Good selection of homewares and a nice cafe

Some good bargains bit pricier than It used to be

Was there reference and issue with a carpet we purchased 6 months previous,The final discussion with Store management made me feel they were doing me a favour by refunding me my money ,I have used this shop on quite a few occasions and I have always had good value. and pleasant staff ,so for that reason I will remain a loyal customer.

In store looking for a particular chair and was assisted by Rae. Rae was fantastic and helped us track down exactly what we wanted at multiple stores. Great customer service! Thank you!

A store with everything, excellent cafe with relaxed atmosphere.

Was in today with my kids to buy new pillows. This is why I prefer online shopping service was bad the team that were on were intimidating following us to the point I wanted to put my stuff back. My daughter also felt this we will never be back . the girl at till had no customer service skills just felt so uncomfortable I also work in retail so I understand the procedures.

Got a bargain of a shoe stand.half price. Had a wee lunch whilst I was in

4f for dry baked potato with cheese & salad (without any spices nor ketchup/mayo). It was our second visit and last. Can only recommend nice cappuccino & cake.

Reliable location for getting reasonably priced homewares and haberdashery.

Ordered on line waiting for delivery. It was so easy to do.

They have everything you need for the home.

Checked for item on line made visit and found it was out of stock despite online showing it was in stock

A bit chaotic. Wanted to buy a blanket so went to bedding. No luck and when we asked, was told to go to kitchen ware. Still no luck so ended up ordering on line.

Well I usually go to to other stores such as IKEA or order directly online. Completely new to me. I really was surprised by the size of the store and the great selection for kitting out a home. And a wee cafe to chill out ! I'll be back!!

Always has a good choice of textiles in different colours and textures for making a space your own.

Got all we needed staff helpful

You know that feeling when you are looking for something in particular, I couldn't find what I was looking for anywhere. I tried Dunelm thinking that I probably wouldn't get my artificial flowers there as I was looking for a particular colour, but I got them. The staff were so lovely and the shop was well organised so I found the flowers very quickly. Unlike other shops where you go in and wander round, looking for the 1 thing that you need until you eventually give up. Well, not in Dunelm. Well done, Dunelm you have a new customer.

The shop has a broad selection. There is plenty to find. The kitchen section is well stocked. They had large and the tiny jam jars we were looking for. Parking is easy.

Found a round rug could not get anywhere else, sale was on too so cheaper

This does have some good stock, but I've found that quite often, it can be found cheaper elsewhere. Staff are very helpful when available and accessible, size of store is decent and parking is usually quite easy except for Saturday where the area gets very busy.

Good store and layout - long queue at checkout due to only having 2 staff on but dealing with returns too .

Nice wee lunch here even though the coffee ☕ was a bit on the strong side

The products are lovely, prices are fair, staff are really nice. Parking is easy enough.

If you've been in one Dunelm you have been in all of them always unwillingly dragged in to wander aimlessly

I called in to collect a pair of curtains which my daughter had sourced on-line. They were extremely difficult to find as only one pair was in store. A very nice staff member, named Kirsty, went to a great deal of trouble to obtain them for me. Great customer service!

Don't buy diamonte toilet roll holder. Diamontes fall out within a month. Waste of money.

It is a lovely shop, both manager and staff are very nice and pleasant to customers. I have been there a few times, thanks to the lady helped me with my curtains ordering and gives reasonable advices. Thanks to girls on till sorted out my returns. They are very welcoming and friendly too.

To be honest there's so much stuff in there that the whole experience is claustrophobic, moving around with a small buggy was difficult. Prices are quite high for some things and could be found cheaper elsewhere

The shop is excellent for all household items. The cafe however is another matter. My friend and I visited two days ago; I was given the wro g drink and both our drinks tasted awful. When my friend complained and they offered a replaceme, nothing arrived. They then stated they had given us a replacement drink but didn't seem to really care at all about their standard of care. We will not be going back there.

Great store with a lot of good products. Well worth a look.

Service in cafe is absolutely diabolical. Staff completely oblivious to all customers frustrations. Never again. I do not recommend unless you have the patience of a saint and plenty of time to waste.

On 28/8/22 I came here with a friend and wow what a range of stuff this store has and their prices are reasonable. Definitely a place to go for all household needs.

I bought new bedding for 3 bedrooms (Dorma range). These sets were on display. Two days later I went back to buy bedding for the 4th bedroom. I asked assistance to view two of the Dorma quilts for a super king bed, but was told they can't show me the product, as once it is opened one cannot return it due to hygiene purposes. Just note: it is in a zipper bag - so no problem to take it out. I was asking out of politeness. My question was: For more than £200 per quilt, one should be able to view it in the store. It's not going to be used when it is viewed. The floor manager said I can view pictures online - which was low pixeled photos taken from a distance. Very unhelpful and unpleasant experience. I did not buy the rest of my bedding here, and will not go back in future.

Had something to eat in the cafe. The young lady serving could be a bit more friendly, seemed like it was a chore to serve us.

Needed new blinds and light fittings, carol ann was incredibly helpful in helping me get what I needed, I find shopping very stressful and she made my experience an enjoyable one. Will definitely be buying from this store in the future.

Love dunelm, from their bedding to their rugs ect, cant fault them in any way, lovely laid out clean stores.

I don't know why many shoppers don't visit this place. They have a good range of kitchen utensils etc... I tried out their café - no hard chairs in there to sit on 👍 & it was clean enough 😁 BUT [aye there's always a BUT] The kitchen staff had nothing to say - like good afternoon, how r u today? & what would u like? Anyway I asked for an extra hot 🔥 lattie & a slice of their lemon mirangue pie & I must say it tasted really nice. It didn't have that soggy thick pastry bottom - it was very thin & crisp. The crust was crisp also & the lemon 🍋 had that lovely tasty sharp zing off it, & as usual the place wasn't busy. Forget Tesco & McDonalds & get your self into Dunelm & enjoy a lovely coffee & a slice of their lemon mirangue pie - even though it was a small bit I got.

Only card pyts at moment due to covid. Store pretty well stocked though
