Elements at the Novotel London Greenwich in Greenwich

Clean tidy, maybe a little warm. but overall a good experience and Breakfast was great.

Banny is very helpful and lovely front office She has great service mind. We have a very impressive experience staying here.

Stayed with 2 children, the room was an ok size, big t.v, rituals hand soap, espresso machine, fridge, hairdryer, ironing board and a safe, surprisingly comfortable bed, safe Parking £25 for 24 hours. All in all the room was clean, odd layout of the bathroom and toilet but satisfactory for a night or two. When I went to check in I wasn’t acknowledged by 2 members of staff and was left standing there whilst they were doing something on the computer or stocking drawers behind reception, but then someone else came up and got checked in before me!! (Eventually I did get a slight apology) . Great location next to the station and a short walk into Greenwich. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment, had a drink in the bar, friendly staff and the public areas all nice and clean.

Fab location, very clean and welcoming. Good size rooms and beds.

Original room was filthy. Staff did what they could. They were helpful however they said this was the general standard of rooms so the one we moved to was only slightly less dirty. Food was expensive and tasteless. We were asked to share tables with strangers at breakfast despite half of the restaurant being unoccupied. Good location but won't be back

We arrived on 03/31 at around 9:00 pm and honestly the receptionist was a little “dry”. On the first day, another girl who organized the coffee did the same thing. From the second day onwards we felt a little more comfortable and welcomed by other employees who I didn't take the trouble to ask their names. The rooms were clean, the only unforeseen issue was the shower that only worked with hot water but we used the bathtub without any problems, the breakfast was very excellent, the location next to a train station that reached the center of London in 15 minutes. I would stay again.

This Novohotel in Greenwich is very well located. Next to the station which is clean and pleasant, not like so many other stations the surroundings are dirty and often suspicious. The hotel is standard and this one is no exception. Excellent size room. Big bathroom. I asked for a room with two beds and it still had plenty of space. Very plentiful and varied breakfast. Great. I recommend. Cheaper than London and with a train nearby to get around. And Greenwich is a very friendly place and most importantly, without many tourists.

We stayed 1 night in a suite and had a very enjoyable and pleasant stay. Reception staff were friendly and our room was excellent and quiet. Breakfast was very tasty, though had to queue for 10 mins or so as the restaurant was busy when we arrived. Fast check out was also very easy. Being next to the station meant onward journey was very easy, so overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Easy and smooth check in - room in good order, clean and tidy , although the shower i the cubicle was set at too hot a temperature and wasn't easily adjusted - it was reported but no change when we next tried to use it . All the common areas where in good order and the Bar was fine, Staff all very friendly.

Great location for tourism and travel in London. The hotel, at least for me, did not live up to the price ticket. Whilst perfectly adequate, some aspects of the room and common areas were a little "shabby".

Localizado en un barrio muy pintoresco. Hay que coger el tren (justo al lado) para ir al centro de Londres. También hay servicio de barco, o incluso un pasaje peatonal bajo el Tamesis. Personal de Trato amable. Habitación limpia y con colchones cómodos. El desayuno es bastante surtido.

This is our second time staying at the Novotel in Greenwich and once again we had a fabulous time and our stay did not disappoint. The hotel itself is spotless and the team is lovely! Perfect location…right next to the dlr which is ideal for travel. We could slightly hear the dlr from the room, but I’m a light sleeper and wasn’t woken once. Only thing that bugs me is the room layout, I assume it’s the same for every room as I’ve had this twice…the toilet is in a separate room to the sink and shower, which is a little bizarre and makes me a bit uncomfortable.

Excellent stay throughout. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Perfect location for DLR and visiting the Greenwich. Only downside was an evening meal on our first night. But, perfect otherwise.

Booked two rooms, asked to be close but ended up on different floors (and inexplicably BOTH given disabled rooms even though we didn't ask for them)! Rooms were large, big TV, fridge, tea making facilities, plenty of toiletries, free WiFi with a very comfortable large bed but a bit worn and one bedside light was completely broken. Staff were helpful and friendly, although we parked in the underground car-park (£25 a day) and needed to press a buzzer to be let in AND out and once when leaving waited a very long time before being let out! But location very good (close to O2 and Up The Creek comedy club) and we would return again.

Right on top of Greenwich station for train and DLR, but lovely quiet room. Comfortable triple room, nice decor. Clean and good quality beds and linens

Excellent service from the receptionist. I did not catch her name but she was an indian lady. She was very friendly and also remembered my name when I was checking out. I was in a rush so did not catch her name. Spacious, well equipped rooms, the staff was helpful and kind. The hotel is next to the train station.

We had been looking for a nice place for afternoon coffee in Greenwich, where many cafés close at 4pm. Going to the Gourmet Bar was a real inspiration as, for once, we were not welcome with a "we are closing soon", but with smiles. Noël - the manager - was very welcoming to our small group. We appreciated the excellent service and the little attentions (such as warming up the lemon cake so it tasted even more yummy). Coffee is also nice. A lovely place and excellent service. Next, we'll try having a meal there.

Last night I ate at this restaurant whilst staying at the hotel. I had planned to eat in one of the restaurants nearby as had eaten here many times before covid and the food had been ok but nothing special. Last night though the food was absolutely outstanding, every item cooked and seasoned to perfection and melting in the mouth. I had squid, chicken and prawn pendang and sticky toffee pudding. The service was great as well, really attentive. I highly recommend giving this place a try even if you are not staying here!

An amazing place food is excellent staff are very nice and their attention to detail is great on our last visit we had the new menu it was delicious have been to this restaurant many times and will definitely going back the staff have a can do, do do attitude which is quite refreshing nowadays.

Este é sem dúvida o pior restaurante de um hotel da rede Accor que já jantamos. Incrível que uma rede conceituada como a Accor possa manter um restaurante assim dentro do Novotel Greenwich. Viajamos por 20 dias na França e ficamos e jantamos em alguns restaurantes da rede todos com boa qualidade e serviço, mas se este for o exemplo dos restaurantes Accor em UK é melhor dispensar a experiência.

We are here 1.30min waiting our breakfast till we decide to leave!!! Kids were hungry. My advice wake up 2 hours earlier if you decide for have a breakfast here!!

We stayed for a couple of nights. Lovely staff. Breakfast excellent. Even had pancakes and waffles.... good selection. Right next door to station.

Nous avons séjourné au novotel pendant 5 jours et nous avons dîné au restaurant de l'hôtel le soir de notre arrivée. Les plats étaient tous très bon un petit bémol pour les desserts un peu simple à notre goût

Un samedi soir, il y avait juste 3 tables, le personel n’est pas formé à l’hôtellerie mais fait son possible pour rendre le service agréable. Service un peu lent pour une salle peu remplit. Nous avons pris des fish n chips et des pizzas, la nourriture est bonne pour un hôtel. Par contre, il faisait très très froid dans la parti restaurant .

Tanto el buffet de desayuno como la cena son muy variados lo que dá la oportunidad de probar cosas nuevas y comer muy bien. El servicio fue excelente. Siempre es bueno desayunar temprano pues hay horas que se llena mucho.

Stayed at the hotel last week for my birthday..just be aware that the restaurant is not Elements any more its now called Gourmet Bar and the menu is completely different to what is online so was slightly dissapointed that this information was not updated...but having said that the food and service was excellent.

La carte est classique et internationale, les tarifs ne sont pas prohibitifs et le service est de qualité. Il faut se laisser tenter sans modération.

L'hotel est bien et nous plait. Nous avions décidé d'y prendre des repas avec les enfants pour la facilité, mais la carte n'est pas appropriée aux enfants, sauf le Fish and Chips qu'ils ont adoré et qui était facturé à mi prix pour eux. Par contre, ma carte Accor enregistrée dès mon arrivée ne m'a pas donné droit aux points dus! Ils n'ont pas voulu. Pas correct!

Two menus available and with this there are plenty of choices. All the food ordered was hot and tasty. Service was excellent and the cocktails were divine.

While staying at hotel for 3 nights we had dinner one evening. Excellent food freshly made. Service top class. The bar is well stocked and serves excellent cocktails. Great variety of gins.

This is a pleasant restaurant with good choices and a nice environment. The staff are attentive and the food quality is good. Great for families too.

Visitamos el restaurante la última noche para celebrar nuestro aniversario de boda, ya que aquí cada año desde pasar nuestra noche de bodas aquí hace 6 años.

Mi amigo y yo comimos en el bar Elements y el llamado pesebre Abou ha sido grosera con nosotros y nos ha acusado de ser agresivo. Es un hombre rudo que intentará afirmar su poder. Los clientes nos están pagando y él cree que es aceptable para hablar con nosotros de tal forma. No aconsejaría a nadie a comer aquí sólo por el hecho de que el hombre a cargo no tiene modales. Y su nombre de Abou.

The price is normal, the food was good. The staff was nice and polite, they have a large choices from gins.

El servicio y el ambiente del restaurante era excelente y es adecuado para todas las edades. Me alojé con mi hijo adolescente y había algo en el menú para todos nosotros después de un día de paseo. Recién preparado y bien presentado. Nada más, sólo apetece comida caliente.

Una decoración bastante aburrida, pero con mucha calidez del personal y no menos la buena comida hacen de este restaurante merece una visita.

Me alojé en el Novotel recientemente y tenía dos cenas en el restaurante. Me gustó mucho la comida sin embargo el servicio es un poco lento. ¡La comida es de buena calidad y sabe muy bien! Recomiendo y de las hamburguesas con batatas fritas y la carne de algo pesada chili!

Had a meal on the first night of our stay. Wide choice. Service good and our burgers were lovely. Staff helpful and apologetic if we waited for service as the restaurant was busy.

Maybe not the best breakfast buffet, but certainly a bit above average. Nice selection of food choices and quality was decent. Coffee was really good. Pleasant and clean surroundings too.

Great hotel, welcoming and professional staff, particularly gentleman on front desk. Clean and fresh room with complimentary water and coffee machine. A great find.

Me alojé aquí durante un viaje de negocios. El desayuno es muy bueno y el personal es extremadamente servicial (debo mencionar Lana aquí como un super miembro del personal). La cena es nada fuera de lo normal y un poco caro para lo que te dan, aunque esto es Londres por supuesto. Prueba Rivington Bar&Grill; justo al otro lado de la carretera por una muy buena comida (pero evita Davy es como la plaga). Una vez más, el personal en el bar/restaurante era de lo más servicial y amable.

Get there early as it gets quite busy! Plenty of options for kids. Great service. This was our best hotel breakfast in London.

A juzgar por los comentarios, estábamos preparando un bastante - elección de comida de hotel típico de favoritos estándar en el menú, catering para cantidad, ' ¿cómo está su comida señor? Todos los servicios de cinco minutos, y así sucesivamente. Al contrario. Desde los entrantes hasta postre fue una comida muy especial y maravillosamente sabroso. Gracias especialmente a Arif y su equipo que hizo ese kilómetro sin ningún signo de la «tienen un servicio de buen día ves en algunos lugares. No es la comida más barata en la ciudad ni la selección de whiskys pero había algo para cada Palatte y vale la pena cada centavo.

Have visited this restaurant on numerous occasions for quick drinks and snacks. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Food and drinks all good quality. Highly recommended whether as a guest of hotel or not.

Comimos aquí 3 noches hasta ahora. bistec £21 pero correoso y grasos, muy parecido a un menos de £10 pub bistec. Tortilla pasada. Sin embargo, era agradable Chili y sabroso. Los precios altos y la calidad variable. opciones limitadas. sitios mejores más razonables para comer cerca. Bar es precioso, un buen ambiente pero las bebidas caras. El personal en el restaurante y bar profesional y amable.

Nos alojamos en el Novotel este fin de semana y estaban atrasados, ya que teníamos un espectáculo de ver así que decidimos que volveríamos a alojarnos en el hotel y comer algo. El servicio era muy lento debido a la camarera que por nosotros mismos, que era un poco molesto, ya que estábamos en un poco de prisa. Mi pareja y yo tuvimos la hamburguesa de elementos que estaba delicioso! Estaba muy sorprendido y una de las mejores hamburguesas que hemos tenido en mucho tiempo ... Visitamos más tarde para cócteles también que era decepcionante, ya que pedí una Piña Colada y me dijeron que tenía se acabó la leche de coco, entonces pedí un mojito y me dijeron que tenía acabaron de menta! Es un buen trabajo me gusta una selección! En general, buena comida, no tanto por el servicio o bebidas.

La selección en el menú no era exhaustiva, pero encontramos platos nos gustó. Tenían un precio razonable, especialmente para un hotel, y delicioso.

Had a very nice 'Super food salad' Followed by 3 poor steaks. Not great cuts of meat but cooked fine. Breakfast was excellent.

Viaggio fatto a dicembre 2012 con famiglia, Albergo in ottima posizione per spostarsi, la metro sta ad 1 metro di distanza!!!! il posto è molto carino e pieno di ristorantini di ogni genere.

Bien, llegamos muy tarde. Casi 5 minutos de cerca y le pregunté si estaba bien al asiento. Ellos nos aceptaron. El camarero era muy agradable con nosotros. Incluso nos enteramos de que él es de Bagladesh, donde debe ser el origen del chef. Desgraciadamente, la comida era muy pobre en sabor y presentarion. Realmente parecía xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx comida congelada hecha de un horno de microondas.

Eaten here a few times, although for work mainly, but food served hot and with a smile, very nicely presented very filling and good price.....breakfast very varied.

We had dinner and breakfast here. The dinner as really reasonable price-wise. From £9 main course. But, the breakfast is very expensive. £15!!!

Good buffet - everything you could wish for and good prompt service. Toaster was a little on the slow side which could lead to queues.

Roast Lamb was lovey but roasted new potatoes werent really roasted. Vegetables were all a bit overdone. Thai green chicken curry was lovely though. Toasted cheese and ham sandwiches provided mid morning whilst there on business were awful but the small cheese pastries were ok.

Food excellent, decor acceptable but the staff simply fantastic. Especially, but not solely Raphael, we had a really lovely meal excellently prepared and served.

As a family group of 10 we felt that we ate well here, the service was excellent and sympathetic to the needs of our 4 children. The food is better than average, not startling, but wholesome, tasty and the bill seemed reasonable.

I can't believe having lived in the area for so many years I've never been here.

The restaurant looked lovely from the outside, we went in and were seated at a really nice table with loads of space. We were given a few minutes to look over the menu and then our waitress came back and took our orders, within 2 minutes the waitress was back to say they were out of the lamb, but the other meal was fine, so she gave us a few minutes to pick something else. We settled on the pork and she came back a couple of minutes later and took the new order. Within another 2 minutes, a different waitress came over to say our first hostess was only new and had given us the wrong menu and the pork wasn't available either. She gave us the new menu and said we would need to pick something else.. this should have been our cue to leave, but we stayed and ordered the steak, well done with a side of garlic bread. The waitress was only leaving the table when the first meal that had been ordered on the first occasion arrived at the table, so I had to eat on my own while my partner waited 15 minutes for his 'well done' steak (minus the side of garlic bread) to arrive. He had only cut into his second piece when the blood started to pour out of the meat. We asked to speak with the manager who after all this offered us one complimentary desert and still expected us to pay for the uncooked, uneaten piece of steak. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Some dishes rediculously over priced, £15 for green curry which looked brown and was served with Naan bread lol..steak pie which looked like a pukka pie £12-ripped off!!!! Good service but very pricey-wouldn't return.
