Unfortunately it has closed down. The atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. The owner was very hospitable and cordial with his customers. The live music added up a special cheerful spirit

Had an absolutely fabulous time at El Boliche last night! We ordered 9 different dishes between 3 people, everything single one was delicious (highly recommend the pork ribs and jamon croquettes!). Great value too.To top it all off the staff were really lovely, we felt very well looked after. We’ll be back soon!

Very friendly and cosy atmosphere within and professional staff who really makes it when it comes to service. In terms of dishes, they provide a wide variety of tapas choices, with most of them being above average.

Tapas here is so tasty, big portion sizes & the head of house is very welcoming. Service was quick and professional! Would definitely eat here again. Sangria is 10/10 too 👏🏻

Lovely Tapas & good selection of drinks

We popped in quite late just for drinks and received a very warm welcome and great service. We chatted away for hours catching up before we realised the poor staff probably wanted to close up and go home but they never chased us or hinted for us to leave. The tapas menu looked delicious but we didn't eat. Will definitely return to try it.

Went out to Boliche on a cold - VERY COLD - Tuesday evening, without booking, we were welcomed as if we were family, the restaurant is cozy and warm and the staff went over and above doing their job to make sure we had a great experience. The food is great, way beyond the usual basic tasting Tapas, and the portions are great..... Menu has a great selection of dishes to meat eaters and vegetarians more than well fed..... Overall a great night out; I cannot wait to go back on a Saturday night to see the live band - I am sure that Danny and his team ensure it is always a night out to cherish with great food , new friends and entertainment - try it out yourselves.......

The takeaway that we ordered was very good and ready when I reached the restaurant to collect.

Had the most wonderful meal for our office today. We contacted the restaurant last minute to arrange some food for our employees. Despite the fact that we provided only a couple of days notice and the restaurant does not usually open during the day we had a fantastic meal. Would recommend takeaway service to anyone and looking forward to visiting once restrictions are over.

Love this restaurant and for the first time had to use a takeaway service. The food did not disappoint,hands down the best takeaway we've had during lockdown. The flavours of the food were gorgeous as always, the quality did not suffer. If you haven't yet its well worth ordering, the chicken mostaza was beautiful.

For a change decided to go here for a Friday night out. Great food, Great house Rioja and great Spanish guitar music to end the night.I had White Bait and Patatas Bravas, but the best dish of the for me was the spare ribs absolutely fantastic

First time visit to this place and had a fabulous time. The menu has a really good selection of starters and tapas dishes to choose from. As a party of 4 we all chose 3 dishes each which was plenty, the food was really tasty and cooked well. I've had tapas at other places which haven't been as good as it was here. The service was very good as we didn't have to wait long for the dishes and they all arrived together. None of us had any desserts as was comfortably full after. We had the red house wine which was really good but a little on the expensive at £19.50 a bottle. The food is reasonable priced per dish depending on your choice but all the drinks such as a glass of small brandy is quite expensive considering its in Sale. They had entertainment on, 3 guys playing Spanish music which was very good as all live. I would return as we all enjoyed the food with good service.

At the moment you enter this restaurant team give you a nice feeling. Very friendly crew, it is a kind place to hang out with your friends or with your date. Great cooking, creative chef de cuisine, good price and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Visited on a Thursday evening. Didn't have to book, just walked in although it was relatively early. Really friendly owner and staff. Very knowledgeable about wheat content of dishes which helped me choose. We ate off the early bird menu and weren't disappointed with the choice of dishes. All delicious. If I'm ever in Sale, would visit again for sure.

We went on a busy Friday night in January. It's very close to where we live and can walk home which was a real bonus. We had good selection of tapas all of which were to a good standard. The meatballs were my favourite. Because it was busy the service was ok but I think they were taken aback by the number of covers on a cold January. Very good value and can recommend as good local neighbourhhod eatery.

As a pre show meal before attending the Comedy Store we dropped in at El Boliche in Sale , one of 4 or 5 good restaurants on Northernden Road adjacent to the tram stop. We were early dinners , 7pm , without a reservation however a table was found quickly and without fuss . Menus and free olives followed promptly along with.our drinks. We chose 5 dishes Potats Bravas, obergene , mushrooms meat balls and chorizo. Simply some the Best tapas we have had . The service was attentive but not over bearing . Overall a superior dining experience and one that set the night up nicely .

Three of us were visiting fro the US and decided to have a light dinner before meeting some friends in a local pub. Could not have been more delighted by the high quality and selection of Tapas, as well as the friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had just been in Chile on vacation,and were surprised to learn that the owner was Chilean . . .can't get more authentic than that!We had a great table by the window. The place has an engaging atmosphere and we would like to return some day and hear theri live music.

Brought two good friends who are from out of the area & they were not disappointed! Food & wine is simply outstanding & good value for money! Customer service get's a 5* too! The owner Danny is exceptionally welcoming & can not do enough for guests, the waiting/bar staff are just as attentive & we were very well looked after by Danny & Daiana during our visit. We will certainly be back, cannot recommend this place enough! 😊👌

We had a great meal on a Saturday night, booked well in advance and our table for 8 was ready and waiting for our arrival, which is nice cor a smaller restaurant. Food was great and service quick. Offered ysus all a shot of alcohol afterwards free of charge. Will visit again!

Boliche è un termine sudamericano, ma la cucina del locale è prevalentemente spagnola. Sono stato qua a cena con mio figlio e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ho provato i gambas al pil pil, un piatto molto semplice, ma delizioso, accompagnato da un buon vino bianco.Inoltre sia la cameriera che il cameriere sono stati molto gentili. Sarà una tappa fissa se tornerò a Sale.

Came here for the first time on Thursday and it was pleasant. The atmosphere was Spanish with the music and the art. But best of all Delicious Tapas. We had 7 tapas between us and it was plenty. Left at 8pm and the restaurant was very busy for a Thursday night.

This was a Wednesday night so not expecting it to be full-it was busy but not packed so we had great service. Glass of brandy on the house with the bill-always a nice touch. We will be back soon. 這是一間西班牙餐廳, 由於有朋友居住於Sale這個小區, 就乘坐Metro來到這裡共晉晚餐, 選中這間餐廳的原因是因為他比較特別。餐廳面積不大, 柔和的燈光, 播放着西班牙流行曲, 但很有氣氛! 他們的老闆是西班牙人, 以前是行船的, 現居於Manchester這個地方, 經營了這間小餐館, 他很主動地和顧客打招呼和聊天, 令人感受到西班牙人的好客和熱情。食物方便整體都很美味, 值得推介! 我們四個人點了六七碟食物加上一瓶汽酒, 埋單也只是64鎊, 價錢不貴。

Wonderful atmosphere, exceptional food and the service that the staff provide is just impeccable.. They almost treat you like family! I just happened to be passing by and decided to eat at El Boliche.. I loved it so much, I've specifically driven back there twice, since my first visit! I highly recommend it.. My only qualm, is that they have no alcohol free lager, but it's not worth knocking a star off for ;)

First rate atmosphere, service and food.

Visited on a very rainy Saturday afternoon. We were the only people in the restuarant, yet it did not feel that way at all, because they atmosphere was so lovely and relaxed. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We ate from the early bird menu. Every dish was delicious and fresh, and amazing value for money. I can't believe it's taken us so long to visit. Already looking forward to our next visit. It really is a gem in the Sale restaurant market.

A year later from our last visit and I can honestly say its better than I remember. Fantastic food, atmosphere and staff can't do enough for you. The live music transports you to a more exotic location than sale that you won't want to return from. Highly recommended. Nothing is too much. Won't be leaving a year to return this time.

I can't understand the glowing reviews for this restaurant. We went last night at 8pm. It was busy with a buzzy atmosphere, as you'd expect for a Friday. But, the food was terrible: the "fries" were thick cut oven chips, obviously cooked from frozen. The meat dishes were expensive and tasteless. The salad garnish were badly sliced cucumber pieces with a quarter of a tomato placed on top and covered in bottled sweet chilli sauce. Just poor.
