Ordered on just eat and paid delivery but the driver was very rude saying it was too far to deliver and “not for me”. Why did they accept the order?????

Terrible delivery and customer service. We'll never order again. Order was supposed to arrive within 70 min. Almost 2 hours later, order still hadn't arrived. When we called, the lady lied to us, explaining she hadn't received the order until 1 h later. We would have been happy with an honest apology. But being lied to when the delivery receipt clearly states the right time, is totally unnecessary and disappointing.

Oven broke so went to Chinese and placed a order they got one thing mistaken but was lovely and sorry and happy to correct it best food tastes the best good portions big sauces everything was amazing definitely be going back and I would advise 1000000000%

Ordered the food at 6.30 to be delivered at 8.00. Got a phone call at 8.04 to say they were very busy and that the food wouldn’t be delivered until 9.00 and we could cancel if we wanted to. I would’ve gone for this option if I trusted them to deliver at 9.00 but decided to cancel instead. As soon as I said to cancel, the guy just hung up on me. Really rude and disappointing.

Dragon city? More like dog poo city! Two hours late for our takeaway on NYE, we cancelled and got a kebab. Absolutely rubbish, avoid

I've visited several times now, the first time my partner got taken into the kitchen area to be shown what was vegan! Second time there was a super friendly and helpful girl who knew what we wanted and listed so much vegan food. Even their vegetable chowmain is vegan! Amazing. Always tastes delicious, full of flavour. And their salt and pepper chips are to die for

Had take away today been here few times before and was average but this evening was awful.... sweet and sour sauce was literally like vinegar and burnt my mouth as so acid like and bbq rubs pure fat!! The worst thing was there attitude when called to let them know even saying would return, they basically said there was nothing wrong and sauce always been the same no offer of replacement or refund or even discount next visit. I felt sorry for the chap on phone as he had to tell me, as I said to him it was not his fault but would never return

The delivery driver was verbally rude to my housemate who answered the door, then when he found out it wasn’t her making the order he was verbally rude to myself and just walked off. It was because we had missed his call and when calling back it wouldn’t go through. Horrible attitude that was entirely unnecessary.

I ordered a delivery and after an hour and a half (half hour past expected time of delivery) I called to see where it was and was called back half an hour later telling me that they delivered to the wrong address. Awfully service!

I placed an order for food to Dragon city and it was delivered by a very friendly man, ahead of schedule to the camp site where I was staying. The food was excellent. I will use Dragon City again when in the area.

Another very tasty takeout, came on time, hot and so tasty. Honey ribs was amazing and the meat just pulled off the bone, chips hot, chicken balls hot and yummy, chicken in satay sauce was a little more Spicy than normal but still great and the cashew & pineapple rice was nice too (not had it before) thanks again Dragon City 👍

Pre ordered my food for 5.45pm at 3.pm in the afternoon, the restaurant cancelled the order at 5pm and were too busy and my order was only £20. Disgraceful service and will never use them again.

I'm reading the reviews and I'm astounded. I've been using Dragon City quite often and the food is always fresh, piping hot and tasty. What is more, the lady behind the counter is absolutely lovely and extremely cheery. I highly recommend.

I ordered 23/2/19 for a collection, everything was fine got home and begun tucking in to the food tasted a bit off but I didn’t think too much of it as it wasn’t a drastic change in taste so didn’t think twice about it. I ordered at around 6pm, 4 hours later I’m hugging the toilet throwing it all back up again! I’ve ordered from here before and have loved it but now I’ll never go here again, definitely got food poisoning from this place!

Very good food, and staff very nice and apologetic even though the mistake was on my part.

30 minutes added to delivery time... still took an extra 15 minutes after to arrive!! I ordered a portion of rice and a portion of shredded chilli beef but got one dish, half rice and half (what I presume is) beef with beansprouts! Also chicken balls were really soggy!!! Not impressed. My first Chinese since moving to Canterbury and I really shouldn’t of bothered!!!! Waste of money!!!

The satay sauce wasn't satay at all had no nuts in it was awful. Also the prawn balls were stogy wont be coming hwre again waste of money

2 hours delivery and a phone call to say they were lost. We have been regular happy customers for over a year!! NO APOLOGY when WE rang to ask where our food was. The mushroom curry was in edible was just water and fat, the sauce just fell off your spoon it was so greasy. And had the cheek to charge a £1 for delivery!!! Have lost our custom, will NEVER order again.

Our food was due at 21:10pm then changed up to 21:40pm then was another 10mins after that. The food arrived cold

One missing item called restaurant said it would be delivered now, after 25mins order still missing called restaurant asked for refund as we had finished the meal only to be shouted at then she hung up on me, so called just eat .... problem solved ... refund

Albeit the delivery being "on time" I made my order at 7pm and it wasn't delivered until 8:30! I think for a take away that is a ridiculously long time to wait for your food order. Really disappointed.

I have ordered from this place twice now and had the same problems. 1 1/2 hours for delivery. which they did confirm, can of drinks kept next to the food for a while so were warm and chips weren't fresh. The rest of the food was nice, garlic rice, chicken balls and chilli chicken with salt.

although it was only 20 mins late that was from the estimated delivery time, in total it took an hour and forty minutes to arrive. We wouldn't have minded if the food was great but the chicken balls were soggy and some were stuck to the bag! disappointed considering we was really looking forward to it!

Pretty disappointed, food had that generic sickly sweet taste, nothing was particularly flavorful, delivery took ages. Smoked chicken was so crispy it was like charcoal. I actually feel annoyed that I spent money on this.

I would recommend dragon city to anyone who likes chineese

Chicken breast was incredibly dry to the point you could hardly chew it, the chips were hard in the middle.

'Lost' the order - more than TWO HOURS and JustEat involvement before it finally arrived. AVOID!

Got hung up on and spoken to very quick, no way of understanding. Issue got resolved. Chicken was very rubbery and chicken balls undercooked

A little disappointed that it took an hour to deliver after opening, when it was pre-ordered before opening. That said, the food is always fantastic quality (apart from the chicken curry, which usually includes mushrooms, but I'm being picky) and was piping hot. I wouldn't go with any other Chinese

I am extremely disappointed with the food and service again. I called the restaurant after ordering just to say that my previous order had been of poor quality and that hopefully this time it will be better, the restaurant owner was extremely rude to me on the phone and hung up. The food arrived in good time and the delivery driver was very polite. However, that was the only good thing about the whole experience. I managed to eat 2 mouthfuls of the food but it was appalling. The rice was way overcooked and felt like mush in my mouth. There were only a couple of cashew nuts and pineapple pieces in it, despite it being called "pineapple and cashew nut fried rice". The tofu was abysmal, and had a thick layer of fat on it and tasted very old. As a regular customer at this restaurant, I called up to have a polite conversation. The owner answered the phone saying "the food is on the way", to which I corrected her saying I had received it and it was poor quality. She instantly started shouting out at me, not letting me explain. I managed to ask her if I could have a refund as it was extremely poor quality, she continued to shout at me and eventually hung up. My house mates and I have ordered 72 times from the his restaurant, since September, and I'm absolutely appalled and astonished that she was this rude and dismissive to a regular customer. If you are considering ordering from here, I would highly recommend you choose another restaurant, purely because the food is poor but the customer service is appalling.

Arrived in 10 minutes, missing prawn crackers again and no king prawns in the king prawn with green pepper and sauce dish. Time to find another Chinese unfortunately.

The food was amazing and arrived 45 minutes before the expected time which was a pleasant surprise. On arrival of the food, the driver did not have change and suggested that I was for her to come back after having done a couple more rounds. I was more than happy to wait on the condition she would come back - but she did not. After getting in touch, she personally told me she would come back - and again did not show. I had high hopes that the change would be return and gave her the benefit of the doubt. After calling in again, I have been told that she will come around tonight. I do hope she does! It is not so much the money I am concerned about as much as the action of trusting yet not getting it back. To end on a positive note, however, the food was incredible. Should she arrive tonight and prove the honesty of the business, I will most definitely be ordering again.

Delivery time was very efficient however the quality of the food left much to be disired.

Regularly buy from here, but recently they have been serving me very small portions of the food. I also have asked for loyalty perks, as me and my housemates buy at least weekly, but they refused to and then hung up on me. Very disappointed about the disregard to their regular customers. Will not be buying again after 3 months of being a regular.

We always order from here but unfortunately our order last night a bit disappointing. Our crispy seaweed was burnt and tasted very sour. And the plain chow mein was flavourless. Not sure what happened as it's normally the best in Canterbury!

Well over 2 hour wait. Absolutely disgusting food. I couldnt eat any dish and every single thing went in the bin, awful. One chicken dish even had random prawns, tasted off and very watery. Its put me off ordering a chinese for a long time.

It was delivered way too early which was a nuisance as I had specified time as I had company coming round. Despite being early it was luke warm and no free Spring rolls despite being over 30. Some of the chicken balls didn't have chicken either! Usually order here and usually great but this time not so much.

Large order, delivered on time and food was excellent.

I love dragon city but on this occasion i was throwing up most of the night and is now coming through the other end. Shame, regards.
