishcake starter was heavy for a starter. The spaghetti with prawns contained four small prawns. The tagliatelle Fabrizio was good if too salty because of the capers. The music in the restaurant was too loud to have an audible conversation because of the speaker overhead. I asked if the music could be turned off since all the diners were deep in conversation. The waiter responded that it would not be possible to switch off the music but the volume could be lowered. He explained that music was essential to create an 'atmosphere' in an Italian restaurant stating that music and food go hand-in-hand in Italian restaurants. The irony of this statement of course was that all the music played was 1980s American tunes all of which I knew well - so much for creating an Italian atmosphere!! Given that almost all of the diners were over 40 years of age, I am sure they would not miss the music in the background which would likely allow them to hear more clearly without having to raise their voices to be heard.

I have to say it’s probably one of the best places to go for pizza in the uk!!! I don’t normally come on here but when the food is this good I must comment on it! Not only was the food amazing the service was also amazing, the we got the 1m pizza of four different types of toppings, it was delicious and I have not eaten that much food in ages but it was definitely worth it!! Not only going to come again but so should who ever is reading this!!!!!!!

Ciò che mi ha colpito appena arrivati è stata l’accoglienza è la gentilezza della Maître di sala Giusy che ci ha accompagnato al tavolo e ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Quello che ho scoperto successivamente è stato incredibile, una cucina da 10 e lode fatta con ingredienti freschissimi, da provare assolutamente le pizze fatte da Antonio veramente ottime e le fettuccine “Manuela”consigliatissimo!!!!! A presto!!!!!

One of the best Italian restaurants north of the river. Ingredients are from mainland Italy to give authenticity to the dishes. Pizza is romana style with nice crispy edge and it taste delicious Highly recommended and watch out for the live music jazz nights giving an extra atmosphere to the already cool decor.

Had a lovely evening here with few friends,food it’s fantastic you can really taste the ingredients come from Italy,and the service was awesome too, the lady that served us was super friendly and helpful. We’ll be back soon !!

The old Fabrizio was excellent, great food, good specials and a warm and friendly staff. This is a new version, different owners and not a patch on the old place. A limited, confused menu and a couple of dull specials. Food was just average and not cheap (£43 for a starter, pasta and a glass of wine) and the service was poor. The worst thing is being charged £3 for extra parmesan on our pasta. They ask you if you want cheese and that's put on in the kitchen and then if you want more or a decent amount, they charge £3 for a tiny amount extra. I have never ever seen or heard of this in any other Italian restaurant. We used to go to the old Fabrizio all the time, we won't be going back to the new one ever again.

We had a very good evening at Fabrizio. Food was great, with some good special out of the menu. We ve been charged for extra parmesan wich is completely understandable as everything is going up nowadays and we cannot pretend things for free when we seat in a restaurant. Kids were happy, waitress was kind to them, and Chef came to the table to be sure everything was right. Pasta was very tasty with reasonable portions and kids have eaten the whole pizza, wich means they loved it. Wine was nice too. As we were in an Italian restaurant we couldn't escape to pair a good bottle of wine with our dishes . Tiramisu' was the sweet end of a nice meal. We'll go back.

I don’t no where to start the worst service ever , you have to pay for a tea spoon of cheese , the 1metre pizza was 4 separate pizzas, the lady that served us was disgusting pushing past us to close the front door then told us we could not separate the bill because there was 18 of us , she stormed to the kitchen swearing at us in Italian not knowing we was Italian!!!! We understood everything she said. how embarrassing she made herself look , she actually got her coat and left the restaurant, she left the restaurant and a little boy that was serving us just standing there no older then 15 years old , the owner was the chef that tried to calm the situation but it went passed that point when the women swore at us and stormed out the restaurant. The food wasn’t bad the service was disgraceful and would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Who ever you are you should be ashamed of yourself lady , if you can’t handle 18 people enjoying themselves which to be fair we made the restaurant busy for them, you shouldn’t be working as a waitress, you set a bad example to the little boy you clearly have your own issues.

We went to this restaurant based on the amazing reviews but I can’t really understand why this place was rated so high. The pizza was pretty bland and the dough wasn’t my favourite type... The quality of ingredients were pretty average. I added a bit of chilli oil on my pizza to save it but even the chilli oil was bland. Even the coffee didn’t taste good. Plus whatever still water they use tasted like tap water. The service was ok.

Best pizza ever. One metre pizza with four varieties, and cooked to perfection. Well worth the trip across London. Quite excellent.

Fabrizio's is a Highgate institution. Warm and friendly family restaurant with delicious pizza and a variety of freshly prepared main courses and desserts, including daily specials. Hospitality is excellent - the staff are always smiling and helpful. Always a great experience here!

Good food reasonably priced not amazing but good

5 star cleanliness rating. Pleasant atmosphere. Two nice pizzas and a jug of water for less than £25. It was quiet when we arrived but a couple eating a takeaway outside were very positive about it and we were happy and once two tables were occupied two more soon followed. I've probably had a thicker and more robust pizza (diavolo) but it was still good. Possibly felt the waitress wasn't that happy we only had water but if they read this review they should be pleased that we probably helped bring other customers in, and indeed, stopped for anything at all. We weren't long.

We went for a meal and were treated by friendly and attentive service. Very good vibes from the start. The menu is concise . The quality of ingredients, cooking and the flavours are excellent Very happy with the quality of food and would recommend.

Our favourite Italian restaurant was fully booked and we decided to be tryout a new restaurant. We settled on Fabrizio based on the high ratings and great reviews across various platforms. As has been noted by a few others, the interior is more functional than anything else. The service was swift and generally efficient, though it ought to be pointed out that there was only one waitress. The food, the entire purpose of the visit, was superbly underwhelming. I am hard pressed, really really hard pressed to agree with the various folks claiming this has the best (or close to the best) Italian food in North London. The starters were uninspiring (visually and in taste) with the calamari seeming to be of the frozen variety. The pasta dishes i.e. Linguine al Gamberoni had a home-cooked vibe, and not in a positive way. Last but not least, the pizza, the Diavola, was just meh. We have had way many better many times over and in multiple Italian restaurants of the small scale variety. This was an thoroughly uninteresting meal and we are highly unlikely to return.

It just happened for me to be in the aerea and to be hungry 😅 to discover their pizza is actually ridiculously good 👍🏼 just like Italian authentic pizza. I wish I have this restaurant closer to where I leave. Very nice pizza guys! Definitely worth trying it.

Disgusting. Overpriced. The prawns was super fishy, not in a pleasant way. The pasta dishes are not seasoned well, huge lack of flavour. Waiter had an attitude which made it worst. Never again.

I ordered the pasta with “homemade pesto”. It tasted like cheap store-bought pesto, which it probably was. On top of that — the goo that had to pass for mozzarella had clearly gone off. I will not be coming back.

Had lunch on a Sunday. A short walk up from archway tube stop. Interior rather minimal. Kick ass negroni’s! Had the courgette flower and aubergine in batter starters-good with a nice batter. Possible some MSG in the batter. Both the verdure and the Alexander pizza...

Probably much better than other celebreted pizzas like Franco Manca's and Pizza Pilgrims'. Just one criticism; you can't put anchovies on capricciosa, this is a crime! (Non se pó sentì Fabbrì!).

Really friendly service. Real family atmosphere, it looks like people like working there. Nice food, tastes good. Normal portions. We had Pollo alla Milanese and Risotto di Mare along with a glass of house wine, and desserts. My "Bellissima" got a refill for her small glass of wine too 🤔.

I had ordered 9 pizzas via Uber eats who dealt with this order very badly! They kept appointing drivers who were then giving up with my order! I then decided to call the place to understand and the kind lady explain me the issue of the drivers (too many pizzas to be delivered on a motorcycle!) and pass me the chef! He was very kind as well and they offer themselves to deliver the pizzas! They also add two free portions of profiteroles even though it was not their mistake. The pizzas arrived still warm (I thought they were uneatable after all the waiting) and everyone was very happy with the pizza quality! An exceptional job! Thank you! Amazing value for money! I agree with the other reviews, this is one of the best pizza around Archway/Highgate, with generous toppings. It can be a bit too salty, but bear in mind I never salt anything. Would definitely recommend and will go back to try Fabrizio’s pasta.

I love this place. We got such a warm welcome we felt like long lost family members. The service could not have been better. The food was served quickly and tasted devine. The staff were incredibly helpful and even answered some questions we asked them about the area. I will go back when I am in that area again

my partner and i decided to stop here for lunch after a trip to highgate cemetery just around the corner. the staff were so lovely, the food was so delicious and well priced! the days leading up to englands second lockdown must've been awful for smaller businesses but i'm glad we could support this lovely place just before going into it! places like this really make you realise how overrated some well-known italian chain restaurants in the uk are and if we're in the area again, we will definitely return.

Hidden gem close to Waterlow Park in Highgate, had a delightful lunch with my fiancée we were both impressed with the friendly staff and the delicious food on offer. Thoroughly recommend, we will definitely return again in the future.
