An utterly reprehensible store with an ignorant manager. Avoid.

Had the police at my door last night because a dyslexic family member has made a couple of honest mistakes at the self scan. No attempt was made to approach the individual who has never committed a crime or taken a drug her in life instead the low IQ morons have went straight to the police and had them call to my door in a marked car descrating our image on our street. This is our local store that we have shopped in every single day for the past 8 years without fail and the cowards have the effrontery to phone the police because of an honest mistake instead of simply asking her does she need assistance. If big companies like this intend of replacing staff with machines they really need to have some decent policy in place to resolve these issues without resorting to such vile means. We are talking about a paltry £70 here too. A civil matter. Instead they have taken the ultimate insult and dragged our name through the mud. Now the store has not only lost a family of long term, local customers, they've made personal enemies for life.

Really poor service. The manager Chris in particular is extremely rude and incompetent.

The tall woman with glasses who served me at the post office has a stinking attitude, you need to get more friendlier stuff, it makes a big difference….it is not the first time

Great place for a quick supermarket shop. Excellent range of products - fresh fruit, veg, refrigerated and frozen items, confectionary etc. Post Office on site providing full service, hot deli counter for lunch on the go, butcher counter for fresh meat. Fuel pumps also. Outside is an Off-licence. Excellent queue system and hand sanitising station. Good sized car park outside to serve the customer needs. Trolleys at the door. Polite and friendly staff. Great service.

Great local store generally and the in house Mawhinney butcher department couldn't be more helpful. I always order my Christmas meat from here, great produce and so handy it takes the stress out of the last minute fresh shopping.

I have used this store for the past few years and have found the staff to be very friendly. My problem is that you advertise “wheelchair accessible front door “ what you don’t say is that you can not access the isles in a wheelchair due to display stands blocking both ends. Your comment regarding wheelchair access is misleading and should be removed. Either that or do away with the display stands but I very much doubt that you will do that as profit seams to be first before disabled access

Well stocked mini market. Staff made effort to avoid check out queues. Big supermarkets could learn a lot about good customer service. Will be back.

I love this place. We stop of on the way home from the caravan and it has everything in one place. There is a full butchery counter bakery bread, milk and all the other essentials needed as a very reasonable price. There's also an off licence adjacent for those last minute bits. I would totally recommend

I nearly got scammed here. Reduced pot of coffee for 3.79, nearly bought it but then I saw the shelf price for it was 2.50. Exact same pot and type of coffee, got photo proof.

I find this Eurospar Store very convenient on my way home from Donaghadee. The staff are very help and welcoming. The deli has a wide range of freshly made goods at reasonable prices.

Breakfast wrap - complete with Bacon, Sausage and egg with a Potato rosti served on the side - get a cup of barista coffee included - all for £4. Excellent!

Dead on with good clean public toilets

They do an excellent (and very filling!) breakfast wrap and a large coffee for £4... it's hardly worth buying everything to make the breakfast when you get an offer like this! No complaints so far!
