Its a delivery/to go pizza place. Nothing fancy. Pizza was simple. Limited toppings but still nice. Made very quickly. In the 10 mins it took to get there it was ready and still warm when we got home. We got the esher style thin crust which was nice although a little thicker than I am used to for thin.

We ordered from this place via Uber eats while we stayed at chessington world of adventure. It arrived at time and the food was warm.

Without a doubt the worst tasting pizza I've ever had. Firstly, it arrived 45min late, it wasn't fresh at all, its cold and horrid, literally takes like cardboard! Hardly any toppings either. I've eaten a slice of each pizza and thrown the rest away. I thought I'd try these guys based on a decent review off Uber Eats, NEVER AGAIN. Wish I could get a refund and spend half of it buying pizzas at CoOp instead, even they do a better one.

Absolutely disgusting restaurant, food was an hour late i then called the restaurant to cancel my order as I was fed up of waiting. They refused to listen and then was told I had to wait and they would not cancel the order. A further 40 mins later the food turned up stone cold and dry! I then bit into the burger and felt a sharp pain, only to find a cocktail stick in the middle of the burger that was not visible at all. Which caused a huge cut on my gum, and inside my top lip and not to mention i nearly choked on it. I then called to restaurant to complain was told there was no manager to complain to and that someone would call me the following day. After 5 days of waiting still no one called me. So I called them again, the staff member hung up the phone on me. I then called back yet again, finally spoke to a manager who told me that the photos on Uber Eats clearly show a visible cocktail stick in the burger. I then pointed out to the manager that there are no photos of any food on their website so that is an out and out lie. I asked him for a full refund and he refused to do so. Terrible restaurant, terrible customer service. Would never eat here again, give this place a miss at all costs. I will be filing a complaint with the food and safety regulators. I will also be filing a civil court law suit to take this further. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Food was ordered at 5:30 to be delivered at 7. It got to 7:50 still not arrived when I finally got through after 37 calls I was told it was just being bagged up and would be with me as soon as a driver was available. No apology. Absolutely disgusted, I’ve used the estuary before but I feel really let down with how I’ve just been treated.

Food arrived on time and was very good indeed. We have tried to find many good restaurants, in the area, over the years and have had some success but many disappointments. Esher Tandoori has been by far the best and we would highly recommend. Nice and fresh and subtly spiced. Winner!Delivery drivers have always been courteous and respectful.

Sunday takeaway lunch was amazing. Besides the mixed grill and saag aloo, meat samosa, naan and a delicious lamb pasanda and mint sauce 👌 We will definitely order again.

zero stars for Esher tandoori...What was our dream curry house has now become a nightmare.Over an hour and a half late with our delivery and we have been coming here for over 10 years.The staff upon phoning were incredibly rude, not sure who we spoke with but far from our usual waiter. Lockdown has impacted many businesses but service should never drop. Unfortunately esher tandoori staff have developed an ego that is disgraceful. Late on delivery, rude on the phone, will never bring my family here again.

One of the best, if not, currently THE BEST. Flavourful. Culinary delight. North Indian Garlic Chicken Dish so so yummy. Jaipuri chicken so tasty. Communication polite and helpful. A joy to place order. Have just ordered for the second consecutive weekend. Brilliant.

After trying all the rest over the past 30 years, we chanced upon the best Esher Tandoori in Esher, Surrey.After a slight delivery delay on our last order, I rang the restaurant and spoke with the owner himself.He couldn't have been more apologetic, and immediately offered an upgrade to our next order for free.I placed an order today having spoken with the owner who will give us something extra on top.Please, give them your custom, as the restaurant is a huge supporter of the local community.

I've been using this restaurant for many years and it has never failed to deliver on taste and customer service. Bahar in particular is always great. I've tried every available Indian restaurant in the area over recent years and this is still my go to place.

Ordered a delivery. Had the chicken korma. It was lovely. Loads of chicken. Way more than the average one. Rice was also beautiful. Little late but well worth it. Ended up waiting 45 minutes which isn’t too bad. Called the restaurant after 40 minutes. The gentleman baha answered. He was very kind over the phone. Told me the delivery was out for delivery and it arrived within 5 minutes of the call. Definitely going to order again.

Would just like to say this is the best Indian restaurant in Esher, the food was hot and was definitely freshly cook, we had a chicken tikka masala and a lamb biryanis, which came with a vegetable curry that was beautiful and full of vegetables, thank you

Very happy with our takeaway this evening. Ordered at 6pm via the app and collected at 6:30. Happy to get a 10% discount as collected the order. Very friendly staff, tasty food and great servjce. Have been before and won’t go anywhere else for Indian food. Highly recommend

Have ordered via UberEats numerous times before and delivered by the restaurant themselves.This time they wait until an hour and a half after ordering to phone saying they don’t deliver to my address!!

Last night we ordered a takeaway the first from this restaurant.It was horrible .the Esher special tandoori which was supposed to be dry was in a sauce ..... 1 prawn , chewy bits of lamb and chicken ! The vegetable curry looked like it was a pack of frozen birds eye veg in a non descript sauce .The chicken tikka masala was edible but not great . Overall very disappointing we won’t go there again !!!

We went there a couple of weeks ago during eat out to help out, they didn't do it but still gave an amazing discount. The food was outstanding, best curry I've had in a very long time.The staff were super lovely and very clean, thumbs up all the way.So happy that we have found a great Indian restaurant to eat in and take-away.

We order from Esher Tandoori regularly and have never been disappointed and, despite an error tonight, they still provided excellent service. Tonight we ordered online and, for some reason, our order was not picked up by ET. Half an hour after we thought we should have received our order we called to check on progress and discovered the error and received an immediate apology from ET and a promise our order would be here within 30 Mins. 20 mins later we were sitting down and enjoying, in our opinion, the most delicious curries. Unlike many other delivery companies (usually for pizza ) that never accept fault when they makeMistakes, ET took responsibility and ensured we had the best food and service. This isn’t the first time they’ve ensured customer satisfaction for us. We placed a really large order pre lockdown (so forgot to add our usual comments regarding preferred heat etc) and ET, knowing our ordinary requests, called to check that it was an oversight on our part. Brilliant service and Excellent food.

This was the first time we had ordered a delivery from Esher tandoori having eaten in a couple of times previously.Ordering online was quick and easy. A delivery time was given at the end of the order and kept to. We ordered a set meal for two, more like a banquet for two. The food was well prepared, tasty and hot.We were extremely happy with our food and will definitely use Esher Tandoori again. I would definitely recommend either as a restaurant or for their delivery service.

The team as Esher Tandoori provide excellently prepared quality food to consistently high standard and we should know, we have used them of over 10 years as our go to delivery service. Booked through Deliveroo and informed that delivery would take an hour. After 1.5 hours we contacted the restaurant where we were informed we would receive the delivery within the next five minutes and didn’t receive an apology. Sadly it wasn’t until a further half hour later the food arrived and not hot. The food was fine but by 9:45pm our appetite had sadly gone. Hopefully we will try again in the future for a better experience.

Free food for NHS workers, local daily food delivery to vulnerable customers. Since me and my partner moved we’ve found it difficult to find a new local Indian takeaway which we both like. I’m so happy that we found this place! Due to the current circumstances we ordered a takeaway (we usually like to eat in) and were happy when the order arrived just as requested and to a high standard. I ordered tandoor mixed grill which was cooked to perfection - not dry or overcooked, and the cheese naan bread was fluffy filled with a generous amount of cheese. We were also impressed with how long it took to receive our order, only 10 minutes after the estimated time which I think is impressive bearing in mind how busy places are at the moment!We can’t wait to come into the restaurant and meet the staff who work at this restaurant. But for the meantime I’m 100% sure we will be ordering takeaway again very soon! Thank you!

Food excellent and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant very busy with online take away orders and customers phoning in chasing delivery times, so if you want a quiet/romantic meal this is not the place to go. However, as I said at the beginning, the food is excellent and it pays to go for something different than the normal korma/tikka/madras - tell them what you like and trust their judgement, we didn’t regret it. In house service a bit slow due to the volume of takeaway orders but passed the time chatting to staff in between all the phone calls. They also don’t have a licence so take your own wine/beer

Myself and my family always order from Esher Tandoori, the food is always extremely fresh and always tastes amazing. Bahar (front of house) is always very professional and we enjoy ordering our food from him. By far the best Indian in the area! You can also eat in which I often do, although they do not serve alcohol you can take your own!! The food is always great I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

I order regular takeaways from Esher Tandoori, for my fussy dad and me, that I bring to his place after work. He's always looking forward to that time in the evening, when I arrive and serve the food. Taste is always brilliant, ingredients are fresh, portions generous and consistent and meals are ready on time. All at a very very fair price. I just wish they were open for breakfast and lunch.

Esher Tandoori gave us a wonderful Birthday Dinner. The food is absolutely on point, fresh and very tasty. The service was very friendly and helpful. And they are very attentive about allergy intolerance’s Definitely highly recommend.
