Went for dinner here and the food was amazing. Definitely the best Indian in Hinckley! Will definitely be back and would recommend 100%!

We found this restaurant on Google Maps whilst away on a holiday break and thought it would be nice to try something a little different. The food was absolutely stunning. But what made it so much better was the care that the waiting staff took to explain the menu and describe the dishes they thought we might prefer, according to our tastes. This food has integrity and the staff genuinely care. If I had anything to question, it would be the simplicity of the decor which was a fraction sterile, but that said, it was clean and bright with fresh flowers on the table and clean linens. I really hope we can pass through here again one day soon!!!!

This restaurant seems to have been taken over by different people. The last time we went the service and food weren’t great, but that was some time ago. After reading the recent reviews I decided to go again and it really is back to its best. The food was lovely and even though the restaurant was full, the service speed was more than acceptable. Well worth a visit 👍

We were visiting from Newcastle and picked this restaurant after a bit of research. All we can say is Wow!! Delicious food from start to finish and friendly staff. Very pleased we paid it a visit. We will return next time we’re in the area 😀

In new hands and what a nice surprise to see the quality dining experience accelerate again. Really enjoyed going back here and I thoroughly recommend a revisit to anyone who has not been in a while. We have been coming here for years and the food is always excellent. A new manager has upgraded the place with a nice contemporary feel. Unlike with the previous owner you can tell the manager appreciates your custom and is always looking for feedback. The young lad that served us is always lovely and even picked my wife’s meal for her, which he got spot on. Overall a much improved experience and well worth a visit.

Having lived in Hinckley all our lives we have frequently visited Everest Dine but tonight was the best food we have ever had there. The new owner has taken it back to Nepal inspired cuisine. The menu was inspiring and original. Our dishes we freshly made and full of flavour. I cannot recommend them enough. I will be telling everyone to visit

Excellent place to eat. The food is always really good quality and very tasty. Staff are welcoming. It's always our first choice, the menu is varied and has some great Nepalese dishes you just don't find anywhere else. Definitely worth a try.

We specifically asked to make our food super spicy and it was made to our taste. The chicken chilli and fish chilli reminded us of India. Service is amazing and loved the ambience as well. Go drink some Gurkha beer to gulp it all down!

If you want 5 star hospitality, and dining, then I highly recommend 'Everest Dine'. The quality of the food is incomparable to other Indian restaurants we have previously eaten at! The owner and staff are so polite and attentive, and the the chefs are top of their game. Looking forwards to going again! ☆☆☆☆☆

Food was great and service was out standing

Having decided to work our way through the best rated restaurants in Hinckley (according to Trip Advisor) we were looking forward to this one. We arrived early on a Saturday evening soon after opening and were greeted by the new owner of the restaurant who could not have been any friendlier or welcoming. There is a car park opposite literally yards from the front door which is free after 6pm which is ideal. The service throughout was efficient and friendly. The young staff that served our food were really smartly dressed and very friendly. This is a Nepalese restaurant so we were looking forward to trying some different and varied flavours. The owner spent some time with us explaining the dishes especially those ones that are special to the Nepalese. He even gave us a complimentary dish that was absolutely gorgeous. Spicy minced lamb in a steamed dumpling called lamb Momo. I can recommend this as a tasty starter. I had the Nepali Choyla starter which is spicy lamb on a bed of crispy rice .I followed this with Chicken Napal which was a creamy dish very similar to a Korma. Delicious. My wife had Tandori Chicken on the bone (See Photo) which was beautifully cooked. This dish can sometimes be very dry but the chicken was juicy and succulent. We will certainly return over the next few months and try some different dishes. The owner has plans to freshen up the interior which will be interesting to see.

Absolutely delicious food. Booked here for my grandad's 88th birthday meal. The restaurant were very helpful answering questions ahead of time and confirming my booking. The service was fantastic and everyone enjoyed all their food. Will return here.

Nice food, and the service was good. It wasn't particularly warm inside, and I wished I'd worn a jumper. The price of the drinks was very expensive. £3.25 for a small soft drink seems extortionate to me. Although the food itself was good I wouldn't visit the restaurant very frequently, purely due to the cost.

Visited for the first time for a friend's birthday and the food and service was outstanding, thank you! Very accommodating for someone in our group with allergies and also the chicken tikka main optionally has sauce if you're a fan of chicken tikka masala.

Where do I start. The pickle tray dips were like water. The chilli masala was disgusting.it didn’t taste like a masala, I don’t know even know what it tasted of but it deffo wasn’t masala it was awful. And the naan bread resembled a pan cake and tasted like rubber. I wouldn’t bother wasting your money on this rubbish

Placed an order that never arrived, called to find out where our food was & they said they'd delivered it, they had given it to someone in a car outside my house There hadn't been any cars near my house in the previous hour, as I live in a Close it's easy to notice & my CCTV proved this, lies upon lies.

We visit Hinckley a few times a year and, since we discovered Everest Dine, it is a place which we would not miss. The food is superb, a mix of what we know as Indian food but with a special flavour which sets it apart. They are happy to adjust any item to suit your taste or dietary needs. There is a good range of food and drinks and the service is impeccable. Having a car park opposite is a benefit. We recommend it wholeheartedly.

We'll prepared good food but could have been a bit spicier as it all felt like it needed a slight lift. I wouldn't hesitate to go again and ask for slightly spicier. Good service too.

Our experience at Everest Dine made our 28th anniversary both extra special and memorable. The food is amazing - the flavours danced on the tongue and everything was cooked to perfection. A warm and genuine welcome was the start of a great service, friendly and discreet. Top quality - we will definitely be back!

What a fantastic restaurant, it was my birthday yesterday and the chef and staff were so helpful and lovely. The chef made us a special fish curry (not on the menu) it was absolutely delicious. fabulous food and great service!

Wife and I decided to try Hinckley for a meal and settled on the Everest. First impressions very good, car park right opposite making parking very easy. Staff welcoming and efficient, other diners very friendly and complimenting my wife on how stunning she looked! Guessing...

Butter chicken was gorgeous as was the chicken tikka masala. Best popadoms too. Staff lovely. We used to live in Hinckley and went most weeks (pre-covid) but now a 39 mile round trip and well worth it!

The food was fantastic, i have tried nepali food from several different places and this was one of the best, also the owner named Narayan was very friendly and provided fantastic customer service. A++

It's hard to overstate just how good this place is. The quality, taste and price is phenomenal. Staff are brilliant and so friendly. We love it here.
