Terrible experience. Ordered home delivery - kebab meat cold and portion size poor for a large, hotdog roll was stale and hard, chips were dry and came with curry sauce instead of gravy. We used to like this place but standard gone downhill. Last time we ordered there was something missing and pizzas came burnt 😞

I got pizza and cheesy garlic bread tonight ! Never again!!! pizza was raw and the cheesy garlic bread had no cheese and was as tin as a cracker

Whilst the food from Enzos is perfectly adequate, the young man working behind the counter is very rude and abrupt and therefore I wouldn't recommend this place. Also, they only take cash which isn't great either.

Tried this place for the first time we had the mixed meat sharing kebab... The chicken was so dry and overcooked, very disappointing. The lamb doner & kofta was nice enough but nothing special,reasonable portion size. Not keen on the homemade chilli sauce/ seasoning. Salad was quiet fresh but not keen on it being drowned in coleslaw. To be honest I don't think I would order a kebab from here again?

I gave them many chances, really, but they always disappointed. Don't get me wrong, I've ordered with them 5 times or more before leaving this review. I tried a range of things - hot dogs, burgers, kebabs, pizzas, onion rings, chicken bites, hot wings etc. Sadly, everything was disappointing. - first I ordered a pizza, it was tasty, but quite badly burned on the sides. I thought 'ok, maybe a bad day, I will try again'. Ordered again - it was the same. The bitter taste of a burned crust has made me eat the middle part only and throw the rest away, - philly cheese steak dog was almost not edible. This thing is disgusting. I wouldn't give it to a dog, - chicken wings were 60% crust, 40% meat, seriously... even when you manage to dig your way into the meat, it's disgusting, - onion rings - the worst I've ever had. Even frozen onion rings from a supermarket don't taste as bad. Seriously... how? The only thing I've had so far from them that was kind of edible was polish boy hot dog and doner kebab with chips. Sorry guys, I've been ordering from you occasionally for the past 6 months and it's time to say - change something or you will be loosing customers.

Absolutely s**t now considering they have changed delivery service and don't even deliver less than 3 miles up the road!! We have used them for years and they've now lost our custom.

Really bad service. Major issue with customer service and packaging of food. Refused to issue a refund for the pizza. Also refused to deliver another in replacement. Rude over the phone and didn’t show respect. Disappointed

Went here as we were on holiday and what a waste of money. Chips were a mixture of green, burnt and cold The chicken shish was horrible, tastless chicken with a rock hard pitta bread which they couldn't even be bothered to cut. The meat feast pizza was also tasteless. Only past with flavour was the cheese. The garlic bread with cheese was just a pool of grease. It was so bad we wouldn't eat any of it. Waste of money.

Great food made right in front of you, very polite staff and exceptional clean. New tv displays of menus are a great touch and really modernize the place!

absolutely ridiculous not allowed a refund even though we didn’t get the food delivered, spoken to awfully down the phone and shouted at absolutely appalling how he spoke to me and decided to end the call on me? literally just taking the money and not delivering, declined food or a refund after waiting so long and no food

Recently I ordered from Zoom (maccies) it was the 3rd time with Zoom , food was all cold & also even though I changed my address they still delivered to my old address. Emzos on the other hand , food arrived in 20 mins , burger was hot , pizza was hot , chips were piping hot , it was all lovely & fresh , even the salad was fresh & crispy. Thanks guys 😁

We use Enzos for a Friday night take away quite regularly and have never had a bad meal to be honest with you. We have it delivered and it’s usually less than 20 minutes, cooked nicely and generous portions Highly recommended!!

They did send me burger with raw onions last week 🤦‍♀️ but this week I put in the comments box " fried onions please " and voila. Delicious. Thanks Enzos. And they have got rid of the contact free delivery tick box, but all you have to do is order then ring them to request that. Please bring that box back Enzos xx

Arrived there Friday night tea time. No one inside the shop. That should have told me all I needed to know! Looked at the burgers in the cold cabinet, they looked nothing like any burger I’ve seen before. Ordered two cheese burgers and chips. We we went to eat them the burgers were slimy and horrible texture and taste. Absolutely 🤮 the worse burgers I’ve ever tasted. Dog meat was all they were fit for. Very disappointed after reading all the reviews.

After visiting 2 weeks ago and realizing my order was not completely correct I was willing to give them a second chance. As I sat waiting for my order I saw a wrapped burger sitting on the side for a long while. To my disappointment it was mine. I called them up on this and received a discount to which I begrudgingly took and left... to my dismay after residing to the fact I needed to microwave my meal it did not have any of the sauce that was requested. Not recommended unless you wish for a bad attitude and not the correct order.

Absolutely lush, extremely tasty, friendly staff , good quality ingredients , coleslaw homemade and quick delivery. Defo recommend.

My choice: burger and fries cooked fresh in front of you. Good menu of different fast food for you to pick from.

The food is OK but the service is appalling. Spoke to the manager about a particular member of staff and all he said was don't s 8erve her again. I went into the store after a phone call and i didnt say anything wrong. All I did was mention on the PHONE I was unsure how to order and they hung up the phone. Poor management and even poorer members of staff. No care whatsoever. DON'T GO HERE!!!!!

We get a takeaway delivered from Enzos every Friday and service is always fast with food always really good. Enzo himself often does the delivery and the banter is great with him, he always has a Joke to tell Definitely recommend this place

Food decent, but staff extremely unpleasant and rude. The experience was ruined by those serving :( we attempted to engage and clarify our order but the staff were increasingly aggressive. Definitely wouldn’t return again and do not recommend to those who wish for a positive atmosphere.

Have had a Friday takeaway delivered for quite a few years but noticed of late that the quality of the food just isnt very impressive anymore. Very disappointing as this has always been our fave Friday night takeaway for the family

This place has gone downhill since the owner, Enzo, handed the reins of the business over. Service is lacklustre and quality has suffered. It's right in the town centre with parking right outside, and reasonably acccessible.

After being told this was a great place for an after pub takeaway, we were really looking forward to eating from here. We ordered a spicy beef and green pepper pizza, and a large donner kebab with salad and a portion of chips. The pizza was tasty and cooked well. The kebab wasn’t great, the meat was quite bland the salad limp. My partner also had a tub of chilli sauce, this was horrendous, it consisted of water and curry powder mixed up - it was terrible, luckily it was in the tub not all over the kebab!

It’s a great place to eat your food you can see the food being prepared infront of your very own eyes which is a thing that give an individual comfort and assurance that there food is cooked in a clean and hygienic way. The friendly staff don’t hesitate to talk to their customers and are always wearing a smile on their faces. Love to eat and will definitely eat again.

Chips and beans. Best ever. Not on the main menu but just ask Enzo and he will accommodate you.
