Wonderful as ever. A wonderful find for that different dining out experience. Friendly welcome, coupled with a lovely lamb shank. Chocolate Mousse a must for a naughty end to the night. Will be back for another dinner when the opportunity arises.

Nice to see a place that offer genuine Greek fare. Not the typical chain offering, you can actually hear them preparing the food out in the kitchen, reassuring that it's not just heated food. Short but genuine meny, all made fresh on location. They also give bread and hummus and Greek coffee on the house. Owner very attentive. This is the kind of local restaurants that are important for all of us to support

I happened upon this gem whilst visiting the area with my partner. The food was excellent as was the attentive service and they were very accommodating for gluten free options. Highly recommend!

Pedimos un plato pequeño y dos platos principales, el pequeño era un tipo de un calabacín de croquet. . Muy buena, los platos principales fueron gnocchis caseros y carne de ossobuco, deliciosa y la carne specually bien hecha y los casos, irritable. Nos fuimos muy contentos de nuestra decisión. Vamos a volver.

Vive mi novio localmente y regular viene aquí - después de meter varias veces entiendo por qué le gusta tanto. La comida es deliciosa, muy auténtico y diferente a los platos griegos más obvias que se podría esperar. Precios ofrece una gran relación calidad-precio teniendo en cuenta la calidad con platos principales alrededor de £11 y £4 para empezar. El propietario es muy servicial y amable, siempre teniendo cuidado de saludo y recuerda que desde su visita anterior, que da el servicio de un toque personal. En general, recomiendo este fantástico restaurante!

This is a great restaurant. Everything we ordered was lovely. Traditional Greek food, prepared beautifully. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We tried this (local) restaurant "on spec" having walked past it several times. I'm glad we did! It stands head and shoulders above the kebab and chicken shops that blight this part of the Blackstock Road.

We enjoyed a lovely Wednesday date night dinner at Exodus. The food was tasty, especially recommending the baked goat cheese! The chef was very caring and made us feel like home. Thanks Exodus, we're coming back :)

We had walked past the restaurant many times and regret not coming sooner as we were not disappointed! We had a selection of small plates, a main and a salad to share - all of which very reasonable and very tasty, as was the wine! We will be back!

We've walked past this restaurant so many times but never been inside , so yesterday we finally booked a table and went. The staff were very friendly and polite. The menu was limited , but sometimes I think it's better than having pages of choices as you know everything is fresh. We all had different mains and we were impressed by both presentation and taste . After our meal the Chef came to our table to ask what we thought of the food . The prices were also responsible and we would go again.

My wife and I were staying close by to Exodus Greek Kitchen Bar in Highbury during a recent holiday trip to London. We stopped in during our second night in London as it was close by to our flat and were too tired to venture out further - turned out to be a great decision. We love Greek food and this was as good as we have had anywhere. We sampled several appetizers and split the Kleftiko - my favorite dish which is frequently not on menus. As several other reviewers have noted, we were given bread and hummus and Greek coffee gratis. The service was prompt and friendly - overall a great experience. We enjoyed the experience so much that we returned later in the week with similar results. I highly recommend Exodus - close by if you are in Islington - Highbury and worth a tube ride otherwise.

My 3rd visit to this restaurant and hopefully not my last . It had been a good while since my last one but well worth going back

La comida era increíble hoy. La comida era magnífica. krasato cerdo Bien preparado y muy sabroso. El souvlaki griego que mi amigo tenía también era excelente. El pedido tzatziki, taramosalata salsas houmous y eran muy bonitas. Prefiero la pita más horneados y ¿por qué no reemplazar houmous con fava? Me encanta las fotos en las paredes, pero sin duda, lo recomiendo instrumental música griega en vez de Dean Martin.

Restaurante maravilloso. Lugar más agradable con excelente comida. Pelotas de los calabacines y pouggi imprescindible. No puedo calificar lo suficiente.

Nos recomendaron unos amigos éxodo restaurante griego de Londres y fue impresionante, un ambiente fabuloso y deliciosa comida recién preparada y preparados. El dueño era muy acogedor y muy agradable, nos explicó el menú de la noche y fue muy paciente y muy atento con los platos, explicando que pedimos una variedad de platos y pide que todos vienen juntos, lo cual hicieron - Excelente servicio al cliente, excelente comida y una excelente relación calidad-precio. As a half-Greek person I find it difficult to find good Greek food in London, even moreso to find authentic mainland food and traditional dishes. So it was a real pleasure to find that everything we tried was delicious and genuine. On top of that the service is warm and generous (free home-made bread to start and tea/coffee to finish, and when we asked to take away our salad we were given a fresh one!). Can't wait to go back and try more of the food on the menu.

Exodus Greek restaurant is nestled between Blackstock and Mountgrove Road in Highbury north London.There is nothing pretentious about the venue, the music, the food or the owner of this authentic Greek restaurant. My cousin and l ordered the chicken souvlaki, Greek salad, Tzatziki, authentic flat bread and chips.The chicken Souvlaki was beautifully marinated, tender, succulent and of proper portions. The Greek salad was most generous, mouth watering colourful crisp and fresh, topped with a gorgeous light and creamy feta cheese, finished with a tradition high quality Greek olive oil and lemon dressing. So good, so healthy. The Tzatziki was made from fresh, smooth, devilishly creamy Greek yogurt and cool crisp crunchy cucumber, just lovely and accompanied by the Chefs scratch, just prepared and fresh baked fluffy hot centred and beautiful seasoned flat bread, very moreish. The chips were hand cut from the worlds finest Cyprus potatoes and cooked to sweet golden perfection. Absolutely delicious. I enjoyed an inexpensive good quality house red, my cousin had a very good craft beer. This restaurant should not disappoint you. The food can honestly be said to be home made, the ingredients are quality, the chef is Greek and knows his stuff.An easy unhurried vibe, helpful knowledgeable staff and authentic Greek menu cooked as it would be back home. Indeed this is the "real Greek"

Going there since it opened, quality of food is just great, nice atmosphere and super friendly owner and staff.

This was my second time at Exodus with my partner and my brother. The food is incredible, everything is done with such care and attention - everything is done to perfection!People think Greek = kebabs - which they do really well - but actually my personal favourite here is the stuff served in sauce - lovely slow-cooked meat - so flavorsome and succulent.Then you have the owner, Thakis, who makes the experience with his care and attention to the client. He wants you to have a great and authentic experience. And if you get to speak to him over a drink as we did, you will find he is a fascinating and warm man. The waitresses are great and friendly too.Honestly I don't need to try another Greek restaurant in North London - Exodus will do for me, and I look forward to many more memorable meals here.

Had a great meal last night at Exodus with my partner. There are so many restaurants to choose from in the vicinity of Blackstock Road, but this place is a real stand out gem. As a genuinely family run enterprise you get the feeling the owner and staff really care about their customers and the food is superb. Greek food hasn't been top of my restaurant choice in the past (probably down to my lack of experience of really good Greek food), but reading through the menu we struggled to pick what we wanted given the varied and appealing choice available. We had courgette balls as a starter out of curiosity, and they were delicious, as were the mains. Will definitely be coming back.

Second time at Exodus and we were staying at stonebridge park, worth the travel for no nonsense authentic greek food run by a family. Reasonably priced and the lamb kleftico is very good!

The food in Exodus is made by someone that loves his job. I am Greek and it's the first time in London I felt like I am eating proper Greek food. In most of the Greek restaurants, I have been the food is more like Greek style than Greek. I have tasted the pork with hilopites, pouggi and soutzoukakia. They were all very tasty. The chef was very polite and asked us a few times how we find the food. The waitress was a bit cold. That's the only downside. Apart from that, I liked the music and the atmosphere. As a suggestion, they can improve the dessert menu maybe by offering 1-2 home made desserts. Rise pudding or Galaktompoureko are very easy to make!

We had the mezze for 2 but weren't that impressed. There wasn't enough variety in terms of veg, meats etc. The mussels were awful. They also forgot about 1 of our dishes and told us at the end but still charged full amount. Waitress was very friendly though.

We decided to have lunch at Exodus because we really fancied greek food and we were looking for the best greek restaurant in London. We really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The food was delicious, flavourful and filling; we shared a greek dip platter perfect as a starter, a moussaka and a pork souvlaki. The restaurant is really nice and typical, the service is fast and the prices are good (we payed £35.50, drinks included).

I live locally and have been here a number of times including a lovely meal today. I'm amazed by any poor reviews as the food is always exceptional and put together with care. The service is always attentive and informal which brings a nice atmosphere to the place and it's a great addition to the neighbourhood. Give it a try you won't regret it.

We love Highbury and we are glad that restaurants like this one are cropping up. The food is prepared with care and the restaurant keeps a cozy vibe. We loved the Feta Saganaki as a starter, with fragrant honey; Mussaka was hearty and the stew was tender. Portions are very big. Very friendly staff

I couldn't recommend this place highly enough for traditional Greek food, attentive service and intimate atmosphere.We were presented with homemade bread and olives with our wine. We ordered the feta and courgettes balls and the Spetzofai traditional greek sausage dish to share. Both were lovely.For main we had the chicken souvlaki and my favourite, the traditional gyros. The meat was tender and served with a tasty sauce and even the salad was dressed to perfection.A real find in leafy Highbury, definitely going here again.

I've eaten at Exodus three times since I moved in the neighbourhood and I can highly recommend it. The food is excellent - the casserole dishes are my favourite - and the service is friendly and efficient. The house wine is also perfectly decent, which is always the sign a well-managed restaurant in my books. Go try it!

Me and one of my GFs were in town visiting and from NY stumbled upon Exodus. When we walked in, It smelled amazing and upon tasting, the food was authentic and DELICIOUS. My friend has a gluten allergy and the chef walked out from the back and explained every part of the menu to us so she could find something to eat. We were the last patrons of the lunch rush and me, my friend and the staff sat around and chatted over coffee. I can't wait to come back.

I won't recommend this restaurant... I went there with a friend of mine from France. Two cooks, and a bad service lady. No smile, no enthusiasm about what she was selling. If you are too tired or bored stay home. The food was not that good. Actually I shouldn't be surprise as we were the only two. The starters were ok, no crazy. Some Lebanese restaurants in London are doing better than that. I'm not even sure if it's home made.I took then Aubergines salade. Aubergines were dry in oven with acidic tomato sauce and a bit a Feta. You can even do better yourself even If you are not born in Greece. My friend took a sort of Souffle with Feta. It was was in the list of salad but with no salad. We were surprise, but the lady said that it was not only a salad list. For the one who doesn't like Lamb... Forget it.When my friend asked for two separates bills they said it's too late. The Chef said that we had to ask before. I was fuming. He wanted to call the police because we couldn't pay. We could we wanted them to do their job properly.The waitress was as professional as the beginning. No smile, nothing and the Chef ( the old one) was only good to wear the apron. NEVER GO THERE! He said to us as we were talking French, if yo are living in the UK you would know that law. I said that I was living in London and I never heard that sort of things. I love discovering new restaurant in London it can be incredible. When you know this area, there are only few restaurant where you are able to sit. There are most of them to take away. I know what to do next time!!!! NEXT won't be worst...

This restaurant is just round the corner from where we live and I couldn't be happier. It serves excellent food at reasonable prices and the staff are attentive and friendly.

The soutzoukakia appetizer was great as well as the home-made mastiha bread, but the lamb moussaka was truly one of the best we've ever had - so fresh, meaty and tasty, yet light and delicious! The generous portion was perfectly cooked and the bechamel sauce was outstanding and obviously prepared by a professional chef! The food was authentic Greek, but yet in a gourmet style! Ambience is calm with beautiful old Greek music softly playing in the background, service very friendly and accommodating, and the decor is classic but contemporary. Can't wait to be back and enjoy it again!

Can't believe how quiet and empty it was for a Friday evening!!! Staff were so lovely, brilliant service and the food was sooooo delicious, quite large portions, reasonable price, and so tasty!!! Worth a visit, seemed like a family run place, and families are welcome too!

Kept my expectations low for this one. In my mind, since I cannot find the same raw ingredients I get back home in Greece here then surely no one else in the city can, so how good could Greek food be in London then.Turns out it can be pretty good. Spanakopitakia aside, these were all pastry and very little filling. Everything else was pretty tasty and it actually made me wonder where they're getting their ingredients from! Portions are on the small side, so expect to spend a bit more if you're really hungry. If you're used to the portions being served in Greece during summer holidays in not so touristy places that is.Service was very good, timely polite and professional. Though it wasn't busy at all when we were there so don't know what it would be like during busy times.All in all well worth a visit, go and find out for yourselves!

If you like Greek food and you are around you should eat here. Portions are generous, food is tasty. House wine was above average, more than I expected for a house wine.Owner and waitress were very nice and welcoming, waitress passed my "dropped fork" test as well . Not on the expensive side, which is a plus. 3 courses + wine for 2 people around 50 pounds.

I was staying in the Finsbury Park area on business and saw that this restaurant had great reviews on Tripadvisor so I thought I'd try it. I was not disappointed.I visited on a Tuesday night, so it wasn't full but there were a few people in. I was given a nice welcome, shown to a table and left to get on with choosing my food. I was given a free taster of bread and a dip - both of which were lovely.My starter of feta cheese in polenta was excellent (though you do need to like cheese!).I had a main course of slow cooked beef in tomato sauce and chose the Greek Pasta. I wasn't sure what the pasta would consist of, but it's basically like oversized rice and complements the main course very well. The portion size wasn't too generous but it was enough. And the meat and sauce was excellent. I like Greek food because I love lamb, but in this instance I was happy to choose a different meat.The dessert was a slight let down. They had run out of my initial choice of chocolate mousse. Instead I had a creme brulee and the top was a bit too thick and impenetrable, but after a bit of excavating it was very nice.The service was attentive without being intrusive, and it was generally a relaxed place to enjoy food. The portions aren't massive, but very well sized so you can enjoy a three course meal. The bill was very reasonable too. Especially for such a good place in London!I would happily visit again. If I lived in the area I would be a regular.

We travelled from Derbyshire to celebrate my birthday and to go this restaurant as we had seen the reviews on the web - it didn't disappoint. The food was excellent and authentically Greek unlike some...the owner was most welcoming and the service was good. What more can you ask for?. Would certainly recommend it,

We were greeted very warmly at the door and congratulated on our anniversary, which we'd mentioned only in passing when we booked. Such attention to detail and welcoming service is worth its weight in gold. As Greek cuisine is a firm favourite, we had travelled from several counties away, especially to visit this restaurant on the strength of the reviews. The atmosphere felt authentic and I appreciated the plain setting and Greek music in the background; it was well-modulated and didn't overshadow conversation levels. The starters were simply incredible. The fried calamari was tender with a thin, crisp coating; the pouggi, a light, golden brown pastry filled with goats cheese and honey, was delicious. The greek sausage dish, Spetzofai, in an unctious tomato, red pepper sauce had an intensely deep, beautiful flavour, with a hint of chilli. We both had Kleftico as a main. It's a large portion of soft lamb shank accompanied with smooth, buttery mash and the tastiest, most amazing carrots all presented in a rich gravy. I can highly recommend the baklava too. It's delicate, crisp, honeyed but not cloyingly sweet. It was a memorable meal in a lovely restaurant. Portions were generous and the prices reasonable. I can't fault it in any way.

This was not the best to be honest.I was very excited by the other reviews but it did not live up to my expectations.The food was o.k but not great.the meatballs were disappointing my daughter did like the greek pasta though as i was nice and soft. the owner stood and stared at us the whole time which made me feel very uneasy.I will maybe try again maybe i just got unlucky this time.

An excellent tasty dinner...like never left home. Very pleasant environment and polite staff. The Greek salad was actually "Greek" salad, the tzatziki was delicious and we had the greatest roasted lamb ever. If you would like to see how the real Greek restaurants are then go to the Exodus!!!

I had dinner at Exodus twice (once with my family and once with my girlfriend), and I am already looking forward to the third time. The food is very good (especially the starters, some of which, to the best of my knowledge, you cannot find at any other Greek restaurant in London). The staff is both friendly and attentive.

It took me a bit of surprise to find that the food was really good even by my hard-core greek standards. We loved the well-balanced honey-cheese pastry "pouggi", the awesome talagani cheese, the fully flavored aubergines in the oven and surprisingly good garlic-baked beef "skordato". yummy!The environment was unassuming and stuff was swift and polite. Volcanic-soil greek wines come rare and hard to surpass as always.The greek coffee is somewhat good old-style - a modern Greek-style espresso-fredo with ice-cream inside would be more preferable.

We were very impressed with the nice modern décor, which was very inviting. The staff were very attentive and so friendly that it felt like home. The food was excellent and fresh, especially the pies which were made with home-made filo. Good selection of wine also, specifically the wine which came from the barrel. I've been living in London for the past four years and being from Greece I always appreciate a good Greek restaurant. Exodus exceeded my expectations and I can safely say that so far it is the best Greek restaurant I've been in London. Amazing food and a very carefully crafted menu. I recently discovered 'exodus' with my Greek friends and we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious traditional Greek food served in London! It reminded us how amazing the Greek cuisine is and felt like we were back home! Great service, nice atmosphere and good quality food; enjoyed starters, salads and mains, with recipies and products from many different areas of Greece; delicious spanakopita, kolokythokeftedes, kleftiko and so many more...! Don't miss desserts (baklava etc). I will go again for sure. Definitely recommend for Greeks to finally eat what we miss from our country and for whoever wants to discover how variable & tasteful original Greek dishes are!!!

Exodus is a hidden gem. I've tried it for the first time last night and it was by far one of the best Greek restaurants in London. Big proportions, excellent food that reminded me of home, and one of the best accommodation you can receive. Overall the experience was worth 5stars! I am definitely going back.

We used to go to the previous greek restaurant that was on the same premises and haven't returned since the opening of this one. Pleasantly surprised by the interiors, nicely decorated with contemporary palette and furnishing, we were welcome by the owner, very attentive and gentle man. It appears to be a family run business with authentic greek menu, we went for lunch so didn't have the big choice available for dinner but it was good anyway. Tried the cold starters including the taramosalata, the original is creamy colour and not pink! Good portions of hand-made pasta and pastry, nice pita bread and greek coffee (they stick to the tradition and do not have expresso). We would like to return again and experience the rest of the menu, I think it is not known to the majority yet and maybe a bit more lighting would welcome more people also when the Arsenal doesn't play! Well done.

Take it from a Greek, this restaurant serves authentic Greek food and it is simply delicious. It made me so homesick as it really felt like a home away from home. You have to visit Exodus at least once as the whole experience is simply amazing from the moment you walk in to when you leave and it's great value too. The Greek staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable and will give you great suggestions while Greek music plays in the background.To make the most of it, try the Greek wines on the menu and go for the traditional Greek recipes - they won't disappoint. Try the Feta Saganaki - fried feta cheese - as a starter if you love cheese. It melts in your mouth and served with balsamic vinegar and fresh beetroot, it's divine. Zante's skordato is also amazing, the beef falls apart beautifuly and the tomato sauce is very rich. Finish with a Greek coffee, it's strong but so flavoursome - a must for coffee lovers!Definitely definitely visiting again - we had a lovely time! Thank you!

My second visit here after nearly a year . I was half think it might suffer from second visit syndrome so much did i enjoy the first one . Well happy to say it didn't , it was terrific.We went on a fairly busy sat evening round 8pm , the food was excellent ( meatballs , klefico and chocolate mousse ) we had the Greek Omikron white and very nice it was ( the owner said if i didn't like it I didn't pay for it which was very nice of him) . My friend enjoyed his food (Pouggia , meatballs and chocolate mousse) and we both had a lovely evening . Oh and the 3 courses plus wine came to £63 which is great value . I certainly don't want to wait a year for my next visit and enjoyed myself very much .If it had a fan club I think I'd join .

The Process of tasting food in exodus is like being in Greece. Excelent quality,perfect enviroment. Also The owner And The service are very friendly And Kind.We order salad, 4 main dishes And 3 desserts.Everything was better than We expected. I visited this restaurant with my partner in order for him to try some authentic Greek (not Greek Cypriot) food. Although the food was decent with a polite host and excellence service, it wasn't fantastic. The starters were lovely, but I felt the main portions were slightly poor. A pleasant meal, but lacked a little bit of authenticity. Or maybe I'm just spoilt from eating in restaurants in Greece/Cyprus!

We visited this beautiful Greek restaurant at the begining of December. Since the time you walk through the door everything looks amazing. You are greeted by the Greek owner who is a gentleman and an scholar. Place isn't too big, but this creates additional cosy atmosphere. As a die hard Gooner I'm giving an additional 6th star for the Arsenal memorabilia framed picture hanging next to all other beautiful pictures and display. We were tempted to try this place after reading so many positive comments from other travellers and by the fact that there's not too many proper Greek restaurants around. To be honest it was even better than we expected. As I mentioned before it was really nice to be greeted by the owner, who could quickly sort out our 'It's our 1st visit problem'. He went through the whole menu with us both wines and food. After 5minutes of additional knowledge about Greece or Mediterranean food we were ready with our starters and mains. All recommended food was exactly what I hoped for and delicious on top. 3 different appetisers where big and tasty enough as a whole meal, Moussaka was too big to finish it at the restaurant so we doggie bagged it as it was the best I ever had. My main dish, fresh fish was just amazing, delicate and mouthwatering. We spend a great time in this fabulous restaurant and were sorted with a supper at home for less than £60. Definately value for money, brilliant traditional Greek food and top staff/owner. I have no doubts this place fully deserves 5 star rating. Thank You!PS Forgot about the dessert. Although we didn't manage to finish all delicious food as it was just too much of it, still had to try the dessert. Lime mousse is a perfect refreshing dessert. Highly recommend!

Loved every bit of our meal... except maybe feeling so full afterwards! After spending a long time trying to decide between all the delicious-sounding main courses, our meals were as tasty as we hoped. The restaurant itself felt like a family run place and the waiters were friendly and helpful. Great all round experience and we will definitely be going back more than once to try out all the other food on the menu!

Το φαγητό ήτανε εκπληκτικό με μεγάλη ποικιλία και πραγματικά πρώτη φορά τρώω στο Λονδίνο τόσο νόστιμο φαγητό Το μενού έχει σχεδόν τα πάντα και όλα βασισμένα στην μεσογειακή διατροφή Αν θέλετε να έχετε μια πραγματική γευστική εμπειρία δοκιμάστε το .... Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτώ ξανά.....

Большие блюда из морепродуктов, море радушия персонала, весёлая музыка и комфортные цены, всё это сделало наш обед великолепным. А повару за приготовление рыбы на гриле надо поставить твёрдую пятёрку!

Terrible experience. The owner was singing all the time next to our table (he don't know how to sing). The food was very but very terrible, i have tried the GREEK DIP'S MIX and the houmous was very bad (taste like it was for more than 3 weeks ).

Possibly one of the best experiences dinning out.Reviews do not let it down, incredibly attentive team and great atmosphere.Well done

4 of us visited Exodus on Saturday. A mixed group: English, Greek Cypriot, French and British Italian! We felt we had to try it as out as our favourite greek restaurant has now closed. Slightly put off by the name but we shouldn't have worried. The starters we shared were particularly tasty, with a delicious salad. try the apple and beetroot salad... wow. The best Sea Bream tasted for a long time was had by 2 of us and the Kleftico was soooo tender with delicious flavours. Complimented by an excellent house white wine. Staff were very friendly and helpful with our choices. Thank you. Will definately be returning on a regular basis. Might have to take a cushion tho for the hard dining chairs! but not a deal breaker. Best meal we've had for ages and looking forward to a return visit

I called the owner, a very sweet Greek man, to book a table for me and my girlfriend and, even though it was a Tuesday night and they kitchen would normally close around 10:00 pm, they were willing to wait for us until 10:20, as we wanted to attend a musical before. The vibe was excellent (being a Greek, it really felt like I was in a local restaurant back home) and the service very friendly and efficient. The quality of the food kept the high standards of a London restaurant but that did not reflect on the bill, which was kept to a very small amount,considering all the things we consumed. Overall a wonderful, cozy place for any occasion.

My girlfriend found this place after reading the excellent reviews on TA and it was just as good as it sounds. Nice cosy restaurant and the owner and staff are really nice and make you feel welcome but also leave you to enjoy the meal. And the food was AMAZING - we had mousakka, duck and aubergines in the oven and it was all beautiful. Really authentic.Also great value - 6 of us had starters, mains and two bottles of wine for £30 each (inc tip) - which is great value for London. We liked it so much we booked to have my 30th birthday there in Jan.

I went to exodus tonight with my family. The food was delicious and the service excellent; all dishes we tasted were brilliant. I highly recommend it! I already organised to go back and introduce this lovely residential restaurant to my friends.

I ate here last night with my girlfriend, after us both wanting to eat here for a while now. We were not disappointed. The staff, and I think the owner, were all welcoming and very friendly and attentive without being overbearing at all.We ordered some halloumi and a Greek salad to start; both were delicious. I ordered the slow cook lamb (make sure you get this!) and my girlfriend ordered 'Zante's skordato' (Beef) which was also just amazing. I would recommend ordering everything at the same time, just because you get the beef with accompanying couscous/Greek pasta which is perfect with it, but if you want a break for some bread/salad/houmous it is really nice to have it there. I have to apologies for lack of pictures, it was so good I forgot to take any!Prices and menu are on their website. I ordered a lot of food and some wine and it just went past £50. For how good it was this was an absolute steal. Highly recommend you make the trip if you are reading this because you are not yet sure, you will not be disappointed!It was only both of us there for the night, not sure why it was so quiet but seemed to be that way everywhere else on the walk back. All I could think, when I saw people eating out anywhere else on my walk home, was how much they just missed out by not going to Exodus.Can't wait to go back with friends.
