Sunday evening treat was amazing, 2 hot deserts and 4 ice creams, staff were very welcoming and so polite, quick service

Heaven on earth, always amazing service from staff, i may be overweight but visiting here is so worth it 👌

Not happy with the quality and service of this place. The amount of ice cream given was ridiculously small compared to what was ordered. Cutting corners and charging too much. Won't be going back.

Used to be ok, but ridiculously expensive now. 4.50 for a milkshake that wasn't even nice. Far too much milk for the 2 scoops of ice cream which diluted the taste completely. Complete rip off. They out the prices up for everything else aswell. Won't be back in a hurry.

Ice cream was fantastic, only to be expected. Although had to wait almost 15 mins to be served. It was Worth while.

ORDER THROUGH JUST EAT OR DONT USE THEM. OK, I GUESS WE WONT BE USING THEM AGAIN. THERE ARE PLENTY OTHER PLACES AROUND THESE DAYS. I WOULD RECOMMEND WHOOPS.

The best ice cream shop in Motherwell and they also do home delivery. We’ve been using Equi’s in Hamilton for over 20 years and are glad they decided to open an ice cream parlour in Motherwell too.

Frankly horrified after tonight, will not be going back here ever again. My partner and I ordered through JustEat. 40 minutes after the delivery time, the order is marked as delivered. We have heard nothing from the store, no phone calls or app notifications, no one buzzed our door, nothing. I phone the store and the response we got was shocking. The woman at the store was as rude and ignorant as can be. She claimed that we ignored their calls, ignored the driver at the door, and that they had left the food at the door. All of these statements were false. Rather than try and solve this, the woman was flippant and claimed that because her driver claimed it had been delivered, then it was delivered. She was clearly trying to accuse me of being a liar but knew she couldn’t actually say that. She refused to do anything to help. Luckily JustEat were very apologetic and offered us a full refund with an additional compensation. The total failure to provide any customer service or resolve the issue is abhorrent. Please avoid this store at all costs.

This store used to be the best Equis store but since changing owners it’s the WORST!! The milkshakes used to be so thick and flavoursome n now it’s basically just milk... prices have went up too and they’ve took away their Monday deal. If I could leave less than 1 star tbh I would...

Equis ice cream is the best but the cones are too flimsy for the ice cream the cone broke when the girl was making it and when I got out it crumbled 😢 still yummy though 😉

Excellent quality ice cream but no single wafer biscuits anymore

I used to love Equis and order it 3 times a week, but the past few times the cookie dough has gotten smaller and smaller. Now they've brought out an XL cookie which is honeslty pathetic. It is a single cookie smaller than getting the original cheaper two cookies. It is an absolute joke. Both me and my boyfriend have said we will not order again.

Placed an order with them and didn't receive it for over 2 hours. I phoned after an hour and was told it would be there soon then phoned after two hours and was told the driver had broke down. When I asked why I hadn't been informed about the delay, since I had already been in contact about my order, I was just ignored. Will never order again.

A fantastic place for eating ice cream ,and they sell realy big scoops with all kinds of delicious flavors.A realy nice place

Wasn't to happy.charged an extra £1.20 for chocolate sauce when it is supposed to come with the cookie dough.

First off delivery didn't come, had to be reordered secondly when it did it was hugely disappointing asked for cookie dough 2 orders we got 4 very burnt cookies brick solid could break yer teeth on them.only good thing was the girl on the phone who tried to help by actually delivering the food herself she deserves a bonus, delivery driver who delivered it to the wrong hands tho I'd personally fire that

I went in and couldn't decide what flavour of ice cream i wanted. The staff behind the counter were friendly and patient. I had noticed they had familiar flavours and unusual ones. I seen parma violet and staff let me taste 1st and wow it was great. I would defo come back.

Were greeted by really friendly staff! Got to try a flavour before buying and the ice cream was delicious! Really fresh and tasty! Will definitely be back!

The Soap Ice Cream aka Parmo Violet is pish.. and the manager has a ginger beard and a bad attitude asking me do i know what soap taste like? Ehm ofcourse i do sunshine. Mind your own business

Motherwell staff are top class and always give great service and just picked up a 2litre tub of Strawberry for free just by using there Swipii app in store collecting points each visit we're there. Cheers Equis :-))

The usual high Equis standard of service and ice cream. Staff always pleasant and efficient. Good value for money and a must to treat the kids.

Went a drive to Equis the other night with my family to get some ice cream, upon entering the store there was a considerable queue and only one person serving (she was doing the best she could and was well ,angered and helpful but it was clear to see that she was understaffed). 10 minutes into our queuing an additional worker came through from the back and also began serving customers. I must say I felt sorry for the staff as the store was absolutely roasting, and it was clear to see they were only teenagers who may have been out of their depth. The ice cream was lovely as usual, however, the majors issue was the slow service due to the lack of staff.

The lady serving seemed to make up her own prices. Tried to charge £8.00 for a milkshake! It's only £2.50 at my local one! Nice milkshake but nowhere near worth saying, "That's a good $5 milkshake"

Go here regular with the kids , amazing choice of ice cream at a reasonable price , i must admit i like it as well , well worth a vist and you can get tubs to take home as well.

Visited here when in Motherwell, it was a hot day so popped in for an ice cream. The smoothie took a short while but other than that, fully satisfied.

Huge variety, lovely staff. Not cheap ice cream but you only get what you pay for and Equis ice cream is worth the little extra
