Eatwell in Bromley

The mostly delicious dinner we have had in ages. Tasty treats and super healthy! Plus the most unbelievable vegan cheesecake, I’m not joking! Services was lovely . Excited to try breakfast!

I ordered a chicken burger from Eatwell via Deliveroo the other day and it was pure perfection! I look forward to my next meal from them :)

You can clearly tell that the food has been made with whole nutritional foods. The owner and ghee staff are one of a kind and extremely helpful. I recommend everyone tried this place

On receipt of my food eggs were well overcooked when I raised this with staff member they got them changed however on the second time of returning the plate of food poached eggs hadn’t been drained and whole plate was ruined with boiling water so sent back again wouldn’t eat here again if your chef doesn’t know how to serve eggs properly don’t open

Really lovely restaurant and extremely welcoming. Was here for dinner and the place was quiet which was actually perfect, the vibe was chilled (background music was great, and the perfect tempo so not to distract) - the place itself is lovely, seating and lighting (casual, simplicity is on point and just perfectly right, especially compared to some of the places in the area). We were welcomed wonderfully by the ladies. We opted for the sharing platter and the mushroom hummus - all was so DELICIOUS we couldn’t stop eating even though we were full. So yummy and filling - each dip and hummus was so good. And the extra Mushroom hummus just yum. My friend is pregnant and the ladies working went above and beyond to ensure they checked the ingredients would be ok - they even added an extra little salad for my friend too. Teas and coffee selection also so good. Definitely recommend this place. It’s incredible value for money too. Would give more than 5 stars if I could - we will be back!

Food and teas were super tasty, really fresh ingredients. Went for dinner with my partner and enjoyed it. Staff were very kind and good service.

The food was delicious and the service was brilliant. There is a Moss wall that brings a greenery feeling when you are eating and the music gives a relaxing feeling. The vegan variety of food is good and there are some of meat options as well.

Met with a freind for coffee and found Eatwell. Clean, friendly in a lovely location of Beckenham. Portions were very small but tasty & healthy! Price was okay. Atmosphere was a bit over bearing. Would recommend and return. Well done Eatwell

A nice restaurant but unfortunately I had the worse soup I have ever had there - it was meant to be tomato and lentils but was just yellow and tasteless

Amazing little restaurant with tasty vegetarian dishes. I had the meat alternative burger with smashed avocado and it was definitely worth the mess! The homemade ice tea was lovely as well. The server Marta welcomed us and served us with a smile, even as we were the last guests before closing. Definitely will be coming back as it is the spot for healthy food for an affordable price!

Went for a brunch last Sunday. Throughout enjoyed my visit. Attentive and polite service, nice atmosphere. Food was good, spoilt for vegetarian choices. Would return with pleasure.

It was cute and it wasn’t very busy which I prefer. They didn’t have the coconut pancakes unfortunately but I enjoyed the breakfast anyway. I didn’t like the sausages too much and I would have wanted the smoothie sweeter but everything else was pretty good! Me and my friends are enjoyed it☺️

Nice place, nice decor, clean. We did not wait more than few minutes to be seated despite the busy hour. Service needs to improve, the girl was not particularly friendly and responded with a rude “I’m coming” when for the first time I signaled we were ready to order. The Lady who looked like the manager cared to ask how was the food and was polite, but somehow when asking for some bread she immediately asked “Is your food cold?” I did not even tasted yet at that point, but I discovered the reasons soon after. Food on paper was great…in reality…leaves a lot to desire…food was cold, 2/4 of the poached eggs were solidly boiled, hollandaise sauce not home made, vegan sausages…terrible, mushrooms soaked in oil, hash browns worse ever tried and plates were missing items, for example the tomatoes in the full English (these were listed in the menu) where nowhere to be found. We reported this before leaving the place, few tables close to us complained too for other stuff. All in all passable if you have no alternative…I don’t think I will be back……..unless it changes…… Price was okay…

I live in Beckenham and Eat Well is my “go to” place! Simply love the food!

Excellent tasty creative and truly healthy food , with vegan options. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

It’s not just 1 or 2 options. They really do cater for people with restricted diets! There’s a full range of drinks the customer can have which do not include dairy products. In fact, I was spoilt for choice! Very rare to have that experience at a restaurant! As soon as I saw that, I totally relaxed.

A nice looking place with lots of vegan options. I ordered toast with vegan bacon. Order took ages too come. Two slices of toast: one bone dry the other untoasted. Never seen so sad looking vegan bacon before. Latte was nice but next time I will get savoury food from Coughlan's just down the road. Eatwell but somewhere else.

"Eatwell"..but somewhere else Our visit to Eatwell left much to be desired. Despite ordering the scrambled tofu and vegan bacon on sourdough toast, what arrived fell drastically short of expectations. Two halves of dry bread barely supported minuscule portions of tofu scramble and unappetizing, desiccated vegan bacon. The absence of vegan margarine, essential for the meal, prompted an additional request. Moreover, the extensive wait of nearly 35 minutes for such underwhelming fare was disheartening. While we were prepared to pay a premium for quality, the exorbitant price tag for this substandard offering was deeply disappointing. Regrettably, the lack of understanding from the waitress regarding our order compounded the unsatisfactory experience. In summary, a place that purports quality and charges a premium should ensure their offerings reflect that standard. Sadly, our visit to Eatwell failed to deliver on both fronts.

Lovely food and atmosphere. Exceptional presentation and taste

Didn’t enjoy my food as there wasn’t much flavour or taste. The portion was also small for the price. The atmosphere wasn’t nice, it was mostly empty and yet the service was terrible, they forgot my drink. I expected a lot better as I’d heard good things, but I wouldn’t recommend.

Beautiful decor, very relaxing. The service was outstanding and the food choice was varied, catering to meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans. The vegan choice of main and pudding was delicious. We will be going again to order every item on the menu!

Probably my favorite restaurant in Beckenham. They’re always improving the menu. All the dishes are unique and pack a ton of flavor.

The food was hearty and tasty. The service was slightly slow but the servers were pleasant.

It's been a good few years since I've been here but I'm glad we dropped in. The menu has changed and it was all very tasty. The waitress was able to take our dairy free requests with no issues. Would come back again!

After a meeting ran over I decided to stay local and eat here having strolled by so many times. After a long day schlepping around London it was a nice venue to plonk myself down and enjoy a nice glass of red. I’d not eaten since breakfast and was super hungry. I wasn’t tempted by the mushroom hummous so they kindly offered to make me normal hummous which was served with hot pitta, delicious! Followed by salmon teriyaki, pak choi and rice which was very good too. A nice atmosphere, lovely food and staff and a perfect way to end a long day.

I went there with family members for breakfast. I had the vegan breakfast with tofu scrambled eggs. It was a big plate of breakfast which included sweet potato hash browns, vegan sussages, mushrooms, tomatoes, sautéed spinach with sour dough toast. Overall the breakfast was delicious and very filling. Great value too. The service was very friendly.

Very cute and intimate, came here on a date with my partner(He planned everything) close to home which made it super easy to get there also made it really easy to identify the restaurant as I've seen it several times in passing previously. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the music played matched the ambiance. Great place of business !!

I have been going for almost a year now on a regular basis and I love it. The stuff and the food is really good quality and there are so many healthy options for me and all plant based eaters. I love the people that work there as well they are so welcoming and friendly at all times! The owner as well is so kind.

I have been coming to Eatwell for a couple of years. At the beginning it was quite good that I could have gluten free and dairy free. Now they don't have the diary free options. There isn't even an option for unfried food. The food is not that healthy, a lot of the items they fry and deep fry. Why deep fry sweet potato and who deep fries' dumplings, dumplings should be steamed then it becomes healthy. I'd rather have potato wedges cooked a a smidge of coconut oil that deep fried sweet potato and I am someone that chooses sweet potato over white potato often. There are very little fresh salad ingredients. All the photo's above don't represent the food they serve any more. They are also extremely inconsistent. I went in for the squash and sweet potato shepherd's pie one week it was delicious and the next time it was like I was eating a completely different dish which had too much salt and the mushrooms where chewy, one week the topping was squash and sweet potato, which is very healthy then they changed it to white potato the next time. My friend ordered a pan-fried fish and they served it burnt, her plate looks anemic too, no salad. I also ordered grilled artichokes (which was canned) with a bed of plain mayonnaise (too much fat), no sign of any garlic, it was tasteless and anemic looking. What happened to mushroom houmous starter they used to do. That was delicious. The deserts where not enticing, there were no raw vegan deserts on the menu either. I don't eat refined sugar or oils. Have they even heard of raw cacao chocolate ice cream with chewy dates and dried mulberries with a dash of maple syrup. Now that is healthy. Or raw vegan salted caramel slice. My friend eats anything, and she didn't like her desert or the other choices, she wasn't impressed, and she isn't fussy. She liked the salmon she had a few weeks prior, and she does like the dumplings. I would probably have eaten the dumplings had they not been fried. No microgreens in sight either. Any health consicous restaurant would be serving more salad and vegetables and oil free dressings. Its easy to make a tahini dressing with garlic, lemon and fresh herbs salt and peper. The menu is uninspiring and unhealthy so the name Eatwell is just a name. Has this place changed hands because I am totally disappointed with the quality of food. Sadly I won't be going back. It has huge potential, what a shame. If you want to provide healthy food look at Earthlings menu in Bolton or the Goji cafe in York, or Wildbeest in Cornwall. I'm just so sad there is not somewhere like that in London, I'd be going out to eat far more.

Had a lovely midweek dinner here with a friend. The food was great and such a friendly place. Recommend the Levantine Chicken and the cocktails 👍 Shuts a bit early though. We were encouraged to leave at 9.30pm. 👎

The healthiest place in Beckenham. Many vegan options. I really love the drink selection too, especially the liquid gold. I usually get the same things: liquid gold, the vegan wrap and the gyozas. Great to sit in or for a takeaway.

Amazing food and vibe, great place for vegan/gluten free options! I've taken several of my friends here over the past few months and have never been let down. Hands down the best vegan place in the whole of Beckenham that I've been to. The other vegan menus in the area don't even compare. Very friendly staff and good service. Also a lovely vibe with it's music and the decor!

Food is nice, but heard staff laughing about my order because the waitress didn't hear me the first time. Then asked to pay had to wait longer because he just stood at the counter talking to the staff service could improve and speed of food

Super friendly and personal service, amazing mostly vegan and vegetarian menu (but with a few meat and fish options to speak to everyone) including oat milk by default in coffees. Beautiful decor too. Worth booking ahead if you go for Sunday brunch. Really brilliant place.

Due to my wife's pregnancy, she had a very restricted diet and there was very little on the menu that could be eaten. After notifying them, they were nice enough to accommodate her restrictions while still providing really delicious food. Service was also top notch and very friendly and warm

Visited here for breakfast as decided a change of venue would be good and was not disappointed. I have frequented here before at various times of the day and always been impressed. Opted for the quinoa porridge and a breakfast tea. Service was prompt, polite and professional. Food and drink arrived in good time, hot and very tasty. I particularly liked the way the porridge was served with separate accompaniments of honey and fruit compote. Amount of fruit in porridge was good and varied. Tea was of the loose leaf variety and had a lovely aroma/taste, served in a cafetière which I have always preferred. I always feel that this venue has a higher class than some others in the area, even down to the crockery and cutlery! The atmosphere was relaxed and informal. Will definitely be returning here again next week for more of the same.

The best best burgers and sweet potato fries in town.It reminds me of Bay Vista in Brighton Le Sands NSW Australia.

I have an hr to kill once a week so have chosen this as my venue while I wait. First time I visited they were very welcoming and happy for me to just have a coffee. Already had dinner. However, after looking at the menu and seeing the food that was being served I decided that this evening I would have something to eat there. I ordered the goats cheese aubergine tower. Wow. Loved it. It’s suppose to be a ‘small plate’. Filled me up. Followed with a lovely flat white after. I can’t fault the place. It’s relaxed, good food and great service. An easy 5 star from me. Just a shame I won’t be going back until Jan as the club has stopped for Christmas break. But ….. ‘ I’ll be back’ support your local family run businesses during this difficult period.

Had a great experience today eating at the cafe. As a long term vegan I've tried hundreds of places offering vegan options but it's been more disappoinment than success which is luckily not the case here. I had the falafel dish which was both tasty and generous and great staff too! Highly recommend

Good breakfast. They do not charge you extra if you choose alternative milk which is amazing. You don't get charged extra for making healthy choices. Staff is a bit slow and not so friendly. The place is clean, well located and pleasant. Food looks beautiful and taste delicious. Good price!

The food here is always lovely. The waitress is rude and mumbles at you, isn’t attentive, and is definitely related to the owner otherwise I doubt she would work there. The music is insanely loud when I’m just trying to eat breakfast, I couldn’t even have a conversation. I wouldn’t want to visit again.

Just had the Sri Lankan vegan curry and Liquid Gold smoothie - it was absolutely delicious. Super fresh with great flavors. Highly recommend this place. Nothing else like it in the area.

A first time visit for all of us and a really lovely meal at Eatwell. Considering the mix of vegans, vegetarians and meat lovers among us, the menu offered something for all of us. Stand outs were the Meze sharing platter, the salmon labneh and the grilled artichoke, which were all very delicious and more-ish. Quick service with a smile and a really gracious and lovely team. Thank you Eatwell - we will be back (even the American ones)!

Giving 5 stars because the sharing platter was really tasty. The Caravan Coffee Roasters coffee was a pretty ropey blend tho'. I'd go there all the time if they got some better coffee in.

Delicious meals, friendly staff and one of the best lattes I’ve ever had. “Gyoza dumplings” is highly recommended.

Love this restaurant. The food is great. The coffee is excellent and the staff are fantastic. They are far and away our favourite restaurant. I would recommend the gyoza dumplings, the courgettes, the halloumi salad and the Sri Lankan curry.

Good food, I find it hard to understand why there are no calories listed for each meal or macros the salads are lovely but to heavy on oil. If its promoted as healthy eating then you need to provide Macros.

Sri Lankan curry was delicious - quite spicy for those who may not be used to eating spicy food. Lovely ambience and clean. Would recommend whether vegetarian or not. Will definitely be going back.
