First visit and couldn't fault it. Very busy for a Wednesday night which speaks volumes

Place lacked atmosphere, no background music, just a shell. Ordered mushroom rice then at the last minute upon serving was told they didn’t have mushrooms! Keena naan bread dry and over cooked.

Went for the first time last night with friends. Having been disappointed with recent restaurant experiences, I was delighted to have found a restaurant that cooks very tasty food. Recently meals out appear to me to be pre-cooked meat dunked in the sauce of the main you have chosen. Definitely not the case here. Generous well cooked meals and not overladen with onions. All the servers and owner were super friendly and polite too. Will definitely be back and couldn't recommend it too highly. In fact I couldn't finish my meal last nigjht, so I have a doggy bag and may have a curry breakfast!

Used to order from them all the time but deliveries recently always very late so won’t use again. Don’t trust a word they say. 15 minutes late I called for an update said a couple away. 10 minutes later called again & they actually called the driver this time & said 7 minutes. Actually arrived 10 minutes so 30 minutes late. After ordering 2 hours early too.

The staff and owner were very friendly and good and they said they are improving on food trying to add more nepali taste. It was a wonderful place to be with nepali music playing around and the paintings of nepali village.

Everest spice is a great place to enjoy delicious Indian cuisine at a fair price. The staff are courteous and helpful, both on the phone and in person. They even gave us some complimentary poppadoms and sauces with our order. The payment process was quick and easy, with an option to pay with Apple Pay before you arrive. The nann bread was soft and fluffy, and the chicken dishes were tender and well-seasoned. I noticed that they have another branch in Epsom, which I will definitely try soon. I highly recommend Everest spice for anyone looking for a satisfying and authentic Indian meal.

Wow, unbelievable curry house best in Surrey. I don’t usually rave about curry, but this is amazing! The flavours in the dishes we had were incredible. The manager was also a lovely man and the staff were impeccable. Will definitely be coming back!

Authentic food and taste. I was hungry so I enjoyed two starters - vegetable samosa and Lomo lamb. Main dish was Sherpa lamp - really tasty dish. All food is prepared from ‘scratch’ wish I appreciate. Even though not in the menu card I had a Lassi to drink

We have been regular customers for years. Unfortunately our last 2 takeaway orders have been very poor. Not someone who complains about I am very disappointed by the way my complaints were doubt with! No comeback at all by the management , promised but not delivered. Once the only place I would go!! I will move on

Great menu with a wide choice of Nepalese food. Would recommend the chicken momos and the lemon rice. I was on my own and this wasn’t a problem. Friendly, efficient service.

This was probably one of the nicest curries I have every had (and there have been a few). There are several specifically Nepalese dishes on the menu along with the regular curry so I went with those and they were great. Not too expensive and very polite, friendly staff.

Booked a table for 8.30pm on Easter Sunday - very quiet when we arrived. As soon as we walked in, a waiter (who we later found out was training) came over to us, gave us our table and asked if we wanted Poppadoms! Given that we hadn't taken our coats off, we declined and said can you give us a few minutes please. We ordered a chicken jalfrezi, a sag paneer dhansak, a garlic naan and a potato and cauliflower side dish. When the meals arrived, we couldn't eat them as they were so spicy. We usually have no trouble eating hot food but could not manage to eat our meal as the spices were off the scale! We complained about this to the staff and got an apology but nothing else, we even had to pay a 10% service charge! Unfortunately we won't be returning.

It was a takeaway, not a visit. Usually orders or dine in occasions are excellent. This time I wasn't so happy. The chichen dhansak was rather oily and normally this is not an issue so why this time? Plus I was charged £2.50 in service and delivery fees which seemed a bit steep considering the size of my order. I'm sure it's normally only a 50p delivery fee? I like this place but wasn't so pleased with this latest order

Almost a year ago when traveling opened up post covid we visited Sutton. This beautiful little restaurant served the best food . I have to commend them on their rice. It is light and fluffy. The service was excellent. The food was nourishing and very enjoyable. This year I made another trip to Sutton and my son who lives locally had not heard of the place. He too was very happy. It's great to see that after one year the quality and service is still excellent. It may be another year before I will be here again but rest assured this restaurant will be one thing to look forward to.

Had a take away last week. Food was not good at all and I had diarrhoea soon afterwards. I could not believe how rude the people taking the order were. At first, we complained to a lady that we had to call three times because no one was answering and completely ignored our comment. Halfway through the order, she suddenly disappeared and passed us over to someone else to finish the order. Don't know if they have new owners, but who ever it is, they really need to learn some manners. Such a shame, this place used to be very good!!

My girlfriend wanted to visit Everest Spice in Sutton. I have been to the one in Epsom, which I really like. As for the Sutton restaurant, it was good. Food and service was great. We will go back. It's a shame it's not on the high street, otherwise it would have more customers. Just stating that from the restaurant's point of view. I want them to do well given our experience.

First time eating here so I played safe with a Chicken Madras. Try the Gurkha beer, it's lush. Service has been extremely polite and super friendly. Food tasted great and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'll be back again.

Quite simply the best curry in Sutton.

Me and my wife were big fan of Everest Spice because the quality of food. But the meal tonight really let us down, placed the order around 8pm and waited 100 minutes (yes, 100 mins) and end up with cold lamb and bland taste curry, disappointed.

I hadn't been to this place for ages, so was nice to go back there, have a curry and this time also leave them a review. I like my curries rather hot so I went for the Gurkhali Lamb curry with pilau rice. I wasn't disappointed! It was very spicy, but more than bearable for my heat tolerance levels! I actually thought it was gonna be hotter to be honest! The sauce was thick, full of flavour, loaded full of onion and peppers and the lamb was to die for! It was cooked well and there was plenty of it for the price. Overall I was very happy with my meal! So, if you're in Sutton and fancy a curry then give this place a go! I called the place to complain and there excuse was they were busy, which they were not, the guy on the phone was trying to blame the kitchen. They offered if I brought the food back they would reheat it, appalling customer service. My advice is go elsewhere.

Earlier the Chilli Chicken used to be one of the best and closest taste to what we get in India. This time we asked them to add a few extra green chillies but looks like they added Chilli powder instead and there was a burnt raw chilli powder taste to the whole dish 😭 and the Chicken Momos tasted like was filled with Indian style scrambled eggs except it was minced chicken instead of eggs , with onions and ginger (if you know what I mean)🤔 so disappointed. Wont be ordering from here anymore. We had also ordered prawn pipel plate. That was the only dish we could enjoy in this order.

The food here is not only excellent, but the portion sizes are larger than you’d expect (which is a good thing). Delivery is always on time and friendly. I highly recommend.

Fantastic food, great service, decent price. Took my son just as they opened at 5pm and was nice and quiet as we got there before the rush so had the whole place to ourselves as my son only just has had first vaccine as he is only just turned 17 so it was a real treat for him to go to a restaurant for the first time in over 18 months.

Having spent many amazing years living in Nepal, coming to a restaurant with Nepali staff and being welcomed warmly. This isn't the first time we have visited and that says something. The food is incredible and makes me so happy to see Nepal in my locality. Highly recommend. It's beautiful

Wow . What a great meal . Im always weary of ordering take away because of the quality of the food. But wow the food from this place was great . Litterally everything that turned up was amazing . The flavours were great, it looked great and was spiced to perfection . The whole ordering process was a doddle and delivery was prompt , needless to say the food was still hot . We will deffinately be eating their food again and next time dinning in . I will highly reccomend this place to friends and family.

We ordered paneer tikka in madras gravey actually we asked for a paneer tikka masala. The food was pathetic we couldn’t eat it at all. The paneer was very hard and the gravy was pathetic. This restaurant can be hit or miss depending if you eat in or order from home. If you eat in - the quality of the food and service will be great. The chicken tikka makhani and lamb shanks are excellent. If you order from home - it’s unpredictable and you will have to wait for minimum 90mins of the food. I highly do not recommend the naans as they can be quite hard and chewy lacking taste. I’ve been disappointed by Everest Spice’s customer service in the past 6 months, seems to have worsened for example I was told the driver was on the way 30mins ago when it’s a 6min drive between my house and the restaurant. I did request manager to call me back but seems to have never taken as priority. This can be a hidden gem in Sutton on its good day!

Worst food. We ordered Chilli Chicken - this was good Tandoori Chicken - bland and watery Chilli Paneer - very bland and tasteless Darbar Ko Bhale - ordered medium spice but was very sweet with lots of sugar and spoilt the entire meal.

Ordered a takeaway this evening on the back of all the outstanding reviews here. What an absolute disappointment. This is not Nepalese food, nor is it Indian. Completely bland, tasteless food that looks and tastes like it's out of a jar. The poppadoms were stale to boot. I'm sorry to sound offensive but if the reviews on here are genuine, it must be from people who enjoy a creamy coronation chicken . If you enjoy Indian food, stay away from this place.

Guaranteed great meal no matter what you choose. Warm welcome to all always and generally just perfect antidote to stressful times - everything about this few hours out is soothing to the soul. Latest recommendation is the king prawn biryani. Another fabulous dish.

Order from here weekly, every week there is something missing from the order when you call to have the items delivered the phones do not get answered and then they say we will deliver it tomorrow we too busy or next time you order tell us and we will add it. If your ordering curry and rice you expect curry and rice not just curry not just rice. You order a certain amount of popadoms you recieve half of them. The driver also Carries no change! Expect to tip but not £20! Shame because the food is good but the customer service and expectations are horrendous! Staff do not care they have missed items! When you order your food you expect to wait but when they say a hour and 2 hours later it still not turned up is not good! Sad to say no more business from a big family order weekly. The flyer which is given to you with your food of offers and menu says you recieve free popadoms and also a bottle of wine/beer when spending a certain amount. Never arrives either.

The food here was really bland. The egg fried rice had huge chunks of salty egg, the sauces were bland & the meat wasn't tender. Booked this place for a date night and I was really disappointed. Had to stop off at McDonald's on the way home because I didn't eat much. And I always finish my food.
